hi everyone I'm back and today I'm gonna show you all how to make a seafood boil I've had so many people say Gena do a seafood boil Gena please do a seafood boil well guess what we're doing one tonight guys here's what you will need all right let's come over here to my calendar everyone you will need I just have a quarter just a quarter of a white sweet onion that I've chopped up and I have two garlic cloves chopped and I have three slices or I'm sorry I have four slices of ginger right you will need four sticks of butter you will need corn on the cob this was the whole corn and I just broke it into half okay you will need two lemons you will need red potatoes okay make sure you wash your red potatoes with salt and cold water just wash them good just to get the sand and the dirt off of your potatoes you will need kielbasa all right this is the kielbasa that I always use for my dishes and I have two links that I've chopped up I have a jumbo shrimp that has been deveined with the shell one see how they devayne down the middle see how that's open all right and the shell is still on you will need two lobster tails you will need crab legs over here I have snow crab legs that I have soaking let me tell you about the snow crab legs okay crab legs have a lot of on them and if you don't be careful you'll eat that basically so here's what I like to do I like to soak my crab legs in salt water and then I've taken like my hands and I just rub them very well until all that sand and all those pieces come off now I did the top the orange part and now I'm soaking the bottom okay and this is just cold water and salt and I've rinsed this about five times I've already done this part now we're soaking this part alright for the spices you will need parsley garlic powder onion powder Old Bay seasoning for sure paprika you'll need honey Maggi poyo you will need any hot sauce that you like and cocktail sauce here's what we're gonna do guys okay oh and I have muscles okay I don't want to forget that so first thing that we'll do we're gonna how I make my seafood boil guys as I do mine's a little different I like to cook my back oh absolutely so I went out back this bag let me show you my bag the same bag that we all use for a turkey or a roast and you make sure you get the biggest bag that has that can hold up to 8 to 24 pounds okay so we're gonna use that bag and we're gonna set it down into here and bake it in the oven alright so first thing that I would like to do is get our bag going but we want to season this up well we're going to season this up just beautifully and so what I need to do we're gonna open this bag up put everything let me get this stuff out of my pan that I'm going to use I have my oven on 350 degrees [Applause] so then this is to pants because our ingredients are gonna be heavy so I'm just gonna use those two pants not only you guys are excited but I'm excited to my husband's excited so this will be fun this will be a lot of fun and when you when you put your crab lace in here and when you put your lobster tails be careful because the the outside of the crab legs and the lobster tails are so hard it can poke through your bag and we don't want that to happen okay you just don't okay so here's what we're gonna do start throwing everything in let me get a knife so that I can open up my muscles beautiful muscles here okay I couldn't find regular muscles so these muscles are in a butter garlic sauce which is just fine hey I'm okay with that right so long as I have muscles you can't do a seafood boil without so we're gonna go ahead and put our mussels in there just like so get it right down in that bag guys oh I'm so excited alright so then we're gonna start arranging our cord just like so we're just kind of throwing everything in let me get a good picture so you all can can see what we're doing here can you see there we go just kind of scatter everything alright get you some potatoes in there baby oh yeah really cooking in this kitchen guys you hear me absolutely you do I know you guys hear me all right so then sausage put it on the end and then I'll show you the the same spices that I like to use for my sauce are going to be the same spices that we use for to season up our food here to season up our boil all right make sure you pre-heat your oven at 350 I'm putting my beautiful shrimp these are jumbo shrimp here beautiful I love how they devein them for you and leave that shell long because you want to suck on that shell with that seasoning on there right and then pill it and eat the shrimp that's the only way you can do it okay we're gonna put this beautiful look at this guys is this beautiful or what and I've just cleaned this the same wet with some salt and water ain't it beautiful oh yes it is yeah baby mmm you guys don't know how my mouth is watering right now okay and I have more corn get in there get right on the next basket okay and then I have some lemon that I've sliced up it's one lemon okay and then I need to come over here to my sink and I'm going to do another washing rinse on my crap and I'll be right back guys okay everyone I've washed my crab legs once again and this is what they should look like they should not have any specs all over them and sand you should be nice and clean just like this okay check that out guys you want these things to be impeccably clean right and so if you worry oh my gosh Gina that's my poke a hole in it don't worry about it just Bendel see this hey you can bend them it's okay they're not gonna poke a hole in it all right don't worry you just bend them how you want and they'll stay that way okay let me show you see how they bent absolutely that's what