How to Setup your PS4 for STREAMING on Youtube! (EASY TUTORIAL)

what the new youtube it's t-reel back with another video and look guys today's video i'm about to show y'all a step-by-step tutorial on how to get y'all streamed just like this my last video i showed y'all all the equipment i used to set up my stream now i'm about to show y'all everything i did to set up my stream this way so you guys if you like this video go ahead leave a like comment and subscribe to the channel all right guys now that we're coming back to the video two things you don't necessarily need or this will not work at all first of all you're gonna need your computer monitor tv screen whatever you use i'm using a 32 inch tv screen to get the job done second you're gonna need a monitor for whatever console you want i'm on ps4 so i got a gaming monitor that's a 22 inch monitor uh if you watch my last video on it this will be in the description i'm also gonna put in the description as well in this video and you're going to need a capture card already though you'll need a capture card i got a elgato hd 60s simple simple really real simple it's easy to set up so first thing you want to do go on your ps4 and go to this setting right here all the way to your settings go down the system make sure enable hdcp is turned off so make sure this turns out i'm going to tell you i'm going to show y'all why y'all need this turned off because you probably at home confused about why it's not showing up on the screen i'm gonna show y'all why just a second second thing take your elgato don't go around to the back side so i can see the elgato has a hdmi out hdmi in super simple watch this so you got your hdmi hdmi out that's from the ps4 hdmi in going to the back of this gaming monitor all you got to do take this one out put it on the inside hdmi in now watch this other side get another hdmi cord like this one plug it in and out plug this one into that tv right there boom simmer now if you go over here it's gonna say there's nothing on the screen because you know why i didn't plug up the hd ah the elgato into the computer yet so let's do that right now it's gonna come with this usbc usb whatever this is 3.0 data cable make sure you plug that usb into a 3.0 usb plug on the back your computer or the front wherever it is now you take this and you plug it right here that's the only place it can go just plug it in right there you should hear your computer find it and that should come up now if i go to the front it should be on boom cut off now second thing i'm going to go on the computer software and switch it i already have uh my microphone set up matter of fact you might as well set up the microphone right now i got this microphone right here it's the fifone k9 something link will be in the description for it so i'm gonna take the usb cable came with and i'm gonna plug it up now this usb don't matter where where you plug it into it's just a regular usb cable so just plug into a regular usb port on your computer boom it's on there now i'm going to go on the computer and show you how which i need to do all right guys now that we have the ps4 situated we're going to go hop in our pc now now first thing you want to do is you want to go to your chrome browser or whatever web browser you use and you want to go to elgato.com elgato elgato.com right here once you get to this page you want to go to downloads select your product hd 60s mac windows i'm on windows and you want to download this right here game capture press the download button install it what you want to do after you get done installing you want to just well actually once you get done downloading you just want to install it but right now i already have it installed and this right here my game capture hd so once you go to here get it everything installed you want to open up this application now once you open up the elgato application you're going to see your ps4 screen in the background or at least you should if you follow all my steps so if you got this in the background that means you're good now that we have the ps4 on our screens now um i have a certain way that i capture my game audio and it's actually through the elgato and it's through the chat link cable also i will provide a link in the description also show you on camera on how to set that up so first thing you want to do to actually have it working in your stream labs or whatever streaming application that you do use you have to go switch this right here your audio input switch this to analog and press ok so now that you did that you can actually exit out of this screen this whole elgato application next thing you want to do is you want to go to stream streamlabs.com this is what i preferably use to stream to youtube and facebook because actually i can stream on youtube and facebook at the same time so once you get here you want to create you want to go to login actually um you can log in with your twitch youtube or facebook so i'm gonna go to youtube since that's what i'll be doing and i'm gonna sign in right now once you're on stream labs and you're signed in this is like your home page you can set up your alerts you can set up widgets you have your alert box chat box donation goes event list all that stuff uh i can make another video on how i set this up but for right now just gonna be a simple stream so i'm gonna go to download streamlabs obs right here press the download button i already have this downloaded so i'm just going to click cancel but for y'all that don't have it downloaded go ahead press download and install it to your computer now i'm just going to exit out of this as well all right guys now that you've installed your streamlabs obs application some things you want to go to to quickly set up your settings is go to your settings right here and go to audio so right now i currently have my microphone on this setting right here that's why you're able to hear me so once you click this you should see your microphone that you have plugged into your you your usb and you're just going to click on it and press done actually we're not done click on the gear setting again and you're going to click on stream this time so once you're over here you're going to see that my youtube is logged in because that's what i logged into my stream labs obs account too and also my facebook and twitch so these right here are important because this is how you're going to be able to stream onto youtube your facebook or your twitch one thing you want to do is go to your output and make sure that everything should be set up this way you might have different settings than me but if you have a cpu and you're streaming off your cpu you should have your software encoder as software your rate control it should be cbr bitrate 4500 because i actually have better internet and i use a profile is high next what you want to do is depending on what you want to stream to i use 1080p 30 frames per second your settings should look like this i can't really change it because i'm actually recording right now and once you have all those settings just like this you want to press done now i'm going to show you how you add your webcam if you're using one onto the screen so what you want to do is actually under sources i have something right here because i'm actually recording but you want to press this plus button right here press video capture device add source i'm gonna give this a name i'm just gonna type webcam add source and depending on what pops up on your webcam this is me right here so i have all my settings i'm just gonna leave it default and i'm pressing done now i'm going to leave myself right here actually i'm going to make myself a little bit smaller and i'm putting myself right there i have my webcam set up now if you don't have a webcam or if you think on purchase the webcam in the future this is how you set it up so now i'm going to add my ps4 onto the screen same way you just add your webcam you want to press the plus video capture device add source this time you get this option right here and i have my webcam set up right here but i'm going to press add new source i'm going to press ps4 add now this time instead of having my webcam i'm going to go to game capture hd60s and my ps4 should come up to the screen press done and my ps4 is like taking over the screen so i'll make it smaller right now normally you want to use it this big because it's actually actually it's gonna be like this on your screen that's how it's gonna look on your screen but it's different on my screen right now but i'm gonna make it smaller because i have to do another setting now on your screen once it's like this you're actually gonna press go live so i'm gonna press go live right here and this is what's gonna pop up right now i have my uh youtube and my facebook logged in but i'm gonna disable this one so it's just gonna be my youtube and i have event already created best loadout that's what i have from last night that's all the settings i typed in last night um but without it you can just create a new event type in what you want to type and eventually you just want to press confirm and go live right here once you do that you're going to go live on your youtube facebook or twitch once you press that button it's just going to go instantly live and one thing on how to get your uh ps4 audio which i'm about to show you guys right now now the capturing game audio all i use is this elgato chat link cable it's pretty simple to use and i'll show you right now it has two sides this side right here which this goes into your headphones just like this headphones goes to your ps4 controller and this other side the longer side goes right here in there and then all you have to do is take your headphones plug it in right there now i got audio coming from my headphones and it's also being captured right here on the stream labs application all right now that the ps4 audio was in uh it's back on the main menu but you can kind of hear me going through the menu right now also being played through right here so if you guys have any questions please leave a comment leave a like and also subscribe to the
