Repos Gone Horribly Bad - It Can Happen In A Flash

[Music] hey guys welcome back to the reapernet channel just making another video for you this is a little collage of repos that i've pulled down from off the internet i've been collecting these for a while i've got quite a few in my library but this is just some of my favorites of what i call repos gone wrong something that happens quite often in our industry and it's one of the things that i try to train new cadets on how to avoid simply by having what's called scene control i'll talk more about that in an upcoming video but uh another update i am in the process of moving as you can see all my walls are barren taking everything down and tonight's moving night i'm moving into a new place not too far from here once as i get all set up and in my new place i'll do some video of that for you guys but enjoy these videos of repos gone wrong and then at the end is an actual current repo that i just did last year that almost went bad where the guy jumped into the vehicle and tried to take off from one of our drivers it's kind of an anti-climatic uh segment but you can stay tuned to the end of this video and watch that enjoy wow that was bad [Music] hey [Music] [Music] what the [ __ ] what [Music] [Music] oh [Music] [Music] i should move my car now is that one over there yeah i don't want to get hit he's doing that crazy [ __ ] damn damn damn damn [Music] [Music] [Applause] damn i don't know damn [Music] out here at this gas station we got this uh 17 van blocked into the gas station our got the truck hooked to the back of it i was able to uh i got a camera head on we've been looking everywhere for this vehicle it's a work truck and it has an employee driving around in it right now we've got a history with the owner of this company he's busted one of the cameras lpr cameras off one of our trucks this actually this truck here and busted the back window out and chased one of our other camera car drivers three blocks so this uh employees called the boss and the boss said he's heading over right now and he says he's coming swinging so got the camera rolling uh got the driver here's two of us hopefully we can talk to this guy and keep it from going south fast but law enforcement told us last time that if we have interaction with this guy again to call for a keep the peace okay all right all right thank you so much oh you talked to him i'm just gonna be the cameraman all right so we got law enforcement here and we got the manager of the gas station coming out saying what's going on so we're trying not to block it too many of her pumps reposition my vehicle [Applause] thank you yeah thank you ma'am how many pumps does she have to give up for one seating right right now she's only got two down but that one doesn't need to be there blocking the he's not pumping he needs to move which really if you think about it gives him an out that way so i should block him this way huh [Applause] [Music] i'll block this corner right here he decides to make contact with us that'll be on him there's one of our other drivers there it's my first time ever seeing this truck in person this is our res runner i can't lift them [Applause] so the cops are just doing their verification right now um you know there's nothing they can do legally to get involved unless a law is broken we are on private property here the business owner has come out they haven't asked us to leave she just wanted to know what was going on i explained to her she had him move that other van so it wasn't blocking that pump for no reason and i backed up and repositioned so that i wasn't blocking that that empty lane there one of our other drivers that was in the area just pulled up and uh yeah they're just verifying that we have a legal repossession order for it and he's trying to show on an app that he paid current but we just got a call from the office i jumped ahead and got her calling the client ahead of all of this knowing what was going to be coming which was smart because by the time the cops are here we just got notification that they are still wanting us to repossess it that he is not current and that what he's showing in his app is not consistent with what they are telling us right now so we've talked directly to the client and the cop was there when he got that phone call and he's heard it and so now the cops talking to the driver in the vehicle who's the owner of this company who has caused uh damage previously in the past and actually assaulted agents so and they're one of the officers that's here on scene the one that's taking control was actually at that previous incident so he remembers the guy and the incident and stuff so that may or may not help us i mean again law enforcement can't legally make a decision one way or the other for either it's one civil party against another we didn't call them out here they actually showed up because of the shop calling them so anyhow we'll see what happens here in a second hopefully they get it resolved and we don't have to move this beast but uh you never know which way it's gonna go i need a key before he gets in i've had a key i have to have a key before he gets into the car do you have a key to it all right thank you [Music] thank you thank you guys all right so we've got a key he got out of it and we've got it on officially unhooking the system got a flatbed coming because that self loader is not going to be picking that thing up he's got it strapped and connected to it but would not be safe to try to move that thing on that self loader and now we control the vehicle in the keys i'm out of the way
