hi everyone I'm back and today I'm going to show you all how to make ranch chicken wings here's what you will need you will need chicken wings okay now feel free to use whole chicken wings or the wings that have been cut into wing-dings these were whole and I cut them into wing things just like so now I have washed these with lime salt cold water and a little bit of vinegar and I rinsed them two times you will need flour and this is just the all-purpose flour to dredge our chicken in you will need ranch powder packets and I have four ranch powder packets salt pepper and garlic powder over here on my stove I have my pan that I love to fry chicken in and I'm heating this oil up to 350 degrees what how you can tail the oil is ready you can take a little bit of flour and put it in just like so and if it sizzles up just like that it's ready if you take flour and you put it in there and it kind of just drops to the bottom and just sits there it's not ready when you are making when you're frying anything you always want to make sure that your oil is hot enough if it's not hot enough and you put a meat in a oil that's too cold what will happen is your product will be oily and we don't want that so this is ready what we're gonna do we're gonna go in and we're gonna season up these wings just like so so we're gonna use us some black pepper let me get a fork here we're gonna season it well black pepper and I'm just gonna do garlic powder and salt today and the reason why is because our ranch powder has so much flavor and you really don't need to do too to too much to your rings okay but I still want to get some flavor on the inside of there okay there you go and put you some salt on there just like so and then I'll mix these around and then we'll season one more time this recipe is so easy mistake-free and yet so tasty guys you hear me like this is easy the kids can do this just supervise them when they're dealing with the oil you can do the oil part but they can season this they can dredge it for you and then they can roll this into the ranch powder absolutely and you can do the frying for them get you some black pepper on there get you a little bit of salt on just like so okay and what I like to do I'm gonna let these seasonings seep into the meat for a good 10 minutes before I get started now and what I like to do anytime I have and put a little bit more garlic powder anytime I have a meat that I'm getting ready to cook I like for that meat to set out of the refrigerator for at least 2025 minutes to a half an hour so that it can kind of relax I don't like to take the meat right out of the refrigerator and put it into a hot pan because it kind of seizes up and make your meat tough so what you do is you let that meat rest out on the counter for at least a half an hour and you're gonna have some nice juicy tender meat every time guys trust me when I tell you this ok so here's what we're gonna do I'm gonna put the video on pause while these seasonings soak down into our meat for about 10 minutes I'll come back I'll show you how to make some really good ranch wings be right back alright everyone our seasonings have had time ten minutes to soak down into our meat and now here's what we're going to do we're going to simply take this all-purpose flour and we're going to dump our wings into the flour just like so I haven't seasoned the flour I normally don't season my flower I used to but I felt that when you season your flower sometimes the seasoning birds so I just season my meat and I'm satisfied with that and it's always seasoned perfectly you hear me okay so then we're gonna go in and we're gonna coat the flower on two or wings just like so all right I'm gonna get these nice and coated and I'm gonna let these sit in the coating for probably about ten minutes all right you want this flower to be well coated onto each part of the wink all right and then we're gonna throw these enough oil we're going to fry these until they're golden and crispy and beautiful all right and then I'll show you how to make one beautiful Wayne guys the wings are beautiful and they taste so good I don't know if you all have ever been like to Walmart they sell or at least they used to they used to sell a ranch wing and this is how they made it absolutely I'm gonna show you guys so easy and so tasty like everyone loves it all right so now let's come over here and we're going to start putting our wings down into our oil that we've heated up to 350 degrees let me bring the wings close to me there we go and then I can just put them in you want to kind of shake them off a little bit into your pan or you know your bowl whatever you're using and then you just lay them down when you put them into the oil don't throw them in guys because that oil will pop up and it will burn you just kind of put it very close to the oil and let it go all right now I have this on a medium-high and that's the temperature that I'm gonna use today okay I'm gonna put in just enough but not too many I don't want these stacked on top of each other don't want them sticking I know just about how many I can put into this pan if you're unsure just put maybe 7 to 8 in your pan and then you'll have to do a second batch when I have these wings I always have to do two batches in it but that's ok hey I don't mind being patient in this kitchen