Canteen Cup Tuesday Shore Lunch | Chicken Scampi | Thanking Some Friends -see description box

I've been here for a while I'm getting kind of hungry some good spots good spots all all or along here I can pull over so I think that's what Monday this'll work just fine bushcraft anchor I might have to take a little way take a little nap before I cook my lunch I can't go to sleep I gotta make my lunch you know I'm gonna what I'm gonna you know oh you know what I meant to do this earlier several on another video I kind of showed this knife right here that I made it but I didn't really do it I didn't do a video on it and I didn't really show it good in my other video but some of y'all wanted to see it anyway who's got brass pins g10 handle scales and this is a knife this is a old hickory boning knife that uh I had to heat it up and I drilled new holes and cut this part that's it's modeled after a army mess kit knife anyway I saw it on Instagram but it's like 280 bucks not that it's not worth it I'd love to own one but I can't afford to hundred eighty five bucks so bought this knife for ten bucks and just made it you know handle I mean the blade used to come out like this far cut that back cut that hole in it just like it yeah for mess kit knife anyway that's cool things see the Ontario Knife company logo still on there somewhere yeah maybe you can see it out of that hey well I love it there's this this it's perfect perfect light it's light and sharp of course I had to redo all that part you know and then I had to do the whole Forge thing and get it I've got it up to non-magnetic and quenched it and tempered it you know did the whole thing back in the oven and all that stuff again before I put the handles on a course yeah well I get fits good in my kit and I'm use it right now to prepare my lunch I'm just gonna cut up I'm gonna cut up this piece of zucchini and some onions and some garlic and I threw a couple pads of butter down in here I'll scoop all that stuff out gonna saute that up and warm it up with some some chicken meat that is already cooked I cooked it last night some chicken thigh meat and I'm just mix it all together and just eat it like that [Applause] check this out what I wanted at you to Barry from DIY dark matter look at this I made I made this sheath for well not I didn't make the sheath for this particular one but it fits it fits right here I made this one for one that tack hill gave me which I still have but but I just said I was bringing this one today look check it out he did it on his lathe very cool huh I am gonna start my alcohol stove with it as I has made I made this little bit for my chicken now those chickens really already cooked get back I gotta work on my lid a little bit I gotta tighten that handle up other than that that works pretty good oh yeah there is really good all right I'm not gonna eat it all in front of you I'll be back when I'm finished man oh I'm gonna tell right now that was good that's something I'm gonna be cooking that at home you know what it turns what that was gonna be out what I wanted to do for my canteen cup Tuesday was a shrimp scampi but I can't really use any pasta or any noodles or anything like that so I was just gonna cut that zucchini real thin but then I had to go ahead and eat the shrimp so I just I just substituted the chicken you know his chicken scampi I guess one more thing one more thing I want to show you and then um I'm gonna I'm gonna relax and then I'm gonna paddle on back check this out right here will you homemade DIY dark-matter he made this on his lathe pretty cool in that I put a filter in there yeah awesome huh thanks again dart but I just know I'm gonna be much better than this man I could use a cold beer wish I had a cold beer anyway I do appreciate you all hanging out with me and for those of you that have subbed the channel I appreciate you too and if you leave a comment I appreciate that too so anyway we'll see y'all next time
