offerings through the entire month of august and then there's some of you i took a sabbatical and loki some of you all did too well this is a brand new month and this is a brand new start and let's start this month off the way we ought to always start each month off and that is putting god first look at those seven ways to give on the screen whichever way is most convenient for you i want you to take time to do that now you won't miss anything trust me don't say well let me wait to the end of the service go ahead text go ahead and zell go ahead and hit your shelby next giving out and jump right back into the service but we want to put god first in the area of giving i want to stretch all of our members join me in tithes join me in giving your offering today let's pray god we thank you for this sunday morning it feels like church today we thank you for your presence that's in this sanctuary and meeting us across this country from california over to south carolina from texas all the way up to massachusetts god we ask that you would endow us with the indwelling of your holy spirit so now god as we bring these gifts we trust your word that the windows of heaven are open over our lives we do what we're supposed to do because we know you will do what we can't do we seal this prayer in jesus name let every heart say it is so and amen amen amen lest so we have a guest on the virtual ship today who is about to bless our socks off for the remainder of this worship experience i really can't say all i want to say because time doesn't permit me but i want to be clear about something if you want to know who my favorite psalmist is walking the earth her name is miss cali dan miss cali day is on the virtual ship with us today and i'm so excited to have her she's going to introduce herself in just a minute and you'll understand why she is unarguably my favorite singer in the entire universe and it's not that she's just gifted she has a sweet sweet kind spirit and she's coming in her own way to bless us she's living now in peoria illinois so she's right up the road from us but let's welcome her come on drop those anchors in the chat and i'll be right back to lead us in communion come on praise the lord everybody praise him let's have some church [Music] the name of jesus is so sweet [Music] we see [Music] [Applause] yes [Music] [Applause] [Music] jesus is so sweet [Music] repeat [Music] is [Music] is [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] is [Applause] [Applause] [Music] oh [Music] [Applause] [Music] oh [Applause] [Music] [Applause] jesus jesus jesus [Music] jesus [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] me [Music] [Applause] hey [Applause] [Music] she jesus [Applause] [Applause] is [Applause] forever [Music] i said somebody shout that name somebody shout that name jesus a oratorio in one word jesus a symphony in two syllables jesus mary's baby jesus joseph's stepson jesus the living of the valley [Music] the best i can but the more i call it he'll rock you at midnight he'll step in and make it all right he'll hold he'll erase your fear he'll give you peace in the middle of your storm he'll hold your hand he'll guide your feet he'll give you joy full and complete have you ever called that name have you ever heard that name have you ever called that name jesus listen listen listen on the night that jesus was betrayed he joined together with his disciples in the other room and he said every now and then i need you to do something i need you to remember me i know you're gonna have a lot on your mind i know you're gonna get distracted i know life is gonna throw a lot at you so every now and then come together and just remember me i want you to pause right where you are grab your elements in your hand close your eyes with me and just think back through the month of august some moments that you know nobody kept you but jesus come on think about that day you got saved and he changed your life change your direction just take a minute and remember remember some of you used to be on the streets used to be in poverty grew up in humble beginnings just remember mom and daddy had to struggle to make ends meet and look at you now don't even look like what you've been through says we joined together for this moment of communion i want you to remember the name and the nature of jesus because it is that name that has changed the trajectory of all of our lives hold that bread with me it is a symbol of the body of christ i want you to break it he told his disciples as often as you do this do this in remembrance of me church of the living god let us eat the body of christ together [Music] the cup in your hand the juice in your hand the wine the grape juice in your hand is a symbol of the blood of jesus and i need you to know something the bible says if there be no shedding of blood there could be no remission for sins church of the living god i want you to lift that cup up high because that represents your high seasons that represents when everything is peaceful and serene and well but the blood reaches do i have a witness to the highest mountain but i want you to hold that cup low because sometimes you're going to go through a hard season grief and sorrow and languish and sleeplessness will become your constant companions i need you to know that the same blood that reaches the highest mountain it flows to the lowest valley and it gives you strength from day to day and it will never lose his power church of the living god let us drink of the blood of christ together can you repeat after me i