hey guys welcome back to my channel in today's video i'm gonna show you all my classroom i'm super excited i'm gonna show you guys how i decorated it my classroom decor and my favorite classroom products so let's get started so this is the front of my classroom and it's probably one of my favorite parts of my classroom because it's super girly and if you can't tell pink is my favorite color um so my classroom theme is boho rainbows and that's really in right now um the majority of my classroom decor is from miss jacobs little learners and her decor is just so amazing you're gonna see a lot of it in this video and i also love the dalmatian spot print so you will also see that as well i got these wooden boho tassels on amazon and they match my theme perfectly and they are displayed right in the front of my classroom on my smart board it also came with these pom-poms on this string i think it matches my classroom decor perfectly with miss jacobs little learners colors the colors are really calming and neutral so we're going to start with this bulletin board i used pink um bulletin board paper with the dalmatian print borders and rose gold borders and i will link these borders down below in the description so on this bulletin board i have my students classroom jobs i change them up every week so um all the students get a turn throughout the school year and i also write down their table group point so at the end of every week on friday the table group winner gets a prize for my treasure chest so down here this is part of our daily morning routine with my kindergarten students we go over the calendar like i said earlier i love the colors in this set it's so calming and neutral in kindergarten we talk about the days of the week the weather and the seasons and we also count how many days we've been in school so i love how ms jacobs little learners has this as part of her product it helps the students count how many days we've been in school by 10 frames which is really big in kindergarten and we add up the 10 frames and see how many days we've been in school each day right below my smart board are numbers 1 through 20. i actually copied this idea from abc's with miss b her name's haley um check her out on instagram she's the sweetest and um her classroom actually inspired me because her classroom is also major boho themed so um i got this from her numbers 1 through 20 and it also has the 10 frames on the posters and that's really big in kindergarten at least in our math curriculum it's called eureka so the students refer to these posters a lot of how to write the numbers correctly and how many dots are in the 10 frames for each number i have a big kindergarten rug with squares on it and this is just so convenient to have in kindergarten because it teaches the students to give their friends personal space to stay in their square not to move around and with social distancing now for covid um they sit a few squares away from each other and i love how it is right in front of my smart board the students sit on the rug to watch videos and to watch me teach lessons in my powerpoint slides so this is my teacher bulletin board and it tells the students a little bit about their teacher up there at the top is my name and i got those banner signs from miss jacobs little learners classroom decor pack as well my bachelor's degree and master's degree are up there some pictures of me of my boyfriend my friends my co-workers and my dogs and just cute little teacher decorations so this is everything on top of my desk first off is this supply carousel i believe that's what it's called i got it from michaels a few years ago it was actually pretty pricey but you know michaels has like coupons all the time so i just used all these coupons and it wasn't too bad so in here i have like colored pencils scissors highlighters markers pens um i have my scan bits that i um compliment my students with and i talked about this in a previous video if you want to check that out and i also have my laptop of course i use popsicle sticks to call on students and when i'm when i call on them i put them in this other bucket oh and i got these buckets from the target dollar spot um they have teacher products in their dollar spot over the summer and i have my document camera so if you don't have a teacher cart like this you really really need to get one i don't know what i would do without it i have it right next to my desk and i just have like um really important things that i grab all the time throughout the day so on top over here i have my smart board remote i have a stapler um eraser this charges my smartboard pens uh smart board clicker and first aid little mini kit and lotion some decorations i haven't used oh hair ties you know girls we always need some laying around and these are like the workbooks we're currently using my teacher planner um more white boards that i just need to grab um throughout the day yeah this is what i have in my teacher card so i have two classroom doors in my classroom and first door has these boho rainbows on them with each of my students names displayed um this is also from miss jacobs little learners classroom decor set and it's really important to display your students names in your classroom because this isn't only your classroom it's their classroom so it's nice to have each of your students names to have them feel welcome and feel at home on my other classroom door these circles are from you clevermonkey i'll link it below and this is just a little affirmation station um i read these to my students it says i will do amazing things because i'm loved i'm thankful i'm kind i'm friendly so we we go over these little affirmations throughout the day especially for sel time social emotional learning and now we're gonna move into one of my larger bulletin boards and this is my favorite bulletin board because writing is my favorite subject to teach this is my writing wall i don't have any student work displayed yet because my school just opened up for in-person learning last week but again these rainbows are from miss jacob's little learners set and as well as the writing banner i actually used a green fabric so this isn't bulletin board paper this is like sparkly green fabric i got it at joann's as well and my borders i use this gold border and i