i want you to turn to luke chapter 4 please we're going to look at luke chapter 4. it is very important to know if you recall our history the kingdom of heaven god's kingdom is all gone now so this is the times of the gentiles so to speak so this is all satan's kingdoms this is important to understand within satan's kingdoms you'll notice that the word of god doesn't mention too much about it why because this is not his kingdom anymore so the jews they were under babylonian captivity and they lost their nation all the way up to the 1900s it wasn't until the lord had to start a new organization through the church that the new testament came in but now we are now in satan's kingdom and every demonic kingdom is fighting for power that's what you see throughout history over here all right let's look at the book of luke chapter 4 notice what the devil said to jesus at verse 5 and the devil taking him up into an high mountain showed unto him look at this all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time so during that time the great wall of china was already built rome was in mighty power we see that phoenicia during that time that they were falling apart yet they were very powerful during the grecian empire era greece was dominantly widespread not just phoenicia so jesus saw everything in a moment of time and then the devil offered it to him now why would satan offer the kingdom to jesus if god's kingdom was already ruling on the earth because his kingdom of heaven is gone and this is the time of satan's kingdom now so remember rome we looked at our last discipleship video there's a beast with four heads and then two wings and then it's a body of a leopard and that is found if my memory serves me daniel chapter seven that is the roman empire so the roman empire we see that they were up against phoenicia phoenicia remember was the most widespread kingdom that the lord mightily used the jews to conquer the canaanites phoenician religion was a canaanite religion but phoenicia was crumbling under nebuchadnezzar's babylon so then the rich people especially from tyre that's part of the phoenician colony they fled over to carthage and remember rome was in conflict against carthage rome was definitely a mighty empire it was versing kingdoms on all sides here and there that's why it was perfectly described in our last discipleship video as the iron kingdom the iron kingdom it was conquering kingdoms everywhere so carthage you've heard the story on how it started punic wars and that's where we come to the famous car general of carthage and movies take his name famous general you should study his name is hannah ball hence his ride with the elephants and some of you may have heard his famous story uh some famous stories concerning hannibal basically his story goes like this widowson's book on page 96 concerning about hannibal the great general it reads that he was elected leader at the age of 26 actually his father made him swear at the altar of ball because remember what was their ancient religion it was ball worship canaanite religion the jews i mean the lord mightily used the jews to conquer the most widespread kingdom uh the phoenician parts canaan and then egypt the world's most powerful empire that time but then they lost they lost it at kings and during kings satan's kingdoms were all scrambling for power now that the jews kingdom were gone god's kingdom was gone now empire satan's empires are building bill are being built now so their worship hannibal's worship was ball religion they were sacrificing remember like hundreds of babies it was uh horrifying actually the father made him swear at the altar ball that he would revenge his country against rome when he was nine years old he didn't forget his oath rome did little to prevent the reconquest of spain due to internal strife its expansion into the adriatic sea towards greece with its eliminating of the pirates who commanded it in war with gaul rome had made a treaty with has drew ball to quiet the struggle with carthage in spain and also made treaties with former greek colonies there in 225 a gallic army attacked rome and was defeated with great loss at telamon all the gaelic tribes were now ready to march on rome so what happened now was that hannibal saw this as the time to invade the roman peninsula rome was fighting armies on all sides i mentioned about uh the gaelic tribes over here and then greece some of its remnants were still battling rome and then now hannibal took that as an opportunity to attack rome so hannibal he took that opportunity to invade the roman peninsula with angry gauls as his allies against rome hannibal who had spent 19 of his 28 years in military camp was a hardened soldier and experienced leader by now loved by his soldiers he was a ruthless enemy but often very chivalrous who want his battle more with brains than with the lives of his soldiers and utilize such things as behind the lines espionage very well the second punic war started with rome breaking its treaty with carthage so remember this is a region of carthage over here hannibal and his armies and hannibal proceeded after subduing a roman inspired rebellion in one of the cities under its control to march toward rome he had to fight his way to the rhone river with major battles being a regular occurrence he led his troops toward what is now called vienna that time was vienna and then in one of the most amazing feats of military history that's the elephant and the alps across the alps complete with calvary and elephants it took him 17 days to do it and by the time he arrived on the italian peninsula he had half of the force he started out with from new carthage in spain defeating several roman armies he ravaged the italian