uh hey guys welcome back to my channel uh today i got a real good one for you guys the ones of you that like pig feets and uh this video is coming to you already in progress and uh like i say the ones of you that like pig feet this is going to be an absolute treat i'm doing fried chickpeas you heard me right guys fried 80s i don't know if you ever heard before heard of this before and if you have let me know down in the comment section and if you do eat pig feets but have never eaten them fried you in for a treat okay guys let me tell you like i say this video is i've already started because i have washed my pink feet i'm going to show you what they look like once i got it right too yeah okay guys now with these fried pig feet when i go to the uh market i have the bush butcher to cut the um just cut the toes off i don't know if they'll do that at y'all at your boot at the market that you go to but this one that i shopped at been shopping at for years they you know i have no problem with it so i have already washed these already washed these feet because these are the uh this is where they're cut this is the toes part i have that cut off simply because it's another dish i fixed with this you know because i'm gonna put them back in the freezer but you know sometimes i do fry them or whatever but i'm gonna put them in the freezer and i'm going to have them a different way i'm not going to tell you which way it is right now just in case um i decide to share with you or you guys the ones of you that like tickets uh start sending me comments and say maymay we want to know how you did that did the other victim uh toes for another peep and you know me i'm going to share with you but let me tell you something guys all you do the biggest thing you do it would be some uh pink feet you just rinse them well and you know sometimes you know pig feets has hair on them and i probably get them off but i think i do i'll be taking them oh this is a serrated blade and i'll just be scraping it and i kind of already have did that and then sometime i have some little blood spots and stuff on it or whatever and then with them toes i'll scrape all in between them toes but i just uh rinse them real well and then i'm gonna put them over in this big pot like i told you i've already washed them you can put a little salt in them and you ain't got to go uh do no whole bunch of extra nothing i think that showed up cleaning coming in when your first key of the whole but let me tell you something guys now i'm going to just put i'm going to put the uh pig feet on and i'm going to be cooking them like i would just cook some boiled pepper i season them just like i'm gonna do some boiled and the only difference that i'm doing with this here cooking of these pig feet is that when i'm just going to um cook them just to have some pig feet i i'll let them come to a boil and i pull that fresh water off and then i season season like oh season my feet up and uh cook them but i i'm not doing all of that with this here it's not necessary because like i said i wash them real good and uh you don't need to cover them in the water again i'm going to take them over to the stove and show you how i um how i season them up to get them ready for frying you see how i got them covered in this water guys see that cup okay i got them covered take them over to the stove okay guys you got to get set up with the skull cup [Music] wash my hands and i'm going over to put the seasoning on on them okay guys you know usually i always tell y'all the exact measurements and stuff well i don't be telling you the exact regiments i'll be telling you the uh approximately just to give you a general idea because you got to season your food to your taste you know like i say cooking is some common sense if i tell you to put a teaspoon of salt and you put a teaspoon of salt and uh when you go back in that salt that stuff ain't soft and what you're going to do put some up simple as that okay right here i have a let me cut that in i have a two little cloves of garlic that i had uh snatch and this is just a little small onion cut in half i'm not going in season them it's as hard as i would if i'm uh if i was uh going to um um you know cook just boil some pig feet okay and with this pot and that amount of water i'm going to put probably approximately i would say there's a tablespoon didn't you what and that tastes really give or take yeah that's a tablespoon let's put a little bit more than a tablespoon because you know i got in my head about how much it takes you know because you can put any seasoning that you want in there that's one good thing about it you can put any seasoning that you want in your pig feet when you get ready to get them ready to fry i'm just giving you a bow apart uh-oh i had thrown into this pepper over i was fixing to dump all of my pip off and now we're gonna i wouldn't be too happy about it i'm gonna shake my pepper and help me not sleep and i'm shaking probably a tablespoon of that a half a tablespoon let me move this stuff over if i be doing it twice and then i also put some onion powder guys you don't have those 50 pretty flavorful but even though now when i get ready to fry the pizzas i will be i'll show you all that process when i get them get finished getting them cooked and um ready to fry i'll show you all the steps i'm going to do with that i'm just showing you how you cook the uh pig feets to get them ready for the frying you know i show you how much oil and all of that i'll show you but you got the uh cook your feet feet spur okay this