Big Snow Storm Makes For A Busy Day - The Team Splits Up

so we got a call for a bunch of cars that are stuck at the entrance to a place called under canvas so we're heading up there to see if we can get them pulled out it should just be a muddy slushy mess so we're spread pretty thin this morning we have calls in different parts of the county we've got rudy and a crew on the babylon mill road and we're on the kolob terrace road so it's going gonna be interesting to see how the rest of this day goes we had quite a bit of snow for this time of year fall last night and it's just wet and heavy and slushy and people are just driving around in it so we'll see how it goes we got jeffy with us and tim there in the back and we're gonna go have a good day probably kind of in a hurry to get up and get this i guess there's a pretty bad traffic jam up there and now we've got this we're going five miles an hour i'm gonna find a straight stretch of road here and make an illegal maneuver i'm gonna find a straight stretch of road and make a safe maneuver [Music] so what do we got going on here there's two cars right down here that are stuck okay i'm stuck all right so we woke up and i mean look at the crazy weather out there it's snowing for like the third day not in a row but we had a break of one day and it was nice weather and all the snow melts and like a day so we'll see how today goes because it's supposed to be pretty cold we got lots of calls this morning and we're actually heading to babylon mills to get something that's stuck out i didn't look at what it is but we're gonna go find them and get them out we've got tucker and uh trevor back there to film for us and i hope we get lunch today we probably won't though busy busy let's see there it is all right we'll just pull you up to the road awesome and then uh just keep the rope tight okay don't like when i you start see my brake lights you start slowing down just keep it tight that way won't get wrapped up around your wheel [Music] thank you time for new struts and then there's also the babylon arch down here it's pretty cool three all right they didn't want to try to pass him all right [Music] you got a bag for your rope look at that too bad it's not yellow it went worth cleaning my jeep that we came out and uh absolutely not i mean did you ask if they were a little little right it was gonna snow today like this right it's the weather man there's no reception down there we've been we've been down there for two days oh really yeah it was yeah it was warm yesterday i was gonna try to hook up farther back but i did not bring the right hook so i think i'm just gonna like take off that way and try to get the front end out of the ditch without having their back and slide in and then from there if i get them up on top of this i'll snatch them close then we can pull them the rest of the way out so you were just waiting for them or yeah i don't want to try to go around them with my trailer yeah is there somebody else yeah there's another person behind us even they're trying to go i told them to wait yeah that's pretty smart so i want you to have it in drive so start and have it in drive and then um i'm gonna kind of take off and give you a little bit of a pull and when i hit the end of the rope [Music] is this all-wheel drive and also i'm super close to this edge right here yeah i'm going to try to pull you off right so it's like that way how's it going good good you're next all right yeah we were we were behind the prius we were they stopped some decent traction but then just lost our momentum yeah this is a tricky road especially beautiful drive it's a very wet snow so it's melting fast how's it going do you want to turn your wheels all the way to the left left yep okay just hold it right there all right okay go ahead and straighten them back out there's about straight [Music] [Music] groups oh they're huge this one's got a collar with a tag on it you got a phone i'm glad you're not aggressive oh wiki hey wiki hey wiki go tell them just tell animal control everybody's looking for them they're right right at the sunset ranch wiki's the name of one of them but i'm gonna pull you at least out of the ditch re-hook and then pull you out of the mud up to where it gets better i'll make sure you get out [Music] could i have to turn the wheel the other way and back up a little bit yep okay lizzy do you want to pull my jeep down here in front kind of closer towards the bank okay so i'm gonna pull them out to the road and then we'll come back just check on you guys me or that other guy i might need your help for both okay sounds good thank you guys [Music] [Music] hmm i think it sucks running in general you guys made it captioning not today it available so we got there and it wasn't as bad as it has been before we've we've been there before when there's been four or five vehicles that need to be pulled out of there but there was only two there's a couple other trucks there that were concerned about getting stuck as well luckily they made it through and we got the car we were trying to get out out so that went pretty quick and we're gonna talk to animal control about those dogs and see if they've been separated from their owners or if you know what's going on so the outside of my jeep's super muddy now but that's that doesn't really matter it's what's what's on the inside that counts
