ChatGPT 4 Tutorial - How to Use Chat GPT 4 For Beginners

so openai just released chat gpt4 and what you can do with this new chat bot is nothing short of amazing so in this video I'm going to break down what's new in chat gpt4 I'm gonna go through a full tutorial on how to use it and how you can actually make money with it by creating content so some new additions to this tool are what's called a multimodal input and output which means that you and chat GPT can talk to each other not just with text but images as well so for example take a picture of what's lying around your kitchen and chat gpt4 can tell you what to actually make with it another big Improvement is that it's more accurate so previously you'd ask chatgpt3 to solve a basic math problem and it would often be very very wrong but chatgpt4 has made some major improvements to its accuracy and one of the biggest improvements is its working memory so chat gpt3 was limited to about 8 000 words so it would often lose track of the conversation after that much text the first part of your question was I can't remember now but gpt4 now has memory of about 64 000 Words which means you could write enough for a short book and still have it make sense from start to finish so that's just a little bit about the new stuff in chat gpt4 so let's get into how it actually works so this is going to be a crash course on chat GPT 4 for beginners and you got to realize that AI is moving faster than ever so chat gpt4 is just the beginning it's another update it's another iteration and these tools are getting smarter and smarter but Chachi 54 is only as smart as the prompt what you actually give it so we're gonna see what can chat gpt4 actually do well first we have to know how to use it so we go to openai.com which is the company that has it and they're just introduces so introducing gpt4 the most advanced system so we can learn about it we can see what it you know some of their main features that they talk about but then we can try it on chat GPT plus so I have a chat gbt plus membership and that helps uh it's like it's like 20 bucks a month and you can use four with that so you can see that when when we select that you can do 3.5 Legacy 3.5 and then gpt4 and you can see that it has much stronger reasoning and much better conciseness than 3.5 but it's not as fast so it's a little bit slower but what we do here is we have them main prompt bar and we can have new chats so we can start a new chat and then we add our prompts into this Bottom bar and go from there now it's kind of restricted to how many prompts you can do per day or per like three hour window sometimes it's busier than others so it will tell you at the bottom if there's a limited number of prompts you can do so let's try some prompts and try it out and see how it goes so first when we think about chat GPT what can it do well it can answer some basic questions and answers similar to a search engine so we can ask some basic questions and we want to make sure that we choose gpt4 and we can say something like it says here there's 25 messages every three hours I can say something like how old is the earth it'll answer that for me so what answers here the Earth is 4.54 billion years old based on radiometric dating of rocks and minerals let's try another one how long did it take Christopher cross the ocean so you can see it answers here it took about five weeks and it gives some good background information too so it's almost more powerful than a search engine for these types of simple questions where you don't have to go to a blog post to find it you can just use chat GPT here's another good one how many humans have there been in existence from the beginning of time so interestingly it says here with some good background data and saying this might not be 100 accurate with some good data it says there's have been around 108 billion people have been born since the emergence of humans about 50 000 years ago and we'd also see that when we select gpt4 it's actually getting a lot smarter so you could say something like explain YouTube in a sentence where each word has to begin with the next letter in the alphabet from A to Z without skipping or repeating any letters so you can see that it comes up with a kind of interesting sentence here I'm not quite sure about the wondrous x-rated youthful zest I would leave it to stay out of that chat GPT so it can answer some basic questions Zone it's getting smarter and smarter let's move on to some different examples so besides basic answers to questions and random stuff it can also have creative idea generation so if you want to come up with get your creative juices flowing come up with some new ideas you can add prompts that way so what I'm going to add here is something like give me some ideas for a science fiction novel I'm writing that takes place in the year 3000 where humans are now living on one of the moons of Saturn so we can see here it gives seven pretty pretty good science fiction examples So it's talking about the politics of human population divided into factions ancient technological Secrets daring projects beneath the ocean something called the lapetus wall that sounds pretty cool and a lot of different good ideas for creative idea generations to get the ideas flowing so these are all unique custom AI driven you know story ideas let's try another one so I'm gonna ask give me some ideas for how to make friends when I moved to South Korea to finish my master's degree so as you see here it finishes and it gave me 10 really good ideas around language exchange University clubs cultural immersion volunteer work and a lot of other things so another thing that Chad gpt4 does really well is just any various writing needs so things like essays emails tweets up to books short novels any type of writing chat gbd4 can do I'm kind of glad I'm not in college at this time because it