How to Remove Green Screen on Capcut PC

hey everyone today I've got a quick cap cut tutorial for you we're going to be showing you how to remove green screen in cap cut for PC it's really quite simple to do let's go ahead and jump over to my desktop here so I've got cap cut all loaded up and I've got a couple different videos here the first one is a subscribe button and that's what we're going to be removing the green screen from that's what that one looks like and then I've got an ocean video here that we're going to be using as our background this is what it looks like it's just a short video so um the first thing we need to do is put in our background so let's bring in our ocean video I'm going to import that you can search for it or drag and drop it in there and we're going to put that down in our timeline here down below make sure that is on the first layer so when I play that in my preview here you can see it just plays properly the next thing we're going to do is bring in our video with the green screen so I'm going to bring in the green screen I'm going to drop it here in my media area and then we're going to bring that down into our timeline again we're going to want to make sure that that green screen is above our background video because it'll place it on top of the background video so now when I play this you can see it goes from our background video to our subscribe button and then it'll go back to our background video so let me expand this here so let's show you how to remove the Green from this video so make sure it is selected down here um just like that so there's a white box around it and if you go up to the very top right hand corner you're going to see several different tabs video audio speed Etc make sure video is selected here and you'll see some more tabs underneath basic cut out mask Etc you can go ahead and select cut out here now once you've got cutout selected you'll see the option here that says chroma key and there's a little check box next to it go ahead and check that and it's going to allow you to pick a color picker here so there's a little kind of um eyedropper here you can go ahead and select that and when you select that you can go over to your video and it's going to give you a big circle that goes around your video and make sure you select the green area not the red or the white or the gray make sure you select some of the Green from your video so we're going to do that and you can see it selected that color over here and it's showing green now here's the part that removes it we can go ahead and adjust the strength and the shadow to make it look good so let's slide that up you can see at the beginning there's still some green around it and we want to slide that up roughly about halfway looks pretty good and we can adjust the Shadows here as well like that just like that so now when we play our video the green is removed and it's really that simple to remove and you can adjust this as well maybe you're doing a subscribe button like I am you can select it shrink it down move it around your screen Etc but really it's that simple to remove green screen in cap cut for PC so I hope this cap cut tutorial gave you value if it did make sure to give this video a thumbs up also remember to connect with me on social media and subscribe here on YouTube thank you so much for watching and until next time take care