represent christ and i represent christ everywhere i go tell somebody around your smile let them say i represent christ tell them i represent christ everywhere i go now take a minute and give god glory that his blood still works yeah jesus [Music] i dare you to call his name i dare you to call his name i dare you to call his name i dare you to call his name so grateful to be back i mean it just feels good to be back and i thank you for for listening and receiving our five guest preachers can we thank god for the preachers that blessed us in the month of august every one of them had a word whether you heard it or not each one of them brought some fresh fire every week and i'm so so thankful to my staff thank you i love you all so much we have an amazing staff here at fellowship and to all of our leaders and to all of you god bless you god bless you god bless you numbers chapter 11 verse 14. i'm going to read out of three versions today i want to read it first out of the king james version then i'll read it out of the new revised standard version and then i'll read it out of the message bible somebody say amen first i want to read numbers 11 14 out of the king james version and it reads these are the words of moses i am not able to bear all this people alone because it is too heavy for me the nrsv version says i am not able to carry all this people alone for they are too heavy for me the message bible says i can't do this by myself it's too much all these people i want to talk today from this thought very simply i'm so over this thank you you may be seated i'm i'm so over this have you ever been there before where you were just over it turn to somebody and say neighbor say friend i know i look saved and i know i look good but if i tell the truth i'm so over this [Music] i'm so over this a few weeks ago a fellow by the name of erwin bernstein retired abruptly in the middle of his psychology class he was uh teaching at the university of georgia in athens georgia and he's 88 years old came out of retirement to come back to teach to help a senior class meet their requirements so that they would be on time for graduation well he told them no mask no class he said i'm 88 years old i have type 2 diabetes i have hypertension and i have age related problems and i need for you to respect me i will respect you as your professor wear my mask and teach and come out of retirement to help you graduate but i just have one request in this class i need you to wear your mask there was a young lady in that class he had to ask at least two times to pull her mask up and finally she responded i can't breathe in this thing he looked at the class and said well it looks like i'm retired he packed his stuff up at the beginning of the class closed his laptop folded his books together gathered his notes and walked out of class because he said i have fought too hard for this country as a veteran to now risk losing my life to a student who doesn't want to wear a mask he was absolutely over it and what's so amazing to me brothers and sisters is that he was over it and had the ability to walk away but what happens when you're over it and you've got to stay what happens when you're over it and you don't have the convenient uh possibility or option of just closing all of your books gathering all of your papers and walking awake because before you leave this world brothers and sisters you're going to have the same experience of erwin bernstein the 88 year old professor at university of chicago you're going to be absolutely over it isn't that how we felt in this pandemic i thought in the summer we were coming out of this thing i thought that the vaccinations were going to make things just a little bit better and then at the turn of august here comes a delta variant here comes another another uh variant of this virus that is added complications to our ability to negotiate this pandemic and then on top of a delta variant you still have people who don't want to respect others enough to wear their mask you still have people who have politicized this vaccination and now refuse to get it for whatever reason i'm to the point now where i'm not fighting with anybody else over whether or not you should be vaccinated or not i just want you to know i'm full of the holy spirit and moderna and i'm glad about it i chose to get the vaccination and others may choose not to get the vaccination and i understand we're just up in arms but if i could be completely 100 after over 18 months in this pandemic i feel like erwin bernstein i'm absolutely over it i didn't want to come earlier a few weeks ago and come back and have to tell you we could not reopen our church on this the first sunday of september that was the most painful and challenging announcement i've had to make since i've been a pastor the pastor of fellowship chicago to tell you once again you have to wait to come back in to tell you once again you can't physically be in the room to participate in the installation i'm absolutely i'm over all of this i feel exactly what you feel i want to return to normal i wish that life wasn't this way but the truth is since march 2020 648 000 people have died in the united states from covet 19 the truth is the delta variant is more contagious more than two times contagious the previous variance the truth is you have people who are vaccinated who still get sick and some who die the truth is we were we were premature in sending our students back to school but because america values money over humanity they knew they had to get the parents back in the