seems like a nightmare to try to keep up with the AI writing and all of this but let's do a quick example here if I go to it and I say if I go to the gpt4 and I type in write me a short but professional email to my biology Professor about why I can't make it to class I have a tooth extraction and it'll be hopped up on some good painkillers so it comes up with what I almost consider like too good of an email this thing is perfect I hope this email finds you well I'm running to inform you all unfortunately I'll be able to make it I'm gonna be on some painkillers this is like almost a perfectly written email like almost too professional and good I would actually probably use this to get out of class if I had to go to class I would definitely use this so let's try something else so this is one that I could use this is write a cease and desist letter that I can email to the person who has plagiarized all the content on my blog so again and what we see here is a perfect cease and desist letter from the subject line to the actual you know information that's needed in this letter all the way down to exactly what it says and what demands that you're making in all of it so gpt4 is so much more accurate and smart and it can come up with much better information so we can try this in three versus four and see the difference but like four is just a lot smarter it's so much smarter in fact that I'm a guy named Reed Hoffman wrote an entire book with gpt4 you can see here it's impromptu amplifying our Humanity through Ai and we can see that it's 230 words and this was all created with just a gpt4 and this entire book was written that way so we can see it's a lot more powerful so let's move on to the next thing so another thing that gpd4 is really good at is summarizing complex Concepts in an easy to understand way so let's try one of these we can type this one in and say explain nanotechnology to me like I was five years old and as we can see here it gives a really good example to a kid about nanotechnology and nanometers and how it's like a hair being a million times thinner really good examples here so let's move on to another one there's another one explain the age of the Earth in a way a 10 year old can understand it so this is actually a really cool example it gives you exactly how old the Earth is based on one day if the Earth was one day old in a 24-hour window dinosaurs wouldn't show up until 10 56 pm and be gone by 11 41. the first humans wouldn't even appear until just about one minute before midnight so another really cool example there gpt4 is also really good at step-by-step guidelines so I'm going to give it another one I'm gonna start a new chat and I'm gonna give it some information so I want to make a homemade pizza what are the exact steps I need to take to make everything from scratch and what ingredients do I need and we have pretty much a perfect pizza recipe here this is from someone who worked at a pizza place until they were 26 years old so pretty good stuff let's move on to the next one if I wanted to learn how to read Braille what steps would I take so again we have a perfect answer here exactly how to learn Braille in 10 steps it's almost like a mini blog post it just took a lot longer to load so now we're going to try to stretch gpt4 further and ask it some more complex stuff so I have this very fancy article here that I can't even really pronounce I'm not that smart ale God runs his sight death initiates synchronous for million Nation to restore cortical some something here so what I'm going to say is I'm going to start a new chat with gpt4 and I'm going to ask it can you please summarize this paper for me and then I'm going to put the actual link to the article in so I still don't know what it means you know I used to use Spark Notes when I was in like middle school and high school because I didn't want to read the book and I could just read the summaries we don't need that anymore because this can basically summarize anything but I still don't know what most of these words mean so I'm just going to say now explain the summary like I'm 12. so that actually helps because I need to be I need it to be dumbed down to about a 12 year old level because now it makes sense and it just says basically our genes and our environment work together to create the connections in our brain so pretty simple let's move on another really cool thing that gpt4 can do and is better at 3.5 than is actually creating its own website code so I can go here and I can type in something like write the code in any language you want for a basic Interval Timer that I can install as a Chrome extension so we can see that it finished uh all of the code here including four main files a Json file HTML CSS and JavaScript and then it wrote them all out for us and exactly what to do adding icon files to folders and exact so this is a lot smarter than 3.5 which could create some basic calculations but this is a lot better and I feel like I'm like in the year 2000 explaining how Netscape Netscape Navigator works or something because this stuff is only going to get more and more powerful and these are just really basic examples but we have to really respect it for where it is already so far so we've covered a lot of what chat gpt4 can actually do we didn't cover exactly all the image stuff because it's not fully rolled out yet you need GitHub and stuff like that to do it but what if we want to use it to actually make money with content what if we don't want to just basic answers and questions and complex problems like yes it can do all of that amazing stuff but what if we want the first step in making money actually making money with content is finding profitable keyword ideas so when we're talking about keyword research we're talking about affiliate marketing so what can we rank on Google for you know not talking about chat gbt but what