I'll go Simon's character Croydon is gonna do a bit of acting on stage which is really getting into so you're about to see like the largest piece of acting you've ever seen if I know Simon is it hard like switching between characters not if you act on the level that I act usually is finding a voice you know like Crichton is very portioned that's a low dose but in wine is your Spanish so it's quite easy to switch between them and then the voice effects your physicality because you're just the way you talk affects the way you move and so you start from the voice and then it's quite easy really any type of it the calculator dressed-up eyes I'm just or nearly dressed they're still like the Forkbeard to go on my staff this is Queen Elizabeth's trusted advisors it's like playing William Shakespeare I started to do a little bit of research and then I quickly realized there is so much around Shakespeare there's so much that we know and suffers so much that we don't and actually this film isn't really about them the real Shakespeare in a way it's a character this this guy bill Shakespeare and I thought actually I just need to go back into the script and the script is enough what's going on now at the minute I'm just about to go on set I've got Lauren sorting out my sleeves for me and Jenny's just sort of got my hair and I'm gonna go on and do this we've seen a lot of what the character you come up with yourself is based on the costume and a major so when you're dressed as an old hag it's really easy to act a bit more yeah look more like that and one yes we've got pretty hair and I'm Jessie a little bit more graceful so ya know it helps the customer makeup help definitely like and you have to like make background noise what you talk about like what do you say well traditionally I always said it you said rhubarb so for a long time as the rhubarb and I got a scare into a lot trouble so now I always try to talk about something in the scenes yes rather than saying things like Oh what you think will finish or what are you going to do later can you reenact Deline that your character says in character to the camera I can he actually speaks quite often in little noises of time I don't know whether or not the microphone will pick them up but he doesn't awful lot of there is better dialogue in the film there'll be a couple of funny jokes as well but it's mainly noises how are you to do with it how am I to do with it well I'm not an actor I'm imposter really my son wrote the film BAM and he's starring in it and he three years ago when he started the film he said to me I'm going to write you in with the dog and I said don't be silly and he did and I'm here all made up Wow I took a piece of advice when I started acting which is you've always got to listen to the person who you're talking to what you would in normal life but you are to me now you're listening to what I'm saying because you can see on film when someone's thinking about the next line you start it you can see it in their face it's an and because it's filmed when a very big screen and everything you do the audience will see in they'll just go he's thinking about his lunch let's see if someone can teach us how so from here see block so you gonna lunge forward and swipers how its ready ready to look okay and action I think has an important part of putting a fight together is not just creating an amazing fight it's got to be in context for instance this is a comedy so there's lots of slapstick humor and it's trying to keep that within the fight you