workplace and the only way to get the parents back to work is you've got to put the kids in school and then you put the kids in school without making mass mandatory so now kids every week children every week middle school high school elementary school students are having to get out of school because they're catching the virus in the school they have to take 10 12 15 days out of school and all they're doing is just passing around the virus crossing their fingers praying that our children's immune systems are strong enough because america still hasn't learned that you cannot put money over people america still hasn't learned that humanity matters more than our economy america still hasn't got and i can be i can articulate all of this i can explain why you should get i could explain it i can break it all down but the truth is i'm absolutely over it am i by myself today have you ever found yourself in a place where you were just over it you gave it your all you went to therapy you prayed about it you cried about it you worshiped through it you talked to people about it you try to be the bigger person i'm not just talking about the vaccination and the pandemic i'm just looking for about two or three of y'all who can testify preacher you on my street pull it in my driveway because i've been there before when i was just over it i had given it my all i had brought it to god i had sought wise counsel and advice and now i'm just over it well if you're there right now god has allowed me to make it safely back from my sabbatical to let you know that you're not the first and you won't be the last to be in a season when you're absolutely over it it happened to moses right here in the book of numbers the very name numbers in hebrew means in the wilderness these are people walking through the wilderness and to make matters worse they're not just walking through the wilderness they have started to grumble and complain to moses because they're not happy with where they are in the wilderness watch it now god has been taking care of them god has been making a way for them god has sent manna from heaven every day god has made sure they had water to drink but they've gotten to a position now where they're agitated in this pandemic i'm sorry in this wilderness and now they're crying against the leader saying how long is it going to be like this do we have to keep eating manna every day god has been providing for them god has been gracious to them god has been good to them but the people have gotten agitated in the wilderness and now they're crying against the leader saying how long does it have to be this way we don't want to eat manna anymore we don't want to be safe and wear our mask anymore we don't want to stay home and watch church i'm over the virtual church what don't you think i am too preaching to a camera and chair i'm tired of this they've been crying and grumbling against moses who's been trying to protect them and lead them into the into the prosperity of the promised land but they're irritated now and they no longer want manna watch this they want meat and now they're crying for meat and in verses 1 through 13 if you read numbers chapter 11 you will see that god and moses start having a conversation and moses says god i didn't ask for these negroes god i didn't ask you to call me to lead through this god i i was minding my business on the back of the midianite desert and you called me you set that bush on fire you selected me to be their leader and now you want to do me like this got me out here in the wilderness stuck don't know which way to go next what to do next and now to make it all worse they're asking me why did you bring us out of egypt in the first place at least we had some onions in egypt at least we had garlic and watermelons and cantaloupe and muscadines in egypt at least stuff was sweet in egypt and now moses has to get his mind together with all this noise and he comes to god in verse 14 and he says god this is too much for me and you better be glad i just read verse 14 because in verse 15 he takes it another level and he says god if this is what you're gonna do to me go ahead and take my life i'm over all of this i'm just tired of this every day somebody's sick every day somebody is dying every day there's an update if it's not a virus it's a hurricane if it's not a hurricane it's a flood if it's not a flood it's gang violence but not gang violence it's irresponsible leadership in the capital if it's not irresponsible leadership in the capital the job starts flicking if it's not the job flaking somebody at home is going cuckoo for cocoa puffs if somebody at home hasn't gone cuckoo for coco puffs somebody in your life you love life something is going have you ever been there were you just like god i can't take no more of this i'm over it i i just want you to press pause on everything if you don't press pause i'ma press pause i can't take no more have you ever been there and if you've been there god just sent me to give you the recipe of how you manage and navigate when you get to the place when you're absolutely over it do y'all want to know what god gave me or no yeah i've been holding this message in for two weeks now yeah this ain't no saturday night special i've been marinating with this one and god wanted me to get here to tell you number one when you find your way and find yourself in a season when you're absolutely over it here it is number one you need a new strategy look at somebody and say we need a new strategy come on open your mouth real loud say we need a new strategy i