can we actually create content around that will actually make us money well we can write about anything under the Sun but what tends to make us more money is things that make money through affiliate Revenue so somebody clicks on your website they click a link in uh in your blog post they visit a website and they purchase something you make a commission on every sale so chat GPT can actually be helpful and useful when it comes to SEO blogging creating content anything with a written word and it's such a good business model because when we think about chat gbt what is it well it's text-based output input and output and how do you make money online well blogging is still one of the best ways obviously because we make money with affiliate marketing we don't have our face on camera like this so I'm going to show some examples with chat GPT to do just that so I'm going to put in give me 10 keywords that are easy to rank for in the mini drone Niche that I can be an affiliate for so let's say we want to write some content around drones and recommend them and write them we can use chat gbt to come up with first the keyword ideas that we might want to write for so it'll give us an example here so it gives us a bunch of really good ideas on things that we could write you know these are keywords that we could write about and rank content for if you wanted to create a drone blog you would write these articles send people the links and make some affiliate Revenue we'd cover kind of all of these things that's a good idea but we can't just do this by itself it says use as it says here even remember to conduct proper keyword research so we're going to do that and we're going to use the best SEO tool for that which is ahrefs so in ahrefs in the keyword Explorer tab I'm going to put in mini drones and see what it comes up with so it's actually really easy the keyword difficulty is six the volume is pretty strong 2.4 K 10K Global volume and that's monthly search volume so every month that's how many people search for it and then we look at different things here we see some highly competitive sites up here but we also see a smaller you know dronesgator.com but let's look at the matching terms tool the matching terms tool is my favorite because it gives us all these different keyword ideas that include the word mini drones but can include everything else too so we have things like military mini drones best mini drones mini drones Amazon live camera uh all kinds of different things cheap for kids all these different things and it gives you the difficulty score and the search volume and if you should really write it or not so let's say we're ready and we want to just write an article about mini drones and we see this is a keyword that we want to go after we can use chat GPT again to actually after we validated that keyword in HS we want to come up with some SEO article title ideas based on this specific keyword so let's use chat GPT to do that so in chat gpt4 I'm going to put in create five article titles for blog posts based on the keyword mini drones and we see that the first two are actually good but I don't actually like this because they're not really these list posts that would work and mask the search intent so I'm going to put in give me five article ideas for the keyword at best mini drones to make it a little bit better So based on SEO I actually like this first one best because it front loads the title and has a top 10 format so I'm going to use that one usually numbers always work well odd numbers for some reason work better than even numbers typically but you can use that front load it and put the target keyword near the front of the title this is the H1 heading for the article now we actually have to have chat GPT after we have the title we have to create an outline and then we have to actually have chat gv24 write the article itself so now I'm going to say create an outline for an article with that title based on that keyword and include the DJI DJI Mini Pro 3 number one in the list so as you can see here a simple affiliate marketing article is actually really easy to outline it has an introduction it has the factors to consider when purchasing one of these products and then it has the list of products with overview features and specifications and stuff like that and you can see that it put the one I chose number one in that spot so it's really easy to understand you can look at like my article on podcast hosting or any of my affiliate articles that show you the exact format this one makes over nine thousand dollars a month as of the time of this recording and it covers all the things so guys covers the best options based on all these different things what are the best ones and then it goes into a clear format where number one is this the format is the same as number two three four and five so down the list so we're talking about really making money here with affiliate marketing in a templatized way using this list post format so I'm going to put in here write a 2000 word blog post for an article with that keyword include that in the number one spot on the list and we'll see what chat gbt4 can come up with so you get the idea chat gbt is writing all of the features and overview and actually pros and cons and actually some really advanced stuff for all of these different cameras so we can't just take this though and copy it and paste it into our blog and be done we actually have to do some extra work for it to make it better and SEO optimize and give it an actual chance of ranking online so what I'm going to do is I'm going to take the first part of it and I'm going to show you an example of how this works so what I would do is I would take this article and I would copy it and I would paste it into a tool like grammarly so grammarly is great for spelling punctuation all of these different things we want to make sure it