you need to change these settings to fix lag on Valor first go to your search bar and type in firewall and click allow an app through firewall then click change settings then click allow another app and click browse then go to your hard drive then click ride games then right client then write client services and click add next go to your settings and under General find network buffering and switch this to maximum this changes how much updates per second you send to the server and will fix stuttering for my full guide check out my YouTube
