Hi guyssss, it's the weekend again. I haven't made some salty food these days so everyone kept picking on me :))) So today I will teach you guys on how to make some crispy fried dumplings. Its so crispy and deliciousss :)))) First, for the dough I will use 200g of All-purpose flour, with a little tiny bit of salt. Sift the flour so it can be smooth and it won't be lumpy like you :))) Look at my hands :)) Don't let that Pikachu with the pervert face distract you :))) Next put 110ml of filtered water into the bowl of flour Mix well When you see that the dough is absorbing all the water, you can now start to use your hands to knead it for 2 minutes Combine all of the mixture into 1 piece (it doesn't need to be smooth just like your face, as long as it sticks together its okay) Then cover the mixture, let it rest for 15-20 mins, and then torture it after a while :))) While waiting I will watch BLACKPINK's show :))) Did you guys watch the rock paper scissors part :)) If you didn't watch it then watch watch it, I swear I laugh nonstop ahahahah After you let the dough rest, take it out and knead it After the flour rest it will be very soft and stretchy. So it will be very easy to knead, knead for 5 mins and it will be very smooth and soft :)) Making the crust part for this CRISPY fried dumplings is so much easier compare to making bread, bread takes more kneading to achieve the consistency you want. For this you only knead for 5 minutes and its done :)) When the dough is soft and smooth like this let it rest for 1 hour and we will continue to torture it AGAIN :))) Its verry simple :))) While waiting, I will make the meat filling.First you need 400g of pork shoulder.It needs to contain the lean part and some fat. But because I recorded this video at night so when I went out and bought the pork shoulder but they didn't have the lean part with some fat. So I bought the loin part but you guys still need the lean part with some fat part okayyyy?? Because the pork shoulder contains some fat in it, it won't be dry when you are making it, the leans will make it more fatty and taste even better. I will chop the meat into small pieces like I am beating my enemies face: because you guys know that I am a very educated person :))) But actually I usually have the butcher chop it for me :)) Because today's topic is "Something new, homemade food is delicious" I will include shrimp for the filling for visuals :))) The shrimp is 300g but I will peel the shell and get rid of the poop so maybe it will have 150g left guys :))) So I just sat there and peel the shell and poop for the whole night :)) But actually for boiled shrimp I haven't seen anyone getting rid of the poop :))) Or maybe when people eat them do they also eat the poop oh gosh :))) I usually add the meat only, but since I'm a fancy person and I like eating shrimp. You guys should try it too to see the result :)) For the shrimp you also chop it in small pieces and put it in the meat, add 1/2 Tbsp of chopped garlic, and 1/2 Tbsp of chopped very tiny gingers. Next is 200g of cabbage. Separate it into each leaves put it in the bowl Put boil water in the bowl Wait 30 seconds for the cabbage to be soft, until its not hard anymore drain the water and cutout into small piecesss This steps actually help the cabbage to be softer, so when rolling up the shell part the cabbage won't stab the shell and will stay as a whole :)) But don't leave it for toooo long okayyyy? about 30 secs or 1 min is good For the cabbage I will also chop it into small pieces but not that small. It adds texture when eating the dumplings and it won't be boring to eat, it also taste better for your mouth. Dont laugh at me :))) My knife cutting skills is still the same :)) still weird like the past :))) Put it in the bowl of mixture finally add 15g of green onions, about 3 or 4 stems. If anyone doesn't like green onions then you can replace it by using cilantro or chives is okay toooo Now, time for some seasoning. We can't miss seasoning in this recipe :)) I will use 1tbsp of seasoning powder. Because I use this brand before, it taste good for every dish, but you guys can use any brands :)) I just had only noticed now that seasoning powder is made from real meat :))) I read that pigs of knorr is raised with NUTRIONOUS OILLLLL, and they drink CLEAN WATER How awesome :)) knorr pigs are treated better than humans. Oh yeah Knorr pigs especially don't use CHEMICALS anymore. Reading all of these infos make you feel safer right guysssss? Next put 1tbsp of soy sauce