actually help me as a math teacher definitely um solutions so i've heard about it so i am really excited to know more about jamboard yes nice one thank you um by the way congratulations to our administrator sir angelo uh he did a presentation canada um sponsored by silver school i think sir angela tamabaco this is um primarily for um cle and values education teachers no yes congratulations sir angelo i did um [Music] so not only focusing on the topic itself but also on the strategies congratulations our session our our our program is open for all in case of it's very very um inclusive profession education librarian uh staff faculty okay uh you should be able not to take um one one thing or two things from our uh our sessions should also be equally empowered as well expectations what are the things you're excited about for this session for today uh aho expectations apparently tools today are tools how do you actually apply it in the classroom and lessons using jamboard find lessons using uh google earth google map no patent drawing um i think that's some more important things because of course the technical skills of youtube so hopefully our speakers where they'll be able to uh um clarify those things so you're jealous okay i know where you're still um and uh what's what are your expectations for today uh the same dancer franco miss pao jung usability and how i would be able to integrate them to my lessons we always have that mindset now yes we have this all of these tools but at first and foremost in technology integration we always have to go back to our goals and our objectives so look i'll try to look into in my objects and see how i will be able to actually utilize yuma in offering because looking into how we'll be able to put them and utilize them in my last ones uh those are just these are just tools classroom instruction learning process okay i'd like to uh mention uh miss jelena nanale uh she mentioned here i watched kanina's um uh panelists information so again congratulations um sir angelo and okay um again teachers will be sharing the link not to uh sir angelo session okay um there's a conference now by our page and our um facebook with our sessions for today um and again teachers will be looking at enhancing um sorry um enhancing learning using google for education tools we have four tools to cover for today we have a google maps and google earth okay and we have google jamboard and google drawing what are these tools okay that's up for our speakers to let you know so sir jambi why not let's uh introduce our first speaker for today okay pleasure is mine sir franco our first speaker for this afternoon is a graduate of bse major in social science from pnu manila and of m.a in history from the ateneo de manila university she was a high school teacher at elizabeth seton school in sanbeda college alabang before immigrating to manitoba canada currently she teaches grades 8 to 11 at miss kusipi school sorry mom if i mispronounce that a first school nation school in manitoba canada and by first nation we mean home of the aboriginal or native canadian particularly the ojibwe anishinabe group and finally and i'm sure sir franco is proudest of this uh she is also a google certified educator level one our first speaker for this afternoon miss cecil de guzman thank you thank you salaam tamara uh google certified educator level one kps [Music] from our training congratulations yes and of course uh it's a she's a good friend okay from masters no uh so uh teacher cecil um um before we give you the flooring for your session i would like to give you uh we'd like to ask what are um some um what what are what can our audience expect from your session for today but can you give us like a an overview um of the things they're going to um hear and see today geography particularly was useful subjects uh thank you teacher cecil so i will give you the floor now uh for your session uh so you can start and um our i think our audience are very very excited to find out about more about google earth and google maps good luck and teachers enjoy for our first session for today okay thank you so are you and good afternoon by the way teachers i know uh um it's a double standard sometimes at least for the aboriginal for the native people i think topic a part of this april series um enhancing learning using google tools for or google for google education particularly uh my topic is all about google earth and google maps okay um well google earth and google maps is primarily or primarily used for navigation um [Music] okay google earth is um origami use is it really gives no it really gives geospatial skills and context to the students um 50 kilometer walk in terms of maybe hours or in terms of from my location to um context in terms of geospatial skills experience [Music] um the tools and um the practical application and as i go along if you have question teachers uh you can maybe comment or maybe or i think even better version i don't personally have google earth pro school division um running features better the basic ones are available even if you don't have uh even if you don't have the paid account or the pro account kenyan uh but one more thing teachers is if you need or if you want to have the google earth pro version um i think initial automatic american domains uh i think it coordinates a new domain administrator to open the the the feature saying um so application so to open it well nothing you press c or nothing launching earth and then afterwards this is the interface so now okay all right okay so here this is the menu button so you may know the features the google earth is our this is this is basically the summary of what the menu has and these are the most frequently used um icons or features of the google earth well this one since google earth is made by google the search engine um um pedicum bug search in the speed and the bandwidth ah bear with me um okay so going back to what i was saying so since google earth is google and google is known as the number one nikoi uh but number one search engine um search engine search capabilities shopping centers and then on the right side and not only the photo but um you basic basic information and maybe not even basic maybe okay powerful ah needed a useful little search button [Music] if that is that is unique this function is unique to google earth um this is um a pre-set pre-loaded activities explore on your own or pediment geometric shapes or geometrically uh uh obvious normal uh landmarks so marriage among the pre-loaded activities that you can do are um categorized into into different um categories okay so predicament you can explore based on people and places and culture history education and may label spa so again voyager is a pre-loaded precept um activities ready explore this one okay yeah i love the voyager button showcase i think the limitation for that if you're going to use it as a teacher in democratic i think i know um for collecting great i think non-automatic so yeah um so the next button this button is it looks like a dice um it will you will allow google earth to take you to places once google earth took you to a place it will also it will also give you the information it will also gives you um the different i feel lucky yeah that's that's actually that's the correct word for it okay so you and i know um um this one uh this this um this icon street view okay so this one this is the project okay so remember see voyager is pre-loaded sid dice is feeling lucky random but this this icon is project so personalized or for intended for your own class um okay okay this one okay this icon is for uh that one is for map style okay so alibaba i know you maps um you see google earth um [Music] um where that do not real time but at least it can still gives you it it can still give you a perspective um another option or another uh icon is this one so that is um that is measurement okay um uh lugar from one place to another so senior high school i think along with shs okay so the other icons okay the other icons na um so the other um the other the other buttons available here okay so this is your location this is the line so when you come and create them from point a to point b using this my god f from my former and this side going back to this side is [Music] yes absolutely sir geography lessons geography okay but then again not only for geography they were for other subjects then but i cannot explore them but and i'm pretty sure that you can see where my mouse is okay so this is your your location okay again features your location then your current location thomas or franco okay so this guy here is c pegman okay i'm not sure you use this for for you you use pegman for having the street view button um casa is [Music] um okay um yes ships to flat or dynamic view i hope hope because i know the difference between 2d and 3ds correct okay so this one so this is it always point more it always points north okay so the union i wonder if google earth can be used in teaching english in a small confined classroom absolutely yes um it has a pre-loaded activities it has a pre-loaded it has pre-loaded activities um lessons even that you can explore um travel or journey sorry so say for example a journey of a of one literary character so you can yeah that's what just franco said no teachers use it for literary lessons so absolutely okay um going back here uh you can the the option because you can interchange them either way either either of the two but you'll however you like it okay however magnify was a compass and in dc earth you can see the annoying location yes um but the relative location of of whatever of or the relative location or the location or the places surrounding simple i hope that's clear um and again i don't think i can i don't