I love this guy's videos. I think his shelter is very creative, and his little dog bed just warms my heart
His dad is hilarious. I like the wood cabin out of recycled pallets idea better. I think once the weather gets alittle better I'm going to go out and build one myself.
Cool video.
The guy uses a fuck tonne of wood though. This is a project for someone with a shitload of time on their hands to collect all that.
As for me; I like to keep things minimal in the bush - keep it light and tight.
I love his videos.
Channels such as this and others have ignited an interest in bushcraft for me. My grandfather gave me permission to build a permanent campsite on his property in northern(ish) Michigan. Can't wait for it to get warm.
Scouting towers are really handy for short range recon. On level ground with no vegetation a six foot tall man can only see about three miles out to the horizon, but a ten foot tower increases that to about five miles out. Not a bad gain.
Does the moss on the slanted facades not slide off after a while? is something keeping it stuck?
That is a shit load of lumber, all cut with a tiny folding saw!
this guy is awesome!