love this right here because in verse 16 and 17 moses gets finished crying out to god in verse 14. i can't do it by myself it's too much all these people and this is how you intend to treat me do me a favor just gonna kill me i've seen enough i've had enough let me out of here and god said to moses in verse 16 don't miss your shout god said to moses gather 70 men from among the leaders of israel men whom you know to be respected and responsible take them to the tent of meeting i'll meet you there i'll come down and speak with you i'll take some of the spirit that is on you and place it on them then we'll be able to take some of the load off of these people and you won't have to carry this whole thing by yourself this is so good to me because moses says i'm over it god says pick 70 men men who are respected and responsible i want to not be patriarchal and sexist and suggest that moses could have picked 70 men or women because the truth is is normally the women holding down the community in the first place he said pick 70 men or women that's sharps rendering or sharps version and he says i need you to take them in the meeting here's what i'm gonna do i'ma give them your spirit that sounds like reverend evans for those of you who used to be around here he used to meet with the leaders and tell them the the people have to have the leader's spirit how are you gonna have a nice pastor and nasty members how are you going to have a kind gentle pastor and you don't know how to talk to people because if everything's going to work out you've got i feel like preaching you've got to take on the spirit of your leader if excellence is the standard then everybody has to be excellent if kindness is the standard then everybody has to be kind and god said hey you've been doing it by yourself and you need to embrace the help that's already around you come here mama come here student call me husband come here wife come here grandma i came to tell you if you're in a season where you're over it god says you need a new strategy and maybe it's not getting 70 women or 70 men to help you carry the load but you've got to open your mouth to god and say god this is too much for me i can't handle this i need a new strategy maybe it's time to try therapy maybe it's time to talk to somebody and stop holding it in by yourself maybe it's time for you to put that patron and that tequila and that brown and that tito's and that kettle one and that great goose don't ask me how i know deacon roosevelt told me about it uh yeah maybe it's time to put all that down so that you can clear your mind declutter your spirit untoxify your mind so that you can hear you need a new strategy i know you like to roll up and eat edibles but have you i had any more peace have you been able to feel any better after you come down from the high i know you feel good temporarily but maybe you need a new strength somebody just holler god give me a new strategy i want to raise my children like you want me to raise them give me a new strategy i want my marriage to work give me a new strategy god i want to be the best man that you've called me to be i want to be the greatest woman that you've ordained me to be i need a new strategy somebody's a new strategy that's how reverend evans made this church grow when he started it in 1950 there was no guitar there was no organ no you were a sinner if you brought drums and organ and guitar into the church he was radical in the 50s and 60s because he used a new strategy and then comes a little 25 skinny boy from florida who had a new strategy and people fought him because he was trying to help them focus on transformation over tradition his name is pastor charles jenkins he came with a new strategy and then here come the third pastor of fellowship it is anniversary ain't it and two months into my pastorate we're thrown in a pandemic what we gonna do we gonna pivot make it do what it do and we got a new strategy we always been the ship now with a virtual ship it's called a new strategy i like simone biles who when she injured herself didn't just continue like she would have gone on to the olympics to compete she said let me take some time for myself let me step away for a minute so i don't injure myself worse that's a lesson because some of y'all need the strategy of simone you keep trying to work on stuff that's injured and you're about to make it worse you mad at me for taking a sabbatical and locate loki you need one yourself you mad at me for taking a break and low-key you need a break yourself sometimes you gotta take a break before you break is that too fast i like naomi osaki she said my mental health is shaky i'm really an introvert i have social anxiety this ain't working for me she took a break because she tried a new strategy i remember my first pastor's wife miss ivory colin shepard she used to ask her husband when they were younger where are you going when he was walking out the door he was an old school man he would keep walking and get in the car and shut the door and not answer her now brothers i don't recommend this but this was the 50s and the 60s and she said it bothered her that she kept asking him where you're going when he would leave the house and he would not answer so she talked to her grandmother and said grandma this is happening what should i do she said pray baby for a new strategy clearly you're not getting what you want that way try something else she said the next time her husband walked out the door she looked at him and said will you be back he turned around and told her everything