think i can demo that but of course teachers know you can definitely you can definitely try doing that um on your own and this one okay so zooming in and zooming out okay um i personally don't use this it's a hassle you can absolutely uh you can absolutely figure out now okay but anyway see double click a double left click that is zooming in um double right click is for zooming out and you can also use your um scroll wheel now um so you and so yeah again for me hindi okay so let's see some photos 3d view so agency eiffel tower young layers um maybe um useful shaft for just knowing um the place or just having a visual um representation of the place called information so maybe another use that so teachers um i hope you are observing her that as i go along i also discuss the another practical application is this personally maybe the teachers and not if not with the students this is our best bet this is our this is our best option so yeah so again this i just showed you the version okay and that is uh that can be manipulated here on this column um another thing teachers that i failed to say is the photos have been available okay now menus but here opening that my own menu may photo jang but it can be overwhelming at nc voyageur to see voyager it again these are the examples voyager uh has pre-loaded activity squeezes um that you can use for your class okay so these are the basic um these are the major um categories so nature and the games then layers layers street view culture travel education i think okay yes this can i think this is the category that we can use the most because i think 90 percent here our teachers know and even even if you're a parent or even personal um yes can be using english like describing the places are also discussion like your dream yes absolutely sir we can use google earth to help the student have a better view of the streets yes mm-hmm um uh what is that is it possible to interface google earth with other apps let's say virtual tours of yes sir we can use that um and in terms of integrating to other apps again google particularly google apps yes um i'll discuss more of that in a bit i know i don't have much time but i don't have much to say no man again okay um not that i'm going to talk about or not i'm not that i'm going to say something about google maps okay so these are these are the some examples of pre-loaded activities okay so triangular structures so that's obviously math the geometry of sustainable agriculture um geometry of castles so purely mathematical science exploring earth's ecosystem blue gold our lakes our lives first education earth day myths and legends from around the world so teachers these are examples okay um history james james cook's first voyage to new zealand yes before we have the vr2 we choose google explain yes oh well thank you sir franco before we have the vr tours for those via google expedition but google will soon remove expedition and we'll be replacing google arts and culture okay that's good to know thank you sir okay so again teachers know um [Music] or whatever you need or you have to do for your class um wedding field trip um so how to do that okay so let's say for example you have a place on my in mind so i'm not sure oh sorry okay uh but how to do that is you're going to say this is an example but how are you going to do that um how are you going to make a a new project so the open kind of project you can you can make your own okay new project la la but somewhere here um so just like any other google apps device so you click that and it will also it will ask you an option it will ask you options okay one option is to save it on your google drive which is what i'm suggesting especially um google is the platform that you're using for your kids so google drive is um just sharing is i'm i'm very sure that you are all expert in sharing uh but if not you can you can do that in your google drive uh it's the same it's the same link by using the same icon i mean or here share okay um so how to do that okay so create and then if you have places in your mind you can create this remember teachers search button so you'll click that oops okay uh you click that assuming that the postman and gavin title uh you click that you can again these are the examples that i have added these are the places that i have added so lunetta park in if you want to include that in your project so obviously you'll do that and then if you want to add um if you want to add um more more places you'll do the same thing search they'll give you an option add it okay or none locations um google earth okay um so you and teachers um definitely learn italian time but that is at least the basic the basic um how to make a project or the basic steps of making a project okay um google maps is a fan visually way to help students understand the geography concept as complicated legends but the good thing about google map is you can create your your own map okay uh i have to be honest whatever but there is what there is directions not even walking directions your time even even ian planning a trip using public transportation um unfortunately so hopefully hopefully uh i mean the scheduled [Music] um directions and add or edit places or maps for your community um since google for education the focus here you know three three three or three bullets um another question or another information is frankie obama accessing google earth and see google map offline um yes and nope on accessible offline especially if you downloaded the app um no because now offline um definitely yes but you have to download local in local map and so the summarized lang google earth and google maps okay it's a navigation um application or tools uh but definitely a dominion may offer especially google earth not only in social studies but in different subjects you can do that or you can use the preloaded ones i know my uh thank you teacher cecile yeah uh again teachers know um we'll try later you know uh to try nothing google i think you're gonna get to see in okay and the problem is that if you use um google earth not to view certain airs for example uh uh lu or museum uh you can't see the inside all right from uh from from google earth if you're interested teachers know to uh get to see manga virtual reality tours like uh going to the museum to the ancient times um google will uh i think they already launched it it's called google arts and culture it will replace what we love it will be replaced by a more comprehensive virtual reality library called um google arts and culture okay send that picture i think it's some time to introduce our next speaker for this session okay dear co-administrators and of course our dear viewers our second speaker for this afternoon a graduate of the university of santo tomas batch 2013 is an enthusiastic and charismatic kindergarten teacher of the capitan edt reyes integrated school since 2014 she is the only dep ed tv teacher broadcaster representing sdo taguig city and pateros wow her wit and eagerness to share her skills not only their school but to the division made her one of the 2019 division outstanding kindergarten teacher finalists in her school's huaran guru in 2019 bagging the most innovative teacher for the primary category in school year 2018 2019 she continues her innovations as a video lesson developer in her school which brought her to be awarded as the first place in the recently conducted search for best developer of kindergarten video lesson in her division aside from completely or from competently teaching kindergarten pupils our speaker also trains them in different categories and competes representing their school in division-wide contests prior to the pandemic she is also an advocate of children's literacy and have written and illustrated local stories for her pupils especially in this time of pandemic which she posts on her own youtube account moreover she renders her services as an illustrator and layout artist of their jamboard and we will see how we how it can help every one of us to further enhance the teaching and learning environment in our online classes exciting so i'm really looking forward to uh see the with others advantages and disadvantages we will also know that later on how to post info how i can use this tool in teaching statistics in senior high school how effective it would be uh the collaboration is it like a powerpoint kind of material is it it's like a whiteboard sabine um a student newbie so we'll learn more about it later on how to use it in asynchronous teaching and learning learn the new online platform how to use it okay so yeah and so that they are teaching so later on we will be able to dig into deeper to all of those but for now i would like to introduce to you my favorite yes my favorite tool as of the moment my favorite tool in using in my online class take note i'm handling a kindergarten class but as early as kindergarten jamboard is very useful to me as i teach the young ones so what is jamboard jamboard is uh enable smarter learning through the cloud so we will be learning through the cloud because jamboard everything that we do in jamboard is automatically saved in our cloud cloud google development google docs sheets and everything because it automatically saves whatever we do on jamboard furthermore jamboard also helps educators to engage all students in learning in the learning process whether working in a traditional classroom group seminar setting or through distance learning yes teachers you heard it right jamboard is not only used on online classes or online teaching but it's also also very helpful in the traditional classroom setup given that our pupils um have uh technical materials inside the classroom for example some speech lab or is a computer lab we can use jamboard peru