so strength is something that many people desire for some reason when our human eyes see someone with big muscles we go wow it's just human nature to be astounded when we see someone who has biceps the size of a human head but most people never reach that level of buff that we so desire so today i'm going to help you achieve that in project zomboid but why would you want to be buff in project zomboid it doesn't change your appearance at all but it does change your ability to kill zombies i'm sure everyone here understands this concept but just to make sure i'll put in the simple terms more strong equal more damage to zombie so if you want to kill zombies faster and more easily this is the video for you so the first quickest and easiest way to become buff and zomboid is just to be born buff and when i say be born buff i mean pick perks like strong or stout to give your character those extra strength points before you even spawn in they are a little expensive but you gotta be willing to make those sacrifices for those gains by default you start off with 5 points in strength and to my knowledge the only way to go below 5 is by picking perks that make you weaker like weak and feeble but once you've spawned in your strength can only go up so if you just stay in a dark room all day and do absolutely no physical activity your strength will stay the same so depending on what perks you pick you may start off with five seven or nine points in strength the max you can get is 10 and once you reach that level of strength well killing zombies won't really be an issue but once you spawn in the way to get stronger is going to be to train now i'm not going to go super in depth with this because this guy retinaru return all right just look up how to get strong in project zomboid and his video will probably be the first one to pop up and i'll also link his video in the description but if you want an in-depth video on training just go look at his but for an overview just click on the heart on the top left side where you can see your health then at the top it will say exercise and just click on that and the list of exercises will appear each one will say what they do and some aren't available to you because they require having a dumbbell or barbell you can also select how long you do an exercise for but be mindful because after working out your body you'll be tired and sore which could affect your ability to fight zombies and make sure you're staying consistent with your exercises because if you train really hard one day and don't do it again for a week you won't really see much progress so make sure you're sticking with it and that's how you get buff in project zomboid just pick some strong perks or spawn and start training or do both the choice is yours but always remember being strong is great and makes killing zombies a whole lot easier but nothing is as satisfying as watching a horde burn as you throw countless molotov cocktails with them but anyways thank you all so much for watching i hope you all enjoyed the video and if you did please go down and hit that like and subscribe button is really the best way you can support the channel and comment down below if you've ever reached max strength in project zomboid and i will see you guys in the next one