is some uh granulated garlic okay guys this is just some uh crushed red pepper i'm gonna pour this in my hand see how much it is that's probably about a tablespoon and you can put more if you want to like i say you cook it just like you could compete things this one this was this is the way uh maymay would be fixing her pig feet so if i was fixing some pig feet okay guys now i'm putting the rice i fell in love with the same brush of rice vinegar but you can use any type of vegetable you want to um i have used some feed then with vinegar when i have video rice dinner or my um uh regular vinegar let's see apple cider vinegar yeah i put quite a bit of vinegar there i said that was probably about a i said about a four foot cup but i meant to put a third i may put some more in there later okay you know let me see now i'll put that on later i was gonna put some of that tony's no salt seasoning on there but i'm gonna put some seasoning on that on when i get ready to fry so guys let me tell you what i'm gonna do i'm going to let these pink feet come to a boil and this is what this is the purpose of the ones that uh may not have they might not have ever fixed pig feets before because i have a young man that i had told him i was going to show him how to do pig feet that's really not taking through this process other than that i probably would have already cooked the pig feets and just came on and uh just showed you how i would fry but um okay i'm gonna let them come to a boil and then once they come to a boil i'm going to turn my burner down to like um like a almost like a little simmer or low boil i always let my pig feeds cook slow see like they just taste so much better like that and i'll probably cook them for probably approximately two to two and a half hours and maybe three now no if i was just cooking them to eat i would probably let them slow cook for maybe about three hours and uh but since i'm going to fry them i don't let them get as done as i would with if i'm just gonna you know eat them regular and sometime i do because sometimes i put them on and forget and they're just cooking then and i just go ahead on the fries because i'ma tell you who like the fried pig feets don't like the regular people pig feets but like the fried pig pizza you know that it took i wouldn't know my name tucker i think yeah those are those are my favorites what's the fig figure the fried pig feet uh don't care anything about the other to boil and season all that but i do love the fried pig feet and that and tell the what that came from from my my bringing up my homegrown that was one of the things that my mother cooked uh every chance you got in uh and fried peeps people one of them that's one of the things that we you really like and i really like myself well i like well galaxy is exactly right that's one thing that's one of the things that took brought into the marriage and when he the first time i ever had a fried pizza why is that like blanket um his mother had sent a plate it was maybe about the first year of marriage i was at work when i came chuck was at home for some reason another and she had sent the food out there and i was in there and he had told me that he said he said mom had sent some food in there if i wanted it i could you know i could have it so uh i went in that eating and i was looking at the meat at first i thought it was a piece of pork chop i don't know why but i was just so hungry that day i was just eating because my mother-in-law used to fix real good collards too and she had some collards on there and uh i was like oh this is good and i realize this is not no porkchop and uh i asked i said i said what kind of meat that his mama had on that uh plate i said sure was good he said uh uh fried pig feast that's what he's afraid i should stop playing i said that meat was real good he said it was fried big piece when i and i had never my mama my mama never had cooked pig fried pig feets before and so and then i got her to show me how to fix the uh fried pig piece and guys there's one thing i'm gonna say and then i'm getting ready to go off and i'll come back on when it's time to fry there's one thing i'm gonna say about these fig feet when you fry them because that's one thing my mother-in-law forgot to tell me with the first time i cried they will pop they pops a lot and popping grease is just as dangerous as a train coming down the road uh to me i'm scared of popping grease you know i told you guys they made scared of popping grease so chuck's gonna help me out with this just in case this in grease start i mean it's starting to pop and there's nothing like that it's just that i have a you know i had hot grease to pop in my eye um years and years and years ago and it just gave me a little slight fear that i ain't exactly over with and even though stuff don't pop like it used to back then stuff used to pop real bad i don't think it do but anyway guys um like i said when we come back home is you're gonna friday you're gonna do the frying of them oh yeah at least i'll help you dude okay i'll do all the rest of it but uh gonna be in the kitchen helping me do the frying of these uh feets but i'll show you guys the rest of the steps when i get back i don't know why my light is flashing i hope it's not fixing to go back go out but uh if there's nothing i can do about it but like i said i'm just only thing i'm going to do is let this come to a boil you see i have it covered in water and i'm gonna let them cook for maybe to cook uh wants to come to a boil i'm gonna turn them down and um let them uh