you want now we're gonna put a whole stick of but a whole stick of butter Gina yes absolutely guys just trust me if you all trust me you want to have you a good seafood boil you hear me all right slow then we're gonna go in with our seasoning I cannot do a seafood boil without Maggie poyo and you all they don't know what Maggie poyo is it's like a chicken flavor powder hmm I'm getting ready to show it yet this lets off so much flavor do you hear me it's the best flavor ever is it gonna make it taste like chicken no way no way okay just put you some in there and now if you'll notice I'm not gonna use salt because this does have salt in it okay so just be very mindful of that alright get you some down in the air Maggie poyo you gotta have paparika paprika does give off some flavor absolutely it does and then it also gives off that beautiful color that we're so used to when you think of your seafood boils that you've had before okay this is what aids and helps give that beautiful color so get that down in there all right much Gina just put you some men guys trust me the only thing you have to worry about is those spices that have a lot of salt like that Maggie so we pay very close attention to that you have to put Old Bay seasoning and that's what we're gonna do right now get you some old bay in get in there all right and what I'd like to do I'm going to take this crab out okay but I'm gonna put it back in oh yes going back in cause I want to get down in there guys gotta get down in there right get in there obey obey the onion powder oh yeah get you some onion powder in there guys flavor flavor flavor garlic powder for sure and then I'm gonna kind of move a couple of these things around in here okay because I need for this spice take it well incorporate it and see we're gonna put some beautiful parsley for those that know me you know I can't do anything without parsley guys I can't do anything without God or without parts I love both I love God and I love for my parsley all right I don't want to disturb my what was I gonna say guys my lobster tails too much cuz I don't want to I don't want the meat to fall out here we go guys see how our spices are getting well incorporated absolutely they are I'm gonna put a little bit more obey it so I can get my shrimps all right so that's it for our spices and remember we have our butter put that butter right smack dab on top I have some fresh parsley that I'm gonna put in here all right now this goes in the oven 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes don't poke a hole in it guys okay this is not like a turkey and we need to poke a hole for ventilation or anything no don't you dare poke a hole into this okay so then you just take it and what I'm gonna do I'm gonna oh one more thing guys one more thing baby all right just to help it steam a little there we go beautiful and then all of the juices from everything it's gonna create you know like juice down in the bottom also with the butter I'm going to tie this if you can see okay and then I'm gonna see if I can find my little tie that this came with if not this is going in the oven on the middle rack 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes I'll be right back everyone okay everybody I felt my tie it was hiding from me all right it was hiding on the paper that was in there there we go just put this on here just like so but if you can't find this absolutely just tie off um you know put a tie in it like I did put a knot in it this is going in 350 degrees I'll be back after 4045 minutes guess what guys God always helps me every time I do it you all know everybody said Gina oh my gosh Gina my crab legs hmm I didn't forget God always helps me just right before I get ready forget God says Tina baby slow down you forgot those beautiful crab legs alright guys after a few after 40 minutes 45 minutes I'll be right back show you the finished product alright for this but after this goes into the oven I'm gonna show you how to make my beautiful butter sauce guys I make a butter sauce to die for do you hear me absolutely I do soon as I put this in the oven I'll be right back okay everybody let's go ahead and make Gina Young's butter sauce for this crab oil guys pay very close attention because this is so good it's so good you can drink it you hear me all right so now let's go ahead get close down into this pan and we're going to put three sticks of butter can you use margarine absolutely you can okay you can use butter you can use margarine because these flavors that we're gonna put in here are so tasty all right I'm putting the onion in there to cook okay the onion will be nice and cook down along with the garlic and the ginger absolutely and then we're gonna also put our lemon it and I have one slice of lemon but guys trust me this one slice is gonna put off a lot of flavor you hear me yes it will so let's go ahead and cook this down first before we do anything else do we have a good pitcher down in there let's see let's try to get there we go so we have three sticks of butter we have our gender sliced we have a little bit of onion we have a lemon slice can you imagine this flavor already just the butter and garlic alone right well we thought butter and garlic was good enough back in the days oh man but then when you put flavor I'm just poking at the lemon a little bit so it can release some of its flavor but oh it's gonna release flavor no matter what you say you don't have to all right our butters melting nicely beautifully now you can see that our onions are starting to get nice and translucent and translucent is where your onions start to turn a little clearer in color beautiful