[Music] this is it one take one take wonder welcome everybody to the most loved and requested cook-off series on youtube i'm pretty sure i'm actually the only one that was a cook-off series um so obviously you all got clickbaited by the gordon ramsay one so shout out old 1.1 million [ __ ] so shout out all 1.1 million of you uh that still clicked on the video now today you know the clickbait isn't quite as good it's not there it's not up there with gordon ramsay but i tell you what i found youtube's very own jamie oliver that's really what he reminds me of stephen tries to cook [ __ ] you [Laughter] thanks guys good to be here so what we're going to be doing today is if you don't know the format we have 20 pounds to spend you have 25 minutes to cook your meal yeah and then we've got two of london's finest culinary specialists to come in taste the grub and there will be a winner now currently i'm coming off the back of a win really so i'm above a hot streak my form right now is i'm pretty much delivered pull up okay wow um i knew stephen was on so i've decided i didn't want to put you around people you're uncomfortable with so we're going to go to waitrose guard there we go i've got a naughty card as well on me you've got a multi-card yeah right there 20 pounds wait is it 20 pounds it's 25 pounds well it's 85 cents it should be 25 waitress yeah did you bring your own 25 pounds i've got a card mate yeah i'm gonna splash the cast cash and cass just one take yeah he's lost already yes fella i'm pretty much done but i realized it now serves four people so i'm on the road apparently that's good though looks nice now the secret ingredient okay red bull there's no way you're winning with this meal this is penne vodka red bull right for the winning meal i don't know actually what it's called but it's like a chicken teriyaki style thing uh i've got corn flour on the thing it said corn starch but supposedly in the uk it's corn flour white guy seasoning am i right people cornflower anyways um i've got i've got soy sauce mixed up i've got two stacks of white rice uncle ben couldn't come through so instead i got the tory special and went for the waitrose and partners long brain right with that obviously got um they said i don't know how much a pound is in us measurements how many kids why didn't you just get an english recipe no because this one looked the most delicious in the pictures i've got some garlic as well got some honey oh and then a bit of ginger and i knew i'm not gonna lie that at home advantage here but we had some sriracha already here so that's going to be [Music] why would you like mine instead i've got white wine for you is it a pinot grigio yes it is to make things fair or yeah you like a little black yeah i've been saving superb if you put it in the uh the frying pan it will cook more like water don't do that don't do that no it will man it will it will that's true do you remember the garnish we've got some pasta on the side just for garnish okay you're not supposed to be solid you're not supposed to eat it yeah yours was thinking about yours that chicken by the way looks wonderful steve is looking prime [ __ ] boring just let that simmer sit back relax it's actually perfect this part just keep waiting that's good that's good oh so we don't get any cheating [ __ ] elements oh no oh no he ain't [Music] one minute 17 seconds left i actually feel despite being a running joke i think the vodka and rebel might have left steven down on this one i'm going to taste a hint of vodka and it's going to throw off they do do that though they do put alcohol in pasta starts to plate it's not 20 seconds left oh 20 seconds all right five four three two one plated up there i'm feeling confident [Music] so uh steven would you you guys i'll come first so pasta common dish boring let's add vodka red bull to it everyone's favorite drink everyone's favorite meal wham into one and mushrooms guys this is an inspired choice by me i've never seen it done before so please dig in and let me know and for my one we've got uh the chicken teriyaki obviously to begin with it looked a little bit sorry yeah obviously to begin with it started looking ropey pulled it back from the depths and if i'm honest with you that looks like i could strand that seven days a week now cal does say whilst we're doing it he doesn't like mushrooms so yeah i'm just going but i'm gonna i'm gonna do you a favor and skip the mushrooms that's doing you a favor they're actually my best bit of the meal let me get him you know see what my competition is there's definitely like a swag of something there's a hint of something that's there's a nice after kick sounds spicy stephen a little bit of pepper salt classic corn flour joking uh and then we went for these chipotle chili flakes [Music] it's creamy as well yeah it is creamy you know the double cream is on your wonders really good so let's not get carried away with it it's a little bit bland as opposed to rice [ __ ] you now where's the pickle gordon over here oh third [ __ ] hello jesus christ all right talking bellas villas we've got to pick a safe bit of chicken i'm going to cut this one now cut the chicken first of all let me prove to you that this chicken is absolutely fine and it's soft to the top it's good thank you the rice's a bit stuck together that's what i would say sticky rice where was uncle ben's when i needed him we said i didn't like this what's it what's the chicken a chicken texture chicken is not tender at all the chicken is that's crazy from you lot you know taste the flavors in it i got peer pressure let's try it it's not bad but the right look look at this look this is this is the rice i'm dealing with this oh oh that's two solid chunks of rice right there okay you know what i've noticed there's too much cornstarch yeah it's the cornstarch the flavor's nice all along the flavor is nice the teriyaki you have banged i'll give you that the cornstarch just [ __ ] me yeah no well i don't think the drinking is that overall stuff i drink it's not too cold for this to be on my channel just embarrassing boys thanks stephen all right i think you also have to take into right well if you two could confirm and then come back with a result that would be fantastic i think i think to be honest with you i'm gonna need your sorrows referees have made their decisions steven uh presentation just to start with you presentation wasn't great you just slapped it on a plate and it was a bit too much for the size of the plate you've really got to concentrate that on that for the future carol we we really like the teriyaki sauce okay we see you've done a good job with the sauce um it has a lot more flavor to it i'd say okay stevens does we take those however however however i love that everything else was awful the chicken started off raw and then you've somehow managed to nuke it so fast yeah you've got you obviously got a bit panicked i've got peer pressure i'll be honest the the crowd pressured me so yeah we thought that was overcooked [Laughter] all right and you have you had clumps of rice which i know you were struggling with with the whole stamping thing on the floor yeah but you should have [ __ ] you should have bought your own rice he cooked his own pasta or just get on his fence you know i looked for uncle ben's i looked so um i think we've made our decision if you want to stand here boys oh you're holding this out there why are you failing what the hell and the winner of the inaugural uh cow yeah and the winner of the inaugural um cal cook-off show is the corn starch
