what's going on guys Wade with Wade's ventures here got the wife with us got the gloves with us ready to party it's a 5 by 10 unit guys so a lot of furniture and may go kind of quick hopefully you stuff happening here so let's get into this Ashley's gonna be the camera person we maybe have to do a few edits cuz there's some bigger stuff I'm meeting her help with but hopefully you guys enjoy this and let's get into it Oh roads and guys I do have my nasty sweatshirt on I apologize that's my working sweater all right so let's move in this is the unit oh I forgot I'll tell you why I want I like this unit some of this furniture is nice in here nicely wrapped so I did like that solid wood some of it not solid wood but the majority of its solid wood and it kind of goes back here really cool facility here in Portland Oregon and so we're gonna go box by box I do have my box cutter and yeah let's get in this she's feisty feisty you guys like that you guys like music a knife okay this is the first facility by the way that's have music for us at GM out mm-hmm so almost makes it like that much better all right so let's go through the first box since we've got here I've not gone through anything yet guys just a stainless steel china there's some fork silverware I can throw actually some of the stuff can go to the my warehouse guys and we have looks like this has never been used and yeah brand-new light we do have now the facility did say that the this person likes to travel so she's been here for years looks like it this is pots and pans let's just do this let's get my trusty knife huh so we don't pull that out all the way they're looking a really good shape though those who don't know that the the warehouse guy that I rent from his name's Bob really cool guy he owns two acres flat bare lands about a block away from my warehouse so I'm going to talk to him and then this summer I'm gonna have like what probably 15 storage units full of stuff that isn't necessarily great stuff that you want to saw online but still more something we're gonna spread it all out and have a massive sale so pop the pans and stuff like that you know that is still worth money you don't want to donate I will put I like this furniture though solid wood so let's graph and we have rugs Ashley said she's going to keep one of these rugs for the warehouse for the kids it's just wine glasses and mugs and you can tell because it is heavy these plates they're a really good condition yeah I've never heard of that brand before but pretty good condition just regular from Ikea nothing special but this will go perfect for the big massive sell this unit because there's a lot of dress for off stuff in here and so I'm worried that we are giving yourselves into the hot type of stuff goes this is candles oil burner she could really good care of her stuff though I mean look at these candles chica can you guys smell office supplies and it is what [ __ ] Lee what they say it is a nice little camera sometimes these little suckers sell for good money you have to check it out but notice I sell for really good money Tiffany and Co what is in here nothing oh wait do you have a ring now this could be white gold too it probably is real I didn't bring my tester out here oh it's 14-karat it's probably not going to show up at all but it says 14 karat down there guys yeah now we're getting somewhere 14k gold ring what she's smart I keep all the gold though guys why would this be see that's why you gotta look through every box like why would I random 14 karat gold ring me you know this is all good for the kids too we should donate some of this supplies to a few nonprofits maybe that kind of help kids with school supplies you know who don't know for seven years I handled most of the nonprofit's for Oregon and so I found a lot of nonprofits and helped out kids for the my old corporate job so I know a lotta nonprofits here locally this is and one thing to the caught my eye a lot of people look at these millio they're cheap but they're they're kind of higher-end they're not like they're really cheap ones right now there's a bunch of them just the way that they took care of them [Music] everybody's gonna be like where's grandma benchers she's watching the kids guys and if you're watching my Instagram you guys aren't following me on Instagram I'll put I'll pop it on the screen my kiddos are really sick right now so here's Christmas we're making our way in here this doesn't look like a lot of stuff but as you kind of dig in so this one does say cups and mugs yeah so nice ones like a really good shape too that's one thing is doing storage units is you never have to worry about oh I think we got an eBay you can stand back a little bit see if it's too blurry sheets well after I saw that diamond ring and the office supply is not I looked through everything Co she kept everything really nice yeah see if it this is a really cool wicker basket people love these things you saw him locally met your mom like that oh I can see so they can see and they're not looking well tech is this thing I probably holds a tray was like oh my gosh dude it's not you know it's an iPhone Rio's like those are never in there by the way Scrabble clucks really cool it's was that as I stay sterling and Noble clock company I think it's just cheap well if she even taped better either that Wow I love people like this that really take care of their items you know we saw a lot of those all right we got this tote here nothing in here oh she's close she might be a dancer there's Tyson leo but those are really good shape those you can probably do Salvation Army's somebody would