he was about to do he said baby the reason i didn't want to answer you is because i'm a pastor and i need you to know when i'm not going somewhere i'm taking care of the sheep that god has called me to take care of but since you change your strategy and you want to know will i be back absolutely give me a kiss it's called change your strategy that's how men breathe are almost about to make it to six years of marriage i had to change my strategy my wife told me when we started dating she said don't talk to me like no dog don't talk to me like no child i said yes ma'am ain't no yelling in my house if you gotta yell you don't know how to communicate if you got to raise your voice you don't know how to communicate i'm trying to help somebody understand that the way you've been going about it you can't keep going that way look at somebody and write in the chat change your strategy i don't know who i'm trying to help today but i need you to do what moses did find you some people to help you stop walking around here trying to do it all by yourself and all that is is pride you don't want to ask nobody for help you're struggling in silence because you're too prideful to admit that you're about to crack and collapse you better open your mouth and find some folk who are respectable and responsible and lean on them until the season shifts look at somebody and say you need a new strategy but you don't just need a new strategy we need to trust god's sovereignty oh it gets even better gets even better he said now i'm gonna hook you up with some people that gonna have your spirit but verse 18 in the message bible he says tell the people consecrate yourselves get ready for tomorrow when you're going to eat meat you've been whining to god we want meat give us meat we had it better in egypt god has heard your wine and now and he's going to give you meat you're going to eat meat and it's not just for a day that you'll eat meat watch this god gets funny with him he said not just for two days not just for five or ten or twenty but for a whole month you're gonna eat meat until it's coming out your nostrils you're gonna be so sick of me that you'll throw up at the mention of it and here's why because you have rejected god who is right here among you whining in god's face talking about why did we ever have to leave egypt i promise you i'm gonna preach this by myself see god is trying to tell them don't you know i can take care of you don't you know i can make a way out of no way it's not that i can't give you meat i'm just insulted that you started disrespecting my manner oh did i say it too fast i've already been good to you i've already provided for you you got to trust my sovereignty somebody say sovereignty it means god can do what god wants when god wants how god wants what god wants he's sovereign and whatever place you find yourself in god comes with god's sovereignty that means god's authority god's sovereignty that means god's supreme power god's sovereignty that means god's rule that god's sovereignty has the power to make a way out of nowhere can i get one witness who can admit you're here right now because of god's sovereignty and before we ask god for anything else can we just pause for 30 seconds and give god praise for keeping us this far for making a way this long for giving you peace all those nights for keeping food on your table clothes on your back joy in your heart a smile on your face energy in your body focus in your mind somebody just park right there forget who's looking at you and give god glory so he won't have to curse you because you forgot what he's done through you somebody open your mouth and give god glory for the manna and the water and the deliverance and the victory he's already given you in previous chapters somebody say sovereignty yeah i ain't talking about something i read about i'm talking about what i'm living i just buried my auntie janice yesterday just did a eulogy for my auntie yesterday in atlanta two weeks before that did a eulogy for my uncle had two deaths personally during the pandemic preached about three or four funerals for fellowship during the pandemic during my sabbatical through the month of august members dying over and over again sick on top of sick and somebody asked me how do you handle all of that i said i don't handle nothing but now unto him who is able to keep me from falling i'm here this morning because god is suffering i can help you this morning because god is sovereign i can stand up here in my right mind and not cry through the whole service because god is sovereign i dated look at somebody around here say he's sovereign yeah he's gonna make a way for you he's gonna take care of every door i prophesy over your life i know you're over it but get ready for god to do more than you ever expected you asked him for a job he's about to give you promotion you asked him for sleep he's about to give you rest you asking for a man he's about to give you a man a guard you ask them to protect your children he's about to bless your somebody give god praise because he's got power and he's sovereign i say he's got power and he's suffering i say he's got power and he's sovereign i need somebody who's been healed to holla he's got power i need somebody who's come through a divorce to holler he's got power i need somebody who almost lost your mind to holler he's got power i need some survivors of kobe 19 to holler he's got power so so wait you need a new strategy you got to trust god's sovereignty he's able wait wait wait wait a minute wait a minute i said