a tiny this is all I got for a gym was a treadmill and a bike dad does Mir here to give it this effect like there's two more machines but there ain't oh and check this out how useful is this scale ironically as you guys may know I travel with my own scale but this is just gonna tell you probably super inaccurate there's only gonna tell you like your weight I got something upstairs that I use it's way more useful because it can track your body mass index which is important because you can be looking like you're not losing any weight because you're at the same you're at the same weight but essentially what will happen is you'll be increasing your lean muscle mass and losing body fat percentage you won't know because looks like you're the same way you could be really upset about your goal or what you're doing working really hard in the gym to accomplish your goal so this is a better way to track it we're gonna go upstairs we'll just quickly show you guys how it works because I told you guys how much I weighed last time let's see if I have lost any weight or how my body mass has changed yo yo just get some work out yeah I see you're just starting hey good thing you didn't listen this is called the form-fit scale bye-bye to goods I've been using this attract my fitness progression while I'm on the road and at home and here's why it's important it doesn't just show you how much you weigh because that number doesn't really matter you can be making huge gains in the gym either by losing weight or creating new lean muscle mass and your body weight number might never is what controls your damping okay now the more you want to ride say stiffer or softer the more shims or less channels you can add and different sizes don't you that's your piston okay we have to shim stack on the opposite side all right I've got this let's all do this so this is all in the right combination of all this stuff as what makes your suspension right the way it's supposed to shift attack well like level how much the fluid can go through the piss and how fast can go through correct the more symbols change how fast the flu can go to the distance the more shims the slower will go slower which will affect the ride by being a little bit stiffer and a little bit should say slower rebound interesting the more you know oh it's made now what about the viscosity and the weight of the fluid inside of the dampener that also changes the characters of yours I mean a little bit thicker will slow everything down as well and make the most of would use a synthetic hydraulic fluid in here yes we