take those I have a feeling she takes really good care of her stuff bras socks clothes shower curtain hooks I'm guessing it's all under Victoria's Secret we all know that sells let's go through some things but look even she like she came through it's gonna widen you here she came through a lot of those we won't go through too much of this but I just want to see if it's like Victoria's super stuff dance where she's a dancer here we do like little boxes like this even tape the sides to read there wasn't chocolate so I would dig for some chocolates right now okay let's see are these very sexy this is very sexy let's see guys I know this is weird be going through bras right now but these suckers will sell you can lot them up okay very sexy all right we need a wow wow item alone we get a while item in here no but I didn't think about that about the office supply boys Wow a really good care of our items here - mm-hmm some people hide money in bathroom stuff so just really well taking care of things what do you think's in here facial creams well some nice things so let's continue on here I'm gonna go through these clothing there's a lot of clothes we have this really nice look how she took care of it I had to look at this piece because sometimes if you get really expensive furniture you can take it to really nice consignment stores and um you know they can sell them there and give you a piece if they're in good condition so and then we're gonna go through this would you have a TV back there those mattresses don't look bad you can actually sell mattresses to locally if they're in decent shape people will buy those would you have some nice hardwood back there it looks like another couch back there - so we'll go through that we'll need to get this bigger furniture in the very interesting this is close I need to see what kind clothes we got what is that x2 quality denim I've never heard of that brand before guys I could be Morgan this is vintage Nike so I got vintage swanky I got to take off my shirt let's get hot in her I don't know if it's the music that's like getting me going or if it's a storage unit guys alright we'll quickly go through this because there is money and clothes Harvard Harvard champion holder harbor champion the standard remember that one unit that we got that Pendleton blanket that we didn't show cuz I said blankets well I got we won't even look at that and then we ended up getting that Pendleton blanket [Music] yes oh you are good oh that's it okay I didn't see that it just looked like it I was like a [ __ ] table fire right now Western all right what else we got a lot of girls in here just suckers well there's a little you guys got I look - because you like concert t-shirt stuff like that that can surprise you knife skills okay Puma Puma Puma Puma we have Levi's Puma these are in good condition mm-hmm I mean those will sell out I'm gonna sell those online of course we have another Puma and I bet they're the same size so you just lock them suckers up and sell them it's just luck jeans oh my god it's fcuk cuz they might seen that before huh I don't know whatever that before lousy see nice ones Oh some guests jeans that are distressed some j.crew brand new jeans right there Abercrombie I would I don't worry about the frayed cuz people like those all right let's put these away we shall continue we shall continue these don't look like they're used winter sport goggles they look like pluck bags okay cuz I could see that guy's so not that matter too much but I saw the odd I thought okay this made you may be a really good you so there's another candle in here as candle holder hopefully you guys are filling my pain filling my pain nothing oh my gosh yeah yeah yeah where are we complaining that we just like bought her here okay so a lot of our money is obviously going to come from the furniture because this is actually really good stuff [Music] never know it could be a lot of money in paintings [Music] here wow this is a really cool piece I don't know anything about it - so I may actually be worth some money [Music] she took really good care of those huh just like nothing in there it's interesting got it all right guys let's cut this off real quick I'm gonna have her help me get some of this big stuff out of the way in the wheel all right so we're lifting some stuff out of here guys I'm gonna show you so we have this we have Ashley and then okay so this is a older desk right I mean it looks amazing it's a small little desk like that crazy cool this thing let me get to look but I may be getting 150 bucks out of and then we also have honey can you scoot that just a little bit I'll show them so normally so normally look at this like Toshiba it's got a VHS and it's got a DVD so normally I would donate something like this but since it's got the remote and even though it's a bigger TV I'll sell this thing yeah somebody will buy this with a VHS player in there if it works so I'm gonna sell that I won't donate that I'll sell that and then we also have honey you will show all pictures Marilyn Monroe Audrey Hepburn this is crazy mail hey guys I mean look some people some people love the stuff even though it's probably not worth the ton it's crazy in there and really good shape too anybody want a martini champagne I've been getting a lot of this stuff recently you know in the storage units but alright so and then look at this this is such a really unique piece that's really really cool and we've already kind of shown this but I'll show it again so they really took care of it look at that look at this piece math to take a look at it when we get it out but it's