HOW TO COOK LAMB LOIN CHOPS

welcome back to clarkstar culinary we are going to be making some delicious lamb chopped loins and for starters i'm going to go ahead and put this tablespoon of butter into our pan and i've got that temperature set to a medium high and while we wait for the butter to melt we're going to get these lamb chopped loin seeds need a half a teaspoon of salt one teaspoon of black pepper a half a teaspoon of garlic powder and a half a tablespoon of herbs to province i'm just going to mix up those seasonings and we're not going to use all this seasoning so you can always just put in a little ziploc bag and use it for something else okay and now we're going to just sprinkle that on top of the lamb chop loins and you can always let this sit in for a while my lamb chop loins are room temperature let's just flip those over our butter's pretty much ready so let's move quick yeah that's ready get these seasoned up very good all right let me move this butter around the pan a little bit [Music] okay give these a good little pat rub that seasoning in there and let's just add these into the pan and we're just going to cook these for four minutes on each side okay it's been four minutes so we're going to go ahead and [Music] give our lamb lauren chop this nice flip [Music] and they are looking good [Music] we'll be back in four minutes all right the lamb loin chops have been cooking for a total of eight minutes four minutes on each side and now we're going to cut the heat and we're going to put a top on the pan and just let them rest here on the eye for 10 minutes the lamb loin chops are well rested and we are going to be making a sauce so i'm just going to take these lamb loin chops out of the pan and they look really good [Music] set them to the side and turn the heat back on to i'm gonna go to medium high again we're gonna add one shallot that's been finely diced [Music] one clove of garlic minced [Music] i have a half a tablespoon of oregano and i'm not going to use all i'm going to use some for garnish so i'm just going to take a bit of that and sprinkle in here [Music] i'm just letting this cook down until it starts sizzling we're going to be adding a third cup of white wine i have pinot grigio and you can use any white wine of your choice just make sure that it's a dry white wine all right i've got that sizzle going that i wanted so we're going to go ahead and add our white wine cheers to the sauce [Music] and let's just let this simmer for about two minutes at this point you want to give this sauce a taste and if needed just a little pinch of salt and i think i want to add a pinch of black pepper to that as well just a pinch and we're ready to plate okay the lamb loin chops are done and i poured a little bit of the sauce on top of them as well as sprinkled a little oregano on there so these are set and ready for dinner i hope you all enjoyed this video please be sure to like subscribe if you have not already and be sure to hit the notification icon so you can be notified of our next video upload until next time bye
