tool google forms okay so teachers um in advance for today of course introduction and then we'll go through the access points me google forms and then we'll look at the settings of google forms and okay so teachers um again welcome to comprehensive google forms walkthrough so this is uh francois nicolo so you're one of your kts administrators i'm also a google certified educator i'm the google or the creator group san juan leader and i'm also the one of the members the via cohort google certified um innovators okay so i'll be guiding you today uh through the use of google forms okay the teachers know um for for all of us i'm monitoring now the i'm sorry for a while okay um or anything problems a presentation please do let me know in our chat box or live chat so i'll be able to adjust certificates are based on the evaluation and uh teachers nervousness trees [Music] anyway so let's start teachers now so welcome to our google forms a comprehensive google forms walkthrough um paris arrow nato so again um i know how busy google forms okay so see google forms uh productivity tools okay someone told me google and uh it's a data collection tool by google okay so basically you know um [Applause] first function telegram google form it went it was created to actually collect data so you you functionality human features are meant to collect data from from different people no so that's why based on a garment museum and of course you check if i acceptable via google gmail or mobile okay although teachers um yes a teacher no yes okay bus google and google apps for google forms okay google forms google chrome phones okay so uh an instruction and assessment tool as well so collection tools our data collection tool is having instructional tools maximize see google [Music] foreign their access to your google forms for the recipients on google forms okay and of course internet um online based google forms unlike google docs google slides and google sheets um what happens offline um [Music] okay and of course uh maritime has several access points marin from um our chrome app or chrome tab okay uh of course that's a gmail do nothing else i think uh nine that menu okay uh apps in google forms okay and of course mobile by via our chrome app and teachers nicholas and gagamiti nothing access point for today i buy our google drive because friendly okay you know friendly nah sorry from happy now um sharing or sharing settings or sharing buttons for that teacher okay so teachers um okay um i'm gonna give that the access point for today i google drive like a so regardless of person g suite or personal account um lagging accessible google forms platform via your google drive is foreign exploration and google forms all right so teachers um we will keep it as much as possible we'll try to keep it at um okay so teachers will try to keep it at uh until 11 00 a.m so singing please [Music] i hope that you don't mind if we extend a little bit um beyond 11 a.m but we will try our best uh to keep it at 11 a.m okay so teachers okay so we'll be um demonstrating now um the use of google forms uh okay okay so teachers okay okay i'll be sharing my window now yeah so i'm here now at my uh window so little time with similar teachers now so i think different access points not then okay so um okay um um yes think i got meeting access points again not features now either from gmail uh from um your chrome or from your google drive and adding access point okay so from the input access point nothing teachers and on google drive nothing okay so teachers when we click that somebody can type okay and then more okay teachers templates explore templates and google forms it is um find time um rsvp from again event a party invite and uh t-shirt sign up features no yes um options no or manga templates pay for your um google form okay sample event our registration and um feedback and order form okay and um of course from a job application time request okay so let's just explore one of the templates okay so um [Music] can we change the background the form yes for you can actually change the background of the formula templates no uh miss uh catherine yes i will go to that peripheral customized among banners now okay assessment or wish automatically yes teacher okay uh miss alexander um henry um actually see google form and again um independent under independent applications actually paid nothing in makita you know in its own application fire edition google slides google docs google sheets okay so teachers um of course sir sir here now fedex meeting and for your survey forms how to convert your google forms into you to an actual survey form in america's realm website um and import export and google forms platform okay teachers um google form and while exploring all the details and all the the parts stay off your of google form functionalities and features etc something yes welcome from mr michael okay yes um um form automatically copy any google form title for example um for example number two name is having webinar [Music] uh and teachers um questions okay so for teachers um i think last signed okay so yeah [Music] okay now pictures for clinic and automatically teachers create a multiple choice type of question so short response so short response okay for example um so for example in question form what it's your name okay so figures um and we're not in your question and so a short response from um i'ma give option gen so the students or the respondents will have to type in their names to my channel um duplicate um yeah so being teachers clinic [Music] short answer or short answer type response question teachers response validation uh let me make sure actually validate them so teachers need to market an attempt um response validation has been added so automatic force should ask them to answer for example he said nothing in number no and then it's a number uh it's a whole number all right so it's not in whole numbers decimal points