thousand dollars in epic storage unified so far you know what we're only halfway through the unit so let's finish it off let's go ahead and take the top box off pull it over here let's start going through them so we haven't seen part one of this storage unit first ammo boxes baby oh l g oh there they are this thing's actually locked oh yeah you see what i see in there no oh hey make sure you check that out before you watch this one because this isn't gonna make no sense to you so let's get into this another phone we found like seven or eight phones already seriously but i was about to say we have one of those shelf organizers that hang from like your closet pole and then the rest of it looks like there's just a bunch of clothes in this box who wants a disney mcstuffins doc mcstuffins thingy i don't really know what it is if i just say kitchen but i don't think a kitchen has a giant book in the middle but this thing will probably just go at our yard sale i got the next box let's see what's in this one right here oh i see wrapped up paper last time we had wrapped the paper it was all video game consoles let's see if we can get lucky again no you know what this looks like the kitchen i'm saying soup cornbread this might just be a glass yeah this is just a glass so this box is the kitchen i don't want to look at their kitchen stuff i got the next one now and this one not have stupid stuff last time it started off stupid then it ended up getting really good so you know what i'm not gonna doubt nothing christmas picture uh that look at this whoa battle star galactica found a whole box yesterday and now we have a whole nother deck so that is good start right there let's see what else is your picture out the way that's another picture make sure they get their it has anything interesting another disney vhs found a bunch of those yesterday and the rest of this stuff looks like clothes and baby stuff i see diapers i'm seeing like what is this like blow up stuff or babies it looks like in the rest fc blanket and that's literally it look at this little recliner it is just disgusting guaranteed if you sit your booty on that cushion you're catching a minimum of three diseases instantaneously now let's pop the bag here i see more dvds down there so this might be dvds too it looks like so we have another vhs and yes we have a lot of dvds what is that is that a vape looks like a vape to me some type of vape oh we got a bunch of dvds in this bag and is that all that's in there oh i see a coin at the bottom there's a coin oh it's plastic bowl but they're actually good dvds look spongebob ninja turtles looney tunes spider-man and good stuff and they're actually in there so this whole bag right here is also all dvds probably another 40 dvds and this is this thing i've never seen look at this a weighted blanket and this thing is heavy i picked it up and said there's no way there's a blanket in there then i've got a weighted blanket this is a 12 pound blanket i could not sleep with this this would give me like claustrophobia beyond belief got another box here before i open this one guys make sure you take two seconds and leave this tools but it's shoes and it's not only shoes these things have not only seen better days they've seen better years lifetimes months everything that is beat these will probably just go out for free if somebody needs them and if not i'll probably just drop them off and donate them because they're not resellable but you know they'll still last a long time if you don't have any shoes so they're better than nothing can i put something strange out why did i have this tote and literally it's just full of pieces of ripped up cardboard like all the way down different pieces of ripped up cardboard i find some strange things in storage unit but if you can give me an explanation for that one you get a medal i got you a beautiful gift there it is i love this this is the third box from this unit i know you're excited i know you're excited this is like your favorite thing to find i don't think we've ever found three boxes amazing so we got a mini fridge luckily it's got this on it so this symbol right here this means it does nothing special but people will sometimes pay hundreds of dollars or more for no reason but fridges are one of the grossest things in storage units because you never know when you're going to open them if there's old rotting expired food and opening them is terrifying because sometimes the smell just like boom and ko's you let's do it ew god like there's nothing in there but what did you do like how does your fridge even get like that that's just grimy i don't even know if that's worth cleaning that's just nasty i think i found the most in tune guitar of all time listen oh look at that it's absolutely beautiful this has to be a million dollar guitar minus a million dollars so i just moved this thing out of the way look what i found hp pavilion gaming laptop pc it's just a box but that could mean that somewhere in this unit this laptop is still there and if you didn't know gaming computers are not cheap all right i found another box after moving some of the furniture so let's see what's in this one here oh heavy too i feel like it's going to be up i've got to say i feel like it might be some more books and it's most definitely some more books i'm seeing almost all books really i don't think there's anything in here it's not but oh there's a shoe box at the bottom let me move all the books out of the way and see what's in the shoe box i swear if this shoe box just has more books in it that would be mad let's see and well no not quite books or it does have one book in it a couple books in a disney book and a bag of cotton now that is a random box so unfortunately the couches are in the back of the truck we're gonna have to take them to the dump because the stickiness and the smell in them is just awful i have no idea why they kept them and nowhere on the face of the earth would allow those to be donated because they are gross and they belong to the dump finally gone and nmd you know what's crazy here in california they charged us 40 a load plus extras if you had big stuff like