said buckle up everyone and these are balls gate 3's top 10 mods for February 2024 [Music] enjoy number 10 is our armor mod of the month we now have the dedicated Paladin and cleric gear from the makers of the extra Gear mod extra gear has one of the cool L armor varieties you can find in the armor modding industry and I'm really a big fan of the work so gushing about the creators armor mods is an absolute pleasure for me are you looking for something that screams holy power of the light Vibes the mod introduces 24 armor pieces that has its own passives and is completely diable what's striking here are the different o themed armors that you can get for the three sub classes of the Paladin each has it it own Tabor and color schemes that is unique to the oath like the oath of the devotion rocking that golden yellow ancient has a dark green look while Vengeance has this red and black Motif each set has an upgraded version including its very own uniques in passives we also get versions of the medium armors like the elegant plate breast plates and scal males all have their own styles of shoulder pads in additional design like introducing a sash the mod introduced oath keeper armor that is more of a righteous version of the oath breaker perfect for the just and Holy Paladin oath keeper armor has three versions that seem to upgrade the armor showing more aggressive design and detail including matching half Helm for your awesomeness if you love this armor mod I'm sure that you'll love this armor mod that takes your cam clothing drip to the next level which is our number n spot the fancy clothes from the same mod Creator this mod introduces 14 new gorgeously made cam clothing perfect for the body type 1 and two it introduces different variations of aerian really clothes complete with designs like sash belts and boots and a single clothing slot as well as some amazing night song inspired outfits I really like the frey corset belt version especially for shadow heart or any female character it gives this elegant Victorian Vibes it also comes with matching accessories like the pendants then I mentioned that it also keeps your body tattoos it is a perfect compliment for you to show that body art all the clothes are easily purchasable through various vendors in each ax while also be usable for transmog using the transmog inhance so enjoy now let's introduce our first visual mod ever which is our number eight mod of the month if you've been watching my showcase for a while I don't usually cover visual Improvement mods the reason is that most visual mods really take a toll to your performance most likely it will slow down your machine it will make your playthrough uncomforable and give you some issues besides the vid version is already gorgeous so most likely you will not be needing it but for today I will be making an exception introducing the Vivid landscape mod which is the HD Road and terrain these two mods are made by the same mod Creator and it improves the landscape with no performance issues what really noticeable is the muddy surfaces look muddier ground clutter and bried leaves look more detailed environmental contrast really pop out this is possible because of the terrain adjustment that was introduced by the mod that is focused on improving the ground quality of the game here are some really nice examples just to show you the difference if you add the Vivid landscape Road mod this will improve the quality of the roads in the game will look more realistic and provide more casted Shadows especially if you're running around during the daytime for your reference these are the differences if ever you want to check it out really noticeable is the stone bridge and Roads what's really cool is that the author also included 1K 2K and 4K options if you want to add this two mods in your list you can really Spot the Difference making Ballers Gate 3 more vibrant that it already is number seven is is a mod that we haven't covered before which is our spell effects mod of the month that is the Enchanted draws mod this mod introduces flaming fist as an underwear slot complete with some really cool fiery effects for your fist and feet making you look like a freaking fire bender it has really impressive design of the waving Flames that moves along your fist which is a nice touch it also has its own smoke coming from your fist and feet to add more detail perfect for this flaming fist monnk play style the mod is quite balanced but if you're wondering is it available for other classes the answer is yes it provides additional 1D for fire damage to your weapons as well as your unarmed strikes what's really cool is that whenever you wear this in your underwear slot while you are having a weapon in hand your weapon also gets a fiery Aura around it really cool right as for the damage it also scales a level so you can use it longterm in your playthrough so modifiers gives plus two to your dexterity and wisdom as well as providing burning for three turns the mod author also added a cosmetic version that doesn't have any effects if you just want to have that flaming fist aesthetic number six is our weapon in armor mod of the month this mod is the ultimate necrotic Paladin Necromancer theme set that uses a mix of Milly and can chips to destroy your enemies this mod also adds the sense of progression to your gear makes you feel like getting stronger whenever you slay your enemies and bosses this is because most of the gear from The Death Song is obtained through various locations in the game each can be upgraded with different materials giving them the ability to evolve and be much more powerful every stage of the game you will most likely come across these items naturally throughout their playthrough or maybe crafting them using special items like the prism of negative energy that's found in a mage Tower endercraft what's really interesting is that you finally have uses for the resources that you find like the gold ingots extra mythal ores Elixir and even the soul coin is usable to make this gear much more powerful it also adds new coins and currencies which are the death coins that are dropped by Bosses and hard enemies which is essential to improving the gear further it also provides better version of the cic thorm set for that Ultimate Death KN look the armors are totally upgr aable with all of the recipes are found in a mod page for your reference number five is something interesting because it is actually a spell that will make your Spore Druid class be much more of an actual Spore Druid introducing modified glut spores for Druid mod the mod