got wood legs to it it's a nice sucker it's really light actually but yeah we'll take a look at this closer all right we're gonna take a load to the truck and then we'll be back we also have this look at this beautiful thing probably not worth a ton but bill a sell that and we have some more down here looks like another couch that matches this one could be wrong I mean I got this units you guys cuz we've been selling like local like crazy so looks like all it's a bed a bed in here - oh and like I said mattresses if they're in good shape we'll sell them people buy mattresses if they're in great shape so alright stay tuned alright we also have this beauty it's not worth a ton but it's an older dresser guys the big knobs and you can tell how many times it's been painted up here but believe it or not a lot of people that buy furniture from me are restorers and what they'll do is they'll sand it down repaint it and then sell it so somebody like that would love a project like this it's solid wood so I think I can offer like I'm gonna see for like anywhere from like seventy-five to a hundred bucks maybe more for this you know but this is going in the and then that's that little desk that was going to show you and then there's the tag on it actually so it's not know if you guys can see that made in the United States so all right we're gonna bring this up to the truck all right sorry for the cuts on this guy's just was so much furniture so this is beautiful Ashley you want to keep this right Ashley wants to keep it it's a keeper it's solid wood it's really cool it's y'all sus bedding in here some really nice bedding and it's nice yeah that's just it oh yeah I love people like that but it's it's a it's a nice and it's kind of heavy too so and then also oh do did you guys see this door this thing is amazing look how old this building is look at this look oh the thing is that is awesome and the brick so you got the little weights down there look at the brick in this building and that crazy kind of goes down it's a beautiful facility really is we're on the fourth floor so it looks like it goes up five floors but the one thing I don't like about is these older ones you can see up there so if you get the ladder you can see actually what items they have which is kind of but still a beautiful building alright so yes we're gonna bring this out to the car and then we have just a some more stuff behind there figured I'd give you a little heads up Plus this little doily thing but it's really weird there's like none it's just imprinted on the glass so that's really cool let's get going Oh should we do the rugs so it looks like some of these are brand-new and now they are Ross rugs Ross Dress for Less rugs but this one I think we're gonna use in the warehouse so the kids don't get called on the floor but some yeah it's one beautiful thing about storage units as you can kind of use like the stuff that's really good for your own you want to buy it yourself all right let's do this yes I'm excited about this unit we paid for it in the furniture I think this is the most furniture you've got yeah normally I don't like these units but lately so guys in the last like what three weeks would you say we've had about $2,000 worth of cash that we've sold locally so a lot of tool will stuff like that so mom has been doing a great job mom shout-out to the mom grandma ventures she started here on YouTube channel up soon but yeah we've made a lot of money which is local sales so now it's kind of cool you know yeah no I'm okay [Applause] [Music] the famous weeds ventures it's all about the muscles guys actually has all the muscles in that group all right these are in you got to put the big items in first to make sure they fit and kind of fit in the smaller items on top and in the sides all right let's go let's go let's make it happen all right let's see how long it takes actually to open it let's go Oh use those muscles I just said that you're like the Hulk and you've got all these muscles okay go okay here hold this people love this these elevators right right okay this is perfect for you okay let's go to floor four and it locks and we are going up so how's this trip going pretty good you like this locker oh that's okay it's okay oh this is capacity twenty five hundred pounds Wow well see I'm 217 pounds I need any in the gym all right go ahead and open a member storage units is work guys are we left or right you remember that way it's work it's work people don't realize this that's why a lot of people buy one storage unit and are done because they don't really haven't realized how much work it is but it's also rewarding and fun darn it okay yeah okay let's get that bad boy out right now so yeah I'm gonna pause it real quick so fast as all the muscles and we'll be back yes well I got a lot oh my gosh this thing is beautiful look at this yeah that's couch guys it's like a small little date couch or whatever the heck they call those things all wrapped up and then we have this although Ashlee said she may want to keep this so we'll see I'm not so far I'm like negative money cuz we're keeping everything what happens we got to keep the happy the wife happy guys and we also have these little things as well I think these probably went in the bathroom but there's two of them so I mean these will sell nicely locally so yeah we have that big boy shows your arms actually oh my gosh okay all right let's move these into the elevator we won't we'll spare you from the elevator shots since you guys already experienced it once few more few more things left guys look at this thing now who says oh it's covered I