months ago and so i know how it feels to lose a loved one but y'all we have a leader thank you jesus and we have a first family uh that when we need something she's there when we need support she's there when we need her to bury i'm sorry to carry our burden she's there and y'all if i can just pull on the abundant life family worship center just for a little bit y'all hallelujah i'm reminded of the words of our leader when she said that a praise just feels better that when you're going through your situation when you got some things that's before you that you don't know what to do sometimes the mountain does not move but a praise just feels a little bit better sometimes we have to understand that god in his sovereignty decides to do what he wants to do how he wants to do and when he wants to do it my question is would god decide to be god will you still have a praise will you say for this i trust you for this i praise you i just need a few folks that don't mind saying no he slay doctors saying this no more doctors say that but i got a chance to have a body a body where i take off corruptable and put on immortality in a twinkling of an eye where the angels are going back and you trying to say over that late in the midnight hour that god can dry your tears god can minister to you like nobody else can and often times we ask the lord why and god just says that no he's built us as they say four tough but he has built us and he has equipped us to deal with our situations and life circumstances so as pastor has been preaching in this place and i'm about to hand the mic over to bishop wallace but pastor has been preaching in this place to bend but don't break and i will not break and so you got to know that the enemy were trying to touch the first family and the leadership of the house but is there anybody in the house today that although you may be going through something in your life that you are determined that if you bend a little bit that you're not gonna break that if you have to sway to the left or to the right that you're not gonna break that if you almost turn and you almost hit the ground that when you get back up that you have a mind sign today i thank god for allowing me to be here in this place and i thank god just for his grace and his mercy that keeps us i know that i've been here um quite a few times and i've met many of you but i thank god for you being here today because your spirit your presence is helping me as well so i thank god for that i thank god for my bishop bishop jonathan wallace and the inner court ministries family i thank god for him allowing me to be here and sending his blessing um as soon as i told him that i received the invitation he said oh yes go right ahead so i thank god for that and i thank god for my husband who's not here he's ministering at intercourt ministries um i thank god for his prayers and for all of my family that are here and i just thank god uh one i thank god for my friend uh pasta tea and man one i thank god because they have really been an inspiration to me um even before abundant life just watching the walk that she had was such an inspiration and has been an inspiration to me so i thank god for the lifestyle that she lives i thank god for man one and how he's supportive of her and i just i just thank god i thank god that he places um people like that in your life to show you the way and to let you know that you're not in it by yourself so i just want to say thank you publicly um for your walk i thank you man one for your walk i thank you for your support of my sister and i just thank god for him um i do want to extend my condolences to all of you to mother boon to all of the family pastor tn man one i'm into all of abundant life um minister colibone he always smiled always had a giggle i'm like what is funny what are you laughing about but he always seemed like he just got over a joke he was just laughing anytime i would greet him and i just want you to know that i have been praying for each and every one of you and i have been covering you in my prayers i know that it's been a few years since i lost my father but just the fact of losing a father i can say that god will fill god will fill the void um that is there because of the physical laws but i thank god for the praise that went up this morning to know that he is not hurting he is not hurting but he is resting well with god so i thank god for that i mean not only that but even on my way into church on today i was talking to my son jeremiah and i'm sure you all know who jeremiah is um but i was talking to my son jeremiah and he said you know i feel kind of bad um because he passed away and but he kept talking and he said you know you know if we die we go with god so really we lived a good life and even for him to be able to see and to know and understand that to be absent from the body is to be present with the lord really made my heart glad so i thank god for the life of our minister coley boone and i thank god for how god has allowed him to put on that new rule so i thank god for that i thank god for that um so today as i come before you i act that you all will pray for me as i go before the lord when i was asked invited to come and minister i was very excited and i said yes yes i will come and i will minister um but even though i was excited i was a bit nervous it was kind of an uncomfortable sensation that started happening in the pit of my belly and i said okay lord i said yes but lord god i need you to give me a word for the people and i thought about all of the times that the lord has blessed alf i thought about from when alf started until where you guys are now and i remember when pastor t first told me about win wednesdays and as she was telling me about when wednesdays i said oh my god i'm excited and i was pregnant i was about seven or eight months pregnant when she first told me and i said well lord i'm going to be on maternity leave then but i knew i had to be and when wednesdays i knew i had to be up under it because i felt in my spirit that god was going to do something i said lord i felt like there was going to be a shift and i needed to cut my maternity leave just a bit short so that i can be there and every experience