couches so it would have cost us like 40 60 maybe even 70 bucks to get rid of that in california in virginia 2.50 to get rid of the whole truckload gotta love it over here guys i'm super psyched right now we're gonna do a recap on this unit and i got something super crazy to show you it might have a little something to do with the title of this video that's why you see the smile on my face but first i want to show you the video game systems we cleaned up and we're about to test them live my heart's pounding because this could be worth a lot of money by the way did we mention look at these new tattoos i got i just now got to take the bandage off finally so for those of you who don't watch anime this is dragon ball and this is goku and chichi they basically met each other as kids and then ended up growing up getting married and staying together you know kind of our story so that's all we thought it would be cool to put these tattoos we got matching ones except she has my name i have her name and i love it the artist did an amazing job it makes my other dragon ball one look completely like crap now honestly but you know what i love this beauty but first let's get into the recap first things plugged up right now is the super nintendo as you can see we cleaned it took rubbing alcohol and uh what is it called irritating q-tip secure thing and clean like the pins on here so hopefully it'll work we're gonna test some of these games let's start with donkey kong country 2 so we can get this sucker working fingers crossed and it's not coming on is it it's not coming on so blow it first we'll try to blow it and if that doesn't work i'll clean the pins on the cartridge too with the alcohol oh come on blowing it always works oh bang okay donkey kong country is good to go i guess i should have mentioned beforehand that this light came on when it plugged on so we knew the system work but we didn't test the games now we have super mario world does that one work let's see give me power boom there you go super mario i look you want to play this so bad doesn't this just bring back such a nostalgia for people my age yep oh that's so beautiful all right sorry before i get stuck playing video games let me take this out and then we have super mario all-stars let's see if this one works power now boom another one or three for three right now on the super nintendo then we have the other one street fighter 2. let's put that one in can we get power again uh oh i have a dirty one let's do the magic trick always works always always always okay don't listen to what nobody tells you about that doesn't even do anything yes it does it's magic boom see don't tell me that doesn't do anything by the way i forgot to mention we kind of awkwardly cut from the truck to back home and that's because in the back of the unit all that was there was a tv stand that was broken the two disgusting couches we pointed out a dresser with no drawers in it in a stand as soon as i put something on top of it like a box it just slid and fell and broke into pieces all the furniture was garbage it's super good we found good stuff the first day because today not so much let's go to the next game mortal kombat 3 let's see if this one works come on uh oh i even blew up there it is boom mortal kombat 3. so far are we gonna go perfect on the nintendo games oh yeah remember we had two copies of super mario world the next one's where the fun starts this is where for the next one where friendships end oh oh it's not cutting on reset it uh oh we might have a problem here come on super mario world we need you to work we need you to cut on please boom there it is so so we have two games left super mario kart where you and your friend got into at least three physical altercations over like turtle shells and stuff don't lie to me i know you did because i sure did let's see if this one works come on boom we have one left then we're perfect right now for the super nintendo last cartridge is street fighter 2. let's see if we can get that one working please please please no don't be one that doesn't work that would be so messed up all right let's try to blow it again we need to go perfect you know when you take that deep breath and give it a really deep hard blow that sounds so bad but you know what i'm talking about there it is boom every single super nintendo game works and the system works you know what we didn't test the freaking controller let me just make sure i can move yeah like i see i can move my character around or the selection so it works i'm gonna do a versus battle i'm gonna take ryu and i'm about to look up one oh yeah i put versus two player i'm stupid yeah well the controller works the system works and all the games work so now let's see if we can get this to work look how beautiful that looks remember this is working system it's like 300 if it's not working it's only like 150 to 200 so let's see if we can get this one on i got the big mama plugged in now this thing right here so first let's see if it cuts on i don't even know how you tell this one's the one oh look pikachu's glowing his thing he's doing a thunderbolt right now these thingies are glowing all right so i guess that means the system works let's see if we can get a game to work let's start with the yellow one because pikachu let's see if we can get this to work right there please and that's not a good sign oh you know why huh there's no av cables plugged into oh you might want to do that that might that might help that might help stupid let's see i just had the power cable plugged in i didn't even have the av cable for plugged in all right now let's see ready we're still getting the no signal that's not a good thing i wonder if it's just this game let's try another game this is star wars racer ah well i don't think this one's gonna cut on so what if you wait until pikachu stops blinking does he ever stop blinking is that how it's supposed to be somebody that watches their videos has to own this console too and has to be able to give me a suggestion is he going to stop blinking no i think he's just going to blink forever no i don't know if he no he did stop like hey take the