and 1/2tbsp of sesame oil okayyy? Last is 1/4tsp of black pepper and then mix wellll If you guys want to read more info about knorr you can scan the QR code on the bag of seasoning powder, every bag have a QR code Once you scan there will be a lot of info about there brand, very usefuuulllll The seasoning depends weather you will fry or boil this, I use lesser seasoning cause I will fry this, its up to you guys :)) The filling is complete, now we will comeback to the dough after it rested for 1 hour :))) This time its smoooothhhh like her butt :)))) I swear You don't need to knead it again, you only need to separate it into 2 parts, roll it into a longggg cylinder. separate it into small pieces Each of the small pieces will be 8-10g okay gauysss?? Depends if you like to eat the shell thin or If you want the shell too be thicc like you :)) But don't make it too THICCCC. when you eat it, it will be very boring TO EAT :)) I prefer thinner shell :)) dust it with some All purpose flour to prevent it from sticking . You can use a rolling pin :)) Rotate it so it can be even:)) Use more pressure for the edges, I will do it more lightly for the center :)) Because the edge needs to be thinner than the center Because when we wrap the dumpling, the edge will be folded so it will be THICCER. So take note for this part :)) For the filling I will use a small spoon. about 15-20g something, doesn't need to be the exactly the same. Fold it, make the rim so it can stick together. Next, fold it from inside to outside, for each side, 3 folds in okayyyy Actually this CRISPY fried dumplings I've only made 3-4 times so I haven't gotten used to it yet, its also notes round like others, I folded it really bad also :(((( please forgive me, but its still super deliciousssss so? It actually looks ok, really even :))) Wait but why does it looks like your jiggly fatty belly so much:))) I swear it looks exactly like that :))) :)))) I feel so happy, but also all this cooking can make my belly fat :)))) Now heat up the pan, put some cooking oil and spread it evenly okay guyssss? Time to put these cuties innnn. When Frying the dumplings it needs aesthetic too so when putting it in the pan I need to do it prettily :))) After putting the dumplings into the pan, fry it with medium heat in around 2 minutes, or you can lift it up to see if its yellow :)) Remember the crust's ass needs too be golden :))) Once the dumpling is yellow use a pan lid, cover the pan. Only leave a little tiny bitttttt. Pour 100ml of water into that hole that you didn't cover. Do it reallyyyyyy fastttttttt immediately. Because this time it will be very hot and it have oil so when you pour the water it will be very hot and splash everywhere. You'll be uglier if it splash onto your face :))) Continue to leave it on medium. heat in about 5 minutes, or once the water is all absorb wait for another 1-2 minutes for the bottom to be crispy you can turn off the heattttt It depends on the size of your pan you can adjust the amount of water. If your pan is large you can put a little more water, if its small than its the opposite :)) For the soy sauce you can adjust it depends on your taste, I will use 2 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1/2 Tbsp of vinegars, and 1 tbsp of chilli oil If you don't have chilli oil you can use Shacha sauce or a fresh chilli is okay too. Its up to you :))) Mix well and Dip innnn :))))) Oh my gosh :))) It was so spicy that when I can't feel my lips :)) When I dip it, all the chilli oil got to the shell. It was so spicy that I want to cry and scream guys :))) But its super deliciousss, it needs to be spicy so it can taste good :))) the shell is super CRUNCHY, listen to it, the filling is super delicious, sweeeettt with just a little bit because of the KNORR seasoning and powder and some soy sauce is enoughhhh Under the shell is super CRISPYYY, but the upper part and around the shell is chewy and soft because of the fog of the water. Its super deliciosussssss The shrimp in the filling is something very new for me, homemade food is good for you. You can boil the dumplings and put it in soup for your family is the best. Are you drooling?? Awww look at your face :))) try every ways possible to eat these cuties :))) Because this recipe is a lot, if you can't eat all of this don't fry or boil all of it or else you can't eat it anymore, so leave it in the refrigerator ~ Oh gosh look at him making a betrayal face at me :)) This demon cat :)) End of this video, don't forget to try out this recipe.