classroom nut and if we do not allow our students to have their gadgets as a face-to-face shampoo we cannot use this uh tool for to collaborate with them okay also for the seminars of the teachers as well and jamboard is one smart display quickly pull in images from a google search save work to the cloud automatically use the easy to read handwriting and shape recognition tool and draw with a stylus stylus like dyspo i'm using stylus in teaching in using jamboard in my teaching in kindergarten because i teach them handwriting i teach them how to solve basic math calculations so i use stylus but teachers don't worry if you don't have stylus you can also always use your mouse accurately on lines using a stylus or if we have touch pad we can use our fingers or if we have the jamboard application on our tablet mobile phone or smart devices we can also use our fingers para mahapa drawing accurately but when you use your laptop or desktop drawing or navigating jamboard using our mouse is also helpful okay so we can also erase whatever we wrote on jamboard so uh the the bigger question here for this afternoon is how will john john board help us to enhance learning since webinar for today to help us enhance learning in the classroom so i will be dividing this topic into three aspects so first is the technical use or technical know know how of the jamboard features and buttons also we will be having the practical use in magagamit and jamboard to incorporate in our classes and lastly is the practical tips that i use or that are effective to me as i use i really use jamboard in teaching my kindergarten classes and to whatever level that you are teaching so let's begin with the technical use so for the technical use we will know how to access onboard onboard we will also be get uh getting familiar with the buttons and the tools that are present on jamboard and lastly for the technical use we will navigate through google jamboard so let's go and jams adding jamboard so the first one would be a jamboard makes learning very visible and accessible to all the collaborators on the jam session so when we talk about collaborators it means publicly or to our google classroom and uh to also anywhere where we can post the links for our uh jam board that we will be using on our classroom it is also easy to present your gems in real time through google meat allowing for easy sharing and making real world connections so whatever we do on jamboard when we share that screen on google me real-time attic magazines what we are doing on jamboard also when we allow collaboration on jamboard um the students will also be uh seeing what the collaboration is ongoing on jamboree so parallel normal classroom setting um group works in the support and the class can see so then teachers so now let's go to jamboard let's go to google's on board okay let's now go to google's on board by simply going to a any window or any web browser google chrome and we will have to click the google apps located at the upper right hand of your screen so yeah new chocolate chips fish bowl dao you just have to scroll down so you can see the jamboard logo and so again the teachers and literacy jamboard logo and after you see that numbered logo you just have to click on that click link on board so that we will be redirected to our jamboard yan so nakalakedito teachers you don't have a jam yet so walapatayang because we will first navigate on the buttons of the jamboard sign to create one the plus sign is located at the lower right of your uh interface so let's go to our yeah this one is a real real time for nothing no issues in your teachers so what we have here is a very user-friendly interface of the jamboard we have on the upper left title jump board so let's create a title know the tools so teachers uh please bear with me no i i have so so so much to share to everyone so um me talking really fast a guy any teacher says life but it's also because we wanted to share as much as we can in the time that is given to us so let's do this very excitingly so on the middle of your jamboard uh middle non top we can see the expand frame bar when we click on that pages at exam so we can add another page we can add another page and uh kahitlan pages yeah you can navigate by the arrows on the side yeah and also merunditum fishbowl my three dots on the upper uh right hand of each of your pages when you click on that meron time option to duplicate or to delete so for example i would like to delete that and i can also duplicate that so if you duplicate whatever is written on one page will be duplicated on the second page okay so so duplicate and add slides add slide or add frame bag on frame pull on clear frame when we duplicate whatever is on our slide and then also here for more action so some more action we have the option to rename or to download our jam as pdf we can also save our frame frame and like when we download this pdf we will be having all the frames save frame as image frame as a second frame save as image second frame to save as image we will also have the remove cons that jam will be removed and let's move on to other options we also have a make a copy so this one for example is first section sampaguita and i would like to present another jam perez in their day cinema collaborators in their dc you can edit the title or the name of the copied jam and also we can get help if we are if you want to know more we can get help and we feel lost you can get help uh the google will prompt a page and send it back to google example if you have experienced a lot of technical issues you can send feedback to them and see version history because google is continuously updating the different uh google apps and because we're still at the buttons on top so now let's go to the button we have here the undo button so for example we drew a line pero i found it these straight so we can to fit the screen or 25 or 200 percent so it's up to you we can also set background to our exam so many default backgrounds teachers we have the dotted background there are blue lines so basically a blue lines long channel default we cannot uh resize the background we also have the grade to answer the question the expectation a while ago about the graphs we will be using this breed later on we also have uh and grain a man great and white green so great then sha teachers we also have color default colors blue and bl black for the blue board and the chalkboard in the black pair of philippines greenian chalkboard okay but and also we can uh create or set our default background by using an image so yeah teachers when we click that we have the option to upload from our uh from our device we also have by url if you already know the url of the background that you would like to use we can also choose camera yeah and so yeah not in some background myself okay so i can use this we can also use google image search yeah this one is my favorite to use google image search as a background of the presentation so for example let's search uh for example collaboration and so when we search parallel next to search suggested nothing background for example helping together to move the uh the thing that they want using the gears so automatically teachers making background now adding jam or an adding frame but when we do that we cannot move that i don't go to i cannot move that because it will be set on default also we have the google drive if we have photo that we want to use as background on our google drives picture data so so for me aside from the default backgrounds my favorite for for the background is the google search a google image search yeah and by using that you know how you may hit up and save and upload so we can directly use the back uh google image search senior background okay now um the next one is the clear frame when we click that nothing but not the background so open on exam board teachers so let's set the background as white first so as mentioned a while ago we have a lot of tools pen so we have here the pen but there are also different options such as the marker which is mas makapan so let's first draw a line using the pen yeah so i'm using my mouse teachers now to compare let's use the marker and let's change the color to compare let's have the blue one so let's have a straight line so from what happens in your teacher i will zoom that in see marker this one the blue one then the pen which is the black one now let's try the next option which is the highlighter and let's use the green one a man to come from the shokhan paris on so a highlighter of course parashant highlighter edge sided edge okay so yeah next let's have another kind of pen which is the brush let's use them and the red one so parashant see through teachers no i said they go watercolor tile using our paint brush and then just solid we also have the erase again if you want uh a part of the drawing to be erased one more eraser but if we want to clear the frame we just have to click clear frame so that's an easy way to uh to erase all the drawings and all the writings on your jam so balikpun at insala because we can also have the third button here which is select so by selecting just click one we can select uh the image next to nothing the lawyer so next we have namanda sticky no this one i also love love love love because um it has different colors and it's really aesthetic to the eyes of the children or of your learners so for example the sticky note acts like uh a notepad the point is the viewers of your jam will be able to see that so for example i have um for example yellow for example i'm teaching colors so this one is yellow so yeah or we can also use the sticky note um as remarks so mamaya mahiki nathan with the activities i the sample activities i prepared supporting very good group so change the