- Y'all. I don't know what to say but just tell me which song you like better. "Never Too Much" or "A House Is Not a Home" from Luther Vandross. - Oh, Luther Vandross. Mycah's black. Mycah's black. (upbeat drumming) - Without seeing someone How can you tell if they are black? Through their name? Through their knowledge of black television shows, black movies, and black culture? Is it their voice? We brought together six black people and one secret white person With no cameras. Can they find the odd man out? (upbeat drumming) - My questions will be experiential. The one secret white person will probably be a white person who knows RnB. Who knows the classics. - I wanna win! Oh my God. I wanna win. I'm gonna figure out who is telling a fib, just based off of how they're communicating with us. Hopefully that works. It might not work (Camerin laughs) - Today, I'm just gonna be asking like mostly, very popular black pop culture questions. - My strategies today are going to be to look for like the little generic stereotypes that most people associate with black people. - Because I feel like the mole is gonna try to play some you know, black stereotypical things. - I'm just gonna start calling people out. - Hey everyone. My name is James Trisco. My pronouns are he, him, his. I'm super, super excited to be here, but also obviously very nervous. I'm not really planning on using a strategy. I'm just going to be me. I just have like an inappropriate profile picture at the moment. (splat on screen) (record scratch) - It was at this moment (glass dings) that he knew he (censored) up. (suspenseful music) - Oh, hey - Oh, God. Oh, Cameron's black. (Mycah laughs) I'ma say that. - Jesus this thing goes really quickly. - We can't figure out who the mole is by asking where we from. - You're asking where we're all from Someone's from San Francisco - Ah, he's from Uganda. I can't tell him he's not black. - Yeah! I like Cameron already. (upbeat trumpet music) - Oh god. Okay. The conversation's kind of lulling. Come on guys. (tape rewinds and a man yawns) They ask about black is king. I see. I don't have that. - Uh, I knew Beyonce would come up quick. - I'm gonna ask, where are everyone's parents from? - Yo, I know they were gonna ask me this. I should've watch the movie but... - See I don't have that Disney Plus money (James laughs) - Where everyone's parents from? - Where everyone's parents from? (James sighs) - Black is king. I honestly don't know what black is king is. (record scratch) - Wait a second. (swoosh) - I don't know what black is king is. - Oh (censored) - Kami says she's from Jamaica. - I'm gonna be really mad if they're lying about being from Haiti. - People from Dubai, do they consider themselves black? - Camerin's thinking I'm sus now. Aw, Camerin don't do this to me, man. - If I were to say my parents are from Ireland and Poland, it's an obvious um? (James laughs) Okay. (James sighs) Shoot. - The layers of blackness. Geez. (bell rings) - [Jubilee] And that is time. - That round went fast. - Round one was tough. Oh my God. That shit was so hard. - On this round, I felt kind of okay. I was just trying to be super casual with it. I think we were all just kind of like chatting. It didn't feel like anyone was like aiming for a certain person. - Camerin. Camerin is the mole. - I'ma say James? - I think I'm gonna vote Mycah. - Okay, I'm going with Mycah because everyone else changed their emojis to black. - I think I'm gonna vote Camerin. - Camerin doesn't have a picture. I don't know. Camerin sounds like a white name. So I'm just gonna vote Camerin. - Camerin has to go. - The person eliminated this round is Camerin. (buzzer blares) - Period. (sighs of relief) - Oh God. See? Okay. The game moves too fast people don't think as fast as I do. That's probably why I'm out. - Five minutes - Uh how old is everyone? - We have five minutes to talk to everyone. - Oh - 21 years old. - 19 - I have a question for Trevor. Why are you in Dubai? - I'm a full-time student. - Yo, wait, Trevor. I think James is compensating. He been saying "yo" too much. - Name a time when you've experienced racism. Geez. We got deep real- - Name a time you've experienced racism. (slide whistle) Oh shit. (James sighs) - Oh, he said, no bs. Let's go. Period baby. - Um, obviously, no one fetish- I mean, like, I don't really get fetishized. Um, but it pisses me off. - I love being called articulate. - What was the question? - I can relate to that - Is that not a given? - Uh, a white man once rubbed my skin, so soft What the? That is weird. - White man, not- not