peninsula for years the romans suffered a disastrous defeat at cana but time so rome was i mean hannibal was a genius general one of the greatest generals of the ancients was alexander the great cyrus and then hannibal that time but rome was a very powerful empire so what happened widowson mentions that throughout time just takes time lack of resources and supplies and lack of help from spain due to rome keeping any reinforcements pinned down by fighting eventually wore him down the romans had scipio africanus who had been successful in spain attack carthage itself which required hannibal to return to defend his homeland so they had one of these people one of these people scipio africanus where they attacked carthage and then hannibal he could not keep conquering up to rome the italian peninsula so he had to go back and defend his homeland over here guess where uh hannibal eventually fled to you wouldn't believe it it's interesting a very important city that the lord would use one day hannibal was conclusively defeated at the battle of zama hannibal eventually fled to antioch syria antioch syria what did the bible says that's where the disciples were first called christians little did the city of antioch knew that they would become an important city where christianity would be first named at the book of acts chapter 11. he eventually fled to antioch syria and committed suicide rather than be captured so he ended his own life a lot of pride because as a great general also roman uh cruelty was very severe that's why they're the iron kingdom they were very brutal rome now ruled the wealthy minds now because hannibal lost that's a powerful empire rome became even stronger now so rome now ruled the wealthy minds of spain and the western mediterranean sea was hers that's so greece is no longer the most powerful empire rome was taking over when was greece's last stand through the glories of alexander the great conquest this is how it ended with greece rome's conquest of greece we are told was precipitated by philip v of macedon's alliance with hannibal and the greek aetolian league wow so then remember alexander the great his homeland was from macedonia so this empire combined with hannibal combined with the greek ayatollah league what happened over here well thinking that he also wanted to invade greece like his political ancestor alexander that's what phil the fifth want to do but rome was too powerful they were like they were definitely an iron kingdom fighting against all kingdoms on all sides these were powerful kingdoms remember greece was subdued by rome completely so greece finally lost by 146 bc that was a timeline and it ceased to be a political entity on its own for how long 2 000 years it actually says 2 2000 years the destruction of carthage and the greek city of remember one of the most important one important greek city there was we covered athens sparta and paul's letter to who corinth little did they know that would be an important place that the lord would write his two epistles later on that was remember corn was a powerful kingdom itself from greece i covered you corinth is history so i'm not going to get into that but the destruction of combined with carthage and corinth the greek city of corinth in 146 bc were two of the most brutal massacres of ancient history at this point rome is now what the complete master of the mediterranean sea now the grecian empire lost the grecian empire was the bear as you might recall at daniel 7. now the leopard with the wings took over the leopard remember is an integrated animal that's the reason why rome is appropriately suited for this one rather than greece because rome was an integrated kingdom of what where it covers shem ham and japheth it covers europe africa and parts of asia now they took care of this side over here what's going on over here rome had to look behind its back because behind its back over here something was going on within within its own empire rome now suffered through an agrarian revolt partly because a nation so of free farmers had become dependent upon external plunder and internal slavery now this is very interesting all domestic work and the mundane drudgery of daily life began to be handled by slaves the slaves were often prisoners of war particularly on the large farms the slave rarely saw his or her master and was worked like a farm animal so these big roman farms actually they used the slaves to take care of their farms and some the movies took these rich masters of farmers and then turned it into i think movies and tv series but before i mention the person there was an important leader who had to take care of these revolts within internal rome itself so this man's name is important with as a roman leader his name was salah so one of uh rome's most important uh leaders that time was salah he branched out over here salah took care of the internal strife within over there he had the senate uh let's see over here he took care of an entire page 97 of widowson's book he mentions over here that he took care of a revolt within the entire italian peninsula and there were uh famous revolts that came out and these included some of the slaves which is called the servile wars there were according to my knowledge three of them the first the second and the third what seller would do is that basically he had the senate declare him dictator a term normally reserved for someone elected to absolute power in times of national emergency having his enemy slaughtered he adorned the form with their heads new enemy lists were often posed so the citizens re could see if they would be allowed to live massacre banishment and confiscation of property made roman life a horror jesus came out of really good