can you take the game out not while it's on you're not supposed to i can try to reset it um i know sometimes on the old nintendos you gotta pull the game up a little bit and it would work like what if i restart it now no it's not getting any signal um no signal at all so let's see what expansion packs in here uh let's see jumper pack from control deck cn structural booklet all right let's see does this have any information on it says nintendo 64 jumper pack but then it has japanese lettering on it so does that mean maybe it's a japanese jumper pack or trying to go into a us system is that why it's not registered what if i cut it on without it does it make any difference does pikachu just blink same thing huh so i don't know let's try wwf does it make any difference no okay this thing's just not giving off a signal but it's weird the console is working but you know i saw one cell that didn't cut on for 150 bucks the us version which this is so maybe this one's worth more because it at least cuts on maybe it's just a simple problem with the av cables i don't know but that kind of sucks but at a bare minimum still that system's 150 bucks no matter what but if we can get it working and if any of you guys own that or know someone that owns it and has any suggestions we'd greatly appreciate you putting those in the comments because i really want to get that thing working let's move away from the video games and come on over here so these are all the dvds we went through there's more out there we just haven't moved them yet but this is all the dvd from the first part as you saw today we pulled out a lot more so we probably have well over 100 dvds so we'll definitely have dvd lots at our next live auction along with the super nintendo lot the nintendo 64 i don't know yet because i kind of want to try to get it to work before i can sell it because it's worth a lot of money but these right here are all different dvds there's only one dragon ball z one in there and i'm keeping it even though i already have it doesn't matter it's still dragon ball and if you come over here this is all the anime dvds so i know a lot of people buying we have digimon pokemon flame or rekka full metal alchemist bleach and a lot of these uu hakusho ghost files like this is all the same anime here so a lot of anime and a lot of regular dvds if you look over here this whole box in that whole box over there that solo box those are full of all just regular everyday books and what i'm gonna do with those is take them to a store called second and charles if you have one near you they're super convenient you can drop off books cds dvds video games anything like that to them and they'll scan them and they'll give you store credit price for them and they sell all kinds of stuff like action figures statues toys things like that so if you're into that stuff like we are we just always drop off our books and instead of just you know donating them or getting rid of them for nothing we get some type of credit for them we can go buy things we want for them so we also went through the xbox games we found in the first part and these are all the ones that were in the case and they were not scratched to death there was like two games that were so scratched up it looked like somebody took a knife to the disc that i just threw them away but here we have one two three four five six seven eight nine 10 11 12 13 14 xbox and xbox 360 games so we have those and if you look down here here's all the manga books from all kinds of different series they have a bunch of different ones i thought they had a lot of the same ones but they don't they have a big mix here you have chibi vampire orphan psychic academy beast master vampire knight hannah comey whatever that is gentlemen's alliance a whole bunch of these manga books and i want to ask you guys because i've had a lot of people say they wanted to buy this stuff would you be interested in us adding these lots to our live auction because i've never done it before but it seems like there's a lot of interest in them so let me know down in the comments some more good news so we're in here with the little stuff we have a game boy we tested this pokemon red version and the croc game these both work this pokemon game is about as you can see the last one that sold on ebay was 42 bucks for just the cartridge you know what's crazy is the box is worth 81. the box is worth twice what the game is worth it's crazy so i was excited about the nintendo ds right it's a cool little system but then we happen to flip it over and let's see what's inside of it i didn't even realize there was a game in there so i take it out and look what that is pokemon white version so i'm like okay let's see what that's worth i come over here to ebay and look what these things are selling for that just the game over only 76 125 70 like i had no this is number two actually so number one is about 76 dollars per game and here it is again down here number one it's around 70 bucks so that little guy right there was a 70 dollar game so these two right here over a hundred bucks for those two little tiny games so when i was going through one of the boxes of the dvds we came across this little old looking envelope right here there's even smiley faces on the back and the first thing i do when i do it see an envelope is i hold it up to the light like this and if i do that look at the shape in that envelope the envelope was full of money check it out old cash in here so first thing you i saw when i opened it up was this old silver certificate one dollar bill from 1957 and then we had the old red seal two dollar bill from 1953 one of the coolest ones i've never seen or found before check out this old 10. i don't know if this is an error or not because look at the border at the bottom versus the border at the top see how thin that is you see how thick that is and this ten dollar bill is from 1950 so literally this was all sitting in a random envelope and this is the reason even though it could get boring that you should check every envelope and piece of paperwork you find in a storage unit because you never know when you can be throwing away cash
