foreign muscle and strength my name is Vicky Singh I'm the first classic ifbb Pro from India and today I'm gonna show you what I eat throughout the day [Music] so my favorite that stays in my meal for my breakfast is oatmeal and I do like 120 250 gram of Oats so what I do is I just microwave them for two minutes until then I'm gonna make my eggs organic cage-free eggs so what I do is uh two whole eggs two egg whites 120 gram of oatmeal I throw some blueberries in some honey some Indian spices [Music] so I use grape seed oil or uh foreign or my favorite ghee to cook but just a little bit I don't go crazy on it just a little bit [Music] it's a made out of from cow milk you know in India you know we back in days we didn't have much you know uh olive oil or you know grapeseed oil all we had was Desi ghee so so after two minutes I just Stir It Up I mixed it up and throw it for another 30 seconds [Music] forgot to tell you a scoop of protein Yama [Music] it's 200 gram of blueberries depends how hungry I am raw honey organic raw honey not just any honey tablespoon the macros for this this meal is 19 gram of fats 110 carbs and 35 gram of protein that's it I don't go too crazy on protein I go crazy on carbs so my mostly my uh the first meal and the last meal my protein is about like 35 40 gram well for the other means it's about 20 to 25 grams that's it I don't go 80 90 gram of protein or meat hello everybody my name is Vicky Singh first ifbb classic Pro from India and we are organizing a bodybuilding plus a gatka competition in my homeland Punjab so we will be giving out cash prize actual crash price of 1 million rupees Yes actually guys we won't give out supplements and stuff like that it's actual Cash 1 million rupees and athletes who registered before March 15 will get two free meals at the venue and guys uh at least we will be coming out of state we'll get a free state but make sure you register before March 15 to get the free meals and get the free stay so guys please it's a history in making and be a part of it I'll see you there so I'm prepping my post-workout drinks so post workout I'm gonna do a scoop just one scoop one scoop of protein you can use any isolate or I would prefer hydrolyzed goes quick in the system you know that's just really easy just one scoop nothing crazy no two screws no threes just one scoop so with this I will do honey 3 tbsp one tablespoon is 21 Grams so 3 tbsp is 63 grams 63 gram of honey Himalayan pink salt 1 4 of a teaspoon so this is so this is half a teaspoon so I just do half of the half of a teaspoon again my favorite turmeric and where's my other favorite black pepper [Music] so I drink a lot of water when I work out so what I do is I do half a scoop in one I have to scoop in another one yeah this is my funnel yes funnel and also keep my hand dry so I don't the weight doesn't slip [Music] foreign [Music] done with the chest and shoulder workout great pump and it's time to go eat now [Music] let's just you know just poke it I cut it so make sure you know all the spices goes just same stuff again you know turmeric sold for more spices this is where the magic happens Allah you know masala branding Masala again achary ghost so it depends on like what kind of flavor I need you know let's say I would like to have like some kind of like a Tandoori taste to it just add a little bit [Music] no oil no nothing I tried to I mostly I like to eat cold food because I get hungry so fast if I eat like hot food [Music] so this is my post workout meal 300 gram rice 100 gram chicken breast that's all I eat hey [Music] so this is our Sikh temple we call it gurudwara I come here every single day with my wife and my daughter and for the peace of mind I mean nothing to do with the bodybuilding but it keeps me calm it keeps me going and keeps me you know motivated foreign [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] this is a food cafeteria longer like free food anyone can come in but you know he has to sit on the same level doesn't matter if someone is billionaire someone is poor they all have to sit on the same level and get a free meal to eat 24 7. [Applause] this is the only thing I even eat when I'm competing only thing out of my night this is Desi ghee wheat and sugar so we call this big it's like a blessing from our Guru like it's a food from heaven [Music] so my wife she cooked let us boiled lentil for me it's just boiled so I'm gonna add some onion garlic ginger and maybe one tomato to it it's like cooking with steam just basically that like let's say if we just cook it without this lid and without pressure it will take about like an hour to cook lentil but with this with the pressure with the steam it only takes like 10 to 15 minutes that's it no more than that so she already boiled it with some salt and turmeric I'm gonna add tomatoes to it more the onions the thicker will be the gravy and some ginger and garlic all of it so it's not just for one day it's gonna last like two three days so eat around somewhere like 300 to 350 gram of potato depending on the day foreign [Music] the reason I choose a small spoon like a teaspoon is I don't want to finish it very quick I want to enjoy this meal it's lentils and uh around 300 gram potatoes we love this food fourth meal of the day my friend just came from India so I bought him to you know dine out so I'm gonna tell you like when I eat out what do I order and how do I choose my meal so let's go in and see what they have and get going [Music] get the salmon with the I think they have Spanish rice or something like that steamed rice and the Diet Coke and that's it maybe some broccoli that's it I mean that's my treat me when I eat this with the diet coke that's all I need I don't I don't even drink diet coke that much like we don't have any any kind of beverages at home like No Coke no Fanta no nothing so when I go out then only I drink diet coke so I would like to know what you guys order when you go out and eat be honest if it's like ribs red ribs don't be like oh I only eat healthy trust me I just want to know what to eat so I'll have salmon Mexican rice yes broccoli but make it steam don't put any butter on it just steam broccoli and even for the salmon no oil no butter always order this Olive like a block away so you know that's my usual but but please tell them no oil no butter on anything not even broccoli [Music] you know what I tell to my clients there are always healthy options they just don't want to eat healthy excuses [Music] so here we go last meal of the day some pistachio and a scoop of protein casein protein so you know the you know the the importance of caffeine like it will it's a slow release so you know I sleep for like seven to eight hours so I make sure I get the nutrients also some good fats I take pistachio or sometimes I do walnuts [Music] so guys this was it the full day of eating I hope you enjoyed it subscribe to the channel muscle and strength and if you have any question make sure you comment below and I will get back to you cheers [Music]