color of the sticky note let's have blue yeah very good group one so we can have this one as a reinforcement or a positive reinforcement to the children or to the group that did a work on jamboard next another favorite of mines favorite mo yes effective and helpful and i feel like i'm still doing what i'm doing in my blackboard inside my classroom so i hang online blackboard next another favorite is an ad image it's also similar to uh teachers not to the uh image when we upload as a background the difference is that this image when we insert an image um we can upload anything or if we have the url we can paste it here we can also use our camera group work they can have this camera feature not to have themselves on the board or on the on the frames you can also have the google image search which is very helpful at google drive and google photos so for example i will be inserting a photo of the philippine map oh sorry sorry typographical error yeah my fingers go wow disclaimer so when we search that there's a lot of different pictures we just have to choose for example i'll be using this one and then click insert so the difference no teacher is a background can you know we cannot resize and move it but when we insert picture we can resize and move it to anywhere that we want okay you know ideas on how to use the jamboard on your classes no next feature we have the shapes we have here default shapes circle a square a triangle a diamond or a rhombus example disclaimer again we have also the round the rectangle the half circle the bar and an arrow we have all the default buttons or shapes over there so let's have a square as an example so once we draw a square parallelogram uh applications and just drag it to your desired shape and then we have here magbabago indeed we can edit this one now we can have the line color at the line called line color set background and clear frame so we have to select it and change the fill color i blue so i add so teachers i am popular and customized with the other shapes as well and when you select the photo meron oled fish balls or the more options it's either we can duplicate maginda or uh we can also delete it okay next um let's redo redundancy let's insert another one and we can also change the order you find the manual order so for example uh nasa code nasa liquid for example now map just click the more options click order and send to ba code so yeah very easy for everyone very familiar namanatayo when we are reordering or up in a babago of our photos and graphics on on on powerpoint on the word so it's also the same here okay next we have so yeah we have another option which is text box okay so when we have text box magicking letter i am icon okay so this one again so just have to click that la la bacon text box and you can write whatever you want so for example welcome learners then we can resize that we can also have um uh we also have the option to select style is it this is it uh going to be this big or will it be just a small one but also we can just simply resize the entire text box we can also change the color of our text for example i wanted it red so we can do that or yellow or green or whatever but teachers know sorry because there's only a limited number of colors uh to choose from so next we have the alignment we can have it center aligned or right align left align it it's left aligned by default so we can uh uh the only limitation is that we cannot change the font style teacher so default sha ah put the line in machine style when it comes to being big small fion and the last one we have here so normal uh classroom set up or powerpoint presentation nothing so face to face to point out on the uh pictures or the topics or the words that we want our children to focus on so etonamanian teachers so uh red lines pero negrified away for example uh uh for example and this one is luzon this one is luzon for example now our lasha teachers know can you see that again let's zoom that in and this one is this is just for example purposes and again disclaimer i'm a kindergarten teacher i have so and i'm a performing geography class but ionian so that's how we use the laser we the first part we will be doing here is how it enhances learning how can filipino learners use it hands up philippine setting tayo let's localize it and what are the limitations of course in everything teachers knowing for good sides and bad sides so honey i've already mentioned some of the limitations such as the font color the font style um but what else are the limitations when we use jamboard in our in our actual teaching so first let's go on how it enhances learning so us teachers we can use jamboard in variety of ways that we can integrate it to our teaching to present lessons creatively and interactively and also alampuno other than that once presented so we can do it in a man on powerpoint or on on other platforms but jamboard is really a great great help uh for everyone to present lessons creatively also it allows teachers to brainstorm so as mentioned in the beginning it can be an avenue of brainstorming later on we can give you a sample on that also provide teacher learner your learners can collaborate with the teachers also this enables the learners to collaborate by themselves so learner-to-learner collaboration and also allows them to present creatively so creatively so teachers they have to prepare their their own um their own uh uh and their own they have to prepare their own powerpoint to share uh on your sessions but with the jamboard pueden and your presentations their presentations their group activities will be right at your fingertips next let's have how can filipino learners use it so first teachers know we have to allow them to use or to edit the gem boards and banana allowing our learners to edit and collaborate on chambord so let's go back to but when i add my learners for example oops if my if i add them using email their email address okay lang if you know but teachers we can also allow the them to use that without inviting them to email nila by simply uh uh anyone with the link so you just have to copy the link paste it on your group chat or on your google classroom or uh on your google meets some comments or some uh chat box a google me so just have to uh copy that and then paste it and then it's already free for all magic they can explore the jamboard so for example and i will have the google me let's use my teachers i will just stop sharing i will be using for example another email address of mine to use that on board uh and it's taking a while teachers but here is it here it is let's use my other aha okay view only so i have the request edit so for your students to collaborate you just have to edit set the options my kitanella but when we change it to editor and we've changed it now now let's try let's just refresh this so this one is my student interface i okay student interface one of [Applause] but if we invite them by email because i've tried this uh exploring this with my friends we use our email addresses screen so for example i will draw a heart on my student annual interface and you will see it on your teacher interface on our jam as the teacher we can also delete that offend them we delete because we want to correct them or we tell them first that we are going to delete and ask for other uh other input from other classmates before we do so para they will not feel embarrassed then naman okay now what else do we have to know um now let's go no also teachers we can access it in two different ways using our laptops desktops uh as a browser pro and also there's a mobile version the jamboard app yes for my app you can download it now i have an app on my tablet it's a gillian point in the game with the tutorial handwriting suck sakinder garten a noun solving math okay so the jamboard app for android and ios makes it easy for students to and educators to join for the buddhist not all our learners has the ability to have their own desktop or laptop at home some are sharing devices more specifically sharing their smartphones so it's not a problem but they can use their smartphones to access jamboard by using the app okay next uh okay next let's have uh the jamboard samples eternal teachers so i have um a few samples but i'm i uh mind you the possibilities on making your own jam is limitless so brown limitless porsche you just have to uh uh be um a creative thinker no teacher so let's go to our samples over here so i have here a few to give you some um ideas on how to use it so as i keep on mentioning a while ago my favorite is to help them uh write la lunas a kindergarten no i say um we just added the point of happiness but we don't tell them the process of writing the letters for for the primary grade teachers out there watching no so this one is my personal favorite so just use the pen if i wanted to write okay children's abbayance teacher you john nasa let them be oh yeah we'll have a thicker one let's example the highlighter i wanted color red let them be so um with these uh with jamboard we can help them learn handwriting and shout out to some primary grade teachers handwriting on the new normal setup of education now teachers we can also use that for drawing shapes numbers etc now let's uh higher grade higher grade learners for example grade 6 or junior high school we have here uh letting learners insert photos so once we already shared this to public so anyone with the link and then always be mindful of this one i'm so sorry so you just have to click the editor yeah and once in the editor they can now add so okay children here's the link of our jam today and i want you to show photos of philippine festivals for grade 6 so they can insert their own photos device but they can also insert photos using our favorite the google image