or one half one fourth liters of nettle okay or please enter your your age that that's my daughter features all right um and then so what happened to each other um so it's my age now is 35 i signed 35 teachers if uh you would like to ask so and then um students okay so [Music] short response question okay so our short answer questions again teachers short answers um specific our short words recess okay okay and teachers support james yes for evaluation to require a student or the respondent to answer a particular question because at the end indeed they must admit some forms and lessons okay so for example interesting maritime phrases and assessments or surveys [Music] um okay india google form mug submit unless um it completely informed because it required you my questions i mean my required questions okay [Music] exploring the punjab in palestine exploring that in the hatman type of questions of questions okay yes [Music] okay um for example um next question i think so this one putting them into dial with our um paragraph for example um for example how do you what are your experiences in the pandemic uh how many times freddie maga taking students okay after putting an exploration i don't know what are your experiences sorry what are your experiences in the pandemic so far okay so teacher or more space for the student or the respondents national government indian question but five forms [Music] [Music] [Music] um them so um again um manually and response validations retire manual validation will be the first example aggregate uh little minimum um sorry maximum character account legally protein maximum character account for example the character count would be around 300 character accounts [Music] for your uh essay forms um can you use it for mathematics problems yes for the um i think that you have an answer uh later on the human and how to use supplements um it's nothing like the trauma major they have enough of sensory interested in the government [Music] [Music] okay now teachers um so next night in teachers short response paragraph form uh exploring the opinion multiple multiple choice for example please identify your designation okay so you are for example if you are a teacher someone putting options on a twitter um student or are you an administrator all right so pictures uh and you can go on no options add quest um sections for the form of dividing items and i think torrents into use different um area okay so and it's just going for example um option uh um adder okay so padding [Music] is uh validations and multiple choice questions um [Music] [Music] um i meant to uh divide the form into different sections if it's a begin but what section uh section one more um section two uh in section three and so on so forth all right teachers okay um um [Music] foreign [Applause] you're putting import questions okay so you just need to answer them okay i think there's no sorry neglect what's good about the import question option is that okay what i suggest collaborates on um one question box for all our trust friends in a shared among us said it would not be new [Music] for example okay so for example that's going to be the ones i'm going to import the magnetic teachers import sorry import questions about that questions basically um teacher support okay um okay um [Music] [Music] about from skyline and the same account all right so for example this one is called vid 19 photography okay and teachers um video from our google forms so for example i'll search final video on kobe 19. uh [Music] types of questions for a foreign assessment okay okay so example teachers know insert video and then click select okay i think video okay so um young teachers i'm adding um options to [Music] will see each section in different pages okay see mixer behind uh for example the meringue time test multiple choice so once that's one section and then section two would be identification and section three would be essay right so um different types of questions in different sections which [Music] for example this would be um the gain of different life means about by okay i'm adding forms accordingly no pediatrician accordingly so for example go up and down section take a guppy um [Music] student would only see one question at a time so eb sabine teaches um one sec one question at the time of the same question um [Applause] [Music] so what you can actually do is go on a google form with videos images or even texts and apparently students okay so um it have enough um load or data to uh open your google phones go into an attend he make sure nothing our questions for natan are the the low bandwidth questions multiple choice okay checkbox um a checkbox multiple choice or multiple choice read things like that or linear federation okay okay so features um short response paragraph checkbox all right teachers i'm checkbox punaten i'm very similar so i think multiple choices multiple choice and different slants like checkbox for multiple answers if it's what subjects do you like the most yes okay what what's subject sorry what subjects so freddie put time online so what subjects do you like the most uh and [Music] so what subjects do you like the most students um checkbox [Music] um um drop down no teachers see drop down multiple choice check box um i suggest [Music] drop down subjects which subjects so which objects do you like the most three questions for example um different language drop down meaning okay um while i answer um questions from my teachers nothing uh as before we continue with other question types okay go ahead temperatures we have five minutes of water break here um i will not have a cr break or water break i will answer your questions before we move on should we go ahead and choose thank you sir nelson shout out to you [Music] especially on the episode [Music] google [Music] foreign uh by uh our automatic checkings uh manually check on indian file aggression and showing language of the future