well hello there expeditioners and expedition hers i'm charlie slimsky you may recognize me from gaming and the jungle do you remember when you were a child when you were just walking around in the you know in the history museum going past the stone aisle passing by the the rocks row and he got to the gift shop and lo and behold what's there we have a couple movies on dinosaurs whatever dino snore what's that excavation kits that's right those little tiny things where you dig up the little treasures inside today excavation kits are gonna make you a man and i've got quite a few here to review so let's rock hey guys i definitely didn't forget to say this at the beginning of the video so i'm filming it now but go down below make sure that you're subscribed go excavate that subscribe say uh uh [ __ ] you you've got no idea what's in that box of rocks i'm so in character so i have here a variety of excavation kits all sorts of stuff all sorts of different textures and ideas and today we're gonna rate them all individually find out what's the best what's the worst what shouldn't exist and if these things should even be around lads and ladies we are going to start here today with a simpler one national geographic's mega fossil mega fossil dig kit if what this is saying is true it has 15 genuine fossils see if we can find a kabutops in this [ __ ] as you can see right here we have the art oh arthur ortho orthoceras i can barely read i don't know what makes me think i'm going to be able to do it upside down let's just crack this bad boy open and see what's what's what all the fuss is about for my colleagues so already we have a magnifying glass yeah that's nice if you if you hold these uh over the over the sunlight you can focus that and kind of set something on fire and start a little hole and i feel like that's what's happening in my brain right now oh boy okay uh we have not only a instructions which uh again illiterate and i've got gloves on double whammy kind of looks like a loaf almost uh on a bad day i would try to eat this and on a better day i would eat this pair your workstation okay specimens are buried inside the digging brick carefully dig into the brick with the tools provided uh if the digging brick is too hard not for me baby i think we're actually gonna need some water here let me go get that all right i've acquired the fundamental building block to life probably i don't really remember what they taught me in science class so we've been provided with this uh chisel kind of scalp tool thing uh and this little bit of a brush kind of aft because this is an art and of itself you know that didn't do anything to it this is going to take a while [Music] are you kidding me that helps a lot i see what natty g was talking about now that's a little that's a little grime stickler right there so let me dispel any any myth for you right now this is uh not super easy and it's gross so this sucks we got a big one boys uh what the [ __ ] is this okay look at that that right there i got that bad boy is it real so if my calculations and reading comprehension are correct this is orthoceras this feels like what a digging kit is right i mean it's not nothing too crazy um the water helps a lot kind of like just digging through hard dirt um all right we got other fossil kits here uh to get to so we might as well uh speed up the process give these guys a little bit of a nudge in the right direction i put your [ __ ] family in the ground but they've already been there for a million years so you are gonna tell me what y level your buddies are at and i swear to god if i hit bedrock you're not gonna be a sedentary rock you're gonna be a cemetery rock buddy [Music] we're getting in there don't you ever talk back to me oh baby we got something see that right here [Music] oh it's big it's big this could be the coprolite trying to find an angle you can see it here as you can see right right there is our uh our bad boy is this satisfying i would wait i would say no oh my god it's there's they're all in the same spot i just found one and now there's another jesus christ i should have said something cooler when i did that i didn't realize you could just break it like i'm an infant i'm an infant for doing it that long as you saw in the box this is uh trillo bite which um i've been downloading a lot of games recently so i don't even think i have that much left on my hard drive now the the best way to do this so far has proved not to be with the implements but with these implements right here so as an excavation kit i think i got it it started to get a little fun um when it became uh something that instead of trying to excavate i was trying to kill i would rate this excavation kit a is a five middle of the road middle of the road excavation kit let's get all out of here let's bring the next one on [Music] we're gonna do a more exciting one uh we're gonna do the volcano excavation kit which i want to say for the record when i ordered this i thought it was going to be a lot bigger and instead it is this what the hell is that what the hell is that give us the same kind of tools brush and a chisel here's our little bunny it's got a spot right at the top for uh i guess um ready everyone it's gonna be exciting okay do i have baking soda and vinegar the answer was no when my pants fell down in the kitchen we got a couple of igneous rocks in this bad boy i want to see how many we can expose at once so if we fully douse it look at that but i want to get i want to get in there oh climb what's this oh that was fun that was that was satisfying look at what we found seven more of these bad boys and we're going to the nether up close it's a rock now we're going to try some more traditional digging style here this is kind of the classical style they taught me it's honestly falling away very very easily the success i've found is with the pop just like that let's see what we found we got a geologist uh in the comments let me know what that is i'm enjoying this one you know uh more than the last one even though it was small even though it was not what i was expected i enjoyed more there he is