cook for maybe about oh let's see what did i say to how many hours about three hours because see guys let me tell you something you know you got to understand that when before i started these um this uh youtube channel i've never had paid you know i just you know i had a kind of a ballpark digger as to how long something took but i tried i go real hard on trying to get the time as close as i possibly can just in case i have somebody out there that don't it's not a you know um a seasoned cook and don't understand about the times and stuff haven't got the time because after you learn to cook and been cooking for a while you would put that over there in the sink from tilt thank you uh you will learn about how long you know you have a time in your head if you but you really got to worry about it in your head get you a a timer because i'm gonna set this timer for two hours so i can come in and check and make sure that it's not over cooking i mean not cooking longer than i wanted to so guys i will see you back and let me stop talking so long guys i will see you back when the uh pig piece is ready to fry so we'll be right back okay you guys we back in the spinach and uh i took them out and put them in this pan and let it drain it's just a little liquid down on that in there and you don't have to let them cool off to the point to where you can handle them with your hand so um can you see them too yes i can see okay they drain i'm going to move them out the way and just mix up this meal right quick and show y'all how to how we're going to mix that and then uh we're going to go over to the deep fryer now you use the amount of meal and stuff according to how many uh feeds you're gonna fry i'm gonna put this in here i said it's probably approximately probably two cups or better okay thank you and then i'm gonna mix some flour over in it i may need to put some i mean that was uh just one fourth cup of flour guys and then i'm going in with my seasoning and i might have to put some oatmeal up in here and over there compete spin and i'm not going to measure this here because you know just this uh it's really uh that was self-rising meal as you can see you know you said rising meal and self-rising flour to do my dredging and stuff in it's it works better because uh you know you don't have to do so much with the seasoning because just plain unbleached flour oh that's a bad taste okay um i'm just gonna sprinkle approximately a half a teaspoon of white pepper because guys the way i season when you see the way i season my pig feets they turn out really good did i put some of this onion powder i'm gonna sprinkle just a little bit more i'm going like with the seasoning because i already don't taste one of the things is good and uh i'm gonna sprinkle just a small amount of garlic powder probably a teaspoon to a half a teaspoon now you do this seasoning according to your taste i would say that's probably about a teaspoon full and then i'll take this here i'll put this uh uh slap your mama i'm gonna put a little bit in here so i could have it something in the comb and i'm gonna sprinkle a little more over here on these uh i'm gonna sprinkle a little on the pig feet guys i know you can't see me can you tell you know i'm just freaking a little just tell you what i'm doing spreading just a little this uh snappy moment on that because this stuff got some heat to it and we like that little heat part you know i'm going to put maybe about that stuff everywhere it comes out so it comes just pours out this is just some um paparika every time i say that word somebody comes back on it and uh say something about how i pronounce it they don't know if i have a speech epitome or what but that's just the way people are one person came back home with a bunch of laughing faces when i first started doing video i suppose i ain't just one raise no better and i don't know and i couldn't care less just a little more a meal over here not much because if i have to add some more i will okay guys that's it with the seasoning of the meal like i say i left a little that liquidness on those pizzas to kind of help this hair off meals stick to it i'm going to um what am i doing i'm going to dredge one of them and show you what it looked like and how it's going to look because i'm a dredger mall tuck going over to the uh deep fried frown for us can you see this that the mushroom there helps the uh the meal stick to it and you know you see that other that seasoning right there that's on there once i took them out the uh the pot that they had boiled in i sprinkled some uh tony's on it that no salt tony because i thought my salt and everything was okay and then what i put in the uh the meal what i'm dreading it in it's gonna make it over the top guys you know every culture and whatever they got their own delicacy what they consider delicacy you know to me this is one for just about anybody want to eat it or a light pizza this is a unique case you guys okay guys i'm just all i'm gonna do right here and about the time we get over there and and uh get to the deep fryer that deep fry is heating up and it's uh i have it at three i mean 325 and if you 375 and uh if you was um go do it on the stove you do it just like if you were going to do it in a skillet on the stove you do it just like you don't fried chicken that's what my mother-in-law told me she said right like your fried chicken you know but you don't have to put as much grease in it and when you throw it on the stove you really don't and then a brown real nice so that's when i put that pepper in there