timing you understand as a messiah that's why a lot of these jews were seeking for him because rome was very brutal he was conquering with an iron fist his brutal laws called the cornelian laws for his first name cornelius weakened the roman government but he was never assassinated having killed off anyone who might have had the courage to do so and died of natural causes after dictating this appropriate epitaph this was his appropriate epitaph no friend ever served me and no enemy ever wronged me whom i have not repaid in full so he was definitely one of its brutal children one of the iron children so to speak the third servile war that came out later during the near the end of solas time was a a person whose name a lot of young people might know his name was spartacus spartacus was the leader of one of those slave revolts over here known for uh in the gladiators where he fought within the arena itself and then led uh the slaves were being used as gladiators as well during that time and working in farmlands and spartacus led up the rebel against the farmland that he was a slave and he was also gladiator warrior and then the roman empire had a hard time with him not just spartacus but there were other revolts and sulla was involved with a lot of them during the servile wars tiberius graccus caius gracas marius marius and then spartacus himself now salah during his time we see where the servile wars was involved but there was another important famous figure who came out salah had shown mercy on the son and nephew of his enemies and there was one of them and then it's just a spoiler alert for some of you already had the books already you know the the son and nephew of his enemies that he showed mercy to which probably he shouldn't have his name was caius julius caesar but caius julius caesar he was actually the borderline where uh i believe joseph and mary the where mary gave birth to jesus christ she she was close and contemporary to julius caesar's time very close very very close so that jesus was about to be born it was getting there it was getting there remember julius the roman empire during that time it was all divided they went from monarchy then aristocracy and went back and forth back and forth then under julius caesar he got it back into a monarchy form but he was up against the aristocracy if you know a little bit of your history and then the person who took after julius caesar was the caesar during the time jesus was born when it returned to monarchy that's when god sent his only begotten son that's why the jews said we have no king but what caesar that time because he was monarchy that time all right but we're not going to get over there all right so we shall return that's going to be very interesting when we return back to the middle east to the nation of israel but let's go back to one of the countries that i raved about quite often during the bcs but very rarely mentioned in the bible and that is as you can tell china china that time all right so let's return to china and see what's going on over here so remember that china it went through just like all the other nations claimed they went through uh celestial gods supposedly founded the kingdom and that could have been possible because of the surviving sons of god then at that time it was losing its deified form through longevity rulers and emperors and they were said to have ruled for centuries if not lived to up to a thousand years some of these rulers it could be because they carried some of the bloodline from the genesis genealogy where people lived longer that time or they were children of the sons of god but remember during the time of kings these sons of gods they were pretty much extinct if not wiped out if some of them survived they were definitely in hiding it's very very rare so it was becoming more humanistic so now we reach to a humanistic timeline over here now we're going to cover the feudal age of china over here during the feudal age of china we see from widowson's work on page 111 let's see what he discusses over here the first one his name was uh he was the prime minister of sea during that time he served during the timeline as you can see of 683 to 640 bc what was important about kuang chang was that he was the organizing genius of this most important of the original 55 provinces of china consisting of a type of city-state so it was like a city-state organization just like canaan and greece where they have wall towns farmland and small walled villages or suburbs as recorded in the bible if you recall in the book of joshua a lot of these cities remember they weren't empires okay we're all the way during this timeline uh during this timeline canaan and the other places were not empires there were more city-states so the city with its own empire that's the idea it didn't rule kingdoms like rome was doing that time or egypt during that time so china was starting to build up just like greece during the ancient timeline and canaan did but we saw in our previous discipleship videos that greece built up really fast from the mycenaean era all the way down where alexander the great especially conquered lots of lions it was through alexander the great that they really stretched the power confucius actually applauded this person as being the person who was responsible for giving order to the state now during the timeline of china this ancient timeline the feudal era there was a great struggle widowson says between those who believe that the proper order of society was best served by following local customs and practices thought to have come from above remember the china claims its history was founded by the gods during this ancient timeline so then whatever customs and traditions were