he's able yeah yeah yeah yeah [Music] and do i just have 30 witnesses on the virtual ship who can lift your hand this morning and holler even if he doesn't do it he's still able yes he is yes he is you you you need a new strategy you got to try something you ain't tried before yeah yeah you got to trust god's sovereignty but lastly you need to know their safety yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah somebody just hold yourself and say their safety yeah yeah yeah some so somebody just look at somebody around you and tell them you're safe yeah yeah he told me you about to eat so much meat is going to come out your head and i'm mad at y'all verse 20 he said because you've rejected me and i've been with you the whole time i've been right here i i had your back the whole time so verse 21 moses said uh god i'm standing here watch this number surrounded by 600 000 men on foot isn't that ironic that we've had six hundred and forty eight thousand deaths look at this it's just it's overwhelming moses said look i'm standing here surrounded by 600 000 men on foot and you say watch moses now i'll give them meat meat every day for a month then moses says so where is it coming from even if all the flocks and herds were butchered would that be enough even if all the fish in the sea were caught what would that be enough and god in his divinity look down at moses in his humanity and god answers moses verse 23 you got to see this with your own eyes god said to moses so do you think i can't take care of you you'll see soon enough whether what i say happens for you or not church vote don't know in the shower god looked down he didn't even start arguing moses he said so you don't think i can take care of you moses now if i was talking to somebody else it would be a different question but moses you don't think i could take care of you when pharaoh called an edict to kill all the boys in egypt and you were placed in a basket on the nile and while thousands of little boys were being killed your life was preserved you don't think i can take care of you and then your sister caught you and brought you to your mama so basically pharaoh paid your mama to raise you in the palace you don't think i could take care of you when you were at the red sea and you were stuck who opened it you don't think i could take care of you when i brought you through the red sea who closed it on your enemies you don't think i could take care of you when you got over the red sea who gave you water out of a rock who helped you beat the amalekites who put you in an oasis with 70 palm trees who made sure you didn't miss no meal you don't think i can take care of you and all i need you to know today if you don't hear nothing else i say god is able to take care of you when you're carrying heavy stuff i know what i'm talking about i know what it means for god to take care of you but but the only way i can paint this i got to tell you what happened to me just about two weeks ago i i have this new thing with my god goddaughter anita where where where we have movie night occasionally and uh and here's the catch here's the catch i don't pick the movie she picks the movie first movie night we watch the new space jam uh-huh second movie night she said i want to watch this movie called vevo uh-huh it's a little movie that on netflix with the little a little kinkachu uh he's the star of the movie the movie is called vevo somebody say vivo yeah yeah that is right there on your screen vevo and he's a little kinkachu and and at the top of the movie pikachu's keeper was named andres and undress dies within the first five to 10 minutes of the movie so i'm confused i'm saying that this is a child's movie and and the kinker choose uh owner dies at the top of the movie i said oh no what's going to happen to vevo vevo is the kinkajou i said what's gonna happen to vevo anita looks at me and says oh he'll be fine i sat there i said well she's watched the movie before so clearly she knows how's going in you'll catch that down the street later i'm sitting there watching it for the first time she's already seen it she said oh he'll be fine i keep watching it the whole point of the movie is andres wrote a song for his lover in miami and andres was about to take a trip before he died from cuba to miami to give the words of the song to his lover that he loved and never shared it with her for over 40 years so now the rest of the movie vevo the kinkachu the little honey bear this little monkey-like thing runs around from cuba gets all the way to miami holding on to some words the whole movie is about a pikachu that wouldn't let some words go because he knew if he was gonna make it he had to hold on to some words and i don't know who i'm preaching to today because some of y'all have been feeling me since i started preaching because the truth is you're so over everything going on and you're just like me and you're just like vevo and you're tired of everything that's happening but god let my god daughter a little five-year-old preach to us today and i came to let you know that with everything you got going on everything will be fine and the way you're gonna make it is you gotta do what vevo did you gotta hold on to the words because if you're gonna survive all of life's jungles if you're gonna survive all of life's uncertainties you've got to be able to hold on to the word somebody write in the chat talk hold on to the word what you're holding on to preacher i'm so glad you asked the lord is my light and my salvation whom shall i fear the lord and the strength