Why Watching Television is So Important in Project Zomboid

when most people start a new world in project zomboid the first things they think to do are get a weapon loot for supplies and kill zombies and yes these are the main things you want to focus on in the early game but there is something else you need to watch television and i'm going to tell you why but first if you guys want to help support the channel if you could go down and hit that like and subscribe button that would be a huge help and recently we hit 5 000 subs which is amazing and as a celebration i'll be doing a q a sometime in the near future so if you have any questions you want to ask and just comment them down below and maybe we'll see the answer but anyways let's get into the video so tvs are good in project zomboid for three things one is using them to attract zombies by turning up the volume to the max two is watching the news channel to hear about lots of interesting lore from the game which i definitely recommend doing if you're interested in project zomboid lore because it's really cool to hear about the virus in its spread across the country and the different stories that the news anchors tell and the third and most important reason is to use the television to watch the life and living channel watching this channel specific times will give you tons of experience for your carpentry cooking farming fishing and trapping skills all you need to do is turn on the tv and change it to the life and living channel at a specific time of day and just sit in the room while the show goes on and your board will decrease while your skills increase you don't have to just sit there and do nothing while the channel plays usually what i like to do is read a book while i'm watching the tv so i can go ahead and get through as much of the book as i can before the show ends now you may be thinking well how do i know what time of day to watch tv well luckily for all of us there's this website that i'll link down below that tells us all the times this shows air what skills they will boost and what days they're showing and make sure you don't wait a few days to start watching the shows because after a certain amount of days the shows will stop broadcasting and the only way you'll be able to level up your skills through the television will be through vhs tapes so i definitely recommend looting a watch off a zombie as soon as possible so you'll be able to know when you need to get back home so you can get that free and easy xp but anyways thank you all so much for watching i hope you all enjoyed the video and i will see you all in the next one