you can start to smell that nice ginger oh it smells beautiful when you can smell that garlic that's when you know everything's starting to cook up let's go ahead and put some paprika in okay I like to use one tablespoon of everything but you can also use a half okay a half tablespoon or you know like a teaspoon okay it's really up to your discretion okay all depends on how spicy you like your so when you make yours put how much you like okay I'm just eyeballing it because I've made this so much like I said it's round about a tablespoon each of everything and that's my onion powder and paprika garlic powder old bay for sure this comes out a little different so I have to tap it it's a little thicker than the other spices get on in there there we go it works better when you yell at it okay I'm gonna put about a teaspoon just a teaspoon of Maggi poyo okay that's all that's all you need guys cuz remember this has salt in it and then we're gonna go in with a full bottle a full bottle Gina absolutely and this bottle is a 12 ounce bottle of cocktail sauce guys you ain't taste you have not tasted a butter sauce until you tasted it tasted it is that is that a right word until you've tasted with cocktail sauce oh you thought you liked cocktail sauce alone guys weights you mix it with this I love cocktail sauce I'm going to put a few dashes of hot sauce we're not one of those families that like everything really hot so here's the thing you can put some red pepper flakes or you can put some hot sauce on the side of the people or the family members that you're feeding that likes hot stuff okay and they can put it in their butter sauce all right but we just like ours just a little mild we want to be able to taste that seafood guys with this sauce we don't we don't want to burn anybody socks off with a bunch of heat no we don't oh this is beautiful guys I can't wait to taste it all right then we're gonna go in with our honey okay I'm gonna put a little let I'll show you yeah okay let me show you that's enough okay you see what's left all right like I said when you make this you make a hell you like okay do I have to use the honey no you don't no you don't absolutely not and it'll still be good without the honey trust me guys so what I'm gonna do at this point I'm going to taste it and see if this is what I'm looking for always have to taste it otherwise you won't know whether you're gonna be happy with your sauce or not okay look at those guys you won't want to taste it oh I know you do look at this it's so funny cuz I don't need anything only only reason why I'm putting some peppery pen cuz I like it to have a deeper darker color okay everything else is spot on it was perfect I don't need anything else like I said that extra Pat Morita was for a deeper color and I'm just gonna let this simmer on low okay until I see it reduced down just a little by just a little okay and I see that my onions are nice and soft so soft to where if I grab one and do like this it'll mush on me okay and don't worry about those big pieces of ginger okay how come because we're not gonna eat the gender guys we're just using this as a dipping sauce that ginger will stay at the bottom this sauce is so good guys oh my gosh this will make you wanna cry I need you all to taste this again it's so good I gotta taste it I'm sorry guys I can't help myself mmm all right I'm gonna wash my hands as we speak I'll be back and we're gonna enjoy some crab boil i'ma do the mukbang so you all will get to join me at my kitchen table and watch me eat the boil is done guys let's seriously dig in right okay so let's open this bad boy up and be very careful let this steam come out cuz you don't want to get burnt okay it's gonna be a lot of steam all right oh my goodness guys I am so excited do you hear me oh wow here's the thing oh look at this seasoning and all of that beautiful seasoning is gonna get onto your fingers and you're just gonna be able to lick that seasoning off of your fingers and off of oh it looks so good I'm so excited okay here's what I think I should do let's go ahead and empty everything into here first into our pan that it's in okay and then after that I have a nice platter that I want to put everything on give me a second guys and I'll be right back okay everybody seriously check it out I put the video on pause because I took my time I took everything off the bag and put it on this platter and then all of that beautiful flavor butter that was in the bottom of that pan and in that bag I poured it right over the top of this okay and this is just a disposable platter and the middle actually has a circle that you can actually if you want it to you can put your butter sauce right there in the middle okay but here's where I have my butter sauce meet me at my table guys heard a mukbang be right back look at this guy's [Music] okay everybody let's give this a try oh my goodness I'm so excited god bless this okay so over here I have some fresh cut lemon and this is cucumber mmm something fresh to eat off and as if I didn't have enough guys I make me some noodles how come you made noodles do you know all that food you got there I just wanted some noodles guys I just wanted some noodles go up it let's dig in guys over here genus butter sauce guys check it out you hear me let's dig in first thing that I want mmm I need take my ring off guys cuz I'm about to get down and dirty right now okay I'm gonna take one of these beautiful look at this guys you can taste it taste that shrimp right there oh absolutely here hold on I can't give it to you without the sauce you gotta have some sauce on there guys oh absolutely now the shell is on