have you ever been in a situation whether it's at work or school or your personal life where somebody sends you a PDF document and you need to actually change some of the content some of the verbiage some of the images that are on there and you try to convert it maybe to a word file or maybe try to actually edit that PDF document as a PDF and PDFs are notoriously known for being hard to work with hard to change formats and at the end of the day they're pretty uneditable but now channel partner updf has us covered with an all-encompassing tool that works with pretty much any software any platform and can really help you edit transform and also modify any PDF document that you throw at it so without further Ado let's talk about updf and everything that it entails and why I think updf should be in your Mainstay in terms of a toolbox to work with PDF documents so let's get into it foreign so to start off updf is the only PDF editor that allows users to have one account and still have access to all of their updf files across all of their devices so that means whether you're using a Windows 11 computer an empowered MacBook an iPhone or an Android device updf has us covered with full access to those files now updf is a must-have digital tool that is designed to simplify your document management and editing experience this powerful and beautifully designed software is packed with a range of features that make it a valuable tool for anyone who works with PDF documents it has everything from basic editing to Advanced annotations form filling and conversion so the updf editor can pretty much do anything that you would want to with a PDF so now let's dive in and explore what makes this software just so useful getting started with updf is extremely easy just grab any PDF file or any file for that matter and drag it right into the actual software from there the file is recognized and you have all the tools at your disposal that you would need right at your fingertips to actually edit modify manipulate that file on the left hand side of the software offer you'll notice you have all your different editing modes that you're going to be needing in order to actually work with your PDF documents so the first one is comment mode which allows you to annotate highlight cross off add signatures add stickers and everything else you could imagine so if you guys have used a PDF editor in the past this is probably going to be the most familiar version although they do have a little bit more on here that most other PDF converters do not have like being able to remove watermarks being able to actually annotate in different sections of the actual PDF document especially the watermark portion is one of the most important things out here when editing a PDF document but that is your comment mode and then you also have your edit mode which allows you to actually move add remove and manipulate all the text images and links in that PDF file it's extremely easy to use it's very intuitive and has very little learning curve if at all you also have a few more options on that left hand side that allow you to actually resize the file it gives you a different view of all the different pages of that PDF document it's a pleasure to use overall and it definitely beats out other PDF applications and also of course your preview application that's built into your Apple computer then on the right hand side you have all of your file manipulation tools like exporting in certain file formats adding a password to a certain file being able to share it being able to mail it out or even exporting that file in an OCR file will try to turn any type of text whether it's handwritten or something from a picture or actually typed out into machine readable language this is very similar to something like live text inside of the photos application but just built into the PDF editor so let's say you import a file or brochure that has a lot of different types of text in terms of different sizes different colors just different fonts or even some handwritten text it should be able to then spit out a brand new file with some actual text that's readable by the computer and by yourself so now we are aware that there's other PDF providers out there PDF software providers but updf still stands apart from the rest of them so companies like PDF expert and Adobe Acrobat they're missing the ability to have a text call out or be able to add stickers also when you go to edit PDFs you actually cannot remove any backgrounds or watermarks inside of PDF expert same thing with Adobe Acrobat you're not able to add things like Rich text you also have the ability to convert to way more file formats inside of updf so a new PDF you can convert to HTML XML RTF CSV pdfa versus pdf expert does not give you any of those options and then also you're able to convert CSV files or Excel files whereas PDF expert and Adobe Acrobat are unable to do that so big shout out to updf for partnering up with nine to five Mac and sponsoring this video I know that updf is going to be in my Mainstay of toolkit or at least my digital tool kit and they do offer a free trial which I recommend you try but if you click on the link down below nine to five Mac viewers will get up to 54 off the price for updf which gives you either a yearly plan or an unlimited lifetime plan and for those paid users you also get a lifetime plan of a joysoft which is their PDF password manager as well as 10 gigs of cloud storage so again thank you to PDF for partnering with nine to five Mac and
