Entire 𝙎𝘾𝘼𝙈𝙈𝙀𝙍 Call Center Panic dials Police

all right guys here's what's about to happen i'm going to show you the exact location of a scam call center i'll access their system and delete a few things we deleted 99 of their files so the screen's probably going to get pretty messed up soon and then they'll call the police and report that they've been hacked last week we showed you guys a scam call center out of hyderabad india that we've been monitoring at that time we only knew the city and street and with that info we were able to scare them into shutting down for the day but what if we had the actual building that these scammers are running their operation out of this is the bvl complex these cameras are hiding on the fifth floor located on 100 feet road on the outskirts of high tech city now there are several legit businesses running in this building but our scammers are on the fifth floor we're gonna do everything that we can to shut down these scammers for as long as possible and here's why now here's the deal guys we've been monitoring these scammers a lot here recently and they're scamming a lot of people now it's really impactful for us to stop this game in progress or even try to shut down the scammers and the call centers but they're getting a lot of victims they're scamming a lot of people and there's a lot of people being hurt it's really hard to track down these folks after they've been scammed but when we do run across somebody we do everything in our power to help them the money from the memberships sponsorships and even our own money go towards helping these victims hi is this kelsey yes point we're going to be jumping right into the phone call where i've already connected to the scammers computer and they've transferred me and when i connect to that skimmer's computer the first thing i want to do is delete as many files as possible but i like to extract information so we will download the scammers files and see if there's anything where we could possibly save a victim or get information on their call center we're going to show you in a little bit a few files and specifically there are some files that show the victim lists themselves so we have about 50 000 potential victims comprised of united states victims and potentially australia victims as well so really big information to get and we can help some people now uh do one thing sir uh you need to open your any decks application which you can see at the very bottom there is a red color application you have got red color icon you have gossip open it up one more time you will be getting uh another call uh just you need to attend that call sir just answer that call um a brand new phone call yes you will be getting a call from a new number okay just again that's called yes sir you're getting this call from the anti-fraud department you just received that call okay perfect thank you bye-bye all right so we're on the computer and deleting we deleted 99 of their files so the screen's probably going to get like to start at date modified so i will sort all the files to see what the most recent file that i have from the scammer and see if there's maybe a potential victim that i could save that they were talking to and they have information on and it's interesting too you'll see things like vika area arya rosalind raj 42 was another file so some of the scammers will use their names to associate with their files that they have and some of them will use their fake names which is pretty interesting as well we were able to extract things like they're a wav file so we have their amazon when they call and somebody picks up they have a message that's played before the scammer gets on thank you for contacting amazon customer support please press one to talk to the next available agent and then we've even got some excel files now these excel files are where they get all their leads from so right here we've got fifty thousand leads twenty thousand from australia and thirty thousand from the united states i have information like first name last name address zip code uh sometimes email address as well now these scammers will put in their auto dialer and send it out with the voicemail or the automated message that i told you about in the wav files or they will send a specific email with information and they've crafted really really good emails that we're about to show you guys so i'm gonna break down this email for you guys it's probably one of the most legitimate looking scam emails i've ever seen the first thing i notice is that it comes directly from quickbooks so these scammers are paying for a quickbooks subscription and if you click on printer save it's going to take you to an actual invoice now thankfully you can't pay it directly from there but all the contact information on the invoice leads you directly to the scammers so if you email them or call them it's going to go straight to them and they're going to be able to scam you out of your money so if you ever get an email that looks like this and it looks really legit just make sure you do your research first call your bank make sure there's no outstanding charges on your account and also go directly to the website for the people that are claiming to send the email and use the contact information there that way you know you're definitely not getting in contact with scammers and you can stay safe the number you're trying to reach is no longer in service they block me immediately now hello yes hello i'm looking for mark wilson yeah who i'm talking with pierogi wilson ferrari wilson yes are you waiting are you wasting your time or my yeah i was using my computer but i was also on your computer that's fine but now you are telling me yeah exactly so who's john john you've got his any desk and you have his amazon and his uh amazon information and you have his access to his computer you have lists of people from australia whose area whose area is that someone that works at your a-r-y-a who's that arya i just want to know who these people are these these uh victims that you have miss packer have you finally caught on let me break down why the translations are important you're gonna see a lot here coming across the screen pretty fast because they're these scammers are freaking out legit these translations give context into what's going on in the mind of the scammers inside of this call center now you'll see them going back and forth of does he have our information does he have a records yes or no but they are confirming hey there is a hacker in our network why would you let this guy on here he's going to have everything we should call the police they're literally going to call the police on me and say that we weren't going to do anything to this guy they're so afraid that i'm going to expose their information and expose the scams that they're running they've probably lied to someone along the way to be able to get access to this building use the computers or does somebody even know that they're doing this they don't want the police to know for sure but we'll make sure to let them know have you finally caught on i beg your pardon i told you i was pierogi now what what