of my life of whom shall i be afraid to tell somebody hold on to the words but what word are you holding on to her even the youth shall faint time and be weary the young men and women shouted god made that wait upon the lord shall renew their strength they're gonna mount up on wings like eagles they're gonna run and not get weary they're gonna walk and not faint i've been through a lot these last few weeks what word have you held on to the bible says in first peter 5 verse 10 that the god of all grace who has called you into his eternal glory in christ jesus that after you have suffered for a little while he himself will perfect you establish you strengthen you and settle you hold on to his word well what word are you holding on to i once was young and now i'm a little older but i never seen the righteous forsaken nor his seed begging for bread look at somebody around you look i'm dead and now i'll write it in the chat and say friend oh don't read god's word his word said we've been made into a foreign [Music] shall be able to prosper [Music] [Music] tell somebody hold on tell your neighbor look i'm dead in the eye and say neighbor i know you're over it y'all ain't talking i said tell somebody i know that you're over it but telling me [Music] a new strategy trust god's sovereignty and know you're in god's safety yes the lord is my shepherd i shall not walk it makes me lie down in green pasture leads me [Music] you walk through the valley of the [Music] and say lord thank you for keeping me safe thank you for blocking the enemy thank you for blocking everything [Music] say hey [Music] [Music] you better prophesy with your body god is [Music] because the lord is my shepherd i have everything i need he makes me lie down and brings extras and he leads me [Music] because yourself hug yourself hug yourself and ask yourself god take care ask yourself [Music] behind you [Music] god will it's not uncertainty god will [Music] can i ask you a black preacher question pony it [Applause] won't he do it won't he do it won't it do it won't it do it if i find somebody say yes we will yes he will yes he will [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] two cars alone [Music] uh [Music] help me [Music] together [Music] but if that you know [Music] [Music] [Music] it is [Music] churches [Music] [Music] excuse me [Music] is [Music] [Music] and he will work that thing out [Music] we got to go [Music] [Applause] somebody throw your hand up and say i thank you lord thank you lord [Applause] [Applause] tell somebody me is on the way but don't forget to thank him for the manner tell somebody else meat is on the way but don't you forget to pay thank you for the manner that's right in front of you for the family that's right in front of you put a paycheck that's right in front of you for the peace that's right in front of you he's gonna do more but don't forget to thank him for what he's doing right now [Applause] [Music] i don't know who this message is for today but early this morning 4 30 this morning god woke me up and i could not go back to sleep because i knew with all my heart this was a word that i had to get out of my spirit because this word is going to save somebody's life you who are on the verge of taking your own life god says not yet give me some more time you don't think i can take care of you i know your mama died i know you lost some loved ones but you don't think i can take care of you you're stuck you're lonely you're tired of the way things are you're disillusioned you're disconnected you're numb you don't even feel anything anymore god says i see you and i have one question for you you don't think that i can take care of you this is what god led me to do this morning i wrote it down the verse that god asked that question was verse [Music] 23. and you know i don't play around with stuff just to mess with you and manipulate you no no god said when you get to church challenge everybody by faith to sow a 23 seed above tithes and offerings as a act of faith that whatever you've been stressed out about god in his own time is gonna take care of it for you and when i when i felt that and i heard that in my spirit it resonated so deeply and said god are you sure he's absolutely activate people's faith 23 everybody shout 23 it was verse 23 he asked a question and when you sow this 23 seed we're believing by faith that we already know the answer to that question yes god will take care of my children yes god will give me enough to make my ends meet yes god will keep me in my right mind yes god will walk me through this season of grief yes god will protect us while we're apart until we get back together i want you to do it now move by faith if you got a zealot if you got a cash effort if you got a shell be next if you've got the faith god's got the power if you don't don't do it but my wife and i are sowing the seed today those of us in the room we're sowing a seed today believing that god is able if you don't know jesus christ i want to introduce him to you and here's why i want to introduce him to you because he was over it sometimes too even jesus in the garden of gethsemane said can can this cup pass from me and then he turned around and said nevertheless not my will but yo you got a savior who understands exactly what you feel look at those seven ways to give i want you to give but i also want you to know you've got a savior who knows how you feel and he'll join you in the journey walk you through the jungle walk you with his hand in your hand i want to offer christ to you now if you need