search [Music] festival okay so yes festival for example this one okay so their works nahindi la bolabo by simply making an individualized frame for each one for example i have here on frame number two taiwan de la cruz on frame number three i have kai santos anna i have here on the frame number for villanueva so awesome okay find your names on the frames that i have already prepared real-time teachers collaborate collaborate on your exam drawing what they see themselves uh in 10 years or whatever your question or your tasks so not just illustrating no um we can also give them their uh outputs is you can individualize it like this so just they just have to search their own page or their own frame okay next but i will squeeze in a lot as much as i can now let's have young dots for drafting naman teachers now now here is we have uh we need to have guide uh spreading dots or the grid mamaya in grid so two for them to draw for example one they want to draw a perfect square so using the grid or they want to draw anything so just use the pen and then the the dots here will be their guide yeah and for example so when we use the graph we can insert or draw a line and memphis lines we can add the numbers on the side putting uh individuals one two three four five seven eight nine ten or by intervals five ten fifteen twenty twenty five and then they can plot for example um x and y axis for example one one one we can a thicker pen we can use a highlighter and let's again plot for example we want oops i don't know please don't mind teachers 90 penta number five or if you want to use the brush but they're in photo plot on your graphs yeah and so shampoo is when you have the luxury of time to prepare this so for example i want um three naman three and i'm contesting with the time constraint okay now let's move on to another sample i had my sample so how can we use that for the younger kids i have here a few samples um i have i used the stick as sticky notes again to to show a question mark to ask them so for example they will answer but in two big so you can edit the text on your sticky note to number one and then unknown social notebook you can add it again to number two so we can use jamboard to show process not in our lessons we just have to mix and match the tools and be creative with the tools i also have here sorting sorting of vegetables and fruits so for example you have this um tapas nakashar they are they have the capability to edit and then you tell them ah okay juan de la cruz fruits or vegetables use the pen tool to draw lines so match column the shapes in column a to the items in column b so teachers my examples are really basic no pero i know you can uh uh personalize this on your own topic so i can match the circle with the ball using the uh the pen or use the red pen to match the square to the uh picture frame and stuff like that okay and that's another example that's another application teacher so indeed for uh for for inserting and inserting or drawing and drawing we can also use this for our actual activities ot upcoming c o t z and use the jamboard na okay what else can i show you so we can also draw you know together with them so for example you have an activity for them to draw you can also join them in drawing um for example this one drawing my family i draw also they drew their family on their whiteboard whiteboard mismo and then me to show them that drawing was a jam board yeah and so we can ask their creativity in a man with everything also for the groupings for brainstorming and collaboration of your assigned groups so this one among teachers frames or pages but then this one by so for group one your task is to create a venn diagram for filipino literature and english literature so they can draw a venn diagram using the circles that we have here or they can insert image i am parallel teachers knowing limitation in the sha overlapping so teachers have been a teacher in the point of venn diagram because the circles are not okay they're not overlapping uh intertwined so now buddhism insert yes philippine philippine literature for english literature or for any topics that you like um okay um let's also have this one also is a cute one to show that for example magellan's expedition so from the philippines teacher's disclaimer i don't know that route or the expedition of magellan this is this is just for example a purpose from the philippines very interactive and engaging for them smoking from this point to this point okay so very very fun and ah interactive your teachers basically can do a lot of things so i thought solving math activities the power point we cannot show them how we uh how we wrote one by one animation so it will be very tasking for us teachers not to uh to set the animation for each of the numbers so dito put in an attention this one i already used for my kindergarten class so i can give them a clear example on how to do that addition with regrouping by uh number so what is 15 plus six for example i have to erase for example so what is fifteen plus six okay so uh what's the sum of five plus one is six uh we have uh the sum of my left the sum of five plus six is eleven so we'll write it here where do we put eleven or where do we put the uh ones place the tenth phase and stuff like that so you can give them the actual uh process little the way that we really do with the nexus aboard the bus subordinating usually teachers um uh let's see let's just have a quick browse okay we can also give them thought provoking activities where they are they will be able to write their own sticky note or uh write their own text on your frame or on your jam what can we do to help clean the environment i will be giving you five minutes or two minutes to enter your answers shampoo teachers uh we know that that children really love them be engaged and involved bragging rights when we uh when we read their work when we acknowledge their names so um okay let's uh read the first i know the first um way of for example of of juan de la cruz and how uh we can on what we can do to help clean the environment or sub anyone then sort garbage okay good job one de la cruz give them a reward so we can also allow them to enumerate things and we can they can use the sticky note or the text add to text add text or the text button yeah okay next let's see teachers imagination online classes so those are just some of the few and very basic langnaman teachers know i know that you can create your own i know that you can create um a lot better a lot more interactive a lot more appealing than the samples i gave but bottom line is jamboard is really a helpful tool for us to enhance the learning experiences of our learners okay let's move on to the limitations of course aside from the limitations so aside from that it is also accessible for collaboration when online online stable internet connection for them and for you as well to see what they are doing also it requires technical knowledge and know-how but teachers it's a user-friendly interface everything is a very um self-explanatory company okay so those are some of the limitations i can think of uh so at the answer then expectation to see the advantages and disadvantages and also the limitation for will also be the limitations on the font color fonts font styles i am font face next let's move on to the practical tips when we are doing uh the jamboard in our classes so first is classroom management classroom management it's really the key uh for it to be successful teachers they can uh uh do whatever they want pero when you give them guidelines and on on what they have to do on what are expected from them and uh uh um classroom management uh behavior classroom when it comes to online learning so aside from classroom management naga going out we have to take note that it's a jam board is for collaborating and connecting to them of course for primary level so that's a different um situation so the collaboration comes when we tell their parents for this day um please assist them and uh assist your child to connect with the internet to connect with their classmates to collaborate on this specific topic aside from letting them collaborate on connect we also have to remember our to know our tools and the tricks teachers go to tricks a very wonderful background and also teachers know i have a fun fun a fun fun activity i have a fun fun technique for my kindergarten learner because don't you know teachers that we can also add a gif on our page so for example uh girl gee i just add the letters g i f sa do [Music] so very entertaining for them as well so young pala teacher sorry i forgot to mention that when i was discussing about the images so we can also add gifs okay next aside from your tools and tricks we can also uh need to take into consideration to engage our students and so i let them do their own tasks on on jam board i engage not in celebrate giving them the free will to draw to add sex or anything also uh maximize their participation so final benefit maximizing participation by creating varied activities for them to be able to engage themselves in learning the topic of share to you um something that you can use for your classroom and for your teaching so to start with okay so google drawing so google drawing is a virtual board that allows users to create content by drawing pasting images linking videos and website and i disclaimer london i'm very sorry for that noises because we really have a lot of roosters here so i hope i hope you can understand with that so to continue linking videos and website and inserting text shapes tables and other content on a page in google drive so you may you must be thinking why google drive because google drawing can be found inside google drive and and all the apps inside google drive we can