Exploring a $3,000,000 Forgotten and Abandoned Tudor Mansion and Heritage Home

what is up guys welcome back to another free photography beautiful abandoned two-door mansion adventure guys today here we are in this gorgeous abandoned heritage property in southern ontario that apparently according to carlo pelota the heritage designation has been stripped away from this house and it's probably going to be demolished so like i just said guys this house was first discovered by terry wilson and carla pelosa they did not give me this location but it was sent to me by a follower who recognized it right away from the outside and sent it to me to come check out so thanks to terry and carlo for finding this place and thanks to the follower of my facebook page for sending this location yes most definitely a huge thanks to terry carlo into my facebook follower for sending us this location so guys we are gonna check this place out it's very beautiful a lot of old old classic elements to this house i think you're really gonna like this one so guys don't go anywhere stick around stay with me let's check out this whole video so as we always say cue the music cue the intro i'll see you guys on the other side [Music] [Music] [Music] so [Music] [Music] okay guys here we go we are gonna get started right here in the foyer the main foyer of this house the main grand staircase and as you were gonna see there are many beautiful classic elements of this house that are from its original build check out this gorgeous staircase guys just beautiful we will go upstairs in a minute but we're going to do the first floor first guys so let's head on into here into what looks like probably a dining room i say it's probably a dining room based on the low light probably exactly what this room was a dining room guys according to what i heard carlos say uh this house was sold to a developer for three million dollars so for whatever reason uh and i don't know why right now for whatever reason they decided to strip this house of its heritage designation so that they can demolish it tear it down and build something new in its place so if i'm able to find any information on what the plan is what the history is of this house and the plan with the property i will put it in the video description down below as well as my website link which will be down below look at these gorgeous windows guys just beautiful wow check out this doorknob beautiful right there's a skeleton key still in the door right there check that out that is really cool wow this is your front door right here guys all right here there's a bathroom behind this door you can check out very small tiled floor what's up guys and okay here we go into a living room beautiful fireplace here there's a side door there's multiple doors to get into this house front window nicely shaded by some nice old mature trees outside check out this detail on the hardwood floor that comes around and then these old wooden style vents for the uh for the heating system which still works by the way all the power all the lights and the furnace are still on i haven't checked to see if the uh water is still on yet though okay so that's been this living room now we're going to move on and i'll show you guys the kitchen which you are going to love blue carpet interesting here's this little breakfast nook right here and everything's very white and bright colored but what's amazing about this kitchen guys is look at this original uh fridge and this is actually the fridge that they used whenever they last lived in this house can you believe this thing frigidaire watch how it closes like what's this there's your temperature control right there just so amazing and then here's their their stove frigidaire stove that matches this is so interesting got some curtains here over the window and then really nice uh cupboards here i think this is just a closet yeah here's the closet but this looks like possibly where the mail might be delivered i don't know or the milk or something not really sure i'm sure somebody who follows me will know what that's all about this goes into a back room looks like an addition and yeah so here's whatever this is this door here for passing stuff through looks like there used to be a sink oh this would be a laundry room that's where the uh washer dryer would have been interesting way to put a fire extinguisher and then there's a room back here it's got a bunch of garbage bags back here and just got a random room here speaking of random rooms watch this guys we're gonna go down here and we're gonna go through this door and up these little stairs here into one random room that's it guys one random room got a radiator to keep it nice and warm you've got a single bed two windows and a closet out there that's it guys this one wee little room obviously you could put a dresser and uh maybe a rocking chair in here reminds me of a handmaid's tale that little room that they keep june in upstairs okay speaking of upstairs guys we're gonna take a quick break and uh meet you guys at the stairs we're gonna go check out the upstairs of the house be back in a minute okay guys we're back let's take the stairs up there are two levels there's a there's a main upstairs and then there's an attic so let's go check it out okay guys bedroom number one upstairs large echoey room and i believe this is a shared bathroom here bathtub radiator lights work toilet's nice and clean that's always a bonus know what else is always a bonus what is up guys bedroom number two of three up here smaller room and then more like an office here likely nothing in there guys and then we have a closet with a little crawl space here that goes down into here just goes behind the bathroom there for the plumbing but there's really nothing special back here though i thought we might find something neat but we didn't so really that covers up the upstairs it covers off the upstairs but we will check out the attic but just get a quick look here at this nice little pan shot here and let's head to the creepy door up this winding staircase up to the attic guys what although we got here is this like a laundry chute maybe must be a yeah probably a laundry chute there and then there's some storage right here plaster is coming off the humidity has done a bit of a number up here on the wall on the plaster as you can see it's starting to come apart head on over here and you can see the original brick exposed over there there is a bin here that seems to be full of wallpaper old old wallpaper guys some more here there's some blinds here what's this that therapeutic carbons should be used under a physician's direction somebody tell me what a therapeutic carbon does because i've never even heard of it some more wallpaper samples and then here we've got the uh the rolling blinds or rolling shutters whatever you want to call them for all the windows and that's about it up here guys it's very empty so now we've got to check out the basement and then i'm going to show you guys outside there is a pool i'll show you the outside of the house so take another quick break i'll meet you guys downstairs in the basement okay guys hope you guys are enjoying this one so far we got a couple more things to see so let's head downstairs check out the basement kind of dark but the power's on which is awesome then we're gonna go outside let's go nice and cool down here if you look at the stairs you can actually see the that's more it's more obvious coming from upstairs but the dents in the wood from all the years of people coming in and out of the up and down the stairs here's just a cold seller nothing being stored but you can tell that they always had jars by the paper there heading on through through here got a closet it's empty interesting window being in the basement i can't imagine there being anything on the other side of that weird ah here's the laundry chute guys this is where the laundry shoe dropped down to that's really cool oh it's this tupperware so this would have been an original laundry room that's awesome i don't know why i'm so excited about the laundry chute here's the old man's workshop very uh modern fuse box and here's his workbench for the old guy and then here you can see where he would have stored all of his uh nails and screws with the lids attached to the bottom and just screwed them on another random storage room here and this room is empty not a very functional basement and here's your furnace and water heater guys still running as you can see in here there's just a random room with a pump that's it [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] okay guys well that just about does it for this one i'm going to do some drone footage going to take some more pictures and then we are going to wrap this one up and call this one a day this has been a super nice house this beautiful two-door style mansion i guess we call it a mansion it's a pretty large home very old historic uh heritage home gorgeous love all the rooms love the secret room upstairs love this kitchen the woodwork the staircase so much stuff to be admired in this house guys i wish they built houses like this more often so we do got to give a shout out to terry and carlo for discovering this one and putting it out there for the exploring community to find and to explore i'm definitely glad that i got here thank you very much to the