that i have had with alf from when wednesdays to the times that i've come here um and been a part of a service to the times that i'm watching you guys virtually you guys get me amped up while i'm driving to church um and even to events that alf has had it has always been a blessing to me so i want to thank god for you i want to thank god for you always being a blessing to myself to my family um as well as to the body of christ so i thank god for that and if you all have your word if you would turn with me to philippians chapter 3 [Music] uh verses 13 through 16. uh with the key verse being verse 14 and 16 and brother oma omar elder omar um i think this is just a reprise because you've already preached my message so um i'm not going to say anything different but brother omar have already set up for me so i'm just going to come and encourage you all but if you have your word and it reads as thus the king james version reaches us brethren i count not myself to have apprehended but this one thing i do forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forth unto those things which are before i press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of god in christ jesus let us therefore as many as be perfect be thus minded and if anything ye be otherwise minded god shall reveal even this unto you nevertheless where to we have already attained let us walk by the same rule let us mine the same thing and that is the reading of the word in the king james version and again the key verse verse 14 i press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of god in christ jesus and if you would go with me in a word of prayer father god i come before you lord just to say thank you lord god i thank you lord god just for the space in this opportunity god i thank you lord god for your very presence oh god that i feel in this place god i thank you for your holy spirit oh god i thank you god for your presence that is here oh god and lord god i ask right now that you would remove mario god remove me out of the way god and you have your way o god in the name of jesus god i pray oh god that you would speak through me o god allow your word to come forth oh god in the mighty name of jesus god on today i pray that someone would hear your word oh god and that someone would be encouraged oh god and that someone would be strengthened but most importantly god i pray that you would get all the glory oh god because it all belongs to you god it doesn't belong to me it doesn't belong to anyone else but it all belongs to you so god right now and i say thank you god i say thank you in advance for what you're going to do god and how you're going to move oh god and lord i give you the glory i give you the honor and i give you the praise in jesus name i pray and my soul says thank you lord in jesus name amen amen and before i go further i do want to thank god for our missionary pearl who is coming to serve with me today and i thank god for our minister nala and for the praise team minister erica i swear every time i see them girls i am so touched i am so so touched because you can truly see the ministry in them it's not just about a dance but it is about true ministry so i thank god for you i thank god for our little minister nala every time i see the dances they truly minister to me so dances keep going that is your ministry that is your gift use it to god's glory in the name of jesus so we went through the text of philippians chapter three we went through the text and i read the king james version and as i was studying i went to different translations and i just wanted to have a clearer understanding and one that stood out to me was from the message translation and the message translation says it like this i'm not saying that i have this all together that i have made it but i am well on my way reaching out for christ who has so wondrously reached out for me thank god for that he reached out for me first friends don't get me wrong by no means do i count myself an expert in all of this but i've got my eye on the goal where god is beckoning us onward to jesus i'm off and i'm running and i'm not turning back and when i read that i said oh god i thank you because it's not just about what we are doing but it's about what god is expecting us to do he's not expecting us to be concerned about what we're going through right now but he's expecting us to keep our eyes on the prize so i thank god for that he's expecting us to trust him and to trust him all the way so verse 15 and 16 says so let's keep focused on that goal those of us who want everything god has for us if any of you have something else in mind something less than total commitment god will clear your blurred vision you'll see it yet and verse 16 says noun that we're on the right track let's stay on it so on today i want to leave a bit of encouragement to you and i want to encourage you to go all the way go all the way so here in the book of philippians we find the apostle paul and he's writing a letter to the church of philippi now if you did some research you would know that at this point paul is sitting in jail while he's writing this letter and paul is noted as one of the greatest testimonies of what the power of god can do when you totally submit yourself to his will paul who was formerly known as saul was noted as a very dedicated man he was a man of some type of prestige he was a man who was dedicated to the traditions of his people and their law he was committed to stopping and even killing those who spoke against his religion or who went against the law so much so that the disciples even feared him a little bit however there is nothing and no one that can stand against the power of god so one day while paul was going on and he was going about his journey looking to destroy or stop those that were speaking against his law speaking against his religion he had an experience so how many of you have had an experience i know that i have along my way of life i thought i knew everything but i didn't and it wasn't until i had an experience with god that i realized yeah i need to go just a little bit further this experience for paul led to the salvation and the total transformation of him at that point his name