followed supposedly founded by these gods they wanted to continue it but during this timeline now it's all humanism now remember so humanism was now uh taking over more and more while the deism form was fading away whoa okay so there was a conflict with these uh customs that supposedly came from the gods versus versus those who wanted the state to codify laws issued by state so now this they're taking state control now the state has to have our humanism state we have to lay down the rules not much different from today right now the legal codes which you might guessed they were if you recall in your previous discipleship videos when the state created the codes and there was not really a monarchy that time who did the rules benefit it was the elites remember just like it happened with rome and then it did so with some parts of greece as well so this is so familiar with with what time era today the elites are the ones where the rules are laid out uh for the people by the people for the people well you know they're trying to say this is all done for the public the public get to vote et cetera et cetera but as some of you already know when you study the dark things behind the scenes of america and our modern world it's controlled by elites so rules are done and created for pub for the public so to speak they pretend it's for public but in reality it's beneficial to the aristocrats so what they did was is that with these legal codes that they've uh made they found a cus compromise with the custom and law from the gods with human codes and this resulted in what they called it's called the law of cho or choli so this is very important where you want to know concerning about china's history this is where humanism started to get its codes over here within china durant as you might recall i uh quote durant quite often i would highly recommend getting his volumes on history it's very fascinating actually get durant's complete works on history but durant says this concerning about the the law of cho basically he's uh he says holding power through the possession of virtue and piety an aristocracy partly of birth and partly of training administering the offices of the state of people dutifully tilling the soil living in patriarchal which his father or elder brother governed patriarchal families enjoying civil rights but having no voice in public affairs and a cabinet of six ministries controlling respectively the life and activities of the emperor the welfare and early marriage of the people the ceremonies and divinations of religion the preparation and prosecution of war the administration of justice and the organization of public works wait wait a minute this kind of sounds like where today's society want to head toward they want to make church and state combined over here the state controls everything what men learn from history is that what men never learn from history some of you are saying that is going to say this three times in every discipleship video you know why i'm trying to drill it in your heads that you stupid humans got to realize that every interaction that we do today is following completely ever since the bcs we don't change we didn't get smarter we followed the dame the same dumb actions of the flesh that's what mankind has always done hardly discussion of freedom of conscience freedom of association or freedom of religion over here widowson says now what's interesting is that this law of joe widdleson says is set for 2000 years it was set for two thousand years the chinese government with an emperor ruling get this as the vicar and son of heaven not much different from the middle ages later on where they had a church state combination that was the roman catholic empire what they called the holy roman empire under the pope all right let's continue reading now 604 to 517 bc we have this guy is going to be important lao say why is he important now widowson he says that the dates are questionable but widely accepted among the historians so he gave that kind of disclaimer loud say ran the royal library of cho according to historian suma chan and disgusted he was disgusted with politicians so he was determined to go live in seclusion yeah no kidding because this was a timeline of elites over here so then this uh religious person was disgusted so he wants to start his own religion so this week now he went out to live in seclusion when requested since he was going into retirement he wrote a book some of you might know this book he consented to write a book in two parts one was called tau and one called te lao tsai was his title the old master and it is said that his real name was lee meaning the plum the book is now known as tao teaching or book of the way and a virtue that's the primary book for the religion which is very rampant now taoism that thing survived all the way to today over here so taoism now taoism we're going to see later on that the early christians that the lord sent out from antioch syria pushed eastward and when they hit china they had trouble with these taoists more than the buddhists because buddhist was still fresh that time taoism was the ancient religion not buddhist as a matter of fact china persecuted the buddhists actually for a time and taoism was actually condoned and accepted so that's how the devil used this this was a time truly of satan's empire now can you imagine jesus was on top of that mount where the devil showed him all the kingdoms and then jesus saw all this all this what you're studying right now previous four or five videos of discipleship of satan's the times of the gentiles satan's kingdom can you imagine jesus saw all that or remembered all that all at once taoism alexander the great hannibal rome and then the people