introduces the animating Spore spell from glut if you roll a Spore Druid at level six want to have the power to reanimate the corpses of your Fallen enemies while retain aining the Spells and skills this is exactly what this mod does this is more of a ton down version of the animating sport spells that lets you reanimate the dead but you can't control them they'll be following you around and engage in combat without your control upon testing this mod I immediately thought about what you guys are thinking can we reanimate the Spider Queen matriarch well the simple answer is no boo this [Applause] man we can't reanimate monstrous creatures like big bosses Spider Queen spectator IDs Etc as well as ogres for some reason and most importantly you can't reanimate Dead story NPCs I actually tried this on minara because I accidentally killed her to get her armor you can however reanimate any other humanoid NPCs minatures hook Horrors Etc while retaining all of their skills and spells they actually fight the same same way as the normal NPCs would but I highly advise you don't reanimate NPCs that needs a weapon because most likely they won't be bringing that weapon along don't try to kill glut in order to reanimate him again it doesn't work I tried that out earlier so you don't have to number four is our UI mod of the month which is our better tool tips mod this is another essential in your load order together with improved tool tips mod that I covered before this mod adds information to your tool tips while also improving the readability of your flavor text for your items in the inventory screen you can also say it is a better inventory UI mod that focuses on a tool tip instead of the icons it adds categories in item functions to your stuff like adding vanity indicators for your cosmetic such as Camp clothing potions now have clear tool tips so you won't accidentally sell them like I do Scrolls now indicate what level and type they are are while also highlighting if it requires concentration the mod also changes weapon proficiency icons which is nice what I appreciate the most about the mod is we can now clearly see the approval rating of your companions without going to the third tab of the character sheet you don't need to individually switch to that tab anymore and they also added 19 new titles for your gear consumables million range weapons documents notes throwa balls and so much more this is another Banger UI mod of the mod as always they also got confirmation from the mod author themselves that it works perfectly with this current patch so you don't need to worry number three is our rework mod of the month that reworks the most popular class in the game which is our holy Warrior of the light the Paladin have you ever wanted to make your Paladin feel more paladini want to finally have the reason to use other Elemental smites in Your Arsenal and see how our r smer looks like it is a comprehensive revision of the Paladin class complete with new spells in gameplay it focuses on reworks that is more in the effectivity of the Paladin class while also improving some features and gameplay Dynamics it also preserves the original design of the class so you don't need to worry that it changes the Paladin entirely we have some new and really cool mechanics that was introduced with the mod like the new blessed Hammer that is a throwable holy hammer that deals 2 D6 radiant damage and blesses the ground with holy effects free draconic Elemental weapon buff that has its individual effects like the lightning stacks on the lightning Elemental Weapons radiating orb charges for the radiant version and crusted with frost for the ice Etc the modifications for the three different subclasses of the Paladin giving them more individuality and player devotion has more holy power to it like the sacred weapon and the holy re bue ancient has more of a nature focused with the wraths and entanglement while the Vengeance has a really cool rework for the vow of enmity the highlight of the mod is the rework to the smites which turns them into judgments that works more of an AA based spell reminiscing of the old Diablo auras while this judgment adds more Elemental damage and effects to your following smites for example the wrath of judgment adds frighten to your smites reing judgment inspires with every Smite and challenging judgment provides aggro whenever you try to Smite your enemies you can also see a lot of Elemental smites here like fire lightning holy that sort of stuff this is a great addition to the mod and I highly advise you taking this if you want to take your Paladin to the next level number two is our head mod of the month which is the Kalin Heads This is literally the heaviest and largest mod I've ever covered ever with roughly 500 MB of disc space required for this beefy boy the mod adds assorted heads to your character creation these heads are available for elf half elf tling Dro humans and some really impressive GI yank which is absolutely gorgeous what I noticed is all of the heads are wellmade and has some really nice head resents the mode focus is more in the male version and it is a welcome Edition because you don't find male Focus head mods that often so finding one is much appreciated what's really impressive as I mentioned earlier is the GI version which looks absolutely great I really like the mods version of the GI especially the M version textures look sleek and works with most head mods like the tabs hair salon and it is also compatible with The Whispers of asamer mod and the eyes of the beholder we finally have a gift face mod that doesn't give Grinch by which is sweet finally our highlight mod of the month and our very first res shade ever like the visual Improvement mods that I covered earlier if you've been watching the show for quite some time now I don't normally cover reshades because of the sheer complexity of installing some reshades that you normally find but I'm actually a huge fan of immersive colors for B Skate 3 so for today this is an amazing highlight for this really cool mod that brings out more realism to the game introducing the Forgotten re shades of favored mod the mod aims to improve more realistic textures and ground lighting to the game the fantasy tint is removed and they added some mellowness to the color schemes some examples are here if you want to see the difference I really appreciate about this reshade is that it is just very easy to install you just need to follow basic installation guide and your golden I will also be linking the installation guide in the description below to help you in your first
