oh my God this was like a prom this was like a a prom nightmare from hell man like like like the worst thing that you could think of of happening to somebody at the prom happened to Carrie at the prom right given that she already was like the you know like the scapegoat like she was teased and bullied teas the most unassuming but then her mom like her mom man is was just as like vicious she she was she didn't show her love like affection like it was just I mean even when she came home and and she wanted to hug her and cry on her she was like get off me so I can kill you like and and and you kind of got that understanding of why because the story that she told her before she tried to tried to take her life yeah like she told her that basically like I should have killed you when I had the chance basically and then that she her mother her mother feels like that she was conceived in sin but that's what I was that's what I was I'm like maybe it was something that happened to her that she feels like she has to be like that to her so that Carrie doesn't do the same thing or worse but like hearing the story that she's telling is like I don't know she just took it way overboard with the whole sinning thing like dang like then when I came home and then you got candles all over the house and then like I'mma feel some type of weight okay that she should have stood at the door and like you know hello hello you know hello from the other side you know what I'm saying I'm not walking up in this and and that that that was like the even creepier part like when she walk into the house and you see all the candles and then the last thing that you saw the mama was her on the chopping block on the on the cutting board doing this so it's like it and then everything that happened to her at the prom with her flipping the car and and she getting home it was like everything was set up because I feel like her mom knew and felt that that the sin got out of control I guess you can say yeah but the irony in it was that that Jesus doll was hanging up with the knives in it same like kind of the same yeah same way she you and then and then with her eyes open too so like the Jesus had the eyes open and everything like that that and and then I think crazy and then I think that was the same that was the same closet that her mom locked her in too mhm that was a prayer closet cuz she had the thing hanging up in there when she went in there yeah but like she ran in there when the house was collapsing but she died too yes she made the house collapse I believe with her telekinesis I think she you you think made the house crumble and burn and burn and catch on fire it did just burst out in Flames like all of a sudden too so maybe yeah that had to have been what it was and then like you said the irony regarding like you know like what happened to her you know how they were mocking her in the gym yeah in in the girl's locking room with with you know Mother Nature starting yeah and then for them to like get pigs blood and then to drop it on her it was like a pretty much like making the mockery of that you know and I'm just like like how vindictive can you be and and this is just like one of those movies that just shows you like like a lesson too is like yeah you know yeah you reap what you sld m cuz she got all of them at the end like all of them everybody everybody everybody that was in there that was last crazy the water hose was just doing it the water hoose had a mind of his own but but the the uh yeah Tommy wasn't in on it either but Tommy Tommy died too I guess like so yeah this was crazy yeah this was deep but I I really enjoyed this though yeah but and the one girl that was trying to be the help like I guess she lived to yeah she was the one that woke up from the dream yeah she so it's almost like Carrie was hunting her from the grave yeah cuz that was a dream that she had and she woke up she was in on the whole situation at the very beginning but I think she had to change her heart like after watching her yeah and watching what they were doing to her she was like and then it made it apparent too like when she saw what was going on and she saw she kind of tried to stop it yeah and then the teacher grabbed her so yeah all in all she she pretty much tried she wasn't really in on like the trick as far as what they were going to do to Carri yeah I thought she was I thought that was the reason why she showed up was that's I thought she left in yeah but really she was going there to see Carrie really she really she gave up her date right so he could take her and then she was just going to go there to see Carrie happy yeah and see her get get a crown and or I guess maybe not even the crown she just wanted to go and see her like dang man and then then Carrie finally gets her moment what you you know that what you would say that that moment in the Sun and then and then it just it just rained down on her but with this being like a like a Stephen King novel and made into a movie I really enjoyed it just from like just the creepy Eerie feeling that you kind of get from seeing something from Stephen King even when we saw it you always get like this Eerie creepy and for this to be 1976 yeah it's a this is a really good one I see why people wanted us to watch this definitely because it even with it been like an older movie like it didn't even feel like it no not at all not at all and I really enjoyed it too like I felt like it was horror but it still kind of gave you a little romantic feeling a little bit because even at the prime I was just like oh this is so sweet a beautiful horror romantic I was so hoping that he didn't mess it up though I was like please don't mess that's why I was like please don't mess this you saw how he was smiling I was like he just got like like the perfect pretty boy like popular boy smile but it looked like he was having a good time to let her down and but yeah she was he was having a good time and and he really was doing it genuinely right yeah right and I think when he saw too like what type of Girl Carrie was like that was really what was attracting him even more was that you know she just wanted to wait let me sit here for a minute okay now we can dance I don't know what to do like you know that's what I feel like he was like okay you know she really not that bad but I thought I thought he was in on it when he asked her like to go somewhere after the prom I was like that's where he going to go they going to try to her up but that wasn't even the case he trying he was really genuinely trying to like hang out with Carrie dang man and and Carrie she carried it to the furthest extent yeah Carri Carrie wasn't playing that okay don't mess with me I'm