use google drawing in all of those google apps inside google drive and of course this app is free of charge for especially for those who have a google account okay so um why google drawing so i would like to share uh the reason or why i found google drawing the truth is i was assigned to make um module depend module last october 2020 and i created the module using google docs and i wanted to insert an illustration i wanted to add graphic organizer shapes etc but once i when i clicked the insert button of the google docs i cannot find insert shapes insert lines etc there so all i can see is the drawing button i clicked the drawing button and it routed me to another tab uh i mean a pop-up window and there is a canvas for me to create a drawing and all the tools that i was looking was there in the google drawing so i started right away without any knowledge about google drawing and then viola i was able to create an illustration for the deaf ed module so that is the story of how i found out google drawing now um google drawing also is with regards to privacy is that it has it has declared the terms of use i mean google is very clear on their privacy policy so i think the moment we register and created an account in google we already agreed to the privacy policy yes that we shared something to google and with regards to class size um the question here is how many students or users can use google drawing at the same time so the answer is it's unlimited so we can there is no limit on the number of users or students using google drawing at the same time but i think who who among us here would let our students create create a project and collaborate and um who among us here would let me maybe 50 or 100 or more students to collaborate and work on a certain project i guess the um the recommended size for a group is maybe five so it's um it's really not a big concern next is for accessibility so it is in uh google mentioned that google drawing provides accessibility for screen readers and braille displays but honestly i have never used google drawing for these but google is also very clear that they can offer assistance and step-by-step instruction for this so for those who are in the special education i think they can still use or utilize google drawing in their class and ease of use so as i mentioned earlier i never had an idea on how to use google last october 2020 but then the moment i clicked it and i saw the canvas i just started creating content or project in the google drawing that is how easy to use google drawing next and most importantly impact on student learning so students can collaborate create communicate and engage in learning using google drawing so it allows students to work on the same document at the same time even though they are from different locations especially now in the time of pandemic so how we our classes is held virtually okay so what are the possible outputs so first is with google drawings we can create flowcharts we can create diagrams and also concept maps visual storyboards original art and more so it's like the sky is the limit just um imagination limits having a teacher you gently know so the sky is the limit just let your creativity unleash just unleash your creativity so with google drawing okay so you can as you can see in the image there so there's so much uh google drawings has so much to offer now what you can do with google drawings okay so here i have collected the necessary skills or required skills for you to start um google to start creating your first google drawing project so these are the basic skills uh that we will practice or i will demonstrate after so that you can start your google drawing project so first is creating a drawing next we will change drawing size or the canvas third is we will add lines and shapes fourth is we will add text word art and also we will upload images third i mean sixth we will format shapes and order items align rotate items we can also insert links and convert the google drawing to downloadable files okay so this time um i will demonstrate how to start creating a drawing so first is okay so first go to your internet browser and type the there are different ways to access google drawing you can but i think most of these ways uh we must uh we must enter google drive so we can type drive.google.com in the internet browser or go to our favorite chocolate chips or fishbowl or google app launcher and go to our drive okay so the moment you are in your google drive i'll find the colorful plus icon and click new so you can see google drawing here because it's here in the more and hover your mouse over the arrow and click google drawings so okay so this is our google drawing environment or canvas so um we will rename the file so we'll change the file name so this is how to rename the file just click this in the upper right corner and let's say let's call this project one so okay now we have we now have a uh google join canvas so our next task is to change the drawing excuse me the drawing size so to change the drawing size just click the file and scroll down and find the page set up so you can uh the default by default it is standard four by three but i just click this part and you can change it to widescreen and click apply so this is the widescreen canvas for google drawings but my most my favorite is the custom okay so because custom lets you create or adjust or create your own dimension so you can change this to inches centimeters points or pixels but uh most of the time when i'm working with a drawing um i'd like to visualize it how it looks like after after i print it so most of the time i choose in inches it's my personal choice long and then um for example in this case i will demonstrate how to create uh google i mean a portfolio cover okay so we will be making a portfolio cover page so uh so let's say the portfolio is a legal size i mean a short bond paper so we will set the dimension so this is width times length this is not length times width but width times length so let's type 8.5 i mean yes 8.5 by 11 inches and click apply now as you can see we now have uh like a portrait canvas so this is equivalent to a um to a google i mean to a short band paper shirt size band paper okay so now we are done with changing the drawing size or changing the canvas this time let's add some lines and shapes so let's insert click insert in the file menu and scroll down and find the line just click the line and that's what happens when you just click and drop but to adjust the line to your desired position so you can click in your in the um you can click and drag the mouse okay then go back to that selector tool and you can adjust the size okay so let's say this is for the this upper portion of our canvas uh will be used for the uh header of our portfolio cover cover page so next is let's add some shapes so just click insert and find shape so so before i forget uh teachers we can also you can also use this shortcut toolbars here so again just click insert and click shapes and choose your desired shapes in this case let's use this right triangle okay and drop your triangle your shape and uh you can also most of the time when i'm working with the same shapes i only click the shape and use the ctrl c and ctrl v to copy paste the shapes okay until and paste okay so we now have two shapes here in our canvas so we're done we're adding lan line and shapes so this time let's add text and word art so all you have to do again just click insert and um word art find word art click word art and type here my portfolio this is an example and click enter so i know that most of you are familiar with word art in microsoft word yeah okay then let's also add some text box so just click find text box in the insert file menu then let's say submitted submitted by and the name of the student i will just use my own name my name okay so i have so we're done adding text and word art so this time let's upload images so how to upload images in google drawing so similar with other google apps we you uh we have here the insert menu and click image and we can uh for the them for demonstration purposes uh let's click search the web so let's find an image from the web so i think um let's search background background keyword okay so let's find a nice background so maybe we can use this okay and click the image that you want to use and click insert okay so automatically it will appear in our canvas so just click and drag to your desired position click the image and drag to your desired position okay so okay so as you have noticed our shapes are gone because um a new uh the image um takes over the shapes so it is now in the front page so i don't worry the two shapes are still in our canvas but it is at the back so let's demonstrate then how to order items so just click the image or the object that you want to order then find the arrange menu and go to order and you can adjust or arrange the order of your images by clicking the following so arrange and let's send it to back so as you can see we now have here our triangles so that's how you can arrange the different shapes and images in your canvas okay so this time we can format shapes so how to format shapes so we can format shapes by clicking the shape and we can thicken the border of our shapes such as this so just click the shortcut toolbar for icon toolbar for border colors for border here border weight and then we can change the color of the border to um maybe a darker a blue okay or a lighter shade of blue okay so again uh to change the border weight i can click the border shortcut icon toolbar and then we can change the border color by clicking this icon and click your desired color okay so let's change this to 12 so border line border weight is changed to 12 and i would like this to put