bondage of slavery and then they sought after spartacus and other rebellious leaders and then china with its humanism rising and state and church combined so to speak don't you think that jesus that was why do you think satan used it as a last temptation at the book of matthew that look i'll give you all of this all these people dying and going to hell i'll give you all of this if you just bow down to me one time and worship me how about that thou end all the suffering and pain that's going on all these wars brutal wars going on man all right this is interesting widowson says in taoism one must follow the path of nature the tao like einstein's god is an impersonal force that operates the universe like allah islam's religion it doesn't love its adherence and like brahma other religion it is unknowable in fact in taoism knowledge is not virtue in fact it is a problem for it leads to trouble and sorrow well uh loud say gets what there was a man who was wiser than you go to ecclesiastes 1. ecclesiastes 1 8. he already realized that before loud say figured it out the bible was way ahead look this was before socrates man king solomon man this was before socrates look at ecclesiastes that's why the book of proverbs and solomon's writing should be read it should be read those are the a lot of wisdom over there in those books before the ancients before loud say socrates and all the greek clowns that we study in our previous discipleship videos where probably half of them were queers by the way probably so then you see over there that solomon all the way before it was way ahead of them was way ahead of them look at the book of ecclesiastes chapter 1 and then notice what king solomon said concerning about seeking after uh wisdom verse 18 for much wisdom is much what grief and he that increases knowledge what increases sorrow well solomon was way ahead of lao say again widowson says let me read it again in taoism in taoism knowledge is not virtue in fact it is a problem for it leads to trouble and sorrow way ahead of you way ahead of you the bible is way ahead now uh we come to an interesting thing we look at 551 to 478 bc the man that a lot of people know china's most famous philosopher confucius now let's see how the devil uses this guy now so with confucius he was china's most famous philosopher funny thing is that lao say he believed that the worst possible leader of a state because remember knowledge leads to more sorrow right loudly believed the worst possible leader of a state would be a philosopher he said like confucius so to speak but so amazing how much the empire would rely on confucius is teaching so to speak or a lot of people would take confucius's teaching as a matter of fact korea was dominated by neo-confucianism for a long period of time probably one of the longest kingdoms in korean history actually so confucius this is how the devil mightily used him during that time um it says over here he was also his name also means kyong the master born in sean shantung province he was china's most famous philosopher his work remains today in the analytics of confucius he like all other deluded and deceived leaders of philosophy and religion denied the bible's one path to god without even ever seeing a bible perhaps a famous statement of his was this was his famous statement all the rivers of righteousness flow into the lake of heaven see that so it shows that there are many ways to heaven so to speak he would fit right in with today's universal religionists according to legend confucius began his career as a teacher at age 22. teaching out of his home charging whatever modest fee his pupils could pay like the ancient greeks this is imitating with something over here what china's doing like the ancient greeks the chinese were always l were always looking to learn something new so here's interesting so widowson compares socrates and confucius here you want to hear how they get smart all right it's actually not as smart as you think actually but it makes sense why they have new knowledge this is how they do this like the greek philosopher socrates he he taught by asking questions ortiz wrote nothing down and we are dependent upon his student plato for most of our information on him both confucius and socrates taught in this fashion asking pointed questions of their students supposedly to lead them closer to the truth socrates was finally condemned by an athenian court and sentenced to drink poison for his dessert disturbances confucius on the other hand went on to hold several offices for the duke of lou and legend has it that he was so wise that when he was minister of public works everything went smoothly and when he was minister of crime crime disappeared so that's how they gain more knowledge c is by asking questions from the students so when they keep asking questions the students through their own unique c knowledge then they culminate all that knowledge together that's why higher education they like it when the students use critical thinking so that why they can advance knowledge together that's the idea but this type of questioning to increase knowledge goes back to where genesis 3 you partake in the tree of knowledge of good and evil and that started with the serpent asking a question okay but anyway the bible's a boring book isn't it the bible doesn't know what it's talking about way ahead way ahead it predicts what mankind will do confucius also left behind five books known as five qing by the chinese to this they added four books or shu of the philosophers and this is where it becomes now known as this became known as the nine classics let's keep reading over here now this is interesting about confucius because he's a philosopher who always asks questions