was saul but we know that when we go through a transformation god will change our names and ten years ago elder omar he changed my name to green so i'm no longer a campbell god has changed my name hallelujah that's just a sidebar he has changed my name but in return saul who now becomes paul began serving god with all his might paul began going to and from preaching the gospel he said i got to spread this gospel i got to let the whole world know about this god i got to let the whole world know about jesus christ he went trying to encourage others to follow god just as he was he became he came across a lot of uh different obstacles while he was going and if you would think about your life while you were walking about while you were trying to find yourself and going about and trying to develop your relationship with christ when you first accepted god there might have been some side eyes that you received uh there might have been somebody who said wasn't you the one who said yeah let's go ahead and do this and do that just like paul when he first accepted jesus christ people said wait wasn't you the one that persecuted the christians now you're trying to say you want to be one of them he also found some people that were on the other hand said oh i want to know about this jesus too but then there were some people who said okay so now you're going to go against tradition now you're going to step out of what we said that you should be now you're gonna go against what i said or what people or society says that you can do okay so since you're gonna go against what the norm is for society we're gonna kill you we're gonna beat you we're gonna arrest you there were people who threatened his very life because he stood on the promises of god and because he chose to follow after god paul was so focused at that point of making amends to god that he tried to be the best christian he could be he said the way that i know to get through this relationship the way that i know to do what god wants me to do is i have to be the best christian in the land however god cannot be won over by our deeds the bible tells us that we are not sufficient of ourselves to think anything of ourselves but our sufficiency is of god however every opportunity that paul had he would preach to the preacher gospel to anybody who would listen to him and as a result of this newfound dedication paul came to a situation he came to a situation where he said wait there is something that is missing and even as you're going about your relationship you might have found yourself in those same situation where you said wait i know that i said it i accepted god i know that i said yes but there's still something that is missing you've got to go all the way see there comes a place in our lives where we get to a point and we say wait it's not just about coming to church it's not just about doing the deeds but it's about submitting our very soul our very being to the power of god that he might work in us yes you want to go to church yes you're going to do the accent within the community but it's about submitting to god paul was so determined to do that he forgot that it is by grace that we are saved through faith and this is not of ourselves but it is a gift from god so that no man can boast there is nothing that we can do that would win god but it is simply because of god's grace and because of god's mercy that we are here today it is simply because of his love for us it is simply because of the fact that he called and chosen each and every one of us knowing what our past would have been knowing all the things that we would do knowing all the mistakes that we would make he still chose us so because god has chose each and every one of you it is very important that we stay focused on the prize and go all the way we are the workmanship created in christ jesus unto good works which god hath ordained that we should walk in see just as paul when he first was converted he became lost in religion he became lost in the things of tradition he thought that if he saved the most people if he established the most churches that he would win god but he forgot that this is not about religion and it's not about tradition but it is about our relationship that we have with god god chose each and every one of us to fulfill and achieve a specific purpose and as we strive to become what god has purposed in us we have to understand that none of this is possible on our own we have to walk this path of righteousness hand in hand with god and we have to be determined to go all the way with him and as we walk with him just as with jesus christ there are going to be some trials that we all will face yes there will be some times that we're going to come against some mountains there are going to be some times that we're going to walk through the valley but we have to stand on our yes elder omar we have to stand on our yes and say yes god i will go all the way there may even be some life situations that are going to come to blow you off course but you have to come right back and say yes lord i will go all the way despite what might come against me despite what i might be facing my pride my eye is on the prize and i am striving to go all the way we have to we have to maintain the wisdom to go all the way and when you maintain the wisdom to go all the way the way that we do that is we have to maintain our worship we have to maintain our worship to god so even when we're going through the storm we have to look to god and say god yes i will trust you god yes i will continue to obey you god though lord god all things are coming against me god yes will i still praise you o god in the name of jesus you have to know that this race that you are going in oh god this race that you are going in this journey that you're working walking with god that you're not in it by yourself why because jesus himself is interceding for you he's sitting at the right hand of the father and he's pleading your case so you know that you're not in this alone and as you're continuing to go as you're maintaining your worship as you know that god is interceding jesus is interceding with you and for you before god you will be able to navigate through this race no matter