Once again the most troubling dialogue I hear, which no matter what side you're on on this one, is "Now is not an appropriate time to talk about gun issues" if a tragedy where hundreds of people were injured or worse because of guns and that's not the right time when the fuck is the right time? How many people have to die before we strap our big person pants on and delve into this issue? Again regardless of where you fall on the issue of gun control can we all take a second to try and do SOMETHING, ANYTHING to stop it from happening again? At this point I barely care what the supposed solution is as long as we try SOMETHING.

On his next special, Jeffries admitted he made these statistics up. I looked for a youtube clip but I could only find the full special.
Ban ALL automatic military grade guns. Crackdown on illegal guns. Melt them down. Then finally we can live by the way of the samurai
What I find most irritating is when people say, "I'm sending my prayers to the victims," and then those same people do everything they can to block legislation designed to prevent another mass shooting from happening. Fuck your bullshit prayers.
Jim Jefferies is an idiot. He's kinda funny but an idiot.
This was a good special he put together with the exception of this bit. He showed off his ignorance about the culture and the debate itself. Good comedy but very illogical and strawmen points.
If you want to know a good reason for US citizens to have automatic weapons just look at what their government does around the world everyday. It doesnt take a lot to turn that beast inwards.
Gun control advocates leave put the fact that a murderous group of people will be the only ones left holding all the guns.
I do watch the news, they tell me to be afraid of everything.
Lets at least be clear though, "events like this" don't happen all the time. There's a difference between a gangster shooting 4 or more other gansgters and what happened in Vegas.
Gun violence is still declining.
