on this episode of natural living homestead I'm going to show you how to make faster no need bread [Music] [Applause] combine three cups all-purpose flour 1/4 teaspoon yeast it can be active dry or instant and one and a half teaspoons of salt some gusts up there yeah mix up your dry ingredients [Music] so now we are going to switch to a bigger bowl because we do not think that this will be enough to hold the water and the mixture of the dry ingredients next stir in one and a half cups hot water and this is the secret to make the yeast rice rice [Music] okay the reason we're using the hot water now this water is not boiling you don't want your water any hotter than 130 degrees Fahrenheit but the reason that we're using the hot water is to help the the yeast activate and this is going to make it a quick method we are only going to set this on the counter for three hours it's not going to have to sit overnight okay now we're going to cover this with saran wrap and let it sit on the counter for three hours this recipe is very forgiving you can leave it sit out longer than three hours if you need to okay this has been sitting for about three and a half hours and the dough will become puffy and dotted with bubbles which it is now I need to transfer this onto a well floured surface so we just have to take a little bit of flour and put it all over the top and then we take the dough and then we put it on it and then after we have the dough onto the counter we put some more flour on top of just a little sprinkle yes just a little sprinkle and then you take your scraper to fold the dough over about ten to twelve times okay next place in a parchment paper lined Bowl and cover this with a towel and let it stand on the counter for about 35 minutes or until your oven is preheated in the meantime you place your Dutch oven with a lid in a cold oven and preheat it to 450 degrees Fahrenheit when the oven reaches 450 degrees Fahrenheit we are going to take the dough and place it in here okay my Dutch oven is 450 degrees piping hot and I'm going to take my parchment paper the bread dough I'm going to set it down in your leave your parchment paper in there replace your lid and stick this back in the oven for 30 minutes okay now I'm going to take the bread out with the parchment paper put the bread back in and I'm going to bake this for another ten minutes with the lid off I was thinking like the two nice crispy brown top has a nice crunch to it and we're going to slice into this in just a few minutes okay let's cut into this beautiful piece of bread its crispy all right whoo that looks beautiful delicious can't wait to eat it I heard up mmm it's good I got hurt oh it tastes like really good fresh bread yummy I want some soup to dip it in yeah soup to dip it in that's what you can do tomorrow soup and more bread okay Rosie so who's this out with your aunt get up there with her just pretend that it's not even where am i doing the whole outro yes yeah good the problem I know whatever just so savor okay thanks for watching this video be sure to like comment and subscribe and be sure to check out there planets that they have many more other videos that you should be able to check out but thanks for watching [Music] [Applause] [Music] you [Music]