i mean uh would he be an atheist or would he actually believe there is a god what is he confucius was in what do you think the smartest person would choose an agnostic that's a cowards that's what cowards intellectual cowards do intellectual cowards to maintain their intellectual static they retreat to agnosticism that's the idea a term coined by thomas hugsley charles darwin biggest supporter basically it means that the person doesn't so this is this is funny by widowson basically it means that the person doesn't profess to believe in god or not to believe in god as he simply doesn't know i would say to you that an agnostic is an atheist who is too afraid to admit it just in case god is listening this is something very important about confucius his greatest passion was not religion it was morality that's where we get it from this man over here it was morals over here morality no wonder he praised kuang chang over here right for setting uh up order all you see humanism is formed from philosophy through questioning through increase of knowledge alrighty now we come to the next time period 403 to 221 bc the reason why this time period is important it is also known as the period of contending states now why it was called the period of contending states is that it was a time of chaos disorganization and much war but finally there was a man who unified all of china while the empire china remember uh we came to a timeline of china where during the bcs like all other nations they were all what city state city-state city-states okay wasn't really so to speak a complete empire but we come over here that the man who unified china his name was so this man over here from the dynasty chin from which we get the name for the country he was so this is his interesting history how he unified all of china that time so basically he was the uh he was the important julius caesar of that of roman history so to speak where julius caesar was the important person who who started that unified roman empire this was the man huang ti who did that his story goes like this he was the illegitimate son of the queen of chin and a minister named lou she was forced now she forced he forced his father to commit suicide and persecuted his mother assuming the throne at the age of 12. this was according to historian zumachan well to have a unified monarchy it takes a lot of brutality like the roman empire right how you build a unified empire is done through brutality that's the reason why what is the lord going to do to maintain a unified empire at the millennium it is ruled as a rod of what iron like rome if you mess up god's codes and rules you go to where you go to gahena living hell on earth that's why the time period of the millennium it makes so much sense dispensationally speaking that salvation is definitely works during that time see dispensationalism makes more sense when you study history because dispensationalism that method is a historical grammatical approach so that's why i'm doing world history because world history is going to culminate all the doctrines together it covers your basic bible stories which should have been covered by your outlook commentary homework it also uh creates into light the history as we go through every book of the bible so to speak understanding the historical background and it makes more sense with dispensationalism also some of the things concerning about conspiracies it makes more sense too when you go through history history is so important it makes it brings to light a lot of interesting doctrines actually okay so then uh when he was 25 he began to conquer the petty states into which china was divided in 230 bc he conquered han in 228 bc chao in 225 way in 223 chu in 222 yen and then the important state of chi in 221 bc hence china was finally under one rule he was there julius caesar and alexander the great of china that time now guess what he was responsible for he was the one who was responsible for building the 1500 mile long great wall of china that makes a lot of sense over here that makes a lot of sense over here you had to take a a a huge monarchist dictator like that to do it to complete the job now he designed that to protect china from barbarian attack this is very interesting what durant says all right you know what duran says he says rome fell why because china built a wall because remember roman empire was increasing but there was something blocking toward the east what was that right here right here that's why it defended itself from the eastern powers over here in fact there was trade between china and rome didn't you know that during the time of jesus and now i'm going to show you an interesting history how the early christians reached over there because of that trading route but we'll get over there in time but rome i mean rome knew china had access but because of this wall it can't increase its power or its empire here's an interesting an eighth century arab chronicle is reported to have called the wall in what it called this wall the ramparts of magog now wait a minute and some onliners thought that your pastor was crazy talking about gog and magog as muslim nations combined with communist nations how about that china was called the ramparts of magog over there and it was an arab chronicle that recorded as magog too by the way a century arab chronicle he destroyed the power of local warlords or feudal barons and replaced them with a nobility of civil servants placed in each province he in other words gave an order and a structure to chinese government and therefore society that it had not had he was however the enemy of scholars yeah no no kidding why because confucius is the type that let's question and no no but this guy says no