what may come you have to go all the way for he that shall endure until the end the same shall be saved and as we approach our text philippians chapter 3 we find paul or god sitting in the jail and he says brethren i count not myself to have apprehended but this one thing i do forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forth unto those things which all before paul came to a revelation he said i cannot stand in this place that i am i understand where i am i understand that i'm sitting in a place that i might sing bound somebody who might be in jail might feel like oh i can't get out i'm caged up i'm tied up i'm wrapped up there are things around me that's hindering but paul said no you won't i press forward towards the mark hallelujah jesus paul said i'm going all the way paul now had the wisdom to understand that all he had to ach all he had achieved was not in the place in which god wanted him to be but he knew that god was taking him somewhere further he knew that there was a certain destiny that god wanted him to achieve paul knew he was going all the way and even though at this point paul had achieved many things he has established many churches some people might look at that and say oh well he's good he started this church he started that church but paul said no that's not where it ends that's not it i got to go all the way for the one only the way to attain that promise reward was to hold on to the father to keep his faith and to be led by the spirit of god and just as you and i there is a specific plan and place in god where we have to push just a little bit further there's a specific place in god where we gotta go just a little bit higher we can't allow ourselves to become complacent in the place that we are in we can't allow ourselves to become complacent in just being an okay saint or doing just enough to get by but we have to go a little bit deeper see it's one thing when you are going about your life and you're just saying oh i'm going to church and i'm coming home i'm going to church and i'm coming home but god said no that's not all that i have called you for that is not all that i want to do in you what i want to do in you is bring something magnificent out of you so in order to get to that place we got to walk with god when you're walking with god you're not just walking to the church and going home but you're spending time in his presence while you're home by yourself you're spending time in his presence why because it's his spirit that is going to bring that change hallelujah jesus but the word tells us that while we were yet sinners christ died for the ungodly god knew us before we set out yes and there are some times when we come to a situation where we say lord i don't know if that's where you're calling me he's not calling me to be a preacher he's not calling me to be a minister he's not calling me to be a deacon or a trustee every one of you are ministers in christ every one of you have a testimony and god has called you to be on assignment pastor uh pastor uh excuse me lord i'm sorry pastor jessica excuse me sorry jessica that might be for you i don't know where that came from my apologies but you pastor jordan yes god has an assignment for each and every one of us an assignment for each and every one of us thank you lord the devil is a liar hallelujah jesus hallelujah hallelujah before we got to the place where we are right now god knew what we were going to do god knew our beginning from our end god knew that there will be some times where we were going to fall short god even knew that there would be some times when we would get to a place and say god i'm out of my comfort zone that's not where i want to be god but it's not about what we want it's about what god wants for us it's about what god is calling us to be it's about what god has purposed us to be and so you have to totally submit to god and walk with god so that you could become all that god has purpose for you to do god commands us to love him with all of our heart all of our soul all about mind and all of our strength meaning all of your being you cannot give god 50 of yourself and think that that's it because it's not it you cannot give god 75 or even 98 and think that that's it because 98 will not do but you have to give god a hundred percent of yourself a hundred percent of your yes hallelujah jesus there is no such thing as a believer just coming and sitting by the wayside but we must put our yes into action and with this we have to be just like paul who became the example for those around him he became the example by serving god with his lifestyle of worship he said i am going to do all that god has called me to do and i am going to preach whether in season or out of season whether it's good or whether it's bad i am going to preach what god is giving to me he became an example for those around him we have to be the ones that will worship god in our daily living whether we worship him in our giving we worship him without tithing we worship him in our leadership whether with your family or with your friends you have to be the example for those that are around you even when things are going bad or even when things are going hard somebody is looking at you somebody is looking to see how will you respond when things hit the fan how will you respond when you're up against a mountain how would you respond when you're walking in a lowly place how would you respond and your response has to be i'm going all the way i'm going all the way and maybe today you have found yourself bound up you might have found yourself chained up you might even found yourself stuck in a place where you thought you would never be you might have found yourself in a situation and you said i don't know how i'm gonna get out of here but the bible says which of you intended to build a tower does not sink down first and count the cause whether he has enough to finish it one thing that i can say is that when you count the costs count the cost it's already been paid the cost of your salvation was paid back on calvary but the cost of righteousness is the wisdom to maintain your worship to god in spite of what you're going through so will you be the one to praise god when things