here you're gonna dip it in the sauce and suck on the shell and then you take the shell off and eat that bad boy look at this guy's taste that oh absolutely beautiful all right so what I'm gonna do I'm taking this shell off guys I'm about to devour this thing you hear me mmm I'll surely get a good angle let me know if you all have a good angle where you can see me okay I'm bout so where did my bag go I had a bad guys oh okay I'll just put all of my waste parts right on that napkin let's eat those guys oh I hope you all have had a good day today take your time guys when you season when you season this take your time to move everything around get that seasoning deep down in there because just a seasoning alone on your fingers is so good guys yes it is all right I'm one a muscle give me that muscle mm-hmm muscles um was my grandmom's favorite seafood and I remember her telling me that she later in life she became allergic to what do you how do you say it shellfish but she said the mussels was her favorite hmm I'll tell you one thing I wish oh well my grandmom wasn't um allergic to these mussels I wish she could have tasted these guys because she would be like oh my goodness girl this sauce is to die for guys I'm gonna give you some look at this taste this guy's oh my goodness taste right there Oh oh my god I'm happy I'm happy tonight got it oh wait corn give me some core hmm all that seasoning is all over this corn guys and then you all are see a dunk it gina dunk it okay okay absolutely mmm taste that guy's taste right there oh that's beautiful so I'm getting it guys I see it um me and Dakota had a ball the other day making the cookies guys so I may eat a fresh piece of what the heck is it cucumber Oh so the other day when me and Dakota made Christmas cookies for Santa Claus we had so much fun so after I did the video we still had all those cookies left over lo and behold guys my husband comes in there and he's wanting to do a cookie and now he's always told me he's like um like I'm not an artist I'm not the best at drawing and stuff like that yeah you know like as the kids grew up and they had like little projects and stuff he would be like you know I'm not good at drawing you can help him with that right but I mean he's awesome and everything else right but so we give him a cookie or two and he's got the piping bag and I'm gonna continue to eat while I'm talking guys I'm gonna eat some of my noodles he's got the piping bag guys and I see him taking the piping bag and just gobs of I see it's coming onto the cookie and I'm thinking oh my gosh right mmm-hmm so I'm looking at him he's a really studying hard I look over Dakota Dakota is looking at my husband now he's looking at daddy and loves it looks well I say it's okay I said we'll just start over we'll give you a fresh new one right we give him a fresh new one and this new one was so interesting I gotta eat another one of these muscles guys um so we give him a new cookie he does better and he's controlling the icing a little bit more and a cookie turned out so interesting and what I mean by that I'm gonna take taste the sausage guys oh and don't forget those lobster tails we got in there oh yeah guys guys you hear me mmm thumbs up if you enjoyed this video guys mmm so he give him the second cookie and it's kind of interesting he's controlling the icing and everything and when he's done I look at it and I'm like thinking oh boy I say oh nice nice and then it's so funny because I really started thinking that hey just nice and then I was looking at it and I'm like it kind of looks like like like Chinese art or something right and when I said that Dakota is sitting over there and he's got eggnog in his mouth that he was drinking he spits the eggnog across the table eggnog is all over my face my husband it's like oh so lo and behold the other boys they come in I say here's daddy's cookie I said what does daddy's cookie look like and one of my son said a gingerbread and I asked the other one that he said it looks like it says oh hi guys we had a good time and it was so much fun if my husband enjoyed making a couple cookies of those I might a squeeze some lemon juice on here Oh squeezing everywhere that's a juicy lemon guys that's the type of lemon I'd always like to have oh now let's get down to the nitty gritty give me a crab legs just break that bad boy right off of there I know I'm not for all getting my fingers all messy but I'm still gonna dig in guys look at that meat meat right there mmm okay I'm gonna go in with my scissors in hopes that I'll have some luck tracking this bad boy okay in Luck's that will get in hopes that we'll get some meat out of here I'm not really really really a fan of crab legs it's not mmm it's not really sure I don't like to like I like to suck on bones like chicken bones and stuff like that but I don't like the fight for to me you know what I mean like I just want to have a smooth sailing like if this comes out in one piece I'll be happy right if I can get this meat with no problem that's gonna make me happy but if I got a fight with and I'm gonna be like oh my gosh oh there's some good meat hold on let's see if I can pull it out guys you see that oh man look at that beautiful me here's what we'll do let's dip it and give it a try and you all can taste it too oh my goodness look at all that meat don't tell you what I did a lot of talking saying how much I didn't I'm not a fan of them put that one right there guys man it was good we're gonna dip this little piece you all can taste that - whoo I guess if it's made the right way you like it right don't knock nothin until you try it and then even if you tried it