patience is the key to good cooking I always like to say that because it's so true it is so true if you can be patient in that kitchen oh you're gonna have some good food you hear me and so let's say 1 2 3 4 7 8 9 I have a belt okay I have about 10 wings left to do on a second batch now these are all medium high I'm just gonna let them go don't go in with your fork a spatula or anything messing with them because if you do that right now what'll actually happen is you'll be scraping this beautiful batter that's starting to form on this so before you go in like with the fork or anything at least let them cook for 5 to 7 minutes and then you can take a long fork and you can kind of just push them and make sure they're not sticking to each other alright don't turn these up on the highest temperature thinking that they're gonna get done faster because what will happen is that outside will burn and the inside won't be done so I like to do a medium-high heat and they're perfect every time all right in a few minutes about 7 minutes I'll come back and like I said I'll take my fork and I'll just push them around and make sure they're not sticking to each other be right back everyone and I'm gonna wash my hands okay everyone I just wanted to show you that at this point I'm going in it's been about 10 minutes I'm going in and I'm just moving them around ever so gently like I said you don't want to go in eka like you crazy cuz you take all of them goodness the crunchy bits off of there okay so none of them is sticking and I'm happy with that all right so then we'll just let them be keep them on medium high until they turn nice and golden-brown be right back okay everybody take a look at this see this nice and golden-brown let's see I like the fry mine's hard okay cuz we don't want any flimsy skin around here guys we want it to be nice and crispy and beautiful golden brown color so it has a little bit longer to cook all right but let me take one out and show you what it's looking like I'm not kind of bring it close to the camera look at this is that beautiful or what we're almost to the finish line guys and we're gonna have some ranch wings to die for you hear me oh I'm really cooking in this kitchen guys sometimes I surprise myself not to toot my own horn guys - to what wait what I have so much fun in my kitchen I love sharing my recipes with really mean it okay after this bunch is done I'm gonna show you how to assemble these and then I still have over here those 10 or ever however many okay but I'll show you how to do these and then I'll just cook these after the video goes off okay everyone my wings are nice and golden brown how I wanted them alright I'm gonna drain them I have a cake pan and I have two cooling racks I'm going to set the wings onto the cooling rack so that they can drain free for coil all right but you want to do this next step quickly you don't want to wait too long to put your ranch flavor on and the reason why is you want to kind of do this while the wing is still kind of wet and still have some oil on it because your ranch powder will be able to hear easier rather than if you were to let these set and then you wait it to put the ranch powder on the ranch powder wooden stick for you okay so we're just gonna drain this oil let's come down on there just like so and I have a nice clean Bowl I'm gonna use two ranch powder packets I might not even need to use both okay but we'll just see I've turned off my oil until I can put the other wings in the reason why is because when I put that next batch in I don't want that oil to be so hot that my wings get burned so I turned the oil off because since we've taken the meat out of the oil that temperature will go go up really high alright so you turn the oil off and when you're ready to put those wings back into the oil then the temperature will be just fine alright so now let's go guys here's our beautiful clean roll we're gonna throw these wings in oh yeah baby look at this guy's oh yeah oh yeah that I know I'm crazy guys alright mm-hmm ranch powder right on the end buddy you hear me put one whole pack in just like so one pack Gina yes put it in there baby and I'm about to shake this bad boy up you hear me let's see if I can do it and being a camera the same time all right Oh hold on I gotta bring it a little towards me all right whoa this right here oh yeah I'd like to get let me get my rubber spatula and I can really mix it this rage powder is going to I hear beautifully and we have ranch wings check it out guys if you all never made this before you better make you some you hear me you know you know me you know I love parsley I put parsley in everything look at this guy's okay and you all have to taste this first one look at that oh that right there this right here is flavor you hear me yes mm-hmm oh it tastes so good mm-hmm tastes so good it's a dick thing you hear me so let me put it on my beautiful platter that I have just like so I'll let you all taste this this is what we're having tonight for dinner um is ranch wings and then I have french fries in the oven and they're steak fries guys I love the medium steak fries that's what we're having with this I want to bring this closer you all get a great view let me fix my camera everybody ranch rings one on one guys if you never had these before you better make you
