through sepulture because the raid is complete dog should we quit on anduin and so only like half of our current rosters like killed uh faded Mythic faded jailers so why'd you guys quit just like the fights are just like super punishing or what it's just it was just an arduous tier of like the expectations from all Raiders like the Performance Based expectations were just kind of a little too much for what uh for what we wanted to do and uh we were like probably 100 pulls into anduin and you know like that the fight just had so many Do or Die mechanics like so many One-Shot mechanics and people just people are getting tired of it getting burned out and then and after accent number of people are like yeah I don't want to do this anymore I just I don't want to play you end up with like you know a really sub-optimal roster that it's like our progression is going to nosedive from this point be like we're on track for something good but now we're kind of just [ __ ] and every every you know obviously we put it up to a vote and everybody just kind of agreed like yeah let's just call it Tula that's awesome that's fine I've heard that from so many people that's why it's happened to like a million [ __ ] guilds on on uh on anduin specifically too like we were we were around the US like our boss skills were coming in around us 200 and if we had just continued rating and eventually killed the boss even if it was like two months later yeah that would have been like I don't know us top 100 or something like that not that ranks matter but I'm just I'm just saying like a hundred like half of the guild also quit they just all [ __ ] quit on like the same boss it's like basically your your rank for sepulture was kind of just a completion award just that you stuck at Alpha long enough yeah that's pretty much it right it was unless you're like you know talking actual good guilds but like top top guilds but hey Jasmine can we get a guild photo for a Discord let's go oh no I'm not there what the [ __ ] it just it just wasn't worth it it was just like we were like two months in and like you know we still had like three or four bosses left it was like holy [ __ ] so it takes forever to progress yeah we were doing um we were doing three at the time but the same number of hours so like we cut a day and increased our hours for uh hours per day for dragonfly oh yeah that would [ __ ] yeah absolutely that would burn people out I would assume that sucks I just hope the new raids are gonna be easier or like not really even easier but just like less punishing for like individual like oh pass fail one person makes a mistake everybody's dead volts volts should be I mean Rel like relative to sepulture it's gonna be easy uh relative to like a norm an average read I'd say it's probably going to be maybe slightly easier like because the like typically what blizzard has always done is made the first raid of each expansion a little bit easier than like increase it as goes on but they really had they've gotten away from that over the last few expansions I feel like and so I feel like that there's that portion of it but I don't think that matters too much but also coming off of sepulture they've said like we're not gonna do that again so those two things combined and then just looking at all the raid testing that's happened it looks like it's going to be a pretty pretty decent you know like it's not it's not going to be a cakewalk I don't think but it's gonna be um a good rate it's gonna be like Mythic nighthold or you know in between that and like Emerald nightmare something something yeah I don't think it's going to be anything like Ian yeah I don't think that'll ever happen probably not but probably like a seven to ten like for limited and Echo method probably like seven to ten days something like that so like your average right I mean I think that would be great I just I wish they would just design more of this stuff for like average players rather than like hardcore players and it seems like after a Sepulcher that's what they're gonna do I think I've I kind of I I have a take on that that's kind of it's basically like my take on that is like I think they need to get all these arbitrary raid difficulties out of the [ __ ] game so like everyone hates I love heart right like anyone who's anyone who plays the game hates LFR and like why does this exist though to get casual as a like a campaign experience of the game sure why does nor why do we have LFR normal heroic and Mythic like why does why does all this [ __ ] exist half of it's arbitrary and new players to the game have no [ __ ] clue what they're supposed to be doing because you have the same content that's available in like four different [ __ ] formats how about you just have Mythic and heroic and make heroic a tiny bit easier you know and then make me you know you can keep Mythic exactly the same or something like that narrow down the difference some they need to do something so that it's more the the path of progression through rating is more obvious for new for new players right you know like new new players or people that want to get into rating I think it's just it's it's maybe a little convoluted as to like what the [ __ ] you're supposed to be able to do and even like if you're a normal reader or heroic Creator or Mythic Raider like what does that even mean like what is it what does that even mean in terms of like relative skill it's really hard to like get a picture of that yeah I think it's just too much [ __ ] I wish they would go down to at least three difficulties I think four is too much like normal and heroic if they merge those that would probably be better yeah I yeah because like also you have the item level inflation too the item level inflation is crazy now I'm curious to see like how much damage people are going to do at the end of dragonflight probably like 300K yeah I mean they'll probably have to squish again yep anyway boys so I'm gonna try to do some of my other [ __ ] mandatory fun activities before the season is over so thank you guys again very much thank you buddy appreciate it man GG