saying, "oooo so soft"! (Mycah laughs) Who didn't answer? - Mycah's talked about being articulate, Trevor said when he was streaming, some guys hopped in the chat, called him the n-word and left. - Do anyone like 90s black folks? - Moesha just hit Netflix. - Uh this lady said my hair felt like those dish scrubbers. (Trevor laughs) - Dish scrubbers? Someone said her hair felt like dish scrubbers. - Not the dish scrubbers! (Mycah laughs) - Single! - Single. - Single. I like them! - Oh! Oh shit, I thought she meant, I thought they meant like, living like, 'cause I'm single currently. (punch) - [Cartoon Voice] Nope. - Um (James sighs) - To be honest, I'm not the biggest sitcom fan. - To be- James, I don't know. I don't know. - I'm not the biggest fan of sitcoms. Mm, James you're on my list. - How do y'all feel about Princess and the Frog? - How do you type and talk and process all at the same time? - So much stuff here. Ugh! - Bald couple years, fighting (Mycah laughs) Not Lebron James! Not Lebron James. (James sighs) - I get what Disney was trying to do I'm really happy about - I'm mad - Splash Mountain - 'cause she was a frog. - I've never been to Disneyland. So I don't know what you're talking about. - Stop making like characters into non-humans. - Why is our one movie us being an amphibian? - What are we even talking about? (clock ticks and swoosh) (bell rings) - [Jubilee] And that is time. - I don't want to jinx it so I'm gonna (knock on table) knock on wood. Um, I'm feeling a little more confident. - James, when I mentioned 90s black TV shows, he said he's not really into sitcoms. Pfft. I haven't met a black person who didn't watch you know, sitcoms. - So I'm gonna vote for Trevor. - James, probably. - In this round, I think I'm most suspicious of James. - I guess I'm gonna have to go with Trevor. - Trevor. I'ma go with Trevor. (upbeat drumming) And I don't even know why. - This round, there is actually a tie. - Oh my God. - No way. - We love a good tie over here. So here we go. The tie is between Trevor and James. (Trevor sighs) - Period! Period! - Damn it. - The both people I said! - So what this means is you will note vote again between those two people, Trevor and James. - Oh my God. What did I say wrong? I didn't say anything. - I'm choosing Trevor 'cause I chose him last time. - I'm voting for Trevor 'cause I don't want to be out (James laughs) - James, I know it's you, man. I know it's you. You're the one coming for me. - I'm gonna stick with, James. - I'm not convinced that it's Trevor, but James, on the other hand. - We're gonna go with James. Sorry, I'm changing it up. I feel like Trevor wouldn't lie about someone calling him the n-word and leaving. (upbeat drumming) - The person eliminated this round is - Do you think it's James? - James. - Period! (James bangs on table) Sorry, sorry, James. - Damn it. (James sighs) Obviously, like, I'm a little, I'm upset. I want to personally know what gave it away perse. I mean, like, obviously, maybe a shit ton of things did. - First to type. Trevor? Ooh. - How did you parents handle when you did something dumb as a kid? - Mine brought out the wooden stick, baby - Mine brought out the wooden stick! That's what Trevor said. - Hm. - Belt for me - I asked a good question 'cause the way your parents treated you- - Whatever, my mom was holding. - Oh Lord, Jesus. Alright, Brandon definitely getting it. (Trevor laughs) - My favorite line is, "it hurts you, more than it hurts me". (Brandon laughs) - Mycah said, my favorite line is, "it hurts you, it hurts you, more than it hurts me". (Trevor laughs) - It hurts me more than it hurts you. No it doesn't. It really doesn't. - I don't know. They're typing so fast. - If the secret white person is still here they're guilty of digital blackface. (soft electronic music) Ooh. (soft electronic music) (Brandon scoffs) - All of our emojis are black. - Just saying. - That is, oh, just saying. Okay, Brandon, Brandon is fine. I'm still going with Trevor, bro. (chat pings) - There is no need- - That does not fly with me. - And that's all facts. No one's calling me the n-word. - How do you, oh. How do feel about white people and braids? (silence) Ooh. Like, honestly, Kim Kardashian did not do it first. 