um um [Music] opinions i think um settings yes responsibility class using the same google form um um in experiences um [Music] um nothing featuring option you file upload sabine teachers for example um any other file types right and maximum number of files defending submit so one downpour okay now number of mv okay for example allow nathan cylinder 100mb [Music] okay and um that's it our teachers know and uh students will now be able to submit a file um using this option [Music] um so linear scale teachers next set can limit from zero to a number all right um none particular item or particular thing um using a range for example um i'll get in a please evaluate um [Music] evaluate the webinar okay so an example this webinar of course because you can be as detailed enough uh if you want okay and then our range is from uh telephone zero up to five super important up to ten it's defended to say no let's just set it to five and in teachers canada means excellent so let's see later the the aspects of this webinar so for example um teachers for example speaker speakers [Music] and of course increase in facing don't and very good okay so teachers um okay it will look good so it will look like that feature okay so [Applause] so teachers know for example um pili na mantayo gowinatis for the checkbox green i um what is see here 11 to 11 80. the features again about multiple choice bleed rule madame [Music] um thursday and friday okay and um we're now down to our last one okay our last two sorry last two last two types of questions automatic teachers um day today um and um our last one concert um and teachers questions okay um and then we'll now proceed to the other settings of our google forms this one if we fire a direct point this one is a multiple choice this one is a checkbox example please identify your designation i'm a and they need to please evaluate the webinars for example the calendar improvement and webinar network okay please read the aspects of this element for teachers this is the multiple choice example speaker player topic fair uh facing uh speaks a little fast stay good and then um i think check um so wednesday available on 10 30 11 00 thursday available for now 10 o'clock at 11 days the teacher is a check-in time so for example i've checked inca nina zero nine o'clock and am surprised to defend the boy student camps and then i can already [Music] orange your forms differently i can distinguish them okay yes uh and then federer into time and change them background color yellow teachers background color and preset so you need to guess a young background color in google it depends on your theme colors for example connected film color palette choices for background color okay it's pretty cool darker one or lighter one thank you and um of course you can also change your font style okay decorative yeah okay or feathering fools if you want okay for the younger students okay you can make it smaller you can make it weaker um you can move it you want to capture that word for example but i don't want to capture it for now and then just click done and it goes in now to your google form okay and uh what else change you can change that you want right for example okay um okay and my my daughter is still playing around okay so um can you use an explore nothing in preview so basically features now preview gives you the option to see how your form looks like you know important the teachers know uh what do nothing it really releases and adding forms without um um getting to the previous shows us if the form works personally i do not recommend um releasing your forms without uh doing the preview okay exactly how it looks okay so next to the picture is static standards important thing um settings not in okay now features options for your settings general um [Music] okay all right sorry teachers now um so teachers know you um you can restrict your um your google form to particular people but it is taking restricting it saying organizations for example response for okay okay so and then um aside from the pictures after submit i don't recommend these features assessment so you um the students can edit after you have given them comments right after they realize the medicinal friendly formula okay you can also um show some summary charts and text responses okay okay and uh you can also set a size of all files to upload so you can put the asset cover by 1gb [Music] um unlimited legacy okay boy hello teacher so please take note of that as well okay anyone um um thank you for your response very good okay so for example um here are you uh mismaterial response receipts basically and even um foreign certificates know time games i think third setting you know i think quiz setting okay so pictures um foreign if you are using chromebooks for your students and major problems um okay um um um [Music] my idea paramedic inwardly so he needed to check me google form so um i suggest a short response essays i suggest that you do it manually okay all right please identify your designation let's just see numero correct answer eternal click answer if you click answer so for example for this question answering nothing is insurance and that you designated for this answer for this question so upper right corner of an option to assign points for example let's assign two points for this okay and then you just click done so teachers options teachers deciding some way to prevent cheating students for example um the answer how many subjects of example this is the correct answer this is also correct answer and this is also foreign and this is also a foreign example let's just say you'll be in correct answer so and then we assign three points to checkbox kinds of stress films okay for questions yes questions say if i recommend you find the hyphen scores in one file yes how to import your responses okay okay so teachers um federico wins i think i think drop down example this one isn't the man i think um okay again