to make sure that it brown so guys let me uh finish uh uh putting the meal and stuff on these pig feet and that by being that uh um deep fryer is gonna be heated up enough and then i'm gonna turn it over the tub when we go with it to the uh um deep fry he's going to come back on guys and fry them up for me you know we'll be right back hey guys uh i'm over here at the deep fryer now i'm getting ready to to deep fry these pig feet if uh you haven't had these before i think both of you don't like pigs fever found this to be a treat and this is that my mother used to do in her lifetime i don't know he got the they said that she i kind of introduced this to her when we got married and she uh talked with my mom and everything got how she do this and they may and i've been doing it since then she uh we like light pig feet the other way what she bought and prepping for this i'm like both ways myself i don't care much for them that way but i do this way but they may like some boat ways all right i just uh fill up my my basket on my deep fryer and uh i'm just gonna put about three in here now until we get started and get started i have my deep fryers may make it early 73.75 i'm gonna put these on for about maybe 15 minutes and i'm going to keep my eye on because i may not have to go 15 minutes on with this deep fry but but uh this is what we're going to start at with it and get ready to drop the rag down into the freezer guys can you hear that something this is getting ready to happen and i'm not sure if you see over here in the deep fryer not but it is it is rubbing and grind right on i think i'll be building my right trying to turn it [Music] these things they will pop a lot that's why it doesn't put them in a deep fryer or something like what like that and of course we're going to put the cover over i want to let just watch it for a minute sure you know you may be able to hear a little bit of popping going on with it now if you put there if you put the timer back on the timer listen for 15 minutes and you can hear that snapping and popping going on that's what scares me hey particularly put it on top of the stove because we're doing it on top of the stove and then it's kicking uh greased batters all over the place how do you screen it when that deep fryer is going to sitting down inside this inside the deep fryer so it has some less like a tendency to do that i don't know all right it looks like it's going really well go ahead and put my top on you put if you join it on the stove you guys put a lid over it stick in here and let it let that cook for as long as we think we need it we're cooking out like i said i keep a check on it this is it they get ready to uh to pull them up and check and then we'll come back to you and let you see what it's looking like okay and hey guys i want to tell you this suit i have had barbecue heat piece i never fixed them myself but i got a um i got a close friend that she's watching me on youtube she her brother doing and he do it they do them just probably like i'm doing they didn't do them on the grill and they are delicious too oh barbecue pizza that's another treat with gloves and i just have one so i can use my other hand to grab whatever i need to but i'm actually taking the cake feet up and everything like that dressing that's dread and putting over into the into the deep fried with the glove on you hear that coffee how did you guys see that popping do you want me to cut it off and we come back once let's go ahead and uh okay guys i'm being a videographer for that particular videography i'm doing this again so if this here get messed up when you see something you shouldn't see that we may may we'll be right back wait a minute yeah all right guys we're going to take a look at it it's been about eight minutes or something and oh yeah oh yeah that looks great you don't have to fry this and let it drain just me yeah you don't have to fry these as long as you do chicken because they already pulled it before i got a little here and sit here and let it sit up and let it drain so i'm gonna let this sit here and drain for a few minutes and so then i'm gonna put them on if you see what you can take it out with this thing how do you how are you gonna just turn it out you know i'm going to take a lot individually yeah all right all right you guys look at here can you see it in the camera wait a minute wait a minute wait i don't know um come down come down towards there i think i see it now yeah come down towards the table yeah at the pan i can see it good look at that there it is fried healthy that that is big fish don't be sad well pig feet that's what it's called all pig feet pig is a small one so this is these are smaller so he said pig feet look at that fella get that with some good collard greens or some potato salad something going along with that and cornbread and boy boy you got us guys sit up on the table there and pat your feet and and uh thank you love for you lord for the food lick your tongue and lick your fingers and whatever you said you want to do all right well those are the three there you go you can see those wait a minute i think i'm seeing it yeah okay do that yellow square i have to be over here on it it's just as long as i can see that you can see it yeah i can see them all right guys we're gonna go so we're going to drop you know about eight minutes on those and uh but this isn't a deep frieza they cook a little fast a little different than the uh stove do but it and it cooked more stirring through it through so that's what well they already cooked