'Cause it gives them permission to say - but oh it's in the song. - Golddigger - The most bs excuse. - Ugh, great, (Trevor babbles) - Wait, there's so much things So many things, ah! (bell rings) - [Jubilee] And that is time. - Smart thing would be to vote for Trevor. - Ooh, I'm gonna do Ketsia. Sorry girl. - I think the person I'm gonna go for is Trevor. - I think we're all black in here. I know Brandon's not the mole. I don't think Ketsia's the mole. I don't think Kami's the mole. Which leaves, Trevor. (suspenseful cowbell and drumming) - Let's go for Mycah. - The person eliminated this round is Trevor. (buzzer sounds) - Period. - Yup, Trevor. - It's not me, it's not me. - Had to be you. - Sorry, Trevor. - You did a really good job. - Aw, you're kidding me. It sucks to be eliminated. I really thought that I was able to like try and show that I have experienced the black experience. I have the black experience. I couldn't really talk about things like boxer braids and stuff like that. I don't know boxer braids. I've never braided my hair. - [Jubilee] Give me a thumbs up if you want to continue the game, or thumbs down, if you think that you already caught the mole. (popping sounds) Alright. So we will continue. (upbeat electronic music) - What do I even say? - Uh, I'm ready. (breathes out) I'm ready. My name's Brandon. I was actually in another Jubilee video, in the six Democrats versus one secret Republican video. And I was the guy who said I'm black, and I'm obviously still black right now. - Y'all I don't know what to say, but just tell me which song you like better, "Never Too Much" or "A House Is Not a Home", from Luther Vandross. - Aw, Luther Vandross. Mycah's black, Mycah's black. - Hi, you guys, I'm Ketsia. I'll speak a little Creole, so you know I'm black. (Ketsia speaks in foreign language) - Aw, dang. They all voting me out. (Ketsia speaks in foreign language) - Hello, hello, hello. Uh, Kami's here. I'ma speak like a Patois. Hello, how are you doing? (Kami laughs) I don't know what else to say. (Kami laughs) (bell rings) - I screwed up voting thinking Mycah might not have been a black person. I think we all black at this point. - Home girl was speaking Creole. What did I do? I said, "Let's talk about Luther Vandross". Why? And I hope y'all feel dumb. I hope y'all feel dumb because none of us were the mole. - From the voice alone, I'm more suspicious of Mycah. - I was so, like, sure about Mycah. But then, what if she's the mole? And she has a yellow hand emoji. Like, why not use the black, you know? (upbeat accordion music) It could be Mycah. Let me go with Mycah. (Kami sighs) If I'm wrong... - I'ma vote for Mycah, just 'cause that's the person I'm suspicious of. I'm sorry, Mycah. - I'm voting for Brandon. Simply because he was the first one to put the thumbs up. - The person eliminated this round is Mycah. (buzzer sounds) - Yeah, it's tough. I was really kicked out. I'm... (Mycah laughs) Honestly though, I'm not even mad at them. Like, I sounded stupid. (suspenseful music) - [Jubilee] If the color turns green, you have won the game. If the color turns red, the mole is still in the game, and you lose. (suspenseful electronic music) Three, two, one. (upbeat rock music) - Yes! - Yeah - [Kami] Oh my gosh, I'm so happy. (Kami laughing) - This is some beautiful green beautiful green, man, Mycah. Thank you, we won the game. - You can reveal yourselves in three, two, one. Go! (upbeat electronic music) - I'm so sorry, Mycah. - This is so weird, James. - I knew it! - I knew it! - I knew I wasn't the mole. I knew y'all weren't the mole, but then y'all put the thumbs up. I was like, okay. - Oh my God. - I suspected Brandon. - Why do you suspect me? - Like, if was the mole, I would have a Black Lives Matter like- - This is the truth, our lives do matter. Your life matters too, James, but... (James laugh) - Apparently, James, he said he doesn't watch like sitcoms. - Yeah. - Yeah. I'm not, I'm not a fan of sitcoms. - That's why I was like, mm? I feel like- - Yeah. - Like you could have saved yourself. Just say you watch Fresh Prince of Bel-Air or something like that (James laughs) - The fact that I was this close. And all because I couldn't find the thumbs up button? - I really like all of them. I just wanna be all their friends to be honest. I wanted to learn. I wanted to be educated. I think it's important to um, you know, as white people, to continue educating not by going to people and be like, "educate me". But like, doing your research and whatnot. - The main thing I learned from this experience is that there's not a set way or certain way on how to be black. - I guess blackness is much more than just what meets the eye. Of course, we're all gonna have our individual experiences. But I think once you tap into those things that bring us together, while also find your individuality, I think that's the most important part of blackness. (upbeat electronic music)
