hey it's crazy pop here and we are back on the blackstone again but today tonight we're cooking breakfast that's right breakfast for supper but it ain't gonna be just a your normal average everyday breakfast we're gonna make a breakfast scramble some people call it breakfast hash breakfast bowl different things basically all the same man we're gonna make this thing good we're gonna put we got taters onions peppers bacon sausage eggs just all kind of good things to go together here so before we get to cooking and before we get doing anything else please like subscribe comment on this video with that let's get cooking all right let's fire this bad boy up let's get it going and as my normal cooks i'm gonna leave this side off now i know it seems like i do that a lot and actually when i'm not on video i do use the hole as you can see it's seasoned over here but a lot of times i just leave it cool i got a place to keep stuff warm over there so that's what we're going to do so we're going to get this griddle going about a medium the medium low because we don't want to cook too fast and we'll probably adjust that down later here in just a little bit we'll see we'll see y'all here's the groceries we cooking with of course you got to have you gonna have breakfast you gotta have eggs so we got eight eggs all scrambled up there we got one pound of bacon we got some breakfast blend seasoning we're gonna season everything up with we got a pound of tennessee pride mile saucing up me personally i'd go for the spicy but you know when you feed the family you got to feed do what you're doing got some potatoes here we have cut up just kind of diced up you dice them up how you like oh i got some kobe jack cheese back here that we're gonna make it all nice and cheesy and ooey gooey now some of this is gonna get these bell peppers right here and some onion so let's get to cooking i see the white smoke you know what that means hey hey this grill's ready listen listen oh yeah that sizzle this is a nizzle that smell we're gonna get this bacon all done up here get it good and crispy we can crumble it up put it in our breakfast [Applause] scramble gonna be good yes i'm cooking a whole pound of bacon [Applause] why bacon pretty thick piece there i like that ah we got the bacon on now you may be wondering why i didn't go ahead and petty zones you know taylor's gonna take the longest i'm gonna cook potatoes in the bacon grease all right now this griddle is like any other griddle it's got its hot spots as cool spots you know and right now i mean i got these three burners going the hot spot's going to be right in the center because you can see the bacon there shriveling up quicker so let's go ahead and flip them over just kind of work your bacon as you need to it's a good-looking bacon y'all look at that we'll move you over now get you over look at here huh let them cook a little while longer on that side oh yeah let's move this bacon around a little bit so now what i'm going to do is just kind of pile this bacon up over here and guess what it's going to continue to cook right where it's at this bacon here is pretty much done the way we want it as far as your bacon you know if you want it where you just touch it it crumbles off fall apart you do you but let me know down below how you like your bacon all right y'all this bacon is done so what we're gonna do is i'm gonna take it we're gonna put on a paper towel over here and just let it drain for just a little bit okay don't wanna waste that grease let that dry and cool and we're going to crumble that up but in the meantime let's get our taters on get our potatoes all spread out here in that grease back fried taters baby southern favorite some fried taters and bacon grease now let's turn our burners back down to the low or down to the low not back down they can't convert back down if they never begin with can you and let's hit some seasoning get a good little dusting on them here that breakfast blend oh man the smell smell is absolutely amazing right now love that sizzle sound i'm telling you i really believe they ought to patent this sound and like a relaxing sound i mean you know you can say hey alexa play sounds of the ocean or whatever sounds of the rain whatever well you know what people sleep sound of a sizzle the sizzle sound now what we're going to do now is pile this up like so put a dome on it y'all i have found some great uses for this dome i mean cooks taters down melts cheese that's one other fun [Music] it makes an awesome dinner bell we're gonna try it out here in just a little bit get all our taters up under there let's get the sausage on here we're gonna do is we're just gonna cut this pack here open and i'm sorry y'all there's just not no great way of doing this we're gonna get the whole thing on here [Music] what we're gonna do is sausage and we're just gonna chop it up cook it down and chop it up let's check these taters let that sausage cook a little bit longer right there check on my taters again let's cover them boogers back up similar water let that steam do some cooking and what i'm looking for in taylor's just i don't really want to darken them up i just want to soften them up that's all i'm looking for so once they get good and soft they'll be ready too now i believe the sausage is about ready all right this sausage is done taters are still kind of cooking so what i'm gonna do is i'm gonna take this sauce and just kind of