right there so they already that's right they already cooked maybe she bought them did it got everything done it done and everything on for them to be ready so actually you could without even having to do anything else to it like this because that's that's the way norm should do so i'm going to go over here and get these others that we have here i'm going to put them over into the and i kind of just shake them a little bit nothing particularly just a little excess uh i don't shake out of me maybe they don't want me to take them too much and get that all of it off and then they'll come apart because they don't i kind of look down and then i don't know let me set this back up the way you got it here we go we're going back in so you've got a memo right there if you can see that and send them back down into it listen that day and you go right back through the same process and uh and that's what we'll do throughout the whole entire video uh we'll cook every one of them up that way i don't think you necessarily need to see him just watch every one of them cook but this is the process we use this using your deep fry so guys you see that was a tough set of eight minutes in the deep fryer and anybody about that same amount when i do it on the stove like i do like i said i go and then i put them in their first set up and then i put a lid on it and then uh i go back and turn them one time and normally they're ready to do it already okay guys listen there's nothing um streaming hard about that at all but they are real tasty yeah that's weird if you like it now uh do when we uh get finished with this put your comment if you ever had fried uh pig feet before if you haven't decided to try this let us know how it turned out for you you know guys he's taking over my show i was gonna tell him that now he can check it out because i think this is going to be original for me now i don't know i haven't even looked on the on off the uh what is it took i haven't looked in the uh on the youtube to see is there any other recipes up for fried pizza and we got another one we're gonna surprise you guys with and this and this is the way chuck likes something and i'm not gonna say what it is uh but uh you'll see it when uh we do it so guys let me uh go off and uh get everything set up so we can get a thumbnail and end this video because that's what um probably still here boys popping and going to town on that that's that's getting everything ready there's gonna be some good eating up in here i'm here to tell you okay i'm gonna i'm gonna say something real quick before we go out uh i had a young man to uh drop me a comment and on my fried chicken video and he was talking about the uh sounds that the chicken and stuff make when it's all ready because he was saying like when he do his deep fry when that chicken when you sound like it's no longer frying at a out of force or wetness or something like that he said he usually go about one or two more minutes and it's ready i haven't answered you back young man because i i've been kind of busy and haven't gotten to it and it's taking me longer and stuff now to get to my comments because i have so many but you know me i'm trying to answer them all everybody keep telling me not to try to have small but i just enjoy reading and i'll do it as long as i can when i can't i won't but i just appreciate y'all even just taking the time out sending me the comments and you know y'all see some of my replies i already say oh my god she just trying to read i you know she tried to send us a little bit of small book but anyway uh you are so right your man when you hear that that uh um how would you call that high frying like when you first put something into your oil when it start to come down uh settle down that meat of whatever you're cooking is really just done with that done so i just want to say that guys and we gonna go off and we will be back when we the pig feet is uh finished and in the video guys so we'll be right back okay guys this is the finished product of the fried pig feet um don't knock it till you try we have a sand downside and country sand or whichever way you want to put it that we eat the whole hog we we eat from the root of to the tudor that's what they call it and these are called trotters i could say fried chocolate trotters but i'm gonna call them what we call them pig feets so guys have you ever had fried pig feets and if you tried this if you like pig feet you let me know was uh on the money about how good that is i've had some people to try and say that they don't think they want to go back to a regular boy pig feet and i don't know uh the barbecue pig feets now they're good too but uh this ride this uh this fried pig feet is hard to beat so guys that's all i got to do i i mean got to say for say today i'm just glad to share this with you wanna tuck's favorite and he about already call out what he want with it normally he like peas but he's saying let's do some collard greens because we haven't had it in a water so you're going to see this you don't see these fried pig feet you know what our weekly meals so guys take care stay positive and try not to get no cold and stuff around here the flu and uh they may see you guys in uh my next video and i want to thank for coming here entertaining y'all to get me away from that there um a deep-fried so i wouldn't have to be screaming and jumping and running and probably fall so thank you tuck you're welcome man it's for you okay guys uh we'll see you guys in our next uh video and remember they may love you love y'all bye bye
