so let's talk about something we've all been through practicing and memorizing enemy moves right it can be a real time sync and let's face it not everyone is a reflex ninja but what if I told you that you can enjoy this game without having to become a gaming Prodigy memorizing those enemy attack patterns and mastering the game it is great if you're planning to go the distance like diving into a new game plus mode or being a hardcore completionist but if you've got a pile of games waiting for your attention or you just want to beat the game and move on these tips are for you here's five tips on how to get good without actually getting good in lies of be number one always have an exit strategy exit strategy obviously won't work on main bosses but you should at least consider your Escape Plan in case you stumble upon an unexpected encounter with a tough enemy you'll quick quickly realize it is time to hit the brakes and Retreat when most of your attacks are whiffing or you can't Dodge or block the enemy attacks if your escape plan works you'll have the chance to chill out re-evaluate the situation and come back better prepared the best part no more dying and starting all over from your last checkpoint number two use your surroundings as an upper hand for the fight enemies in this game are not perfectly programmed to know their surroundings if you're trying trying to take advantage of certain situations remember these three things when using your surroundings as an upper hand will it fit will it reach is it fast enough you can use openings that aren't big enough for the monsters to go through and use that as an advantage to attack and Dodge you can use stairs or elevated platforms so that the enemy won't be able to reach you while you're attacking depending on the weapon that you're using on some occasions you can use walls as a shield between you and the enemy if the enemy is moving slowly you can hit and run and use trouble items and deal massive damage in this game three avoiding a fight is better you don't have to kill all the enemies on your path I didn't know about this until I had to run back towards the airo I drop while avoiding enemies running away can get you to new checkpoints open shortcuts and keep you moving forward just keep in mind that some enemies must be defeated to unlock new ious but with all the P cells you've saved by avoiding fights you're in a better spot number four don't worry about farming Ergo early in the game grinding for Ergo early in the game can leave you stuck in the early levels of Ages once youve unlocked the P organ you'll have Perks to boost your Ergo gains from the enemies and by mid game you'll be well equipped to farm Ergo quickly number five don't always go looking for treasure the game's got a nonlinear design so don't sweat it if you miss some Treasures you can always come back when you're better prepared or if you really want to save more time there are plenty of guides out there that could help you later on to find all powerful items in the game this will save you time from running around guessing which and where that's it for today's tips if I missed anything and you've got your own tips to share drop a comment below this game may not be massive but there are always ways to get better if you found this video helpful don't for don't forget to hit the like button and if you're hungry for more gaming tips be sure to subscribe thanks for tuning [Music] in