example this one is social science explain to him and feedback later okay and for example speeches know how it's a linear questions merely um [Music] researching or asking questions of answers and says that i think [Music] um [Music] your multiple choice so for example and say oh and answer time okay so for all incorrect answers um a mining answers um so examples this is not the correct answer because this is not your destination all right but for teachers no defending points now okay save nothing and for um sorry okay so for the correct answers this is the correct answer very good um a for the answers of your students yeah thank you thank you for me okay so that's yes features and i think wheezes are adding forms into wheezes okay so teachers explorers um actually have personally technically until now that okay what is your um what is your lrn um google form a google classroom for um essay types sorry types or um what they call this performance based assessments okay all right i am teachers um three options no three options to send the pictures via email so if it's been pictures if you type like nothing video for example email from television so i will be sending it to you to this person paid in your info we copy all the emails here all together so um and then we can also give you the message to your um your email and um ad collaborators will explore that because you can actually add people in your um in your email no okay so automatically collect respondents email yes checkpoint okay so teachers that's one way to um to send your um your google forms the second one which is the most commonly used thing usually ginagamico for sending forms okay so okay [Music] [Applause] messenger email you can actually import it and put it in in your any activities that google classroom so go in miss alexa um attach a file or add a file and then go to your google drive it's attach a file from your google drive get your form and it will attach it to your google classroom teachers so this one will be now your url okay so that's one way to shorten your urls that will allow you to create something i'm continuing creating all the teachers see tiny url sign up okay i think you are else generator that form and it will bring it to this um qr code generator say type lamp and it will give you um some samples you are okay i can add that to any of my presentations send it to your emails or anywhere um yes fedex so examples [Music] your forms to your their respondents of their students etc google forms a lot of the google classroom so features um it's a google form okay allows you to attach this file from your google drive so attach your phone on google drive and pick it from or um select the form and it will attach it to your google classroom teachers extensions canadian teachers it will um generate a new copy of this form for example this is agape sample forms for example marijuana quiz aside from make a copy okay move to trash okay um teachers don't get pre-filled blink i don't want to explore this anymore but basically a pre-filled link is you're sending a document or a form to the students get the free filled link right now [Music] for all our questions for our assessments i'm going to net and go in one google form and then add putin and collaborators what if now we have information now that we collected right so teachers need to po um this is now um to leave with the partner in attendance form okay i'm just um clearing up this one okay this one is the one that we added uh things kanina but this is my um this is my attendance okay for my classes the teachers on the webparty attendance very simple and i go up on me so tomorrow for example upon very important class number okay so advice attendance is i collect their class number i collect their name um i suggest that you give them a format field and if my format is surname first name why kasima mayapagni linked nothing to our google sheets surname baseball you can arrange them alphabetically by the first thing okay and then you can also put attendance for subscribe for my advisory and mentoring [Applause] how we process it okay how do i um um process my data so nothing teaches you responses and how the analytics looks like okay if and this bar graphs and line graph sleep [Music] so easily all right so literally just now last week's afternoon webinar um five items um sixteen packs four and two um two hundred twenty nine five okay little teachers questions so an example this is the question number one question number one is google classroom requires high bandwidth in internet connectivity true or false i'm sorry then through um this is a multiple choice frustration which feature google classroom allows a teacher to assign class activities um 72 answering um a stream um 43 of their respondents and save um create a spreadsheet yeah okay and then we click on that create a spreadsheet features verifying options if you create a spreadsheet or select an existing spreadsheet so it depends on your conditioning emerge existing spreadsheet for example example um um all your data for attendance of same um same spreadsheet or using it create a new spreadsheet teachers features google sheets continues for and data collection so if it's [Music] um youtube for parameter features no i say i usually multi three are simple time games i think we've been there okay so teachers uh to collect your uh to link your data to google sheets monday tuesday wednesday um thursday friday uh [Music] data for your google sheets uh anger will not end paramount filtering nothing in my data nothing for example the ultimate for wrong separate um tutorial on this one features none of them extended time on that one okay for my attendance and it's worth come on so far okay okay um option for um form um so teachers put the titles i think three dot menus are right side features um google form experience it clicked on for nothing in basically teachers what we do here is advanced is that it will