has a good score you can see it already has a 97 overall and what we can do is fix a few little issues here like that one doesn't really count maybe the com there's a comma that isn't needed and we can add some clarity so we can change some words in the conciseness and we just click through and fix this and get the score a little bit better so we have engagement here let's add on change all these so now we're at a 99 so overall good grammar good punctuation no spelling mistakes optimize with chat gpt4 we're good to go now what we would do is we would copy and paste this into a tool like Surfer SEO and this was what really will optimize our SEO so you can see that chat gbt by itself is not going to give us the best SEO score it's not going to be an optimized post it's already ready to rank on Google because a tool like Surfer SEO will tell us the exact amount of words we need the amount of headings paragraphs and images that we need and then what's really important is it gives us all the semantic keywords that we should include in the article so semantic keywords are super important because Google will scan our articles and to know it's the best most robust possible article out there it's going to understand that there should be some semantically related keywords so an article on DJI or an article on mini drones should have random words like DJI goggles altitude hold lights photos shots launching shooting so we just make it you know what this tool does is it scans the top 30 or 50 or whatever ranking sites and it we want to be in the ballpark of all of these things so we see that we want the article to be about 23 to 2600 words we would add in these semantic keywords where applicable then we would take this and we would then paste this so we would select this we'd fix it we get the score up I usually aim to try to get it to like a 70 or something just to start with we don't need to get it to 100 we want to create what I teach in blog growth engine and if you're in my master class the content assembly line creating lots of content simply and easily but we want to create this we would then paste this and use a tool like originality.ai which can actually check for AI content detection so it can tell if this is AI content or not so Google is saying uh We're Not Gonna We're Not Gonna penalize AI written content online but we just want to be safe we want to make sure that it's it passes this content detection tools and actually is you know human written because what if in six months from now Google penalizes uh AI written content more so we always want to Future proof our content plan around this you can watch other videos on my channel on SEO WordPress affiliate marketing how to write a blog post all of those different things so the goal here with affiliate marketing is to create this content add your affiliate links and join like the DJI affiliate program add those links in when you're promoting the products and rank on Google and you can see like my site ranks for a ton of different keywords number something like best online course platforms I'm number four five four you would click that link and you can see this is these are all affiliate links so every time somebody clicks on one of these they go to that company's website they buy something I can make a commission on this so this one makes a lot of money as well but we can do this in any Niche and the least competitive ones are like physical products outdoor goods indoor Goods things that are you know you can find on Amazon I'm in software which is somewhat competitive but we want that's the end goal is getting people to do this but we can't just create like when we're talking about content with chat gpt4 we can't just create only these specific affiliate best of posts publish them and expect to rank we need to cover topical Authority which means we need to create a lot of content and blanket that topic so that you're seen as an authority we wouldn't have one article on many drones and then Google's like they know all about mini drones we would have 10 or 20 or 30 articles about drones on our website we can use chat gpt4 to blanket our topical Authority and come up with more article ideas so here's something I plugged into chat gbd4 I said build supporting content around the keyword mini drones build the list to the top 10 supporting articles to build this topical Authority use uncommon ways to find this summarize the top 10 and we see that it comes up with other article ideas for us that we could write to prop up our main affiliate post because that's the goal propping up our main money making post with the informational and supporting content around it which we have things like safety tips photography maintenance flight time regulations racing all kinds of different topical Authority articles that we can create on our website so ultimately chat gpt4 helps us create ideas faster you know it comes up with different ideas for posts that will make us money and create content we'll write the content outline it come up with new ideas and it just makes and you know the speed of everything a lot faster and Google really rewards sites with topical Authority so you can't just create a few articles you have to go deep on specific topics and then you can monetize it with affiliate marketing and make a lot of money doing it and AI really makes this possible with just one person instead of a team of writers so everything is faster now you can use these tools instead of hiring two or three writers you can use these AI tools if you know how to use them well and how Optimum your post for SEO you can make a lot of money you know when I started my blog in 2019 I wrote everything myself these tools didn't exist I hired a writer months three through six I hired a second writer and it was just a lot more complicated than it is now with all of these AI tools so we have to be on The