wonder if it's the same and they could really good care of their stuff it's actually covered in a couch cover like a legit couch cover I'm never hi babies these things are really good shape too oh my gosh look at this white pop I saw this they kept really good care of those too Wow okay that's rare normally I see mattresses oh my god gosh but these are actually not bad all right let's let's put this in the truck and we'll come back all right load number two it's called professionals over here guys although but I looked underneath this thing it's not as old as I thought it is it's actually not that old but still really nice so really cool you can kind of see under it and the plastic here but somebody's gonna like that piece somebody's gonna like that piece alright let's continue load number three I was left out with you alright guys as you do storage units you actually get better as stacking this stuff on these little these little carts we below okay and we also have this couch look at this there she wrapped it up a little thing there but it's kind of like a little bit of a modern feel to it but last thing is beautiful we belong together honey let's do this don't bang the couch man I want to stay here longer so I can listen to the song but you gotta get to work I want to barbecue but she wants sushi right I love working for myself such an amazing building now like a beautiful brick on this okay this is gonna be interesting we already tried this once and the china hutch thingy did not fit let's angle it yeah the wife he's just so smart guys oh just a little bit of okay you got this are you sure oh my gosh okay okay well let's just let me come down guys buy units if you guys are new to storage unit buying don't go crazy and buy four or five units just buy one unit because you'd be amazed how much stuff people can fit in this I mean look at this small little area and almost full it's it's gonna fill up my truck so alright see these mattresses out of here where's Ashley peekaboo I see you all right oh okay so it's there this thing got me guys I'm bleeding a little bit and it got me in the back so I was putting this thing up and I didn't pay attention and sticking out here well I guess I could use a little yeah this thing got me oh my gosh it got me guys I'm bleeding got me in the back anyway well it's already the music oh okay yeah we can we can a nice bed frame dance we're getting there almost to sushi really guys I want don't go but she wants to she all right let's do this oh stop number five guys we are making it happen I'm starting to fill up and yeah we'll keep you updated Ashley hid her shin bet it hurt I don't know on scale you're like in the storage unit I know it's not a lot of boxes but song alright so we have the rugs it is seriously almost empty this is the last rule real big thing then we just have one table so we're gonna bring this down there get a couple of these bigger items and Ashley Amy have decided we're gonna keep the bed for Kade right so what's he doing at night he's jumping out of his crib he's jumping out his crib so we're gonna keep the bed for Kade so we're pretty much keeping everything out of here this is our storage no no and she wants to keep the mirror so if I could put something on the screen like a little negative I'll be perfect no this is fun this is still gonna be really cool that's half the battle is saving money too so it cost us a lot of money to buy all this so alright let's go downstairs trip number six showing you guys how we put this stuff in here put the top part and the bottom part pretty much off there so they don't scratch the mirrors up there and then some stuff down there so we shall continue it's like I love those side doors alright that's it seven trips we'll do it look at this professional job right here Wow all right let's take a look at the unit guy is so seven trips it took us two carts a lot of the times it is out of here there's nothing left but yeah this is it such a beautiful location you got some of the Portland storage in places are just incredible but some so we're all out of here just goes to show how much stuff could be in these units and right before we left Ashe is like can we keep the broom oh my god alright anyways yes it is a nice room but let's oh yeah almost forgot this alright let's take this down and bittersweet it's a great unit no more music huh alright how we how are we looking it's a lot of stuff like to stuff my man hands on this thing we're crammed in here are you okay being close quarters with me of course we do am i oh this is a dilemma Oh perfect I knew this thing was worth it oh yeah we're on far I'm not gonna angle it yes all right broom you can stay you can stay broom I can't see see how thick each florists floor-to-floor for one wait for its release all right number seven so so the advantages of this truck to you guys those storage unit people looking for a truck is I've got this outside open and I've got some chairs and they're kind of hard to put on this side but what I can do basically is I can open up this side at the same time you see I can open up this side and I put the chairs up there and up there so that's kind of the advantage of this truck is you can you know open up both sides anyway for those that are looking for a storage unit truck this thing is amazing all right we're full guys so the reason I did this is I kind of wanted to show you guys to like how much they can pack and this is we did a pretty good packing how much they can pack into one unit people can pack a lot of stuff in one unit so but this is a 10 by 8 or 5 by 10 which is kind of a standard one but