link you to applications enhancement and functionalities google [Music] certified innovators i found features okay so basically features having teachers applications and to enhance adding new functionality when adding google forms okay so now the little teachers when we click on the iphones is to install it all the india alumni have been found [Music] okay i hope this is for can i limit the the the form okay so the time to learn um in the pictures yeah but not before you form the imagery but in the point of certain limits example check you click on how to set number of form responses um spreads um sweet cell values so for examples experimenting in date and times for example would only be um available on 23 and then peripheral time acceptance for example this would be in the morning uh nine um until nineteen seven okay so between teachers because it is until 9 30 on august 23 that's going to be tomorrow okay so 9 30 a.m of course we just know sigurduri nama releasing before 9 30 or um 30 minutes or one hour before your uh test okay next when adding teachers um of course by the number of responses okay that's why teachers and athena affordable your id administrator they usually have a parameter whitelist [Music] so can i view the quiz we made in students view with the time damage given the time okay union time limiting people if you want to practice it you can set it a little earlier and it doesn't put against um using your preview option and then okay unexplanated features is the form publisher workflow ethernet teachers publisher is basically to convert your data right into google document google sheets or even google um a slide so for example some google documents for example if you want to release for example reports um examples reports students know and how they did in the quiz okay it released as a form okay so for example generate a form publisher in a template per second i can view the template so if i can i can click on edit you can also change the response data into graphs yes automatic analytics google form yeah [Music] um to send reports to your students and automatically after um automatically google forms gametes and foreign publisher fire signatures [Music] [Music] um for example we will certify this stress right he they got by the employer gets to encourage them so for example templates okay almost there i'll be releasing right now i can still send 657 emails um based on my current limit okay okay so pictures that's another um one that you can use um that's a very good time then for your students last one now um instagram features basically um it will convert your uh your form into a survey form okay and and with all the analytics that you need everything okay so vanilla features um very simple to use they click started and um so you can choose the survey questions you want to include in your form in your survey forms for example i want to include everything so you can just click on virtual survey and it will bring you to the website of uh sunday months you know it's january okay so it will now now generated the survey open the survey it now brings it to the survey monkey now again teachers you know how complete and third date form okay um an actual survey form so you have uh you can design your survey um the analytics is here you can also send it um to your students using this survey so it's up to you to just know up to you uh how to use um the survey monthly okay you can explore this first madame from um options okay so teachers um so far i think we've covered everything um it's already uh 11 41 sorry for extending this much attention um as much possible i don't want to leave anything um any stone unturned for this um comprehensive that's why we call it comprehensive so they just recovered that all the settings all the type questions all the um the possible add-ons for human um goods and um add-ons that editing ad for google forms okay um sir how will i save the copy of the form in my password when i'm using it again i can just get it from my file site if the software is saved can i still edit it um sir i don't suggest you downloading it if you want to save it right because your secondary your files uh your google form is automatically saved in your google drive so it will remain there forever as long as you have your google uh your gmail okay now once you save it you save it in an uneditable form already okay okay and um i am for for the understanding okay uh so features um for the last um 15 minutes i'll be opening the floor for questions as i flash other reminders as we end this webinar make sure it's not in a marin time um question that asks them the section their section so for example one of the questions should be a section so example uh grade 6a grade 6b etc okay this way teacher um who asks that again um teacher you can use the pivot uh option in google sheets and going for teacher um is to click on data so google sheets and then click on pivot it will now allow you to filter per section okay um gusting a demo that's why i wasn't able to show it okay and then society option you can call a guy um okay so teachers at the lincoln learning government can listen for one google form to draw for example multiple sections and multiple days he clicks in a queueing keyboard table there okay and what it will do it will bring you to um it will bring you to a different end okay a new form okay click on um for a while [Music] is um one last time one last time let's check this tv vocab their their section but we can separate them in this phase filters um what we can do now is figures from your data i go to data that asks i check on feedback pages and then it will generate a favor uh i can show from my data all the data that only says it's on a monday google forms for your data for your attendance all right so teachers um before diamond empire okay today [Music] okay [Music] basically is what time the the answer that you are for stop people for next saturday
