that's a really bad job that was a bad date Nellis hurt I can't imagine that you're always like that cuz I've seen pictures with your kids and you must be a there's no pockets on here here I'll do it let's make this um you know white pants you cut the pockets out cuz then you see the whole thing anyway um people that want to wear white pants I'll just do it this way I'm so um what about your kids though no you treat your kids that way on the three girls no Megan honey and what's the other one thing yeah hoping on watching yeah so no they uh they're they're very funny um eleven ten and eight getting in fact it was sort of serious attitude mode um started looking at boys or super scary uh-huh yeah uh no no yeah I can't imagine a boy coming to meet you cuz you seem like you'd be if they watch you on TV they'd be scared to death of you yes well in order to put them off men then I'll just play a table myself for thirty seconds but no get into that awkward stage cuz Meg's now got a boyfriend ever just flew back the UK because it's halftime and Chanel it's literally two days ago that Daddy I have a boyfriend I said yeah go on she well I've got one here in LA and one in the UK eleven it sounds like a cramp can't believe is called my liberal daughter you forgot the name of the other one okay what are we what are we doing what are we made now we're gonna do something vegan good I gonna helmet yes what are we doing first thing I'd like to do with please very carefully just use a knife yes sir I just sliced the carrots all right nice and thinly all right now this is a very simple thank you stir-fry okay okay now peppers first like that and then just very carefully again keep your fingers tucked in okay and just like I don't I it's then I don't understand that you just have just as much chance as slicing it that way is when your fingers are sticking out I'm talk yes dad I'll just cut myself you really did I did Oh cuz I wasn't concentrating ah now I feel extremely guilty I was trying to teach you at the same time right no wait but it's convenience the red pepper he won't see the blood okay sir yeah what do we do with that that's terrible just watch out for the nail inside the step yeah now nice and thick okay yeah damn I've been there for years sitting plasters or band-aids no yeah I'll believe that now such assault now the secret about cooking inside a wok is done really easy so it's I cannot believe a bundle Oh myself in ten years thank you so much thing about cooking side of what it's done quickly it's done with a really nice amount of flavor ah now the important part okay onions in ah okay peppers in yep Limited rocky first the most important part is putting in the big vegetables first thank you very much wait ah how did you cry yourself what parts under the nails under the nail no no to the net off took the nail Sam oh I know I thought you were kidding no no no no tusen get the stir-fry this is horrible that's not gonna that's not yeah it's not gonna do anything I haven't cut myself this big in ten years uh-huh and I think it's really lame in there as well yeah okay right seriously look what I'll do I'll wrap it I'll wrap it around here like that yeah okay look that's fine okay okay I'll find you sticking back off guys dear dear I'm so sorry right nice hot flame okay broccoli onions in pepper in yeah don't touch of salt yep little touch of pepper and a few chili seeds yeah really important cooking a wok hot heat it's a thin walk but it is really nice amount of flavor on there huh I can't mushrooms in spring onions in okay and then I'll touch of ginger so I get quite spicy all ah no no but you can put spicy in there just a touch I like ginger once you got a color on all those vegetables okay the secret now is a couple of tablespoons of vegetable stock okay just in there and then from the little touch of soy sauce okay and then would you be securing just too quickly great and I said with a lime zest over there distantly oh there are Benelli sisters inside thank you company with done I can't believe it either terrible thank you does it ah thank you now does it they perfect now that makes a nice and light and fragrance right okay now we do something a bit different and make it a little bit more sort of exciting with a little touch of SAR case our key that's the only factors that really nice sort of tangy flavor yes but the phone babe up but burn off the alcohol now you see have enough smell mmm that smells body vegetables nice melted quite quickly a little touch of the rice this is brown rice ok again cooked amazing stuff incredibly flavor some yeah really packed with flavor dad looks amazing done six or seven minutes then from there out well cool plate it up and then into the plate now Raja trip to the hospital and you're done
