let's make some pickled eggs okay first thing put the eggs in the counter and let it set at least four days you're gonna need a quart jar and you're gonna need these ingredients I'm salt sugar garlic red pepper flakes and vinegar I've put 16 eggs in all submerge it in water and turn it to high and what we're gonna do we're gonna bring it to a boil for about two minutes and remove from heat set the pot aside and we're gonna cover it what's it for 8 minutes give it a stir every now and then okay 2 minutes and set it aside okay while you're waiting or 8 minutes let's get 2 tablespoons of salt 2 tablespoons and sugar 1 there frigerator section of the stores minced garlic tablespoon of 1/2 and red pepper flakes then give it a good slosh of vinegar get it mixed up a bit okay before we start peeling the eggs we're gonna put a little bit of vinegar in here throw them in here for just a bit ok 8 minutes start putting your cold water in and you don't want to cool the eggs completely just need this sitting up cold water in there you can handle them here's where the baking soda comes in keep that soda water on there the peels just just roll off look at that the shells just roll off that's soda water rocks take some of that sulfur smell off I like to go about 4 eggs at a time I think that's a dozen that's all I'm gonna do make sure none of them little pepper flakes are on the edge tighten it pretty good rinse it off shake it up real good some of that sugar and salt would be at the bottom no refrigeration required gonna shake it with few hours for the first day
