[Music] and welcome everyone welcome back to the chef header bodies kitchen thank you for spending your time in watching my recipe today I'm gonna share a special recipe of lamb loin chops so as you can see there are very few ingredients that I'm gonna be using today and also along with the lamb going shop I'm gonna be making a couple of sides which will include include baby potatoes broccoli and broccoli and Brussels sprouts so unfortunately I'm not gonna be spending time to show the video for the sides but I promise if there is enough interest then I will show the videos for them in the future and also I'm going to be making a special sriracha mayo sauce that will go over this chops all right so let's get it started by watching the ingredients [Music] [Music] okay so the first step that we are going to do is make sure that the chops are at room temperature just make it a take it out from the fridge and then leave them outside for about 30 to 40 minutes and then once you're ready after thoroughly washing them make sure that you dry them because we don't want any water coming out from there so as you can see these chops are about one to one and a half inch in thickness and the speciality about lamb showing lamb loin chops is they are from the waist of the lamb so you get a taste of the ribs as well as the filet mignon type so it's pretty good I have cooked it in the past several times and I really loved it they are really juicy and tender and the best thing is it doesn't not take too much time to cook all right so what we do is we'll start by seasoning the chops by with salt I'm not gonna use too many spices over here I'm just gonna use salt some black pepper it's freshly grounded I'm not gonna use the use any additional spice and also my favorite ingredient which is shore break okay let's make sure the seasoning goes pretty good on the both sides do you want one side first okay so I flip them just do the same thing on the other side after some salt use some black pepper just season pretty nice because this is the only time that we are gonna add salt to it so just make sure it meets your taste buds now we are gonna leave this for about ten to fifteen minutes just to get some good imagination I'm gonna make the sauce in the meantime so I have taken some uni if you want it too spicy then you can add more structure however to make it a little tangy I am adding some green chillies and a little bit of salt pinch of black pepper and some mint leaves and some parsley and a little bit of cilantro now give a nice whisk together yummy perfect it's about 15 minutes I have taken a heavy skillet that's a big one and what I'm gonna do is turn the heat to high and add half a cup of oil I'm gonna up I'm just gonna add half and and while the oil is getting warm I have also turned on the turned on the oven convection oven for preheating at 375 degrees so this is gonna be about three step process first we gonna do first we gonna try the chops over here and then we're gonna put it in the oven and then finally end up on the staff by doing some basting okay so for the first step let's try the chops so that's wait for a couple of minutes on to the oil gets very hot and then we see some smoke coming out okay looks like the oil is warm [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] basically gonna slide on one side for about three minutes and then flip again and then try it on the second side for about three minutes now it takes about a minute [Music] [Music] look can we give under the three minutes not three minutes hugs done let's try to see if you can balance it on one of the price for that gift [Music] and if I though [Music] [Music] and I'm gonna do [Music] and have some green chilies [Music] and what this little late and you're gonna put it in the oven for about ten to fifteen minutes if you want it if you like medium rare then you do not have to put it in the oven and then you can continue you can go straight to the next project but because my family likes well-done and they do not like medium rare so that's why I have to take this extra step and put in oven it comes out really good so the next step is just putting this in the oven go in the oven then set it at 375 and 15 minutes put it start and let's wait for 15 minutes okay just make sure remember when you are folding when you're taking out the pan from the when it's pretty hot do not hold it without a glove I just did the mistake and my hand is burnt but okay so now what we are gonna do is take our g5 butter if you don't have he you can always use just your regular but [Music] remember we have our parsley we're gonna put some over here and also add some of the additional garlic and to to take this one so that all the oils and the juices from the fat are collected at this corner the pan is pretty heavy I'm gonna put on the juices over there on that side so it's easy for me to hold it invested on the other side and now once that is done I'm gonna start taking this put it on the top what was weight for under two minutes and then flip them again [Music] [Music] three minutes and then we'll be ready to eat and I will start the Katy okay everyone so I have put it on a plate I have a Brussels sprouts and some baby potatoes along with some onions after tasting I do not necessarily see the need for the sauce however the sauces are ready to go if we wanted to use it we can always use it so this is a perfectly made well done lamb chops going lamb chops okay so I hope you get a chance to try it out and I hope you'll be able to make it as well and