i would like to put this in the upper portion now we can also rotate the different shapes by clicking this circle and you can rotate and click and drag so that you can find your desired angle or position okay so just so if increase um if you accidentally click another images so you can just use ctrl z to reposition the image okay so okay so i so this is just for example hacking i'll just put these here so let's say these are about um this is about geometry portfolio so let's put some shapes above the colored pencil so let's add more shapes so this is what i mentioned earlier we can uh i will just demonstrate here uh how to create um two shapes that maybe how to create a venn diagram so just for demonstration purposes so i will add one circle okay so i have here the first circle and then i will add another circle actually i can just click that and control and click control c and control v to copy paste and click now we have the two circles and um so it covers it covers the other circle now so this time how can we make the uh the side of the other circle appear so all we have to do is to set or format this shape and make it transparent so how just click the shape and go and click the bucket and fill color icon so just click transparent or transparent okay and the other circle okay so as you can see we now have a very simple interest what's this is it intersecting uh circle that we can use for venn diagrams so the limitation uh we can also actually use google drawings in our classes so some of the limitations in the jamboard is here the solution of some of the limitations in jamboard is here in google drawings okay so we can all again change the line weight or the let's use dashed lines okay and put it here and there so we now have this different we now we're done with the formatting shapes and ordering items and rotating and aligning items in the google drawing my portfolio so i will just put it here okay so next is let's add another word art uh to let's say for word okay for the name of the subject my portfolio in okay so just click and drag the uh text box and lastly so this is a shortcut i will uh as a tip just click then click control x i mean control c and click ctrl v and drag so that's a shortcut and my portfolio in biology biology i mean geometry sorry i i love biology because there's so many uh um i find cha i find cells challenging the topic of sales is challenging so but okay so for this purpose let's say it's geometry my portfolio in geometry okay so we can add another background to make the upper part to cover the upper part of the canvas okay so just insert image again and search the web and okay so let's use this image okay and click and drag and reposition then let's order let's bring this image to the back so that it will be used as a background so click arrange click order and send to back okay so it's okay so and for the header part we uh we can add there the name of the school so and let's increase the font size of our text so just click this part and click and highlight and click bold okay so now we we now have a cover page for our uh portfolio in geometry using google drawing okay so uh basically we're done for our cover page so this is just the example of the of using google drawing but there's so many things that you can do with google drawings now let's say so if in case we will use this for a virtual or online for online submission so we can also for demonstration purposes we can click this um text and and to insert links okay but before that let's try to search in the internet the um actually the uh geometry site that we can add in the um okay in the in our uh google drawing in our canvas okay so for this uh let's try to copy the url of this site and use this to demonstrate how to create or insert a link in google drawing so to insert a link in google drawing just click the text i mean click the text and click this shortcut icon toolbar insert link or control plus k okay so and paste a link or search so we can actually search there but for this in this case let's just insert the link okay so when the student click the word and hover his or her mouse in this word so it will show up a link that he or she can use to read more about the topic okay so let's try to click it okay so it will redirect us to another uh site okay so we're done inserting links in our google drawing canvas so most of the time we will use our drawings offline right so we will use it as cover page because um as i have observed uh it is still a common practice where we download the images and use the images in our microsoft word so if that is your plan if that is your plan so you need to download the drawing so you need to convert this file into a usable image format so how to do it just click the file menu and find the download as and you can save it as a pdf or a jpeg so in this case let's just save it as a jpeg okay so as you can see it will be downloaded in our computer so it's project one and click save okay okay so that's how to convert the google drawing into another file format and lastly how to integrate google drawing in our in other google apps so okay so i mentioned earlier that i first came across google drawing with google docs with my with a limitation with with a limitation in the google docs so okay so for i will demonstrate to you how to insert google drawing in the google docs okay so let's just say this is a document withdrawing let's rename the document into document with drawing our cover page geometry portfolio cover page so uh in google docs you can find google drawing in the um insert file menu okay so as you can see google drawing is integrated in the google docs so you have an option to create new so let's see what will happen if you click new okay so this is what i told you know that this is the canvas i've seen uh when i first came across with google drawing okay so you can create here let's say i just wanted to create a venn diagram and another okay so to have at the same size to have a circle with the same size we can just click and copy paste the circle okay and reposition the circle and click the bucket option and make it transparent okay and let's make the border weight um to let's change it to 12 pixel okay so 12 pixel okay so let's say this is the only illustration we want to add in our google document so just click i think let's just change the color into a colorful one but attractive here so so that it is attractive sorry so okay what color let's say this color and this color okay and uh let's if if we want to if you want to add some text inside the circle uh you can also um add text by uh clicking this text box okay so let's say this is b let's just b okay and this is okay this is uh let's add here c okay undo and let's add a okay so and uh in between so i think it's a and it's a um intersecting b so just a and intersection logo and b so maybe that is what we want our students to answer so just leave it blank there and click save and close so automatically it will appear in our uh google document so that's how we can integrate um illustrations i mean we can integrate google drawings and create illustrations and other images or charts in our google document okay so in this case let's also i will also demonstrate to you how to add the cover page that we paid so let's insert and click drawing and from drive so as you can see so it will automatically appear here the recent files so in this but you can actually search for the file here just remember the file name so in this case let's choose the uh project one and click select okay if you uh you can you have the option to link to source or insert and link if you want to share this to the students so it's better to insert unlinked so when to link to source so if you are if you are if you are collaborating with others so it's good to link it to the source so that they can also find it there okay so now we have the google drawing in our google i mean we now have the cover page that we made in our google drawing and it is now in our google doc docs so we can just adjust it here okay we can adjust this to fit in the uh to fit in the page so these are the different adjustment that we can do in the google docs okay so you can uh if you're working with google docs you can just adjust the you can just adjust the margins and etc but it's important that uh you have seen how to uh add the to add a cover uh to add the google drawing or how to integrate google drawing or your outputs in google drawing and add it in the google in the google docs okay so let's also try to navigate in the google sheets okay so the same as google docs you can still use google drawing to insert or create illustrations or add images by going to insert menu and scroll down to google drawing in google sheets so it is i think it is only possible for geometry i mean for google docs sorry i mentioned the file name for google docs and for the google sheets because in google forms and google slides there is no option to add google drawing or drawing okay so let's uh let's see okay so click insert and there's no drawing here as you can see and also in google form so i suggest that just download and convert the google docs that's my solution so i convert and download the google drawing as a jpeg or png file and upload it to my google drive or upload it and use it as an image for google sheets and google forms okay so next so uh that is all the demo that is all the demonstration for the creating uh for dictating a google drawing project so uh i will present my slide again okay so this time let's proceed google joins and the samr model so what is samr model so it is a framework that is used that that is used or it helps teachers infuse teaching and learning in the classroom with the use of technology so it is a framework that helps