are going well or will you be the one that will praise god even in the midst of a test while you're going through you have to encourage yourself you have to keep holding on to god and you have to go all the way you have to maintain your worship so as you're going through when you're tough up against that tough time you have to say yes god i will trust you god yes god i will obey yes god i will serve you even when it gets hard you have to say lord you are worthy god you are wonderful god you are awesome god you are great god you are mighty even in this god you are still worthy you have to go all the way you have to go all the way and when you are going off the way one scripture in the bible says it like this when i remember these things when i remember how it was when i first was saved when things were going good when it seemed like oh yes i have all power when you first get saved everything is great it seems all you see is sunflowers outside and green grass and the wind is blowing yes when i remember when i remember i pour out my soul within me i remember how great it felt though i was used with the multitude i went to them to the house of god with the voice of joy and praise i remember when i first got saved and i remember being the first one at the church i remember being the first one up to clap my hands i remember being the first one to jump up and sing a song i remember being the first one to give a dance but oh when that situation came when that situation came when the test came yes when the test came when the storm came then the scripture says why are you cast down and why are you disquieted within me david says hope thou in god for i shall yet praise him for the help of his countenance oh my god my soul is cast down within me therefore i will remember you when you are up against that storm when that storm is blowing in your life you have to remember god so i thank god for little minister nala because that song spoke to that when you are going through the storm you have to remember the word of god and stand on the word of god i will remember when god said come to me all ye that labor in our heavy labor heavy laden and i will give you rest i will remember when god said if any man will deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me for whosoever will save his life shall lose it but whosoever will lose his life for my sake the same shall save it i will remember that our light afflictions which is but for a moment it's only for a moment it has not come to stay it has not come to rest in you but it is for a moment so if you would push forward if you would press forward toward the mark you're gonna get through that moment hallelujah hallelujah hallelujah hallelujah but press forward a light affliction which is but for a moment is working for us a far more exceeding and the eternal weight of glory you have to remember and you have to maintain your worship there is no temptation no trial no battle no situation that god is unaware of and that god has not already prepared a way for you to win god already has a way for you to win because all things are working together for your good so even in that hard place maintain your worship your worship will change your very perception of what you're going through and i heard elder omar say earlier today that pastor t always says the praise makes it feel a little bit better and that is so true when you're facing those hard times put a praise on it because the more you dance the more you give god glory the better that you're gonna feel the lighter you're gonna feel you might have come into the church doors today and you might have felt a bit heavy you might have came into the church doors on today or even some other service you might have come into the church doors but when you came in you might have felt heavy but once you got into the midst of the service once you got up under the glory cloud once you linked your praise with somebody else once you felt the spirit up in this place then you felt a little bit better you found yourself walking out the door saying you know i feel just a little bit better so maintain your worship and go all the way hallelujah jesus hallelujah so when you maintain your worship you have to know that maintaining your worship will give you a certain power and this power is the same power that jesus christ shared when he walked with the disciples when jesus walked with the disciples he knew that there was a tough situation tough decision that he was going to have to make but he said lord i'm going to do it not my will but thou will be done and as he walked the disciples watched him as he walked the disciples saw him and just like paul he continued to walk and others saw that there was some power in him as you're walking that power that god is gonna put in you will give you the strength to intercede for somebody else it will give you the strength to be able to show somebody else the way somebody else who can't see it somebody else who just doesn't know it would give them the same strength why because we're linking arms together bishop when he came and he gave his acknowledgments he said yes i'm coming when the enemy messes with one he has to mess with all of us it's something about when you link your presence in your spirit with somebody else you feel just a bit stronger it's something about when you're walking about and when you're dealing with the situation and you know you have your brother and your sister in christ right there praying for you praying for you in the midnight hours encouraging you somebody's sending you a message and saying hey i got your back it makes you feel just a little bit stronger you will have the power to intercede but you've got to go all the way and when you receive this power i feel that this power is building you up this power is building up your spiritual muscles it's giving you the power to keep going not only is it building up your spiritual muscles but it's building up your spiritual stamina and it's building up your anointing the anointing that gives you the power to fight the anointing that gives you the power to press on the anointing that gives you the power to achieve the perfect will of god and the verse 14 says and i