Hairdresser Brad Mondo Reacts to Cosmopolitan's Expensive Taste Test!

okay i'm really happy [Music] hi i'm brad mondo and i'm doing the expensive taste test with cosmo i think i will do good i i feel very confident in my taste i feel like i have very expensive taste my mother always told me that he always smells so good so i feel like i'm gonna i'm gonna do really well at deciphering which is expensive and which is not [Music] moose okay this is gonna be really hard i feel like a big deciding factor if something is expensive or not when it comes to hair products is the scent um because when you make a nice expensive hair product you have to use a perfumist and it takes a long time and and you need to have a good experience to make something smell really good so let's see this is not it's not expensive oh wait this one's a little coconutty almost i feel like it smells more drugstore to me i hope that's true we love the texture going on and this one just has like a little bit more of a touch of something to it this one is more expensive yay okay i'm really happy let me get down here i'm seeing a pearlescent sheen to this one this one looks much more pearlescent and honestly feels great this feels like water it does this color looks a little muddy and ugly this is definitely more expensive stop are you sure i feel ashamed of myself let's just forget that ever happened [Music] we have scissors here all right right off the bat this one looks more expensive and i feel pretty confident about that but we're gonna test them out really quick oh i don't know looks can be a little deceiving okay i don't know okay i don't know what these are the blades have a nice even distribution so when you cut the hair it gets all the hair and some pieces aren't cut less or more and you get a nice sharp line okay this one's 40 this one's 349. i'm upset [Music] i hate this game it's way too hard it just looks like the shaving cream you use as like a kid in school to do like projects or whatever you is that just me that did that and okay we all know i don't know i don't know anymore i've lost hope after the past two times i got the answer wrong and i'm really embarrassed but i feel like i just want to go with my gut this time i feel that's minty this one's more expensive i did it okay i don't feel like a failure anymore [Music] okay let's see [Music] i know this one we know that one already know by the scent come on you can't fool me this one is more expensive it smells like hot chocolate i always know that one [Music] these look very similar i have some experience in your tap water let's see see the coloring here there's really no difference at all they're both very clear hmm has a little more scent to it i got nothing from that absolutely nothing from either of them they taste the same guys they look the same they taste the same this one has a little more smell to it maybe that's like a chlorine type of vibe but is that does that mean it's tap water or does that mean it's like more glorified i'm gonna say this one is expensive [Music] i don't have much experience with this but i have great taste so we shall see uh these do remind me of the ones they ate as a kid so do you like eat them you just suck on them or like it's like salty what do you do with them okay it's a little bit darker it has a little more color it looks a bit healthier and a bit newer a bit more nutritious snap my tooth off based on those findings this darker version of the seeds is expensive [Music] this looks like kate like frosting i want to kind of eat it a little bit like girl i don't know what's gonna happen with that on your head seems like an expensive thing like somebody who like you probably just don't even need that but you like feel like you need it and you just buy it and it's like expensive so you think it's working type of thing uh this one also feels kind of nice oh they smell pretty identical they're both minty i love the scent of this though i would wear this as a cologne it's like sexy i'm gonna go this one's more expensive we gotta know from that so no [Music] okay this is tricky already because they're different colors we're gonna have to really go on scent here i feel like my hands already have mint scent all over them so i'm probably not gonna smell much but i think i'm just smelling my fingers at this point i have no idea what that smell like oh god what is that smells like a tree hmm not for me that one not for me this one feels like water and this one just feels a little bit heavier i'm gonna go this one's more expensive the more yellow one yay the scent is not for me but it's okay it's fine i feel terrible about it the thing that i do the most i got wrong the most um what does that say about me i hope nothing uh because i'm embarrassed ashamed and i am not going to live this one down for a long time my senses have been revitalized i feel like i can pick out a better brand more obviously next time i feel like if i did this again i would really just nail it thanks for