teachers infuse technology in the classroom so what is it okay so okay so for s s stands for substitution and uh we also have here the um i'm okay so we also have here the uh augmentation and these two is under the enhancement because uh in substitution um technology here acts only as a substitute and in augmentation yes uh technology here is used to substitute a certain tool but with some uh enhancement so for google drawing with regards to google drawing so students use google drawings to produce a digital poster so google drawing is used as a substitute for manual drawing so as augmentation so students collaborate on the digital poster at the same time in the class or in their individual home so each individual's work is visible to the teacher through the revision history so i i never mentioned revision history because i think it was uh discussed by teacher cecil i think teacher you john about revision so as google i think google apps have the same interface on how to access the revision history so with that a teacher can track the different enhancement or revision done by the students okay so next is uh beautification and redefinition so in modification this belongs to transformation because uh technology here are is like there are many changes it is used uh for many purposes and for redefinition the the technology here is not only used for uh does not only have a lot of changes but also uh it is used for creating something so um with regards to google drawing so what are these so with regards to google drawing let's notifications um students can collaboratively create interactive visual displays with pictures uh movable objects and clickable links that bring you straight to a video or whatever source on which students can provide real time comments and feedback so how is it done no so i have a template that i'm going to show you after this so just like jamboard we can create some drag and drop activities in google drawing okay and lastly for redefinition so students and teachers can provide critiques to other groups from anywhere in the world so there's so much you can do with google drawing and most of the time this samr model is presented as a ladder but in my case i would like to visualize it or i would like to think it think of it as a as a cycle because we start knowing a new technology or application familiarizing it and then using it then as we get more familiar with the different tools we try to make something out from it and then also we can do a lot out we can do a lot of projects with that certain tool so where we are now in the redefinition and after that since we are very familiar since the user is very familiar already with a certain app he or she can also again try another application or another technology that he or she can use and that's when it that's why i use samr model here as a cycle so yes so uh next is are the learning activities okay so i have here a selected subjects that i will be giving some examples on how we can use google joins in these certain subjects so first is for math no so google drawings can be used by students to present statistical information in graphical displays and link outside sources to their page and of course as what i have demonstrated in the canvas we can use it for geometry lessons and manipulate different shapes and also we can input formulas in the google drawings okay so for next is science so we can let's uh we can group students and research and compile information on a particular topic including images graphs videos and text and present it to class so as a as a portfolio or they can enhance their photos or graphs using google drawing and uh for uh social studies so we can let students create an interactive timeline compiling images videos texts and other resources explaining how events contributed to one another and progressed over time for especially for history subjects and also for english you have here english or language arts so you can let your whole class uh deconstruct a character a scene or book together uh by producing a visual storyboard or comic strip with images and linked videos texts and other resources so that's for english or language arts and is other showing up okay and the red one is others so the other learning activities we can use google drawing is that we can create a visual board about a field trip or a vacation so it's like an album and also you can have students prepare a drawing to introduce especially uh senior high school um for second semester um or in the beginning of the next school year so we can let students uh create a drawing to introduce themselves and create a visual organizer before writing a paper okay so those are the different learning activities that you can try and use the google drawing okay so these are the templates that you can use so um disclaimer i these uh the first url is my google drive so and the templates there came from another website so it came from another website that's why there's a i think it's a watermark of their website and uh you can actually click that link you can actually go to that link and see the different templates that you can use to start creating your own uh google drawing and another is uh another website where there are a bunch of template in google drawing okay so um i will then i will let you see that the i will let you see the different templates i prepared for you so okay so for character map i think this is for english or language arts so this this is the template that you can use so the creator here added some board or images or illustrations and students can just when students answer they can just click this area i think for the template these templates are best for synchronous excuse me synchronous so uh these templates are best for synchronous teaching yes because um so how are you going to do it no so when you are having a google meet or zoom you can just present your screen and let the students or and send this link send this document to the student send a link to your student and the student will present his or her screen and uh you can assess uh her uh you can assess your student uh virtually or online and real time another is actually you can also use these images for asynchronous if you are preparing worksheets so you can just create this prepare this in the google drawing and uh just like what i did earlier integrate it or insert it to your google docs okay another is so i so you can i can you can just visit to this link and find your um find a template that you can use for your class we have fishbone planner flowchart immigration graphic organizer so there this is another one that i like a drag drag and drop activity you can create a drag and drop activity in google drawing so here the creator added some tables and shapes and texts and she also added some pictures to make it visually appealing so the students can just click and draw drag the text boxes according to the instruction okay so that's it i will just okay i'll just let you see another uh template okay we also have a word web or semantic map and our favorite venn diagram and vocabulary cluster timeline and what else i think the kwl chart but my this is the nicest template i have seen from them now this is for science so another drag and drop activity so the creator added some images from the web or you can actually create your own sun here by just adding some shapes then and circles and triangles and arrows circles in this case i think this is really a an i um a google image because it's really difficult to create a google and earth or an image of an earth then okay so now the instruction here is drag the vocab to label the moons correctly in your drawing then drag the moons into the correct positions on your drawing so you can just it's another drag and drop activity okay so we have first quarter and third quarter okay so for demonstration purposes let's answer this okay and uh waxing question is boxing question okay so to i think that's the waxing yes then first quarter okay i am okay so for uh just an example so you can actually um create a drag and drop in google drawing or just create an illustration or images that you can use to put in your google document or google sheets okay so i and if you want you can again visit the following sites to find a template that you can use to start creating your own google drawing activity or project and lastly so i will leave this code from confucius i hear and i forget i see and i remember i do and i understand so google drawing is a student-centered application by google and it will it is it follows the learning by doing principle of is really using the modular uh we are distributing modules at school because um i'm teaching in a public school and uh most of the students there are do not have gadgets yes so it is a challenge for us teachers many teachers might ask what is the importance of learning this technology when most of the students are using modules so that is i think for me it is still very important because there are still some students that are also that some students have the capability and they also have gadgets so and also they are very enthusiastic to learn so um i think uh and these kind of students are actually have they are fast learners so they can finish a lot of modules modules most of the time so we need to um give another for them to um to work on so and then another is when i was uh based on what i shared so when i was when i created the debit modules so that's when i found out the importance of learning the different functionalities in google apps because there are some functions that we are not familiar yet and we need to explore um it is not now but at least if we have time and if there is a need we will explore that's all thank you oh yeah thank you thank you very much sir uh truly