double bordered it with this like squiggly like cloud kind of border and i will link those borders down below as well my next bulletin board is from a touch of class teaching she also has an amazing boho rainbow decor set which i also bought and i printed out everything in laminated for this board and it says we are a rainbow of possibilities and again it's a display of all my student names to have them feel welcomed and part of the classroom family so this bulletin board is all about my students and their sight words so in the beginning of the year i took a picture of all my students pretending like they're holding balloons and every time they pass a sight word test they get a balloon next to their picture so it says the sky is the limit it's really motivating for students to push themselves to study their sight words um i used fabric for the background so that blue color is actually a fabric i got at joann's i just got white paper computer paper and i stuck some cotton balls on there to make the clouds and my borders are the rainbows are from the target dollar spot um that was from summer of 2020 so hopefully they have those rainbow borders back this summer because i love them and my dalmatian borders are from amazon this year my students desks are arranged in rows and i usually don't do that because i usually have my students tables and table groups so that they can collaborate with one another and work in groups um but this year because of covid they can't sit next to each other so they're in rows hopefully by next school year i could bring the table groups back and i do table groups because i love when my students participate in kagan strategies if you've never heard of cake and strategies i really recommend looking that up because it's a great way for students to collaborate with their peers at their tables they have name plates i got these name plates from miss jacobs little learners classroom decor pack and in their desks these desks are pretty messy right now but they have like their supply bags white boards workbooks and other things that we're working on this cabinet has all of my center's activities but i decorated it with the better than paper bulletin board material i'll link that down below as well with my dalmatian borders and these shapes are from miss jacob's little learners classroom decor pack as well on the side i have my student birthdays displayed by month and what day their birthdays are on one of my favorite bulletin boards is from miss jacobs little learners again and um i love teaching my students about growth mindset because we you know we're all growing we're all learning we're all making room for improvement and this board i read it to them at the beginning of the year and it just reminds them to push and to never give up and just to always try their best i have two bathrooms in my classroom i'm very fortunate to have that and i have a girls bathroom a boy's bathroom and my labels that i made are from miss jacobs little learners classroom decor pack another favorite part of my classroom is my alphabet and again miss jacobs little learners pack i love her visuals i love the art it's so cute i love the colors so i just used regular white bulletin board paper as the background printed and laminated those visuals those posters and um i again i use the dalmatian and rose gold borders for my alphabet one of my favorite parts of my classroom is my library this little nook area in my classroom is perfect for a library so let me explain everything to you the posters on the wall are the kindergarten sight words of my district and they're broken up by colored lists so that's why on my other bulletin board the students were holding different colored balloons and it's because these are the lists that they need to pass to get balloons the bulletin board paper is just regular bulletin board paper got it off of amazon you could also get it at lakeshore and the borders are also from amazon but again i've seen them at lakeshore as well i decorated with my book buddies i love my book buddies i started collecting them like the summer before my first year of teaching and i got these off of ebay kohl's is really big on book buddy so check out kohl's they change them up every month and i found some at goodwill too so i got pretty lucky the other like pillows and read letters are from the target dollar spot and my library book bins are from the target dollar spot and um i have a whole video on my classroom library that you could watch on my channel as well but i've collected tons of books over the years so on this side of the classroom i have a bunch of random things um it's a little unorganized right now but i'll explain everything that i have over here so i have a mirror a full-length mirror on that door i got it from target um i love this little um sign of my name one of my best friends gave it to me for christmas and i also got this sign online i forgot the website but honestly i know they don't sell it anymore so if i could find it i will link it down below hopefully they still sell it but i got it about a year ago um i got this rainbow cart off of michael's i got this at michael's and i think i said this earlier but make sure to sign up for michael's emails because there's tons of coupons and the um the carts labels are from a touch of class teaching so make sure to check out her classroom decor as well and yeah it's organized by day and then down here i have drawers for things to copy things to grade things to file things to do and the plans for a substitute and i'm just going to give you one more look at my whole classroom in one clip here are my bulletin boards and the desks everything in the back bathrooms alphabet library mirror and all my teacher stuff over here back to the front of the classroom and my desk up one more thing here is the front of my classroom here is my classroom door it says welcome to kindergarten and it has my name i got these from a touch of class teachings classic decor pack and i got this little door mat from target and um i have two doors and i have this beautiful painting on my classroom with backpack hooks and same sign is on my other door from a touch of class teaching and that's about it so i hope you all enjoyed this video i hope you found some useful products that you might use in
