That was an amazing string of scenes, Burt and Roger were in top form.

I've never thought about it before but this really nicely mirrors that scene from S6, where Pete is furious at Joan for going outside the chain of command with Avon. I think he might even shout verbatim "there are rules!". How far he has come.
