When Pigs, I Mean Rigs, Fly PART 2 The LONG Pull

[Music] it is the following morning after the with the livestock trailer the road I do to the for safety reasons we're headed back out this morning this building is better still not great but it is far better than it was last night what I had wished I went home last night and downloaded what video footage I already had off of my cameras and unfortunately I failed to turn my camera on as we were pulling the truck the ditch last night we we were able to pull the truck and trailer backwards out of the ditch and onto the plan and got it turned to where it's headed straight up our recovery path but but hoarsely I missed that bit hopefully today I don't forget to turn the cameras on put it into anyway we're headed there still foggy still dangerous the driver wasn't injured thankfully the trailer wasn't loaded and it had pigs on it but they'd all floated the pigs and at their destination so he was going back empty thankfully nobody else was involved nobody was injured thankfully nobody got hit last night around there in the end anyway we're getting ready to turn round at the event exit head back north we've got a plan together get that thing out of there [Applause] we are here but we got it up out of the ditch right now we're gonna go try to get err to it see if it's an automatic or a manual transmission it's an automatic we'll have to pull the driveshaft down here last night when we pulled it backwards we left the brakes locked so we didn't have to worry about the transmission being being towed our turning transmission turning that's what I'm trying to say oh okay it is an automatic okay my stickers still left last night good they're okay clean that up after a while get it out of here first keep the key with me because it won't start anyway Oh darn it darn it darn well those hard pull drive shafts [Applause] yeah last night she was down in here [Applause] [Applause] trying to stay on the other side of the guardrail or on top of it which one are you looking for get the driveshaft and everything out and get air to it make sure that air builds up yeah yeah when we start pulling that's where he's gonna need to be for sure when he when we start pulling that's gonna have to have a woodblock on that far side once we get tension on this so we don't cut the strap with these we're not ready for that yet doh right just kind of follow it along but I want to have it up there just to be safe you could come down Mike now watch your steps got the guy blood up there could be pigs look refreshed alright let's figure out how to get to everything released might as well go ahead and grab the you know there's Airlines right please might as well grab my impact and caging bolts and start caging them this one's knocked off yeah yeah worried about that one don't have to worry about it but we do all the other three and probably the ones on the tractor yes it's an automatic and it's a miserable automatic it's one where you got pull the yoke that's mounted at a angle okay I thought it got knocked loose but it's mounted that way it is knocked loose on the this side of it [Applause] I did to regale that drive shaft Ramon's working on it bitter pain in me but [Applause] making about my hundredth trip up and down this ded gun hillside here you go ray I got crescents I got well I got 21 I got the actual 21 ranch along with that 21 I gave you a while ago that should be the stuff of these but we'll leave it here just to be sure okay Mikey shoot yeah airline should have been ratted around in front of trees yeah and the truck needs to be pulled forward we what I need to do I need to get my other cones and set some more cones here on this other side I'll get them you want to sink this sink this up okay to being the front compartment dad or did they grab you boom up and try the lift on its own [Applause] and I don't really like that pull pin on the front they're not the strongest so you know if it gets to too much of a strain yeah I'm just helping put tension on it for you if it gets too much of a strain let me know and we'll regroup we'll go to the axle you can tell what the trucks doing by the feel of it with you old are happy here my whole stay here in case I need to hold onto the trailer or I can reach and pick the trailer up and put it on the shoulder whenever you get it up here close enough if you can move it let's keep on going what you got that'll help all right hold up what you need to do is you're going to have to Boom down and redirect low so that it pulls this way and yeah I may have pulled you up too far I'm trying to get too much of a bite on it all once had to play up yeah I know we might be able to get by right here if we redirect it and it'll start pulling it up this way otherwise I'll have to have you back out up rather than having us keep stretching and keep stretching all up sagging cuz you're pulling I'm gonna have to watch real close because now you're pulling against me I'm gonna have to work in tandem with you so I'll be back there watching my truck I just have a great up Gillian long as we can get the drives up on here I'll bring the trailer up myself [Applause] I'm ready when you are Raymond go
