Can you beat ALL Monster Camps BEFORE the first Blood Moon??

there are 54 main monster camps in hyrule these enemy outposts plague the post calamity world usually contain a wide grouping of enemies and are rewarded with a monster chest at the end but what if we managed to kill all of them in a single go without giving them a chance to respawn before even the very first blood moon for those you don't know the blood moon will spawn on the night after nearly three hours of gameplay have been elapsed so this doesn't include time spent in menus dialogue or loading screens but this is still going to be one difficult race against the clock considering just how spaced out and challenging a lot of these camps can be but there's definitely a lot we can do to get the upper edge and clear this challenge for good oh and yeah this run doesn't involve any exploits that can skip or delay the moon from happening as those do exist but would kind of break the spirit of this run but anyways this is definitely the most difficult challenge i've attempted so far and without further ado i hope you all enjoy all right the timer is now ticking let's get something to defend ourselves we're gonna be cycling weapons very fast it's gonna be camp after camp oh first enemy i could use your weapon better than this crap then you're gonna bother with killing you just want it thank you and trousers yes upgraded pants yeah so we're just going for it right away not wasting a second oh wasting a heart clobber him there we go it was hard because he has a lot of health oh gotta be timely there we go [Music] bolt down we'll finish you off with this though i see that bow guy don't mind if i take the arrows first camp done not bad only 53 more to go and some fire arrows okay only other main objectives we're doing for this run is the plateau stuff because well we need to get off okay so pinned all the locations um we did that camp so i'm just going to remove that and yeah we stole 53 more [Music] yeah they saw me take that everything one more oh come on he's so close fine whatever be that way here we are got him take a stuff these are easy ones and i'll take your weapon [Music] just rampaging get closer there we go pretty good no more weapons see these are all pretty easy ones we can do them fast to climb up ever so slowly here i need that honestly i always forgot that this upper here we're about to go too oh it's a good one okay now you're be nice considering we have almost none of it i totally forgot about that we're gonna have to have a cold resistant stuff there we go perfect there those guys are unimportant it's not one the real camps okay so after here then we'll get the dublin at the top of the mountain uh and then the shrine warm dublin oh wait yeah that would have been bad okay slight bit of patience goes a long way that's supposed to be very careful and uh make sure we don't miss the platforms here oh that's good spider link there we go just keep doing this and sliding down perfect no damage and the final camp easy okay for this it'll be helpful with bombs which we don't have we can just cheat him over though just like that just whacked him down that's better that was pretty great though spin to win might as well these things are durable as heck i'll just be taking this whatever it is bomb arrows ooh oh bees get away they carry bees there we go you gotta parry the bees only way to finish them off bye bees rush rooms do we need these not at all will we take them you bet and that's basically we just go the bomb shrine temple time and then boom but i think you can actually break these with the hammer weapons so i don't know not that you need to that's better than bombs there we go just hacking slash through everything it's more fun that way perfect santa give me glider go the ladder that everyone forgets about move move move okay let's get this gotta get a weapon upgrade here so now uh we did these camps here we could go to this area because yeah just getting the early camps away with the earlier weapons kind of lone camp over there we're going in with brute force here there we go just like that whack him away take it and him too okay go get the b parries in here oh 20 damage not bad yes it's perry the bees it's funny that you can do it it works and does damage so it's kind of great oh no we missed there we go let's get the box of death here oh rupee box of death oh what no we would be nice i don't think a wind bomb will help us out because that'll just kill us one minute at this phase in the game yeah he's gonna have better armor we look at better armor and the goal is to or just i don't need all of them just go on brute force for all these guys all simple no enemy music no challenge there's one up there by not isn't that higher up well i'm sure we can get up to it by happened that was kind of great i almost forgot this camp exists it's like one of the areas of the world that's just super just untouched i feel like it's going to take on this camp normally with good we could clear out the desert stuff right now i feel like there'll be a bit of a challenge but desert stuff than highlands because we can charge it with like a sand seal yeah that'll be nice we can do all this sand steel charge okay oh my god forgot about stamina i just was not paying attention but it's okay the archer guys will use weak bows because they'll go down easily there we go double all the way there just by going like this like these little passages i think that camp's right by the tower so might as well oh yes come on no no no no don't cancel ah oh we got up a little that wasn't worth it dominoes these next two camps we should be able to do very quickly the desert one may be a bit of pain though but all those duster ones earlier some of the hardest ones in the game we need the big box this will make things pretty trivial and all nice whack there one two and three easy as we'll get these guys though that's a little too simple the crate makes everything easy oh because there's some other metal things over there but this crate's better oh you're making it too easy that that can stun them in place so i can hit them nice there we go and another don't oh oh it's stuck on the tree there we go we got him not bad and we got all this will try boomerangs yes i love boomerangs and yeah just somewhere in that mass of things and from there we could hopefully make it through our tongue get a seal right away now i think down there it's it's one of those big skull camps yep this one it shouldn't be too bad in the earlier game here one two oh we can fully take him out he's dumb so am i come on are you kidding me there goes all my arrows it keeps moving it's not my fault oh boy that's a lot okay uh oh man what's our strategy this one the heart probably hardest oh no oh right away we got sucked that's painful it's really painful just get them they're just blowing themselves up in there okay good few of them are off the bat for keep my distance with this weapon oh he has a royal sword oh my god okay just keep going with this 45 at hit kind of messes him up okay oh that was close floor combo's nice all you gotta do is dodge a net hit him all the way ah go let's get out of here from here we have these left so as they similar spread thin but they're kind of condensed in areas so these are close by if we pump these ones out then we go to the narrow area these are kind of all in the ballpark of just going down lunero killing those camps and then the rest of these it's just horse going over there they're pretty spread thing these ones will be tougher but like you know what we have a pretty good grasp we have slightly more than half so we're gonna go over here there's a really quick and easy camp no effort required for this next one hey how while we're making really really good progress man this is going so well we'll go to the stable uh get a horse go through all this stuff and then the hebrew ones will be last but by the time we'll have more cold resistance ingredients so that'll be helpful no it's going to be the column part just make it across the field because that's like the biggest stretch and that's still kind of a decent stretch uh avoid all the guardian stuff she did a good job of passing by and this time this armor right now don't know why i didn't do that earlier there's our camper there's a quark balloon more metal crates don't mind if i do close enough there we go a few bonks here and there do the trick oh it's finicky but we got it i'm an easy camp and one more good hit or two oh no not the fire i was this didn't turn up the way i hoped i'm surprised about how far we got in this run and going through this allowed me to understand the strategies and routes to get through this a lot faster considering that i found a few of the past strats to be inefficient and we're just killing our time but learning from these past failures i was able to readjust several of these strategies for combat and travel time to complete this in a speedier manner like altering which war points we got to avoid back traveling and just better weapon management which all led me to get back to exactly where i was 45 camps in with a much speedier time and the payoff was incredible [Music] oh perfect oh wow get them out get them out get him out okay [Music] there we go well he's at the camp there we go is it up there though um we got to make it all the way up there we'll do that could maybe use a third one using all over stamina just to climb up this thing okay there's two more we use this make it up okay than the last run before the moon it was still the middle of the evening by the time we did so enough time to even kill the nearby lionel and when the night did hit we realized we did so well that a blood moon didn't even occur as we found out that it wasn't even gonna happen until the following night this means that we beat the run with the whole 30 minutes of in-game time left which is absolutely crazy especially considering i've never attempted any speedrun challenge ever before but alas this run was a ton of fun to play over and perfect and i just want to thank all you so much for