dwayne how long you spam i loved your i loved your performance and fast and the furious so this is also a rock i think i've got the rough idea here which is there's more rocks in here and we uh gotta get them out i guess and i almost did that i rate the volcano to be completely honest sit wait wait wait this would be fun it's a seven and that's why i rate the volcano i rate the volcano a seven out of 10. pretty solid i enjoyed it better than the last one easy now as you can see clearly behind me my life is in ruins but my i was speaking to my colleagues never do that again even though my life is in ruins my brand is in goo i have here discovery channel prehistoric slimy gloop dig if that isn't the worst combination of words i've seen on a box i have to open [Music] yeah so uh this one's a bit different instead of excavating we're going to be sort of schleck really just getting in there oh no oh christ oh god do you know what i see you know what i see immediately it's not even already done they give me packets of this friendship ended with rock disgusting primordial black sludge is my new best friend [Music] god if that isn't the sound of discovery i don't know what is oh it was bad oh look at oh look at that okay already that's a that's a bonus point we've got another poster to hang on facts about fossils is what that says if i wanted those i could just go to facebook boomers owned does not have a way to open it it's probably so it avoids dissolving the inside of the box or infecting some unsuspecting child with the venom symbiote so uh we're gonna need to cut this bad boy open i can get scissors god that is [ __ ] foul i don't know if you can see the way that is sticking to the side of the bag so this is the worst one uh yeah this is the worst one um yeah this is oh yeah this is yeah this is definitely the worst one oh as you can see i've procured a little bit of bone um it still has a little bit of residue on it so we are going to need to clean that off oh oh oh god oh christ oh i think it's like absorbing into my skin i think it's absorbing into my skin oh all right bone one has been quiet as you can kind of see there um now we need to do that how many more um oh no oh no i didn't venture off into the jungle four years ago to be put off by a little bit of river group so we are just going to slime right in oh yeah baby oh yeah oh pulled free from the sludge just like me oh god it just comes right out it comes right out maybe i you know instead of coming from above i'm really just gonna get under there ah it bit me so far this is actually the worst one this is not as fun it is generally unpleasant and it feels and there's a bubble and there's a ball with it there is a bubble in it that is for some reason actively rising why is it getting bigger you tell me this now [Music] this is for realsies eight one out of ten i'm giving up on my doctorate and i'm going to church uh one out of ten uh we've got a couple of bones here that i think you're supposed to like reassemble but i'm not gonna waste your time with this and it will never fully wash off either um like blood which maybe they used some of that in this [Music] we have two remaining the first of which is jumbo gem big kit sounds pretty standard let's just get right into it damn is that one jumble brick or are there 15 real gems buried inside oh already off to a good start this one comes with a shoe wooden mallet all right that's uh this does not feel awesome oh here we go that is i actually hate this uh this film feels really bad it has like a chalky texture to it and i kind i [ __ ] hate chalk so i'm just gonna loosen this guy up a little bit it doesn't seem right okay this i i don't even really know where to start with this um to be totally honest with you it's just like a block and we've got it we found a rock supposedly that is a real gemstone okay uh it's like red yeah it's kind of neat okay man real excavating is this fun oh look at that that one's actually pretty cool here i'll show it on this camera too look at there okay we have a rock uh this one sucks and i'm gonna show it to you out there and it's not even that fun i took the ticket for the long way round yeah so i've got the rough idea here none of these have been none of these have looked like this but i'm going to give it a a swift chance the old college try here let's find just a couple more uh in a school montage and let's see what we think oh this one's cool this one's cool oh that's like a like a quartz [ __ ] close up for no one that cares i see a lot of good ones in here open sesame listen to that okay these are pretty these are these are fun these are fun all right i'll let you get a look at them we got this fun red one a little bit of a clear one here this one this one that was just that's just dirt look at me [Music] in a safari costume i found in an abandoned store there's no one there just it's a soft electric hum as i walked solemnly to the cashier and checked out i said just this i gave him the costume didn't ask any questions they know not to anymore i went online i searched things you dig with rocks and then when kid i got a bunch of my thoughts to myself it's fine i'll just i'll just dig you know i'll just dig and take and take and maybe i'll find myself down there somewhere i give this excavation kit an 8 out of 10. honestly none of these ratings matter no one is ever going to buy any of these so let's move on to the last one you may be thinking at this point how can he possibly top how crazy these have all been and to you i say how you know how can he possibly top slimy glute prehistoric dick this [ __ ] big egg baby let's make a [ __ ] omelet to remember this is this is the one to end it all okay let's get down to business taste my excavation piss [Music] the hurt doesn't show the pace i can't even get into this thing i you know i think this is it i don't think we're gonna be able to open this uh this one the egg unrated out of ten i can't open this thing my pants are falling down again and now my life may be in ruins but i don't want to be ever again welcome to the jungle [Music] [ __ ] [Music] obviously the
