hey thanks for tuning in YouTube nation this is Nate from griddle guys doing a big breakfast today lumberjack special got a bunch of hungry kids waiting to eat so ingredient roundup pretty straightforward what you normally get at a diner we get English muffins we're gonna grill eggs corned beef hash there's one of the hungry kids hash brown potatoes 3 pounds of break bacon some sausage from our local butcher shop anyone wants to make a breakfast sandwich we got rules for that so let's get that cook it should be fun first time we use this so we'll see how that goes work so well we'll do a little separate review on it that's a fun butter or you'll see how once the butter melts how we how it works but you do actually take your bun going across that employs it for you watch the amount of food we go today and muffins we'll probably need it that's all about it hopefully it does work toasted buns make a big difference you we should say we're on location today becomes the Dawn's house he's been very kind he's got a black stone at all-time high as long as I stay out of their way and not create a shadow on the griddle you guys are doing great so the key to the clock here is the order of stuff of what you cooked the bacon takes the longest and we want the bacon fat fries in shredded potatoes so basically we do the bacon first with the potatoes second the hash third and probably split the griddle keep half on lower off just to keep that stuff warm while we finish up the eggs or through the eggs because we've got people that want omelets people that want over easy people that want scrambled melt the cheese so plan that if you're gonna do a big cook like this right yes and the bacon also stays the best bars off to the side stays nice and warm stay at night confession finally we get into response rows you know with the butter maybe even without it yeah what so season for the potatoes yeah how'd you do like you just sees it all and misses - we just watched salt pepper whatever so Jeff you get getting ready I'm with Bacon's almost done putting that just off to the side and we're getting ready to put on the action ash bro well Nate sits on the cut over there working hard we should introduce Dave Dave I'll fail on YouTube days helping well yeah welcome to the griddle you can edit that out [Applause] these are the pre-cut hashbrowns pretty much you get a minute of any market these are ripe frozen we also sell right on the bacon bacon grease I went going they don't want to ask you to go get it and for some reason some people like that they can cook really well in this location I'm not going to name any names but that's what that's all about let's just say that they were allergic to shrimp [Laughter] no definitely alert it has something against lobster also yeah yeah gonna wha you know where they played last game yeah okay not so I'll play you should win scratch out for the season played on her tire today the game they should win but both of the games design awfully did I get worried it would usually he's good as hot a cost yes exactly Jeff I have a new name for your daughter oh yeah MS rubella wow it works what do we got the grill we're gonna turn up the win home price took longer than we thought windy day it's kind of cool oh and we've been at this footage say Chris 15 20 minutes were able to it now they've browned up but you know we were thinking they were gonna be done in like ten and they're not won't be a little world though all right all right get the hash on coming up next is we'll get after Sasuke losses and then the eggs or I will do it probably to the buns next plus sausage it we can throw the sausage on cook down stack them up rise and fall of the griddle guys smell it all happen uh all five walls and dry so Jeff you want to say where you're at right now we got the home fries her hash browns buddy yet have a nice crisp bottom nice sear we'll get the backside cooking right now we're trying to do the same thing with our Columbia - we all like it really crispy so kind of like you like some sausage patties [Applause] and then once the sausage patties are done put those off to the side start doing our rolls and we'll take our individual orders for the eggs the way everybody everything mm-hmm yes great you like crispy how you play softly I'd like I sound like a both ways if I'm making for my reference class I do a soft uh but I haven't bowled place restaurant this without editing it me two one three two one see what looks like before you throw it on what did the whole thing that's a beauty you you got the Columbia fast nice and crispy sausage warmed up and around and he's hashbrowns look beautiful so we're gonna stop pulling off and making our individual that way to keep everybody happy got bacon hashbrowns oh we doing a individual orders we got two almost we couldn't show you how to do that everybody else wants some scrambled eggs and cheese so can we go with the almost appeal a little butter down my bottle rule Oh pepper yeah once cheese ones bacon once cheese ones bacon bacon we get the bacon warming up again over there so with this they comes out pretty thin so it kind of cook from one side we can pretty much just do that and fold in some cheese in good when we just a little scrambled on going sit the rest and we got a couple of reasons but yeah I think we just do the rest over [Applause] your special technique with the scrambled eggs - I don't set up a little bit warm slow and this is about 12 eggs right here perfect well that's it all what yeah anybody else want cheese on their round breezy eggs okay get any more cheese in the house today you just entities yeah I'll thing anybody wants it on there over easy egg I do what you do Whitley what she's on over easy egg I smile with pointing it out I fainted one wait on them yeah let me go get it yeah because I put my sausage over my [Laughter] you you want [Music] you [Music] overeasy by steaming the top with some water so instead of having to flip the eggs we risk having them get all broken up on you covering throw some steam under there and it gets you that over easy check out beautiful perfect and with that of course you need one for you right no just one out I'll put that up [Music] you you