let's build you know let's build a wall and then today's scholars are like no let's question let's question see that but you do get the job done when you have the mentality of build a wall let's do this let's do this let's do this sure questionable dictatorship etc but it increases the power and gets the job done the scholars on the other hand they want a question right because of morality ethics but the ethics is if it's unbiblical it's false ethics anyway and it can even be sin itself as we see in today's time period right well anyway let's keep reading over here all right i got to wrap this up he was however the enemy of scholars and particularly hated confucian scholars i'm not i'm not surprised ordering all copies of confucius's books burnt as a matter of fact what he would do is that uh those who hid the books like confucius's book or any philosophical books he'd consign them to the great wall and to be to work in hard labor over there actually so that's what the emperor did all right now obviously this was a madman here okay to to build something like this shi wangti spent his final years paranoid i'm not surprised and trying to find an elixir for immortality he was buried in a tomb with several listen to this he was buried in a tomb with several hundred young girls who were buried alive to keep him company in eternity behind hidden traps to kill intruders and even the workmen were killed to keep the secrets of his tomb from the world the book of judges said this every man did that which was right and is what own eyes that's the example of how you get an organized society is through a mess without an organized society and dictatorship what's gonna happen it's still evil chaos comes so chaos reigned after his death so it wasn't until the han dynasty and that's going to be an important dynasty we're going to get later on in early church history okay han dynasty followed after when t restored order so that was the next person over here but then the greatest of the ohana emperors took over and his name was wu ti over here wuti who was around uh 140 bc to 87 bc that was his reign as a matter of fact to build a successful society this is interesting which is why a lot of humanists and liberals today would follow this example wuti would be considered today as a socialist and through a socialist program that's why the empire had been very very prosperous so then you hear some countries are very socialists right like norway for example we've heard some of the missionaries uh over there and they have they have it all beautifully set up over there but taxes and prices are just extremely crazy right so that's the downside so look at this this is interesting so yeah you might have it all under control through a socialist program and then get society flourishing but there's a downside to it natural disasters such as great floods and droughts ruined his price fixing scheme making food and clothing in such short supply that prices skyrocketed businessmen complained that state control had destroyed competition and incentives to produce anything for sale so there's a downside obviously through socialism that's the economy over there that's why capitalism came in later on which a lot of people would prefer to but see that's the thing over here is that you notice that why socialism will not work this is undeniable is that unpredictable outcomes happen you want an example coven 19 we have everything in order we have it all made science is brilliant and then you all run for toilet paper as soon as a natural disaster happens or a planned disaster but anyway that's a totally different thing but anyway aside from that the point is this is that it doesn't change the fact that natural disasters it changes the game who's the one in control of natural disasters god that's why your society can't be founded on human morals or through a dictatorship or through a socialist program and then these guys all fighting for power and the grecians you know being pedophiles homosexuals sodomites god knows what questioning each other finding something new that's chaos this is stupidity at its finest this is the times of the gentiles over here the best thing to do is that you just stick your nose in the bible everything is solved because god is in control of all the times and the seasons you see that you see what happens when mankind's in control even if you have everything beautiful like booty and socialist program it don't matter natural disasters happen ruins everything now what happens is that uh when uh wuti died obviously the businessman they were complaining right so they all were they were all doing power control grabs again and that's the downfall of capitalism too it's not it's not infallible obviously unethical businessmen politicians became the norm until a new reformer arose wang mong in 5 a.d and we shall cover wang mong later on as we reach more and more through the timeline of jesus but let's see what happens with other countries what happened to america's remember america the americas what happened what were they doing that time and china it can't be all by itself other asian countries had to be building up too let's see what happened to them and then go to the middle east and let's see what julius caesar did all right homework assignment your next ad-lib commentary tray god my father i pray that today's discipleship has been a blessing to the hearers increased our knowledge of the scriptures and that we will be very aware of our interactions our patterns the systems of this world that they're all folly we understand why it's wrong and why the bible triumphs against everything else because mankind left to their own devices is all just chaos and stupidity in jesus name we pray amen