you gotta try it a second time got it tried a second time absolutely you do um cuz like I said I may like it - second time let's have some of my noodles guys I'm gonna dip some of my noodles in that sauce oh yeah so we went out and we bought a game this game is so fun guys you hear me so the game is called it's called hearing things right and so what you have let me show you let me show you what the game looks like I hope you all can see it it says hearing things and you see she's got the green headphones on right and what the box says let me tell you what it says cuz it's so interesting it says put on the speech canceling headphones and guess the phrase fast right so um we're gonna play this on New Year's but me and my husband the other night he was like you want to try the game out and I'm like sure so we tried again when you put the headphones on like a green button comes on telling the other person in front of you that like okay it's working she can't hear you so he's saying all these phrases and I'm trying to guess them and at one point he was like oh my gosh what was the phrase that he was saying huh I know it was so he does like this guy's sorry about the food in my mouth he said you do like this he said I believe in you right and so what the thing is doing is putting all these noises in your ears and you can't hear anything right it's kind of like singing and guitars and music and just a bunch of noise where you can't hear what that person is saying and they have to say it out loud you know and then try to help you read their lips so he said I believe in you right and I'm thinking I'm like you're leaving me he laughs and I he's like I believe in you I'm like you're leaving me I know what you're saying I know right and so uh it was funny it was so funny let me get one of these guys I want to taste another one of these but get the game guys there's so much fun for some reason our games stopped working I think I left it on that night but if we don't go out and get another one here's what we're gonna do because I've seen a lot of people doing it on YouTube what they were doing was getting their headphones that they are look at this guy's taste that they were getting their headphones that they already have at the house mm-hmm right and they were blasting music into the headphones and then still saying phrases and doing it that way you can do it that way either way would be fun but it's so much fun that thing when it would it makes noises it makes the craziest noises you can't hear anything and it's so hard to read lips it's so hard to read lips and I'm thinking when we bought the game I'm thinking hmm I'm gonna Ace this game it's hard but try it maybe y'all can try it this New Year's would be fun hmm this shrimp was so good guys Lobster come on Lobster where you at baby mm-hmm look at this guys look at oh my goodness I'm gonna dip it oh yeah oh yeah oh my word you hear me mmm look at this guy's I'm gonna pull this Lobster right out of the shell and let you all have a taste of this this right here is a piece of heaven you hear me mmm oh man my husband is gonna love this and I got another lobster tail for him look at those guys right there taste that look how beautiful oh man taste that nice mmm I know it's messy guys and I am so sorry mmm whoo god bless this meal is so good mmm taste it again guys this is better there any regular garlic butter sauce you ever want to think of this sauce right here oh my goodness guys [Music] I'd love to eat fresh cucumber with things well just gives the fresh pop mmm give me that muscle look at that baby that guy's beautiful I still haven't fed my husband yet guys I need to feed him that seasoning guys then seasoning on here is so good I could just do this that's good ma'am give me another muscle mm-hmm and then I gotta get oh yeah baby and then I got to get some of that corn I have the potatoes in here but honestly I'm not a fan of the red potatoes cooked and the seafood boil okay I put it in there because that's normally what's in there all right but my husband won't eat it and Dakota will eat it absolutely so nothing's gonna go to waste right Oh give me a dip in there you guys want to taste that muscle whoa where my corn go do me a chord guys to New Year's is approaching us mmm what are some of your new year's resolutions that you all have I haven't I don't know exactly what mine's is I have an idea but I'm not gonna say it yeah cuz I'll say it on theirs but do you all make pork and sauerkraut and black eye peas for New Year's cuz I do and then excuse me and then I'm also gonna make lasagna and hot wings and a salad and some cookies or something mmm but gotta have that port god I have that pork and that sauerkraut number Black Eyed Peas I hate eating messy you all know that I mean you all have seen me eating chicken with a fork and a knife but this I just can't do this that those website to get down and dirty with this one well now sausage good that sausage right down in that sauce wait the color I'm doing the video baby but hey Babu okay look at this guy's that's also just beautiful this is the eckrich smoked kielbasa beautiful taste mmm oh now you could put smoked I believe this Oscar Meyer that has a turkey sausage it's delicious you hear me you can do that chicken and apple sausage anything is possible when you're doing this you could put chicken in here if you want would you like in yours I hope you all enjoyed this video don't think for one second that all of this food is going to waste because as soon as I get up off this table my husband and the colon and the boys they're gonna get down into this and it'll be devoured you hear me hmm I love