press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of god in christ jesus let us therefore as many be perfect be thus minded and if anything you be otherwise minded god shall reveal even this unto you alf over the past two years god has been building you up on your most holy faith he has been building you up there have been times where most churches especially on this past year have fallen away but you have not you have not and that's because god has been building you up and there are people even myself virtually who are watching you and they are seeing the praise that is going forth in spite of they are seeing the praise that is going forth despite how other churches are shutting down but god has been keeping you he has been keeping you because he understands that there is a certain destiny that alf has there is a certain destiny that he wants to bring you to you are not the church of yesterday but you are the church of today and god wants to take you further he wants to take you further because he understands that because of this ministry god is going to bring others to christ god is going to show others it's not about traditions it's not about the old ways how we did things the same way but it's about moving in the presence of god it's about following and being up under the presence of god that god is going to use hallelujah and just as we see the text the text tells us that we all have our individual experiences with christ we all are going through our continued experience with christ we all are seeking a future experience with christ desiring a victorious experience with christ which will ultimately lead to an eternal experience with christ and this is how we know first corinthians 12 says but the manifestation of the spirit is given to every man to profit with all for to one is given by the spirit the word of wisdom to another the word of knowledge by the same spirit to another faith by the same spirit to another the gifts of healing by the same spirit to another the working of miracles to another prophecy to another discerning of spirits to another diverse kinds of tongues to another the interpretation of tongues but all these worketh that one in the self same spirit dividing to every man severally as he will for as the body is one and have many members all the members of that one body being many are one body so also is christ so for the body of christ is made of many members yet one body many members yet one gold many members yet one sound and the sound is yes i'm going all the way but in order for us to go all the way we're gonna have to work together we're gonna have to cross generations for god uses the old to he uses the old for its wisdom and he uses the young because they are strong and when we work together in unity then is the body of christ strengthened for the bible says two are better than one because they have a good reward for their labor for if they fall the one will lift up his fellow below to him that is alone when he fall of for he had not another to help him up again if two lot together then they have heat but how can one be warm alone and if one prevail against him two shall withstand them because why we need one another to survive for the word says where two or three are gathered together in my name there will the spirit of god be in the midst together we can go all the way our worship gives us the determination to run and when we work together and intercede for one another we gain the strength to press on and then are we able to navigate through this race called life why because we can't do it by ourselves and now that we have spent some time with god now that we have learned that it's not of our own accord but it is through faith in the promise that god will perfect us through jesus christ noun is when we have to use all that has been instilled in us to go all the way all the way and verse 16 says nevertheless where to have already i attained let us walk by the same rule let us mine the same thing when you are faced with difficult situations don't forget your yes to the lord don't forget who was the one that saved you and sacrifice he made for you don't forget the fact that he gave his only begotten son on calvary that you might have salvation don't forget that he brought you and gave you benefits from being in his presence don't forget that you said yes lord that i would serve you and most importantly don't forget the promises that he made to each and every one of you if you but go all the way for us just like paul it doesn't matter how things were in your life before you said yes and it doesn't even matter how things might look right now but if you would say yes lord i'm going all the way and maintain that god would keep you god will not only keep you but he will bring you into a better place and when the world is falling apart and when all things are going on god is still expecting you to say yes yes he's he's expecting you to say yes timothy puts it this way for i also suffer these things nevertheless i am not ashamed for i know whom i have believed i know whom i have believed and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which i have committed to him i'm going all the way when you commit yourself to him that means you are committing all of you to him that means it doesn't matter what's going to come you will never say no to the lord but you will say yes even when you're burdened down you're going to say yes even when you feel that it's too much on you you're gonna say yes and the more you walk with god the more you say yes to god the more god will lift you up the more god is gonna make you better and the more god is gonna make you strong and as you continue to walk when you get to the end you're gonna look back and say god it was good that i endured that it was good that i went through that hallelujah jesus the same deal that you had in the good times is the same deal that you have to hold on to in the tough times the same deal that you have when you first believe is the same zeal that you have to have when trials and tribulations come and paul says it this way i have learned in whatsoever state i am i have learned to be abound and i have learned to be abased everything and in all things you must