move it over here to the side to stay warm and while our sauce is staying warm taters are cooking we can go ahead and crumble our bacon okay bacon has crumbled up y'all i mean look look at that you crumble out how you want to we got like big pieces here so we're going to set this back over here for right now check our taters oh yeah oh yeah i can smell that seasoning on the taters oh getting good and soft i'm looking there not quite where i want them yet but they're getting there but they're real close okay tater's almost done bacon's chrome with a sausage done all i got to do is get these onions kind of cooked down a little bit and the pepper so we're going to put them on now mix them all together now that that is the smell oh man i love love love the smell of peppers and onions on the griddle along with that sound you know there's a relaxing sound of the sizzle they need some kind of like a air air freshener that smells like this if they had an air freshener that smelled like peppers and onions on the black stone i'd buy it by the case let's give these a quick stir oh man smelling so good i'm not mixing all this all together uh the peppers and onions are kind of familiar i'm gonna mix some for me and maybe one of the kids might want to try some like crazy nano no peppers and you wonder why we call her crazy the chet taters oh they're hanging out in there a couple of them hanging on the lid won't hide from me y'all i think they're done i think they're done now what i'm gonna do is i'm gonna move the sausage back get back get back my peppers and onions over [Music] now i got to learn some tricks with the spatulas i got to learn you know how to flip them and carry on i'm gonna learn that all right y'all we gotta get these eggs going so what i'm gonna do is i'm gonna take a little bit of this butter butter down right there also what i'm going to do though is turn this burner here off and kind of cook because with eggs you don't want to cook them too fast that's the thing about eggs get this butter spread out everywhere here now just pour slow pour slow and fold get it all on there and just kind of let it cook real light fluffy eggs low and slow always remember little eggs you want to do low and slow what y'all think about them eggs so now let's drag our sausage over it mixed let's throw a bacon on here now i'm gonna go ahead and put this whole pound of bacon even though it probably needs more let's mix that now oh boy that right there put some cheese in it good right by itself ain't we're going to put these taters in there some cheese some of them peppers someone buy some of them put them peppers and onions in it yeah but that right there alone makes a meal let's ask taters and same with taters as many as you want this is a hearty meal right here buddy mm-hmm let's go ahead and add the rest of them in here crazy family got to eat for now got that done let's add some more seasoning this whole mix here season everything up all real good and light oh yeah it's not like i need to break it up there don't i got some dice going on here give it a good stir now we're fitting to put the magic to it y'all we're going to turn this burner here off leave this burner here on just for some residual heat residual let's add the sticky stuff let's have some cheese cheese please and lots of it mix it up oh yeah what y'all think about that huh without any breakfast bowl and a b this could make a big bolt y'all look at that oh man now i got to separate some of this and put them uh peppers and onions in here so i think what i'll do is just take a about that much right there for me and maybe one of the kids i might add a little more to it we'll see all these peppers and onions mix in here together with it that smells good it's ready we gotta try it out all right let's show you what we got going on here oh yeah i don't know why they wanted them peppers and onions but what they have actually looks really really good i bet it's gonna taste good too we got to try this out y'all okay y'all it is done i got mine over here you know with the peppers and onions maybe one of the kids want to try that we got the main stuff here and it looks really good it smells even better and i can't wait to try it out but we got to try a dinner bell out remember i told you it serves a dual purpose let's see [Music] it works look at here you know what i mean don't you means it's time to eat you wanna try some of the peppers and onions or not nope okay no okay so we gotta plate some of this up y'all let me place some up here for the man here oh look at that steam still coming off there yeah you hold that okay come back here they can think maybe they can see you hope y'all can see them i got to try me this oh yeah we need a fork man there you go i found one come on back all right before we dig in i hope you enjoyed this cook and we found another purpose for the dome but you know it's a dinner bell now ain't it you know what that means don't you wanna hear that ding so without any further ado let's try this out good old breakfast bowl breakfast scramble [Music] i'll take that every morning oh yeah how about you yep that's so good that is so good yeah if you want to make a feed a lot of people at your campsite rv at your house where that by the lake wherever you happen to be with your this is the way to do it hey who don't love breakfast man this is so good he's eating he loves it look at him so before i finish this plate
