what's wrong that what's going on guys welcome back to vascular energy or on a mission here to make men great again so in this video I want to talk about after a breakup the less you say the better so I'm gonna literally go on a huge mission to do everything breakup no contact ex back videos and just put it along to all into a free course for you guys on my channel that's what I'm doing now and I'm just going into extreme detail on what you should do to make all the right steps that's really what I want you guys to do here so when your ex decides to break up with you okay just remember there has been so much negativity thrown your way in their mind that at this specific time they really do not want to be with you anymore and I obviously know that you're probably like well no [ __ ] buddy like like they're broken up they breaking up with me right now all you got to do is try to get them to see you in a positive light again and what do you got to do to do that absolutely nothing so with 95% of breakups you are going to be in a position where you are when you get dumped let's just say 95% of the people who get dumped by it by their ex ninety-five percent of you are gonna be in this position where are you gonna be like stunned completely stunned and you're not gonna know what exactly you're not gonna know what to do you're not gonna know what to say well let me let me and most people gonna find this video far after they [ __ ] this up stop saying anything and here's the reason why when they left you they knew how you felt about them especially if you you know dumped you all of your feelings towards them especially you know if you went like like like begging pursuing pleading all that [ __ ] if you did all that they know exactly how you feel and to get them to come back to the point in their head when they're like okay I think I might want to revisit getting back together with this person they're obviously going through their emotions about you too you have to understand this I know it hurts you it's gonna hurt you more in the beginning but later on down the road when you have moved on that's when they tend to get hurt and no one really cares about to them and that's actually what you want them to feel you want them to feel the the hurt the the separation anxiety that all that from you you want them to feel alone you want them to feel insecure about you how do you do that you remove yourself completely okay and I always recommend to all of my students that I do coaching calls with remove your ex from all social media immediately no Facebook no Twitter no Instagram and no snapchat nothing keep their phone number that's it because you obviously want to know if they text you you know I mean unless you have the number memorized you need to do that because it's gonna be a lot easier for you to separate and back off completely okay and that's what I want you guys to do back off completely do not give them any of your attention and this is the only [ __ ] way to do this in a timely manner because look if you keep on pouring how you feel about them you don't give them enough space and time to to miss you and they really need to miss you and they really need to to get to the point where they feel the finality of the breakup and I mentioned this in my last video so don't say anything no words no nothing you let them go that's it and it's this is gonna be the hardest thing you've probably ever [ __ ] done because everyone and society's like fight for your ex fight for them fight for them and my lights just moved on their own odd oddly so everyone in society and your friends families also fight for them fight for them especially if you guys are raised by [ __ ] single mothers oh just tell her how you feel that's a bunch of horseshit that's not going to work okay remove your attention completely say nothing I promise you that it's the best and fastest way to get your ex back now we're at four and a half minutes now so I have a new affiliate that I'm working with there's got a new link and for the tactical Soap Company and this pheromone infused soap so check that out and that will help keep you clean and you might as well use it because it doesn't have any of those extra [ __ ] shitty chemicals inside that other soaps haven't so use that and I'm gonna cut this video off my lights are following down I don't know what's going on so I'll catch you guys in the next one you guys need any coaching below it's all down there and if you have any questions hit me up in the comment like the video subscribe done
