[Music] welcome back to sous-vide everything guys today I'm cooking rack of lamb I know they're going to come out perfect so he is awesome for this I'm making two of them that way you know which way is the best way to make it I hope you enjoyed the video let's get right onto it let me show how I made them so I got these rack of lambs in Costco they already came frenched exactly like this I just removed them out of the bag and wash them thoroughly with cold water so here's the plan I have two of them I'm going to be seasoning them exactly the same the only difference between them is one will be pre seared before I cook sous vide and the other one is not I want to know which is the best way to cook them so let's get one of them seared [Music] [Music] [Applause] now that when you see you let me show you the seasoning that I used without me we start off with the salt now this is coarse salt then I added some butter about 1/4 cup for each rack and to finish it off I added some organic time putting them on the back was no big deal they fit perfectly in a one gallon bag I'm going to be cooking them both at the same time at 135 degrees Fahrenheit for two hours [Music] ha [Music] they smell fantastic ooh super good now I love using coarse salt because when you saw me fill me as soon as you came out of the bag the salt is still on top so it doesn't dissolve right away so what happens in my theory remember I'm not a professional chef here my theory what happens a lot is the meat only consumes the amount of salt it really needs and the rest just stays on top that's exactly what happens with the picanha when we cook it on the barbecue we put as much salt as we want then we bang it all out or the softballs off so this comes sous-vide it's happening the same thing so super excited now I'm going to pair these babies dry and we're going to take it outside sear them let's do it [Music] and they do [Music] yes Wow they smell really good I'm excited to cut it open let's cut them open let's see what we got [Music] all right I look great don't they look great ninja so the juicy juicy juicy juicy nothing is more than you super juicy perfectly medium-rare all the way through and just a nice crust are you ready to try it comes or with you and no idea alright first we're going to try this pre seared one and then we're going to try the unsere one we're going to find out which one is better go for a ninja Angela for it oh that's so good is it juicy Julie you later on the second toe is going to place more like like am I not on this perfect thing very very my headlamp light is there you know it's done but strictly try the unsere the pre time student one go for it oh [Music] yeah there difference really there is a difference the second one but the second one is better freakin amazing really I am without searing is perfect not always no battle both of 10 and the second one is gone nice Mama's going to try let's go you're going to wait for a lot to try I I didn't like it at all as you can see you're going to wait really I got the mitten throw it away pretty good so good okay my manga tracks come on try pre-series Chrissy I used to know like lamb you just change me change me deep out in my core wow I am now a lamb either how did that thing gardening it's that goodness Wow all right I want to kill you eating is that good gopher alright the nose here no Syrian one oh no seared ones all the way now Sarah those here my turn Chris here is good I cannot imagine being better than this one lawyer Shepard appreciate is pretty good not going to lie perfect amount of salt the course so that it falls out and just then the right amount 16 it's perfect I like that working frigate let's go for the other look at how insanely juicy this is I mean if that's not you see I don't know what you see musculature oh [Music] you guys said I was a little different than the huge difference night listen to me there is a huge difference it's not a little bit of difference a huge difference this was amazing make sure you do not see her before you cook it's to be if you're not a subscriber make sure you subscribe for future videos if you're interested in anything I used everything is on the description below I hope you guys have an awesome week and thank you so much for watching next week is going to be pitch guys so get ready for it it's very good Linda is going to go fishing I hope you catch some see you next one guys come on next week is Prince Prince Chris man [Music]
