100 of your focus is don't hit the other guy dude they're in like blue angel finger tip butt trail like i don't know what's happening but no it looks cool though yeah uh but according to our cgi guy this is one jet that they just copied and pasted to make it look like because they only had one airplane for this part that's what he said i know what no dude no one wants to do this it's like no dude i might run into the guy here's the other part to this too their loadout is two gb 24s apiece okay and two aim nines like we've got a fifth gen threat we're really worried about the air picture but they do a buddy bob basically maverick's symbology was all wrong there was no asl or yeah that stuff it was just like all of a sudden it turned red which would be cool but i mean that's that's not how it's fiction this is not a weapon school debrief but it goes back to the cool was the gb 24 the right answer probably not probably not it's miracle dagger two status is a correct call almost there you're defending against both of them so people are like why are they using flares against that i mean you're gonna get whatever the program is so if the program was chaffed and flares also for because it's a movie you're not going to see chaff bundles it's going to look stupid it'll be like what yeah now the only like the the thumb switch is the only time you could discriminate between chap and flair which they should be doing i mean they they could but it you know in the short hairs just hitting stuff seems to work yeah his mask has all kinds of like he's got no seal deploying countermeasures there's actually is that are those little chaff bundles coming out or is that just sparks from the it looked like like little i don't know i mean i'm trying to give him the benefit of the doubt here negative contact that would have killed him though if you get crocs fused i mean because they're prox views they're not gun they're not made to hit you they're made to hit near you and that stuff but as far as the intensity and the adrenaline and the feeling and the hey i'm defending from one i got to defend from the other like they did a really good job in the scene phoenix but he's dead i mean rooster two more on your six dagger two defending yeah it wouldn't guide and fuse on that it would either go stupid or props fuse into him so payback same underneath i love that dude i love it yeah this is this is a really good scene [Music] no so dude the biggest problem as you know getting getting from a point in space to another point in space you intercept a missile coming out of it it's just not going to happen dude and to have it now track you yeah or your i mean because these are radar-guided even if they were heat-seeking they're already tracking so you have to tell it you have to confuse it enough to not track if it were ir flares maybe chaff at that range is probably not gonna dude yeah the other thing is like you know we used to do this training cause i'd never been shot at by sam's like this but or 27 sam's yeah yeah i mean you'd inevitably start at 25 000 feet and you're going downhill uh especially if you're defending against the space sam so for sure in real life all these jets would be beat down on air speed yeah that's a good point which makes it even more impossible for maverick to look over there be like oh he's out of chat i'm gonna drive over there and sacrifice myself here if he's not being targeted and they're low on airspeed maybe but he was dude he just he just took without canopy i know i i i'm just trying to help him out here there's a lot dude but it goes back to movie magic like you have to at some point suspended it's good it's a great movie it's a really good scene we're just noiting at this point you know but that's what we
